Most of his insecurity with her is in that he doesn’t really talk to her much. The rock eating thing stuck with him more than he’d like to admit to himself, which makes him feel Worse considering that Mab was someone he did talk to somewhat easily? I mean hell she brought him into the cafe chat too! he wouldn’t have met some really important people to him without that.

so not really knowing how to talk to her despite that... he doesn’t feel great about it, but he’s not sure what to do about it. he mostly just hopes she doesn’t feel bad for it :( ))
