Something I was gonna draw as a comic but I fucking suck at drawing so I'm writing it down instead

I feel like at some point Arcade noticed James had fallen asleep in a chair or on a couch and dropped his lab coat on him as a blanket. And while it's a sweet notion, it ends up making James nearly break down and cry when he wakes up to that because for a brief moment in the phase between dreaming and reality, he felt like he was back in the Vault and his dad covered him up with his coat after a late night of studying. But he quickly realizes it's not the case and he'll never get that exact same comfort he desperately craves ever again
