another unpopular(?) opinion!!! i need a backstory of saint (his fam, what happened to his mom, any reason why he resorted in violence, does his father even know) i was also hoping for more of shin and saint's backstory (i can't get enough of it!!!) i agree with the teacher jan anon !!! i also don't like how sometimes i feel like they give her SO much screen time where it could've been a story from one of the students idk maybe the twins??? or more of kay's character??? or the girls ???? because if i am being honest sometimes i get bored when it's not abt them lmao especially if it's teacher jan sorry 😐

i would have loved more on saint too!!! we really don't know a whole lot about him beyond shin (which tbh is a good bit of storytelling because that is practically all saint sees himself as), but i'm so so curious about so many things about him!!!

and yes give us all the flashbacks!! fortunately i think the number of flashbacks didn't seem lacking per se (we were able to get a pretty good feel of what saintshin were like before), but i would 100% trade all the kru jan scenes for more saintshin ANYDAY‼️

literally giving the focus to any of the other characters instead of kru jan would've been more compelling 😭😭 give us more on the eveairypeeta dynamics post-hospital!!! also i.e. given how little airtime ken's arc had comparatively, it still felt complete and i was actually rooting for him??? THAT'S HOW YOU DO A SIDE CHARACTER ARC‼️

and even with the teachers, imo kru sung's backstory was executed quite well. we got hints at first that there was something more to him, and then it was explained well and *succinctly*, and then we got to learn more about his changing priorities and values in the present through his actions sprinkled throughout the episodes.

in contrast they just dragged teacher jan's storyline on for wayyy too long to the point it was just repetitive, like yeah atp u *aren't* cut out for teaching if this is how you're gonna act everytime ��
