Ahhhh she's stunning! She was always one of my favorites of theirs and that blue is just gorgeous. I can't wait to see what you do with her!

Shiva came in last month. I kept forgetting to post this!

I am totally blown away by the color of the mint blue. Photos can’t capture how beautiful and deep it is, and it’s more teal than blue. She was always a grail doll for me but I couldn’t afford her first release, so when they rereleased her in blue… it was a holy grail!

I wanted her to be ready when she came to me (I have so many dolls waiting for faces..), so I painted an example for Souldoll for the faceup, and they were able to work with me to do exactly what I wanted. I’m really happy with how it came out ♥ Love me my short/comma eyebrows ~

I plan on making her a lot of jewelry and hopefully an elaborate outfit!

Went to a doll meet on Sunday. Heleri caught the eye of this wonderful guy, Milo, a Mystic Kid’s Milo. He actually is holding both of them up. She was barely on one heeled foot. I need to find matching brown flats and a cute set of heels to match this dress. Still, I am happy we ended up with a cute photo.

Belated Halloween doll post :) da Ashbet Tramite Flickr: This is Nyx -- she's a Soom Migma head (that my lovely friend Fishcake gave me several years ago), with a face-up by hearts_murmur, on a SoulDoll Shiva body :) Still need to blush her hands, but I had to take a couple of photos because she's SO pretty now that she's all put together! <3

Souldoll: hold my beer - a Korean company make a huge and busty 4-arm female Indian goddess, give her a skimpy belly dance costume, tarty makeup, heavy blush on grey resin, a Thai headdress, youthful western features, great big bare feet and a male name.

Oh hello there, ‘Shiva’. You break all the rules, you rebel doll! This is something funny more than a juicy ‘confession’ I guess but it’s not any more dumb than some I’ve seen here.

I keep getting new blank dolls and losing inspiration for them. I have a souldoll shiva sitting there just begging for a face-up and henna on her arms and hands. I can't seem to find a decent artist to commission for this and i am afraid i will lose interest in her.

My sister and I dressed our dolls up for Halloween and put some out for display! Shiva joined in on it. I don’t have much she can wear so I slapped her in anything dark.. (sorry for the crappy blur edit -- it was too busy otherwise and you couldn’t see her 😂)

Hopefully I’ll have a full picture of the display all nice later on!

Souldoll did such a sloppy job with that 4-arm mini size body. They just slapped two extra holes on the back and didn't bother to even modify the arm size and length so that they're all even like they did with their Shiva years ago. That looks stupid. I judge them harsly because I know they're capable of doing a much better job. But I guess people will flock to buy that anyway.

Silver dress and deep blue unitard costume for Souldoll Shiva. It's extremely hard to find a proper clothes for your Shiva doll who has 4 hands. The obvious decision is to make a separate sleeves for her. The customer chose a rich and flattering design with a dress opened at the front, high collar adorned with a lots of beads, and a tight unitard that traces the curvy shapes of Shiva's body. I was given a reference picture of the dress in different colors and was asked to pick up the fabrics in silver and deep blue. So I offered a designer fabric with a shiny silver sequins and a complimentary deep blue stretchy fabric with a delicate silver sheen. The low armholes are made to fit two arms at a time. 4 separate sleeves are also included.
