I did a redraw of that one official art of the Investigation Team, featuring their future kids from my headcanons~

You have Kouta (Yu and Marie’s son), Hana and Tsuyu (Chie and Yukiko, their twins), Eiko (Yosuke's stepdaughter), Rin (Rise and Kanami’s kid) Chihiro and Aoi (Kanji and Naoto’s kids), and Eurydice (Labrys and Aigis’ sister, Teddie and Labrys’ roommate). I’m slowly working on full bios for them, so I’ll post those at a later date, along with my fankids for Persona 3 and 5.

Shori x Sou x Marius – Bad guys

We tried giving Sato Shori, Matsushima Sou and Marius Yo, the three Sexy Zone members usually portrayed as “cute”, the topic “Bad guys” this time...

Sou: Shori is a bad guy! Shori: (smirking) Marius: Furthermore, recently he doesn’t even hide his evil side!! Shori: Hmm~ Sou: See, he’s being evil (laughing). Ah, but speaking of a dangerous guy, that’s not Shori, it’s Mari-chan! Marius: Eh! Sou: Let me explain. If Mari-chan isn’t here with his amazing extent of vocabulary and language skills, Sexy Zone won’t be able to fly around the globe. Shori: How is that dangerous!? Sou: He’s Sexy Zone’s strongest weapon, therefore Marius = dangerous (laughing). Marius: That kind of thing (laughing). Shori: Well... perhaps we’re getting dangerously far away from the topic (laughing). Sou: Well, Shori should say something then (laughing). Marius: (Kikuchi) Fuma-kun is also kind and evil at the same time~ But Kenty (Nakajima Kento) is the dangerous guy. Shori: After all Marius is the one who replied so I heard enough (laughing). Marius: Because Kenty carelessly uses “sexy” all the time (laughing). Shori: Since Marius already said everything!

Arashi also highly praised Nakajima’s sexy words. But it seems like here Marius had to say something again...

Sou: But (Sakurai) Sho-kun also likes Marius somehow. Marius: Yep, I’m happy♡ But Sho-kun, there are times when he makes mistakes using my name (laughing). For example he says “ArigatouMarius” or “GanbareMarius” (laughing). Shori: What are these luxury problems (laughing). Sou: Right, right (laughing). Marius: Sho-kun, thank you so much (t/n: arigatou gozaiMarius)♡ Shori: Well, having talked about danger, all five of us are kind of dangerous. Sou: By the way, how am I dangerous? Shori: You’re a wild guy. Sou: I’m not wild. Shori: Basically, none of us are ordinary guys. Our individual personalities are too strong so isn’t that dangerous? Our personalities being strong, I mean that in a good way. Like when we’re doing an interview, Sou-kun and Marius will bring great input into it. Marius: But that’s a nice thing! Shori: Well (laughing).

Here, like expected, Marius brings in a different angle into the conversation!

Marius: For me, I think a dangerous guy is someone you don’t know much about~ Sou: What!? Marius: Someone who’s mysterious can be dangerous, so isn’t it also kind of attractive? In that sense I think Shori-kun is that dangerous guy. Shori: Wait, wait, wait (laughing). Marius: Things you don’t show, it seems like you cannot find that side here. You go to unknown places and I’ll become a lost child~ Shori: Eh? Are you getting lost when you search for me? What are you talking about (laughing). Marius: Because I don’t know anything about Shori-kun’s private life. Well, I’m scared to find out. Shori: Why in the world? I don’t do anything you’d have to be scared of (laughing). Sou: Oh yeah. As fas as I know Shori’s private life is totally safe. But like Marius is saying, there are mysterious things about him so I get what you mean by dangerous. Shori: So I have a mysterious side!? Sou: You do. It’s a good thing. It’s an attractive component. Shori: Hmm, then it’s fine (laughing).

Keep in mind I am not a native speaker therefore there might be mistakes in my translations. Also I’m not exactly translating word for word. Feel free to correct me in my ask box any time you want, I’d appreciate it! I apologize if someone already translated something before me and I didn’t notice, I hope you don’t mind.

i do obviously have my favourites but i think im properly coming to like ae as a group /group/ like nothing tragic has happened to test that (hopefully it never will) like my previous stans (kismy with busaiku/3-4, sz with obviously sz depression era and lasting effects of 3-2 as well as soumari, snm 3nin drama, west and 4nin) but,

i love that ae has these little pair dynamics that add so much value to the way you interpret their interactions with eachother, like they’re not unfriendly w eachother but they’re not like wahh we’re all best friends, they have segmented trust partnerships and friendships and senpai-kouhai dynamics like its just...nice and it never feels unbalanced, each person really contributes to the way the group functions like its, i like it

“Hai số phận” khiến khán giả tò mò lí do người cha lại ghẻ lạnh con gái lớn, chiều chuộng con gái nhỏ

– Mang chung dòng máu và cùng lớn lên trong một gia đình, thế nhưng Soumya lại chưa bao giờ cảm nhận được tình thương trọn vẹn từ cha và bà nội như những gì cô em gái Surbhi có được.

“Hai số phận” khiến khán giả tò mò lí do người cha lại ghẻ lạnh con gái lớn, chiều chuộng con gái nhỏ.

Ngay tập đầu tiên, bộ phim “Hai số phận” đã khiến khán giả hoang mang khi thấy hình ảnh ông Maninder và mẹ mình đang thực hiện việc chôn sống Soumya – đứa bé sơ sinh chỉ mới 10 ngày tuổi bất chấp sự van xin, ngăn cản của Nimmi – người vợ, người con dâu trong gia đình. Đau đớn hơn, đứa bé này lại mang trong mình dòng máu của gia đình Maninder.

Nimmi bới đất cứu Soumya bị chính bà nội và cha chôn sống khi mới 10 ngày tuổi.

Mặc cho đưa trẻ khóc than, hai mẹ con ông Maninder vẫn không thay đổi dã tâm. Họ đã lấy danh dự gia đình ra để bao biện cho tội ác của mình: “Nếu như chúng ta chôn sống nó thì mới giữ được danh dự cho gia đình này. Còn không. Chúng ta sẽ mang tiếng xấu với xã hội. Sẽ không một ai coi chúng ta ra gì”.

Không những luôn tìm cách giết chết đứa con gái của mình, ông Maninder còn thẳng thừng chối bỏ sự tồn tại của Soumya khi có bất cứ ai hỏi về các thành viên trong gia đình mình. Thậm chí, để thực hiện dã tâm, ông còn chi tiền thuê người bắt cóc Soumya và đưa cô bé đi thật xa.

Bà Nimmi không ngờ chồng mình chính là kẻ đứng sau âm mưu bắt cóc con gái.

Trái ngược với người chị Soumry, cô em gái Surbhi lại được ba và bà nội yêu thương, cưng chiều hết mực. Với mẹ con ông Maninder, Surbhi chính là vàng, là ngọc. Cô bé được ngủ cùng ba, được chăm bẵm từng chân tơ kẽ tóc, được đưa đi học, được mua những món đồ chơi xinh xắn.

Surbhi luôn được ba và bà nội chăm sóc tận tình từ miếng ăn, giấc ngủ.

Dù luôn sống trong tình yêu thương nhưng Surbhi luôn khó hiểu vì sao mẹ lại dành cho chị gái Soumya. Surbhi luôn mơ ước một lần được mẹ cưng chiều như cách mẹ dành cho chị gái, còn Soumya thì lại luôn khao khát được ba và bà nội yêu thương, nên cả hai đã lợi dụng cơ hội ba mẹ gây gỗ với nhau để được thỏa lòng mong ước.

Để cảm nhận được trọn vẹn tình thương của gia đình, Soumary đến ở với ba và bà nội còn Surbhi đến ở về mẹ và bà ngoại.

Quyết định thay đổi chỗ ở vô tình đẩy hai chị em Soumary và Surbhi xa nhau, bởi ông Maninder luôn âm mưu chia cắt tình cảm giữa hai chị em nên luôn ra vẻ yêu thương Soumary trước mặt Surbhi nhưng lại luôn tìm cách giết chết Soumary trước mặt người vợ của mình. Điều này khiến bà Nimmi vô cùng đau xót và để bảo vệ tính mạng con gái, bà phải luôn xù lông lên bảo vệ cho đứa con gái bé bỏng. Chính điều này đã khiến cho Surbhi nghĩ rằng chị gái mới chính là trung tâm của sự chú ý.

Ghen tỵ trước tình thương của mọi người dành cho chị gái, Surbhi luôn muốn Soumary biến mất khỏi cuộc đời mình.

Âm mưu tàn độc, lời nói cay nghiệt của hai mẹ con ông Maninder dành cho con, cháu của mình cộng với đó là tình thương vô bờ bến của người mẹ, bất chấp hiểm nguy để bảo vệ sự sống cho đứa con đứt ruột đẻ ra… đã khiến người xem không khỏi bức xúc.

Khán giả không ngừng thắc mắc vì sao cô bé Soumary lại bị phân biệt đối xử.

Dù sống trong sự ghẻ lạnh của cha, chịu nhiều áp bức từ bà nội nhưng cô bé Soumya đáng thương luôn khát khao một lần được cảm nhận tình thương trọn vẹn của một gia đình, thế nhưng có một sự thật mà Soumya chưa bao giờ biết: cô từng bị chính bà nội và cha mình chôn sống khi chỉ mới tròn 10 ngày tuổi… Có bí mật nào đằng sau sự ra đời của Soumya? Cô bé có biết vì sao bà nội và cha lại luôn tìm cách chối bỏ và giết mình?

Coming of Age @ AOO (Fuma/Marius... I think)

Because Marius is 18 (in Japan's timezone), which is huge because they can now do 24-Hour TV and they’ll be complete at the Countdown. Yay! Plus I thought baby-sitter!Mari would be fun to write about lol

Side note: I haven’t written in past tense in so long! It's weirdly challenging. I’m 100% sure I changed tenses at least five times and no amount of rereading will result in me catching these slip-ups

Can you give us a rundown on what you think of all the members of Sexy Zone? Kento: is blah blah blah Shori: is blah blah blah etc.

I’m not exactly sure what you want to know so I’ll just talk about some general things and how they appear to me personality-wise😅 (and as always, since I don’t know them in real life, this is just my personal opinion, other people might see them differently but you asked so here ya go!)

Shori: I think Shori is very mature and I wish I had his willpower because even though I’m 100% there are times when he also doubts himself (like every human), most of the times he solves things with a rational and logical mind. He��s very self-confident and doesn’t let other people change his own beliefs that easily while still being respectful. He’s a family person and values friends and his members a lot, always taking care of them subtly, especially SouMari. Despite all that he’s a goofball who likes cracking (dumb) jokes at random times, especially if he can tease someone else with it. He can get hyperactive at times, giving the impression that he’s always fooling around only but he’s actually very smart, that being the reason why there’s hardly anything he won’t succeed in if he really tries. He eats a lot (the most in SexyZone) and he’s usually shy and coy until he gets comfortable around someone but I think he’s the type who likes to observe others more than to actively engage in conversations unless he has to.

Sou: If you think he’s boring or lame you clearly don’t know how amazing Sou really is, he’s super adorable and you need a while to get to know him but I believe he’s the kindest soul in SZ who’d do anything for you. He’s literally so pure, in terms of personality. I think he likes socialising and being with friends but he also needs constant reassurance from others to feel accepted, which I think will change with time and considering what was happening with SZ before and him being the 2nd youngest member it’s understandable. He’s still very unsure of himself and turns negative very easily, doubting himself a lot, but although he has those thoughts he’s very hardworking, putting effort into everything he’s doing and not giving up until he’s done it. He gets teased by everyone a lot but he still always puts on a smile and has such a bright atmosphere around him, a true sunshine. He loves animals a lot and is a true fanboy and otaku, so I think you can get along with him the best way if you share some of those interests.

Marius: I’m not sure Marius understands himself sometimes but he’s the baby of the group so he gets spoiled a lot (and also teased a lot). Used to be a crybaby but I think he’s slowly growing up and learning a lot of things. I think it’s very difficult when you grow up with three languages because you cannot always articulate your thoughts properly to someone. I think he’s trying hard to fit in (but I think that also bc of his age) but he also has things he likes for himself a lot, like beauty care and cooking. He’s not that good in reading the atmosphere around him so he says random or unfitting things sometimes, but he’s easily forgiven and it mostly turns out to be entertaining so that’s okay. Despite everything I think he has a bubbly and very positive character, getting along well with people easily. He’s the cute little brother type you’d love to spoil and hang around with.

Kento: Being the oldest Kento thinks he has to bear everything on his own, he’s not someone who would easily talk to anyone about his problems, never asking for help or support. I think maybe because he grew up as an only-child he’s used to that, but I think he will slowly open up. He’s very hardworking (loveholic? more like workholic) and I think sometimes he goes beyond his limits, risking his health and wellbeing. He has the perfect prince-like idol character and he’s super romantic and cheesy but I think he can also get super silly if you get to know him better and look beyond that facade. Although he appears perfect I think his quirks are what makes him really loveable as a person. I think he’s a good listener and he will be there for you when you really need him and he will give good advices and take care of you. He’s not ashamed of overusing the word “sexy” wherever he can and I think you can enjoy adult-like things with him like having wine or going to art museums.

Fuma: I think he’s the perfect example of “tough on the outside, soft on the inside” and his mix of confidence and serenity is what makes him really attractive. Fuma would probably rather jump off a cliff than admit that he loves someone but the truth is he really does, and he’s super caring and helpful, like a big soft teddy bear. He appears like a bad boy at first, doing his own thing unbothered by what others say, but actually he loves taking care of children and he’s such a family person. I think he’s also very rational and smart, he won’t do reckless things just because it’s “cool” or “trendy” but he will actually think about it. He will speak up about serious topics or problems no matter what but he will also tease everyone in public, no matter how embarrassing the topic might me but if you tease him instead he will probably hit you (playfully). Maybe sometimes he says dumb things because he wants to appear cool but we all know that in reality he’s softer than soft ice cream.

I hope that was what you expected to read😂 I could’ve rambled on much longer about their characters etc but I just listed the first few things that randomly came to my mind~

I heard that Marius will have his solo on SZ new single! Marius only!! can you believe that??!!! hi ive been binging your blog a lot recently. i rlly adore the sheer effort you've given to these dumbass fucking characters that otherwise get such little people even attempting to appreciate or engage with them beyond very shallow depths. as someone who only really got into the p4 games relatively recently (2022. my only remembered experience with the series beforehand was like a couple episodes of the the p4anim years ago and playing p5 in 2016/2017) and kind of being shell-shocked by how characters like marie and teddie and namatame were perceived by the overall fanbase once i started engaging with it more i really appreciate all the writing and analysis and art and other shit you do for them. even the gas station attendant, a character i overlooked initially, i've come to love because of all the time and energy you put into picking them apart like a dead frog in a science class
