im glad that so many museums in nz are taking the scanning of vintage knitting patterns seriously. historic wool and pattern companies like kaiapoi, fontana, aotea, shepherd and the likes are long gone and its important to record as much of that info as possible.

#i might try to make a list of all the archive.org accounts of all the nz mueseums i find doing this #its mostly south island museums bcos thats where the bulk of the wool trade occured. timaru and oamaru and christchurch and kaiapo #*kaiapoi
