Waves gayly. May I have some Lokar (Space Ghost Coast to Coast) headcanons. Perhaps with a boyfriend who is a writer for TV (And writes for the in-universe show).

Waves back equally as gay...I had so much fun with these! I personally think Lokar would be a surprisingly good significant other!, and I love the idea of his significant other being a TV Writer, it adds a really fun dynamic!

Lokar is quite the yapper , and this especially comes out when he’s discussing anything with you. He can’t help it, he’s just so full of words and life around his significant other!

Common Nicknames Include: Anything with ‘My’ before it (My love, My dear, My beloved, etc.) , Dearest, Sweetheart, My One and Only

Lokar is a surprisingly tender guy! He showers you with compliments, affection, gifts… He’s such a love bug for you.

Lokar is a big traveler, and loves taking you with him on extravagant vacations! Biggest sucker for functional souvenirs, expect tons of foreign and fancy devices and housewares.

He also loves classical and jazzy music, almost every time you enter one of his spaces you can hear soothing piano or rhythmic saxophone in the background. It’s one of his favorite things, listening to the beautiful music he loves with the person he loves…commonly pulls you into dance along with the tunes

Lokar is literally the best gift giver, like ever. He always manages to buy or make you the perfect things, and focuses mostly on function. Think supplies related to your hobbies, usable merchandise for things you like, flattering clothes in your size.

Common Dates include: Before Work Coffee Shop visits, Shared lunch breaks, long distance vacations, antiquing / thrifting

He requests your feedback on his own show’s scripts and writings quite frequently. Of anybody, Lokar knows he can really trust your opinion over even his own writers

Lokar frequently asks if he’s able to see the scripts and writings you make for Coast 2 Coast… “Just curiosity, my dear!” He insists. It’s up to you if you share, but if you do he definitely jokes about asks you to promoting his own works in the script

He is genuinely interested in your process! He asks questions about every show you work on, and loves to discuss the intricacies related to the show’s plot and development.

When I say "I hate this superhero reboot because nobody's queer anymore" I'm saying this in both an academic "I think it's reductive to remove queer text and subtext from these characters because it's been an important part of the larger themes of personal identity, self repression, and existing uncomfortablely outside of social norms that has been key themes to the best material in the franchise" way and in a projecting lesbian "they de-gayed my boys what the fuck is this" way

Been meaning to do this myself, but I've been wanting to make my own "random choice" Jellystone character iterations of characters, and here they are, along with my ideas of what they'd be like.

Boo has finally figured herself out. As a ghost, she's been around the block, and her past career choices still haunt her. She was The Funky Phantom's manager for a while, as "Lady Liberty". She ditched that job as soon as the "incident match" happened. She tried to get into music for a while, and she was a one-hit wonder, but this is kind of an embarrassment for her. After some soul searching, she decided to return to her roots. Returning to Jellystone to live in her family's long-abandoned historical mansion as the mansion's own ghost, she has recently opened up an antique store, and is slowly gaining back her chipper attitude of her past. However, a few things have been shoving themselves into her life in ways she couldn't have expected. Turns out she's an ancestor of Fancy Fancy, a fact neither of them know about as of yet. Plus, there's the fact of her new "roommate"...

Lokar, potentate of thug locusts, is an artist. So says himself. In reality, he's an out-of-work actor (and villain!) that is insistent on his next big break or brand new venture. He's been squatting in a thought-to-be abandoned mansion to keep up appearances. Of course, he didn't expect one of the family members that owned the mansion to actually still be around. Thanks to negotiations, Boo lets him live in her family mansion as her roommate, on the condition that he figures out something to actually do, or she's shipping his butt to Santo Relaxo. Of course, every single venture is flopping for him so far, and he seems a touch too proud to accept the offer of working at Boo's antique store. Yet somehow he keeps managing to extend his deadline.

Linda has recently moved to Jellystone. Wanting to set up her hot yoga studio somewhere new, she found space in Jellystone, and is gaining minor clientele. Of course, it would be more accurate to call her yoga "atomic yoga", considering the blistering temperatures, which she has spun as being "even healthier than just hot". When she's not working, she's often taking online college courses to earn a degree in her true calling. Unfortunately, no one knows that this is actually a course in villainy. Inspired by her idol Moltar (she's read his book so many times!), she wants to make a mark on villainy as well! However, she's so perky and sweet that this goal is hidden very well. That's not an act either, villainy goals or not, she's just really sweet.
