Would you consider Tom to be quite possessive/ the jealous type? I know people think these are synonymous with romantic relationships—but they aren’t necessarily. I feel like Tom would just unlike Severus not for the whole boss-underling thing but just because he exists.

Tom seems like the type to have just a “special person” and the rest are obstacles.

OH MAN! So this might become a little of a long one to answer, because I gotta break down my thoughts on Tom without spoiling anything TvT He's not inherently possessive/jealous as a type. Not in the romantic sense or in relationships. I think with the way he grew, yes there's a lot of jealousy and trouble with possesings that are his and his boundaries that weren't listened to (I have zero confidence in that oprhanage as you can tell. Children in that time period were often treated as objects, and that has ramifications on their healthy deveolpment with their stuff, what they concider theirs, how they think/function, and the relationship with people around them. Unfortunatly Dumble didn't help a lot with that.). But that's not all he is, or how he approaches relationships. So yeah no, I don't beleive possesivesness/jaelousy is a romantic requirement, and can be rather,,, strange sometimes to make a requirment of a relationship. He's also, aroace in my fic. Same as Dakota. Their basis of a relationship is built on platonicness. Being afraid to lose someone isn't the same as possivieness. Jealousy can exist, but I like to think he's just like an cat. You know? Cat's who pretend they don't want all the attention but will be in your way CONVENIENTLY all the time for pets. The whole underling thing would definetly be more of a problem to Severus than Tom (I also don't imagine Severus particularly likes Tom as a person, vs Tom who can see his usefulness but doesn't tend to think much of him and his personness, I hope that makes sense?), it's a point on how their relationship is a lot to tackle, and neither has any interest for it. If that makes sense? "Special person"! Tom does seem the type! Between the two, Dakota has a better handle on liking people, and remembering them as full autonomisous beings (better doesn't mean perfect, he is in a fictional world, he's struggling with that and his own issues!). Tom doesn't care much, I've called him a practical person before and that fits on this area too. When he is forced to care though, like with Dakota because he has got to keep him alive, it's a special circumstances thing. So special person is rather apt, in ordinary circumstances it wouldn't be quite as easy to care. Dakota and him are object in motion (haha) meeting immovable force. I'm not sure If I'm explaning anything quite right. I just woke up after a full day of work and a lot of commuting haha. While Tom and Dakota's relationship is important, I hope people don't think it's the only thing that's important. They are still aroace, I'm not going to write them having a full romance or doing things couples do. So I hope people aren't expecting that, I don't want to dissapoint people over something I thought I was being clear on. There's a reason they're not tagged with a / relationship tag, mostly because I'm still figuring out how to write those two. But also because yeah, aroace. (this isn't aimed at you secifically, I love doing a bit of a deep dive on these two! I've just been thinking about it a lot yesterday and thought it was a ideal time to say that under here haha) Thank you for asking! My family is only making non vegan foods for our Christmas Eve party and I’m very anxious about it, I work up until 6pm so I won’t have time to make my own little dish :-/

hmm maybe you can make something the day before? even if they are making no secific vegan foods, some of the sides might be vegan. and a vegan christmas roast could definitely be made the night before! i made the tofurkey christmas roast last year and it was great the folowing days as well

but regardless, i’m sorry you are in this stressful situation, and it sucks that your family is not more accomodating to your lifestyle :/ hope everything works out for you

Y/N’s POV

Amber: C’mon Y/N, it’s your birthday and we have to celebrate. Let’s go to a club, have some fun, maybe try and dress something more sexy for once.

Y/N: I don’t know... You know how I feel about clubs.

Amber: Actually, I don’t. I know how Fred feels about clubs. It’s your day, let’s celebrate... Also, have you talked to him?

Y/N: I was about to go there. After that, I’ll tell you what I think about the party.

Y/N left to Fred’s house. When she arrived, she knocked and waited for a bit, and then the door flew open.

Y/N: Mary?

She was confused to see her there. She was only wearing one of Fred’s t-shirts and her eyes wondered over the tattoo her leg. Same spot and design. It was him she talked about... She said she found him, him was Fred. They looked at each other without knowing what to say.

Mary: I... What are you doing here?

Y/N: I could ask you the same thing.

Fred: Y/N... I was... I can explain...

Y/N: You don’t have to. I just thought you had a little consideration for me. I can understand we don’t control this, but at least let me know, because clearly you already knew it wasn’t me... you both got your tattoos a long ago.

Fred: Y/N I’m sorry.

Y/N left and called Amber to tell her everything. She was as shocked as Y/N. Before hinging up...

Y/N: About that party, I think it’s time to have fun and look for that soulmate.

She went home and started to think of an outfit she could wear tonight. Amber would come around and get ready with her, but she wanted to have some choices to choose from. Also, if she was looking for her soulmate, she wanted to look good, just in case.

*skip to the time of the party*

Amber, Romeo and Y/N arrived at the club. Some people turned to look at them, specially Y/N, she was not used to the attention. When se came with Fred she would not wear this type of style and they wouldn’t stay long.

They headed to the bar and asked for some shots. She wanted to enjoy the night and forget about everything, release the pressure.

The night was being really fun, a lot of her friends came to join them. Romeo invited some friends too, but apperently they weren’t here yet. And suddenly, on the middle of the dance floor, her tattoo started to burn. Just like it did on the cafe.

Y/N: Amber, it’s burning. The tattoo, it’s burning again.

Amber: That means, he’s here.

Romeo: Hello ladies, my boys are here. Come meet them.

Y/N tried her best to ignore the burning on her finger, trying not to show any type of symptom. When they arrived at the counter, there where 3 boys. They were all very attractive, but one in particular caught her attention. He was really tall, beautiful brown hair and beautifull hazel eyes.

They looked at each other and suddenly their finger looked like they were about to explode. She looked down at it at trying her best to be descrente, she scratched it.

Romeo introduced them, and she found out they were Geof, Mark and, the tall one, Shawn. She shook everyone’s hand and when it got to Shawn’s her hand started to shake, the pain was unbearable. She shook his hand and then, all the pain seemed to ease, but not stop completely.

They looked at each other, maybe thinking the same, maybe she was just crazy. The night went on, they had a lot of fun, but Y/N couldn’t enjoy herself with her finger burning. She told Amber she would go outside and breath a little.

She sat at a nearby bench and took a deep breath. Her finger was not burning as much but it still was. She doenst know how long she has been there, but suddenly her finger started to burn again. It was coming and going, like the person was getting closer and go away again, maybe he was playing a game, try to make her react. But she was way to tired, and maybe a little drunk for that.

Suddenly the pain was horrible again. She looked around only to be met with the familiar hazel eyes. Shawn was looking até her then at his hand. It couldn’t be, right?

He started to get closer, and the pain on Y/N’s finger was so intense tears started to roll down her cheeks without her control. Shawn took a few more steps, grabbing at his finger hard, just like Y/N.

Y/N: Stop.

Shawn: I’m sorry. I... When we touched it stopped... I think...

Y/N: Please... I just want to make it stop, don’t come closer.

Shawn: We will have to, eventually.

Y/N knew it was true. When they touched the pain eased. It was nothing like Amber descobried when they oficialized things. They don’t feel pain, just some hitching from time to time, mostly when the other person is feeling something really strong.

Shawn’s POV

Shawn looked at her, looking down at her finger, tear in her eyes and couldn’t bear to see ger like that. Dispute her desire, he got closer and grabbed her hand.

The pain eased. Y/N took a breath and started to feel much better. Shawn took a moment to look at her. She was stunning. Everything about her was perfect. Shawn was always curious about how she would look, never has high expectations, but her... She was beyond everything he had imagined.

Shawn: You’re really pretty.

She looked nervous, her cheeks being tinted with a cute pink-ish. She kept looking at her hand, now laced with a much bigger one. They finally looked at each other properly. And Shawn could swear he felt something start to grow, something that was already there, but in some way it was shut down, waiting around to be ignited.

Shawn: I think we should try to get to know each other, first without being around, because the pain is horrível. Not that I mind touching you all the time, is just that...

Y/N: We don’t know each other.

Shawn: Exaclty. So, how about you giving me your number and we go from there?

Naruto.

Title: Naruto Genre: Shounen Aired: 2002 PG 13 Dub recommendation Rating: 7.6/10 >>Naruto is a wonderful story about a kid named naruto and how he powers up to save his village but THERE ARE JUST WAYYY TO MANY FILLERS. like holy moly 120 episodes of story then 180+ episodes of filler pointless to the plot. one right after another to just no break of it i swear you could skip them all and it’d mean absolutely nothing. like there was a lil character development in there but not a lot. sorry to say Naruto loses a huge amount of points in story due to the amount of fillers. and also repetitive story lines like how many people can naruto relate to his story is repeated over and over. Again im sorry to say but story only gets a 6/10

>>Animation is very well done. the fight scenes are smooth and flow fantasticly the characters all have individual looks making the art satisfying and not boring and the special effects from the abilities nothing seems out of place. even tho i have all good things to say naruto’s art style today is outdated and very common so i cant give a perfect score but i will give naruto an 8/10 for animation

>>The sound. i personally enjoy the english voice actors more but i will say some can get pretty annoying. and there isnt really much to say about the sound for naruto everything is how you’d expect it to be. so 7/10 for sound

Naruto his charater development was perfect he actually starts to grow up from when you see him at the beginning and sasuke (spoiler) the way he become evil to spite his brother for what he did. is a great turn of events having a character go towards revenge instead of ignoring all aspects of their desires. but then you see sakura… shes one of the most POINTLESS characters ive ever met like come on people bring in a nice actually important girl character for once. shes so wimpy and weak she only lives to love sasuke and give naruto another reason to try to get him back. so im going to give an averagescore for this since even tho i got alot out of them i feel like i didnt absorb enough from what i saw to 100% connect with them i blame the fillers 7/10
