mental health reminder from kenny 🫶🌼🌻

i hope everyone that celebrates had a great christmas or holidays! kenny wanted to give a quick reminder to take care of yourself, take breaks, and be kind to your mind before entering 2025 🧡🧠

unfortunately my christmas wasn’t the greatest this year. i will not go into details for personal reasons (and i don’t want to trigger others) but on christmas eve a very scary incident happened to me. left me very shaken up and leading into christmas day nothing really felt the same :(

kenny’s reminder is here for everyone to remember that you are brave, strong, and kind. you can get through anything you put your mind to and you can accomplish great things 🫶🫂✨
