The past few weeks youve been working as an assistant dance instructor at a fine arts school. You loved teaching and dancing everyday, but some nights were long, and you couldnt let the students leave unless their choreography was perfect.

"How was work then?" he asked, feeling more awake

"well...we finished the main choreo which is actually really good considering we just started teaching it last saturday. I think they are catching onto it now....but we still had to stay late and do costumes and what not..."

"busy, busy girl" he chuckled softly, fidgeting with his shirt as he heard the tiredness in your voice.

"yeah you got that right" you sigh and walk over to cross the street, eyeing the boarding platform for the train. "I'll be home soon, okay?"

You scoffed and stood behind him as he paid, "And why are we getting dessert at 1am?"

"why not" he chuckled and handed you the ice cream and coffee

Frankly, I LOVE the instrumental, and the chorus is so fun (and the choreo!!), and I think the switch-ups at the end worked well. And OHHH the MV was SO GOOD. The sets and outfits were gorgeous!! Also, the most badass thing you can do is name a song after yourself. Love her for that.

i have never been angrier in my entire fucking life, it is taking every fiber of my being to not actually punch someone right now /srs

so this fucking show im assistant directing, WAS assistant directing, i quit because it was hell. the director is this piece if shit entitled bitch who doesnt know or care how to run a good show. i signed up to assistant direct, ended up babysitting a bunch of kids from four to six every day five days a week. while i was doing the job I DIDNT SIGN UP TO DO i was verbally berated, abused, mistreated, and taken advantage of at every possible corner. when i learned tech week would be till eight i fucking quit

heres where i get fucking pissed: the kids were amazing. theyre a bunch of talented, bright actors who are absolutely lovely, and for most of them this is their first show. i understandably feel awful for quitting, plus the bitch director hates me nowc but i show up to opening night to cheer them on

i want to kill this woman

kids are crying, shes yelling at them backstage constantly, lighting and sound cues dont work, choreo and blocking are nonexistent, so are props and costumes and set: everything needed to make a show a show is absent or so shoddily put together that it genuinely looked like it was going to fall apart

and the kids are amazing, they do so well with what theyre given and theyre so good and talented and im serious when i say theyre all gonna go far, if it werent for the fucking director

show starts 20 minutes late because she hasnt finished playbills, curtains are see through and on yhe verge of collapse at all times, they're doing this show in a HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA btw, all the costumes she got yesterday from thriftsmart, she got kids ti make all the props and set and it shows, and she never told crew what to do, so shes yelling at them constantly while giving them no direction at all. a crew kid is forced on stage at one point to turn on someones mic, he was crying

i had to comfort no less than four crying kids afterwards, all sobbing because she had yelled at them and berated them for no goddamn reason other than the thrill of the power trip

oh and btw, the second the show ended she disappeared. didnt talk to parents, cast, crew, just fucking dipped.

and you know what? im going to the show tomorrow too. i fucking quit because i forsaw this shit was going to happen, but no way in hell am i just gonna watch while these kids that i love suffer. fucking survivors guilt is a thing, and i want to kill her for making me kill myself for this goddamn show

i wouldnt be surprised if these kids hate theatre now. theyre all a bunch of talented, starry eyed young impressionable kids who she is using for her own power trips and abuse, and shes probably ruining theatre for them forever. shes hurting the people i love and forcing me to get involved again when i had already gotten out. seriously, fuck this shit, im so mad. you hurt me thats one thing. you hurt my kids? fuck you, seriously go fuck yourself.

hello friends! sorry i am late because i had so much going on by the end of May/start of June including end of semester exams that i completely forgot to write a post in time (typical me lol) but worry not, May post is gonna be filled with so many stories!!!

so for this May i'd like to nickname it as Full of Friends May Mayhem because i felt so happy throughout the entire May as i spent lots of quality time with my best friends and experienced many exciting new things 🥺💙

first up, watching How To Make Millions Before Grandma Dies หลานม่า with soon-to-be doctor, Chintia! it's been long since i saw her because we were both very busy, me with school and her with finishing med school national competency exams... we had lunch together and spent literal hours chatting about anything and life updates. then we watched หลานม่า to see Billkin and Tu in action - they were amazing actors! the film itself was great, it made me miss my grandma so much, but i'm familiar with grief that i only cried a bit at the ending. the scores are heavenly but i still can't find it anywhere online huhu

next is Ortho Ul's social charity and gathering at Bali! this will be my second time joining a department event but first time to have it in such big scale (every resident from every active year, all lecturers, staffs, and even alumni joined the trip!) and it was awesome!!! 3 days and 2 nights filled with fun, really! day one we had the social charity at a junior high school in Kuta and then a 4-hour bus ride to Menjangan (where our resort is located!) day two was for snorkeling session (that i bailed out because i was worried my thalassophobia would be triggered) and i spent time island hopping instead! day three was our journey back to Denpasar and then flight to Jakarta. our schedule was sooo packed and we lacked sleep but enjoying the time together was priceless experience. on day 2 we got to showcase our 'talent' and did a short musical as an introduction of us the new recruits 😂 i remember eleven of us still making time to rehearse for the musical between so many assignments and projects and other duties... as the gathering has pirate as the theme, i made sure to incorporate Petualangan Sherina soundtracks and also pirate themed film scores, i wrote the screenplay, and designed some of the choreos. and it all came together nicely with our lecturers praising our performance 🥺

third is Ortho Ul 2018-2019 graduates' farewell lunch! this one was so enjoyable as well, our recently graduated orthodontists seniors treated us lunch at Park Hyatt hotel, i tried and loved all the food 🤭 there were also game and photo sessions, i feel so welcomed into this huge family 🥺 honestly getting into postgrad feels like entering a whole new world, so many new people, new connections, unexpected but still pleasant surprises!

these days i find it extremely easy to find happiness wherever i go, in whatever i do, and with whoever i'm with... no matter how trivial things can always find its way to put a smile on my face 😂 getting consecutive green lights on the way to school, arriving on time at the MRT platform as the train came, finding cool shades under the trees, spending time with my classmates even though while being under so much pressure, finding new film scores albums with 10/10 tracks, the feel of the wind on my face every time i ride back home, days filled with laughter and tranquility and calmness, discovering my old passion for kdrama (you all NEED to watch Lovely Runner, and meet my daughter Kim Hyeyoon and my son Byun Wooseok the loveliest people ever), interacting with my international mutuals, my fav songs came on shuffle, trying good food at new places, coldplay new era is coming!!! life is full of wonder, alhamdulillah...

things i've never dared to dream are approaching, and i'm super excited of what's to come (lots!!!) the best is yet to come insyaAllah 🤩 i hope life is also as beautiful as it is to you, my friends. see you on the next post! 💙

HI STEPH! i'm here because i've read it a post of yours that really messed up with my own feelings and decided to came here to easy that impostor feeling you're having about yourself and your creations. so i'm going to tell a little thing about my own experience: when i first started this 14 years ago i constanly compared my things with another ones, when tumblr got really viral in 2010/11 with all the harry potter's content i was in the middle of it feeling mediocre because i couldn't make a proper coloring and didn't even know how to put sharpen and etc. like the great ccs alreayd was doing at that time. i saw every big network birth and huge other creators receiving that great attention after me and constanly made the same questions that you made on your post. the worst one was: i will never be as talented or creative as this person will i? and that is the WORST feeling to have as a creator. because you started to doubt yourself, your talent, your colors... and we shouldn't do it because every person has his own colors, his own style. we shouldn't doubt about the encouraging comments people left on our posts or our work in general. every single one of us has his own way to see beauty, so we must believe in that. i took so long to make my bangtan blog because i was so afraid!!! afraid of the people but mostly afraid of myself. i talked about it not long ago on my blog. anyway, honey please don't let this feeling be more than you are! you're talented, there's no "oh you like that person's posts more because she/he is more talented than me" it's your brain trying to confused you. tumblr creators has often this feeling as my personal experience can tell 😖 i particularly am very glad that you started giffing, i really am. because you make things that you like, with your own personal way to make it, your comps are majestic, the choreo gifs, everything and would never be able to do that and it's all fine... i love to see the improvement on your things... but you don't have to be so HARD to yourself. let things be as they are. if you wanna make diff things, so make it, if you wanna keep as you are, so keep it. everything is fine as long as you're comfortable with it. i hope i could make sense, i hate english, but it's the only language i can talk with my friends so... 😔 sorry if i interpreted your vent post differently tho. wishing nothing but the best, sweet. if you need anything, i'm on a message away 🌷

as for said vent post? i wish i could say it was a byproduct of the time of the month but as someone who works in a creative field for a living & is now a part time content creator for this site, i think the imposter syndrome is an unfortunate but inevitable side effect. am i aware that it's my own brain playing tricks on me? yes. does it stop it from happening? no. deep down, i know i'm good at what i do; in fact, there's so much i've gotten better at and i'm proud of myself for it but when you see other creators getting more attention and love for their work? yeah, it can be easy to spiral and doubt not only your abilities but your worth and what you actually contribute to this site.

i'm doing my best to undo this mentality, it's a work in progress to be sure. i know you and so many others appreciate my creations, that's what keeps me going on some days because if not, i think i would've quit ages ago. truth be told, sometimes i still feel like it but i do enjoy the process of making gifs and trying out new things, so don't worry i'm not going anywhere in that sense. but i was serious about taking a break from posting for a bit, i'm feeling the emotional drainage and i need some time to recover before i get back into the swing of things.

You enter the hotel room quietly, fully aware of the late hour. The dim light greets you, and you remove your shoes carefully. Your legs are sore from the standing and walking, but you are on a high from the concert. You tip toe to peek at the adjoining room to find your kids sleeping soundly. Glad that you don't have to deal with their night routine, you walk further into your room to find your husband in a chair, with a glass of whiskey, facing the floor to ceiling window with the beautiful Busan skyline beyond.

"Hey babe," you hug him from behind. He smells so nice and fresh, but he also feels tense. You kiss his cheek.

He turns slightly to kiss you back, and that's when you see it- the pensive, almost melancholic expression on his face. Deciding that your own shower can wait, you settle to hug him from the back.

"Had fun?"

"Mm hmm," you murmur. You met up with your friends for the Live Play at Haeundea Beach, and it was nice to enjoy the festivities simply as a fan. However, when you saw the close ups during Spring Day, you knew the significance of the emotions in your husband's and his brothers' faces.

"Sorry it took me a while to get back, traffic was a nightmare."

Your husband hums and pulls you so you sit in his lap. You want to protest that you're all sweaty and gross, but you bite your tongue, knowing he needs to have this moment with you.

"It was a really good concert, Yoon. Army and non-Army really enjoyed it." You tuck his hair behind his ear. You have always declared his undercut era is the sexiest, but this long hair is definitely moving up to take over that title.

He chuckles in response, so you continue. "That Run BTS performance really did us in. Everyone went wild. I'm sure our daughter will be bothering Hobi in no time to teach her the choreo."

You feel his shoulder shake from the little laughter he lets out.

"And, UGH! and Cypher Pt 3 was out of this world. When Joon just went off with his line, you have no idea how electrifying it was."

You feel his arms wrapping tighter around your waist. "Everything will be okay, Yoon." You kiss the top of his head.

"I know," he finally speaks, his voice hoarse no doubt from the concert. "But still, I wonder."

You gently cup his face. "They won't go anywhere. They'll stay, you know that."

"I know, I know," he sighs into your neck. "but, you know how the thought is there, and I just... post-concert depression, I guess."

You run your fingers through his hair, silently encouraging him to continue.

"It felt so good to be on stage again, and fuck, Cypher Pt 3? Felt so fucking good to do it tonight. Then it hit me that it's going to be a while till we can go back doing all that. It's just a weird feeling..." he swirls his whiskey. "Do you think they know?"

"Well," you answer carefully, "your ending moments were a bit of a giveaway, but I think Army right now are just basking in the pride that you all performed so well and so beautifully."

Yoongi tuts. "So diplomatic."

You both chuckle softly and let silence take over while the Busan night skyline flickers and glimmers before you.

"They've always trusted you, and you asked them tonight to trust you again."

Your husband nods.

"So you should trust them too."

A gummy smile slowly makes its way on his face. "Yeah," he says softly, taking a deep breath and snuggling further against you.

"Yoon, I need to shower."

His hold around you tightens. "Later."

"I'm gross."

"I don't care," he insists. "Just sit here a bit longer."

You smile fondly at his request.

"Everything is going to be okay," you assure him.

"Yeah, everything is going to be okay."

They're my best friends for the rest of my life.

Namjoon:

Well, well, well, what could you have possibly said to create an argument with Namjoon. He, for one, doesn’t like arguments. He would instead talk to you and settle all the problems without raising his voice.

But if the argument does get too far, he’s making sure that he gets his point across, even if his words might sting.

Namjoon sits on the edge of the bed, looking up at you who was standing in front of him with your arms crossed.

“I did nothing wrong, Y/n,” he states with a deep yet calm tone, “You didn’t tell me that I had to run errands. How would I when I’m in the studio with the boys?”

He raises his brow when you stomp your feet on the wooden floor. Eyeing you up and down, his blood slowly rises when he feels like you’re acting insensitive.

“But you knew that we had no groceries left!”

Namjoon suppresses his anger like he always does, “Stop being selfish, Y/n. Tell me, who’s paying your bills?” he points his chin out.

“Hey, I pay half of our bills!”

“There you go. That just means you also shouldn’t be depending on me so much when I’m busy doing work, okay?”

Seokjin:

You feel the other side of the bed dip, signaling that someone had come into bed with you. Peeking your eyes open just slightly, you feel your body relaxing as you finally saw Seokjin after a long, hard day.

“Hey, darling,” you whisper, scooting closer to him to hug his body. Seokjin murmurs something under his breath, but you didn’t quite grasped what it was. 

Seokjin moves around, furrowing his eyebrows as a groan escapes his mouth. “Please…”

Ignoring the word, you instantly scatter his face with kisses, kissing his forehead and down to his plump lips.

“Not now, Y/n.”

“Why?” you pout, “lemme kiss you. I haven’t seen you all day.” You continue your mischief on him, placing open-mouthed kisses all over.

With eyes still closed, he pushes you away with both hands.

Shocked, you look at him in awe of what he just did.

“That’s so rude,” you scoff.

“I just want to sleep, Y/n. I’m tired and I don’t want to talk.”

Silence fills the room as you sullenly observe him pull the covers over his body. He rubs his face with his hands as he lets go of an exasperated sigh. “Get over it. I had a bad day, okay? I just want silence and a night of good sleep, that’s all I want right now.”

You know how Seokjin gets mad. His words are his weapon. You think that it’s much better leaving him alone than further pushing his buttons. Tomorrow will be another day.

Yoongi:

Yoongi doesn’t get angry that often. It’s quite impressive how he can calm himself down and avoid the anger. But it’s also alarming – because whenever he does get angry, he can become outright terrifying and a guilt-tripping madman.

“Is it because I don’t talk to you enough?” Yoongi alarms through the phone, the rage in his voice evident even though you can’t see his face. “Huh? Is it because I don’t give you enough attention?”

“It’s not like that! You have to understand that he’s just a friend!” You grip the phone tighter in your damp hand. 

“I bet that guy treated you better, hm? I bet that’s the reason.” Yoongi’s voice was filled with bitter sarcasm as he speaks. The tone of his voice makes you clench your fist in annoyance. It was clear that he was manipulating you with his words, but there’s nothing you can do to stop him.

“You know what? Whatever, Y/n. You do whatever the fuck you want. I don’t care. But get ready for when I get home, you’re gonna get some serious fucking punishment.”

There was a long, thick silence after his sentence. You can feel your heartbeat thump loudly in your chest, upset in both yourself and in Yoongi.

“It isn’t my intention to upset you,” you sigh, “you’re the one that I care about. Always.”

“Then show it to me.”

You gasped. Are your actions not enough for him to believe you? 

Hoseok:

Hoseok can be immensely intimidating when angry. Those eyes that can show the sweetest candy smile, with a single wrong move, they can turn into the most devilish gaze someone has ever seen.

Even his members find him scary whenever he’s mad.

As you watch the band practice their choreography for their performance next week, you couldn’t keep your eyes on Hoseok. The way his body just moves smoothly without any imperfections at all, it was clear that he was made for dancing and performing on stage.

Park Jimin calls off for a break and the members rush to their respective corners to catch their breath. Hoseok walks to the other side of the practice room where he sits down. Until suddenly, Jimin comes to your direction with a sly smirk on his face.

“Did you like the choreo?” he says, voice sort of raspy and out of breath. You giggle, “Yes. It was fire.”

“Mhm…” he places his hands on the table in front of you and leans forward, making your eyes widen. What is he doing…?

His eyes were almost slitted, licking his lips. You can’t help but notice small droplets of sweat trickling down from his temples and to his jawline, and how the light reflex the dampness of his neck. “Were you watching me?”

“H-Huh?” You stutter, mouth agape. “Yeah. You’re so good, Jimin, as always,” you respond while tucking your hair behind your ear. 

Jimin’s grin widens, satisfied with your answer. Before he can give a verbal reply, Hoseok was right behind him and he swiftly pushes Jimin aside. He gives him a ‘look’ paired with a shake of his head. He whispers something to Jimin as he walks away.  

Hoseok lifts his chin whilst he looks down at you with those menacing dark brown eyes. “Are you enjoying your time here?”

“Well,” you gulp, “Yes.”

He looks away for a second, brushing his hair back. You can hear that he took a deep sigh. Placing his forearms on the table, he stares directly into your eyes. His irises burn deep into you as he takes a heavy breath, “You know how possessive I am of you, Y/n. Only—” he lifts his right hand and caresses your cheek, swiping his thumb across your bottom lip, “only look at me.”

Jimin:

Jimin was clicking away on his laptop as he sits on the barstool, eyes glued on the screen for he didn’t even notice that you’ve walked up behind him. Slowly, you wrap your arms around his waist. His body jumps in utter shock.

“Babe,” he groans, “don’t do that again. Don’t surprise me like that.”

His tone was plain and sharp, bringing an attitude that signifies that he is annoyed.

Perhaps he needs more love and attention?

Inhaling his scent, you rest your cheek against his back. The sounds of the keys clicking were slowly becoming irritating, so you snatch his hands away to hold them in your grasp.

“Wha—Y/n!” he yells, but you unrightfully ignore him.

“C’mon, baby. Just rest for a while and come cuddle with me instead—”

“Cuddle?” he turns the stool around so he faces you. He scoffs, “You really want us to cuddle right now? When I’m in the middle of work?” he raises his voice at you, making you feel small. Trying your best not to be hurt by his razor-sharp timbre, you stand your ground. “Stop fucking annoying me and let me do my job, okay?”

“I’m just trying to—”

“—Just trying to help, yeah.” He rolls his eyes. “Please just, just leave me alone for a couple of minutes.”

But he will feel so fucking bad afterward, though. Jimin lets his emotions get the best of him and he used you to let it all out. You understand him, nonetheless. He is the type to bottle up his feelings. But deep down, you wish he would tell you everything that’s been bothering him, without having to keep them for himself. 

Taehyung:

Taehyung rarely gets mad at you. But whenever he does, he’s quick to apologize and forget about the situation because he doesn’t want to cause a much bigger problem.

So, stealing his food from the fridge wouldn’t annoy him, right?

He was supposed to come home early for tonight, but he informed you that he’ll be a little bit late because of traffic.

Although your hunger couldn’t wait any longer.

Taking the box of food out of the fridge, you did not hesitate to gobble them all up to feed your rumbling stomach. You know for a fact that he’s going to empathize with you anyway.

As he comes home, though, you weren’t still finished and he stops his tracks when he sees that you were eating his meal.

“Y/n!” he gasps, “This one is yours!” he says, raising the takeout box he bought on the way home. “You said you wanted Chinese, didn’t you?”

Uh-oh…

You slowly stand up from the dining table, walking your way out of the area with his food still in your hands with a little cheeky grin.

Taehyung pouts as he whines out your name, “I hate it when you do this! I was craving for that!” He stomps his foot, “This is so upsetting, you know.”

You feel your heart clench at that, “I’m sorry…”

“Come here, you!” Taehyung all of a sudden, runs to catch you, signaling your fight or flight response. You shriek and dashed all around the dining room, trying to avoid Taehyung as much as possible. He had his arms sprawled across like an eagle, cackling.

Once you let him catch you, he hugs your body tightly in his grasp. “Hmm? You’re so naughty, babe. You know I can’t get mad at you for too long.” He grabs the food box away from you and sets it aside. He whispers, “But don’t do this again.”

Jungkook:

“I mean, look at her, Jungkook. Doesn’t her face irritate you?” you inquire at him, showing an Instagram picture of that one girl you despise. She had her whole butt on screen, tongue out, showing off her long acrylic nails.

Sitting on the couch beside you, Jungkook purses his lips and looks at the screen. “Hmm.” He says plainly.

“Goddamn, whenever I see her in real life my saliva turns sour, y’know? Ugh¸ I hate her so much.” You can feel your nerves rile up, throwing your feet on the coffee table in front of you.

Jungkook speaks, “What has she done to you?” he says in a monotone voice.

“Uh,” you turn to look at him, raising an eyebrow, “Why?”

He shrugs his shoulders, “Just wondering.”

“Okay, fine,” You roll your eyes, “She has done nothing, all right? But—”

He laughs unexpectedly, making you crease your forehead both in frustration and perplexity.

Jungkook himself was never the type to create arguments or say what he feels out loud. He would most likely internalize his thoughts and opinions and waits for the perfect timing to affront.

But if there’s a moment where he a situation feels unfair, he’s not afraid to stand up for what he believes.

“You know that’s wrong, darling,” he sighs, scooting over to you. He swings his right arm around your shoulder and tugs your figure closer. “There’s no reason to hate someone without having a definitive reason. C’mon, just ignore her if she bothers you so much.”

You frown, “But…”

“But what? Baby, if you do this one more time, I’ll be very upset. More upset in you than I am right now.”

Immediately, you jerk your head to look at him. With puppy dog eyes, you apologize, “Sorry.”

Hopefully I listened to enough to write this reaction well! Disclaimer: Besides a couple of songs each, I know hardly anything about these artists and their music styles so I might’ve totally missed the mark on this. Again, thanks for requesting! I hope you like it!

CHOI SEUNGCHEOL

He honestly might be a little intimidated lol. When he hears the vibe of the song and the lyrics and the confident nature of your voice, he’ll get a little nervous. To him it’s a whole new light to see you under. After he gets over his initial shock, he’ll be in total awe of you. He thinks you’re so cool. As a performer himself he knows how much it can take to give off a consistent character or persona that’s that powerfully felt. He’s definitely so impressed by you and if he sees you around, he’ll make sure he mentions it. He might get a little over excited while he tells you that your performance skills are amazing and it ends with you two giggling over each other.

YOON JEONGHAN

He thinks this is HOT. When he clicks on your new music and hears your confident voice and daring words, he is done for. He thought he was kind of into you before, but now he knows this is a crush he won’t get over easily. His mood of the day will determine how your next interaction goes. If he feels really shy that day, he’ll scratch the back of his head and blush like crazy as he stutters out that he likes your new music. If he’s feeling more confident, he’ll find himself using as daring words as your lyrics do. He might even go so far to tell you that you look good in your stage outfit. Confident Jeonghan will leave you a blushing mess and wondering if you might have a crush yourself. 

JOSHUA HONG

Shocked™ He honestly was not ready for this at all. It’s very different from your usual style and seems so unlike you. But not in a bad way! He just really is shocked. After he gets more used to it, he’s really proud to see how much effort you put into it. He knows how hard it can be to not only push your limits as an artist, but to do it this well. As time goes on, he’s more and more impressed with your new music. When he sees you next, he has to work up the courage to approach you. He’ll give you a warm smile and sincerely compliment your music. It’s a very short and sweet conversation, but he’s nice enough that his words stay in your head for the rest of the day.

WEN JUNHUI

Won’t be as surprised as a few of the other members, but some of your more daring lyrics will leave him giggling. The type that once he listens to your song once, he’ll suddenly find it stuck in his head all the time, so pretty soon he’s bopping to your music throughout the day. He finds the beat super catchy and he can’t escape how much he likes it. Actually the next time he runs into you, he’s mumbling out the lyrics to your song. He gets nervous upon seeing you, so he’ll start rambling about how much he likes your music and how he’s been listening to it constantly and how talented he thinks you are. Lucky for him, you end up thinking his nervous rambling is pretty cute. 

KWON SOONYOUNG

Gets so excited about this. He looks at it through the perspective of an artist. He just thinks you’re exploding with talent and creativity. Re-watches the music video like twenty times in a row. He’s like a little kid finding a new favorite film. If he really wants to get your attention, he might upload a dance cover to YouTube and then @ you on Twitter. He might even create his own new choreo for it and upload that. (If he gets too nervous, he’ll make Dino do it with him lol.) When you end up tweeting him back that you liked his dance, he’ll literally run around the dorm squealing. 

JEON WONWOO

He is BLUSHING. When he watches your music video featuring a totally new look and sound from you, he just totally has his breath taken away. He can’t stop thinking about it, flashes of the video and song playing through his head throughout the day. He’ll quietly mention it to the members, saying stuff like, “Have you been keeping up with any new music?” He honestly just wants any excuse to talk about your new music with everyone around him lol. If he runs into you after you release the song, he’ll very quietly tell you that he likes it and then practically flee the scene.

LEE JIHOON

Like Hoshi, he’ll look at it through an artist’s perspective. Instead of getting overly excited like Hoshi, though, he’ll kind of almost analyze it. “The tone in their voice during this part of the song really emphasizes the mood” “The use of this instrument here makes this part sound that much better” “The tone of the song matches the lyrics so well” He’ll just go through the song and compliment you as an artist. (Out loud, to no one, lol.) Like Hoshi, he might try to get your attention by tweeting you: “Love the new sound! We love trying new things too! Collab sometime????” After you tweet back that you’d love to collab, Jihoon acts real cool but on the inside he’s literally exploding.

LEE SEOKMIN

He’s just as shocked as Joshua and just as intimidated as Cheol. He’s so taken aback by it all and needs to watch your new music video over and over to get used to you in this new genre. But Seokmin really just loves all creativity and artistry so soon he’s just really excited for you to be exploring yourself as an artist. If he sees you after you release the new song, he’s going to hype you up so hard. He loves your new music and thinks you’re so talented and wants you to feel every piece of his support. It’s hard not to be overly pumped for your next performance after talking to DK.

KIM MINGYU

VERY similar to Jeonghan in this situation. He thinks you having so much confidence in your lyrics and while performing is so attractive. He watches your music videos often and adds your songs to many of his playlists. He thinks you’re very impressive as an artist and genuinely really likes your music. Also like Jeonghan, depending on how he’s feeling on a certain day when he sees you next in person will determine how the conversation goes. He might go completely red in the face and mess with his ears as he compliments you, or he might avoid talking to you out of nervousness, or if he’s feeling just right, he might flirt with you right out. No telling when it comes to that Kim Mingyu.

XU MYUNGHO

Also very much into the artistry perspective. He might analyze your lyrics, dance, and video to try and get a better understanding of what message you’re sending and what your art style is like. He doesn’t have a reaction necessarily to you doing a certain type of music, he thinks everyone should be allowed to express themselves however they wish through their art. He’s happy to see you doing as you please with your work. He’s too nervous to talk to you in real life, so he might ask a mutual friend for your number for the chance to compliment your music. He’s glad he took so much interest in your actual work, it meant the two of you had plenty to talk about once he contacted you. 

BOO SEUNGKWAN

You! Make! Him! So! Nervous! Once he sees you dancing and singing so confidently along to such daring words, he is whipped for life. One small problem is that he can hardly even look at you without his face exploding into red and nervous laughter taking over his mouth, leaving him no room to actually speak. He believes you’re so much cooler and more confident than him, so he just sort of loses his wits around you. If he ever works up the confidence to actually speak to you, he’ll get out a couple of words before laughing and nodding himself out of the conversation. But please, you’re now his idol and he completely adores you.

VERNON CHWE

Like Myungho, he might not have much of an opinion either way. He’ll most likely get into your music just so he has something to talk to you about if he ever runs into you. He really admires the confidence you have in your performances and music. He knows it can be intimidating to put yourself out there, so he thinks it’s really cool that you seem to do it so easily. If he runs into you out and about, that’s exactly what he’ll tell you. And you’re not exactly sure why, but having this sweet, quiet boy tell you he admires you leaves you with a warm feeling in your stomach.

LEE CHAN

So unbelievably impressed by you. He also really, really likes your style and takes a lot of inspiration from it. He’d love to be able to release a project that has as powerful of a vibe as you give off. If he sees you in real life, he’ll actively shove down his nervous feelings from his crush and approach you right away to ask for artistic advice. You’ll actually end up discussing your music and style at length, with Dino listening intently, and participating enthusiastically. You’ll end up making plans with each other to possibly do a project together.
