ough i need to actually like work on my OC askblog but im kinda rethinking my main oc's design? i love it sm but idk,,, can i get some feedback? personally i love his goofy appearance (he is MEANT to look very friendly/silly and bright, part of his backstory) but i worry some parts of it are too much (like his little bulbous antenna on his ears, or the mismatched colors *everywhere*)
some notes: the one on the left is more recent, but the colors are a bit less accurate (the face is more correct but the body's accent colors are mismatched like on the right. i cant decide whether i want him to have colored paws, im thinking i might go with the grey...)
i put a lot of thought into the more robotic and 'helpful' aspects of his design like the speaker ears he has that can project audio, and his tail, which lights up like a flashlight. his 'eyes' are on metal squares that can turn right, left, up, or down to make emotional expressions, etc.) some of his features are directly tied to his backstory, as he was created to be 'the perfect friend' by a corrupt genius, so he has physical traits to match, ie as the genius saw it, useful traits. Why have a friend hold your flashlight when he could BE the flashlight?

idk i love him he is my silly robocritter but i do sometimes worry he is TOO goofy looking
ok to rb!! (but id prefer replies)

Tumblr media
He stays away from her over the next two weeks. He still picks Shino up from childcare - he’s never leaving his little girl again - but takes Osamu’s advice to duck into the kitchen the minute he hears the bell chime to mark her entrance into the shop.
‘Is everything alright with Atsumu?’ he hears her ask Osamu after a week of radio silence from him.
He imagines Osamu just shrugs, because his twin later gives him a look of askance that he ignores.
‘Meet me on Sunday afternoon? Was hoping to have a quick chat and pass something over to you since my arm is out of its sling.Osamu agreed to take Shino for a couple of hours, so don’t worry about her’, he texts her.
‘Fine’, she texts back. ‘Works for me’.
Tumblr media
‘Hey’, he greets her as she opens the door, fighting the impulse to scruff his shoes into the ground like a nervous schoolboy on his first date.
‘Hey yourself’, she responds without heat, slipping on her shoes. ‘Shall we?’
He nods, turning on his heel and she follows suit, their footfalls matching in pace, though they angle their bodies to avoid each other’s gaze in the lift. They do not exchange a single word until they reach the car park, and he leads her past all the cars to a dim corner, lit by a single flickering electric bulb.
‘Atsumu - what’s this?’ she says, staring uncomprehendingly at the motorbike parked in front of her, the exact replica of the bike she sold when she got pregnant with Shino, albeit updated with a shining coat of new paint and the latest modifications, top of the line.
‘Surprise?’ he tells her, unable to hide a grin when she runs a hand reverently over the seat of the bike.
‘I can’t accept this, ‘Tsumu. It’s too much’, she demurs but he knows she’s fallen in love when she’s unable to tear her eyes away from the bike.
‘Sure ya can! I registered it under yer name, and paid for the parking fees for the year, and look! It even comes with a helmet!’, he assures her, crossing his fingers behind his back. ‘Ya can ride it whenever ya have time to yerself - I’ll make sure I or ‘Samu will take Shino-chan for a couple hours every weekend so ya can go break some speed limits on the bike!’
‘This isn’t a bribe, right? Or some attempt to trick me into agreeing into something I don’t want to do?’ she asks him suspiciously.
‘No - no tricks, I swear on my life. Look - I’ve signed the divorce papers, they’re in my bag. I just wanted to give ya the bike as a partin' gift’, he says, keeping his voice deliberately light.
She stares at him, searching his face for any sign of duplicity, but he holds her gaze until she turns away, satisfied.
‘You never do anything by halves, do you ‘Tsumu? But thank you anyway’, she laughs breathily and his heart lurches to a start when he sees her slowly start to glow whilst fussing over the bike, exclaiming to herself as she admires the paint job and the extra compartments he’d gotten the mechanic to install.
Watching her brings back memories of their adventures together before Shino came along. She’d pick him up for a ride to the outskirts of Osaka on their rare days off, in search for a spot to lay their picnic mat down and shoot the breeze. They’d never found that perfect picnic spot, but that just meant that there were more places to explore, more roads to traverse, more adventures for them to go on. That’d all stopped once Shino came along, and he wonders if they wouldn’t be in such a state if he’d put in more effort to carve out more time for them.
And even before that - there was the time she’d surprised him by turning up in Kobe for one of his matches, sweeping him away from his confused teammates right after the match to celebrate over egg mayo sandwiches at 7-11. He suspects that was the day he’d fallen in love with her, half realising that she was probably the only person crazy enough to burn hours on the road on the back her rusty old bike right after an exam, just to stay up all night sitting cross-legged in a dim combini with mayo in her hair, listening to him ramble about his volleyball match.
Wow. 'Samu's right. Even the reason he fell in love with her was fucking selfish.
‘Hey ‘Tsumu’, he hears her say after a while and he looks up. ‘Wanna go for a ride?’ she asks brightly, twirling the keys around her finger.
‘Huh?’ he responds, genuinely perplexed.
‘A ride, you idiot. Don’t you want to find out how the bike feels on the road, especially since you’re the one who paid for it?’
‘Sure’, he says, a little lost - but then again she’s always found ways to keep him on his toes. ‘But there’s only one helmet’.
‘I still have my old one upstairs. Give me a second so I can get it!’ she rushes off, a spring in her step he’s sorely missed seeing and despite the ache in his heart, he smiles.
Tumblr media
His smile vanishes the moment she kicks the bike full throttle and hurtles through weekend Osaka traffic at breakneck speed, making such sharp turns he almost falls off the bike if he weren’t already clutching her waist for dear life. ‘Oi! Look out!’ he yelps, as she weaves her way through narrow gaps between cars, seemingly deaf to the horns of outraged drivers behind her - and fuck he wants to puke but can’t because there’s no way that doesn’t end badly for him.
‘Slow down, you fuckin' maniac’, he manages to shout when his stomach gives itself up for dead, but the wind swallows his words and she only whoops in response. The neon city lights blur into a mess of colours and he runs through his repertoire of curse words. He swears she’s evil - it’s not enough that she’s killed him once by divorcing him, her insane riding is going to make sure he’s doubly dead.
They burst onto the highway in a squeal of tires, the city skyline fading into a sea of lights, and they’re both so focused on the road ahead of them, well – she is, at least, he’s trying his level best to stay on his seat - that neither of them notice the dark clouds gathering above until the first splatter of raindrops on the road.
The sky is threatening enough to make her swerve off the highway into a quiet neighbourhood, screeching to a halt at the nearest park with an empty shelter large enough to fit both of them. They jump off the bike, helmets dangling over their arm, and she catches hold of his hand as they splash their way through muddy puddles in a bid to escape the incoming storm.
‘That was amazing!’ she laughs when they reach shelter, twirling on the tips of her feet, cheeks flushed pink with excitement, looking so happy and bright and alive -  like a bird spreading its wings to fly high in the sky, the way she used to be before their marriage broke her wings and shackled her to the ground.
If only he hadn’t been blinded by the false allure of his dreams to appreciate what was right in front of him - a woman bold enough to whisk him away from the clutches of deranged fans on the back of a motorbike, fierce enough for Osamu to assign her to deal with his bullshit - and most of all, crazy enough to marry and have a child with him. And he knows she isn’t his, not anymore, but he's a greedy, selfish man, and he wants her one last time, so he throws his jacket over her shoulders as a pretext for drawing her close to him, slanting his mouth gently over hers.
She stills for a second, and he’s about to pull away when she melts into him, tilting her chin up to grant him greater access to her lips. An unexpected heat coils in his stomach when she tangles her fingers in his hair, scraping her nails against his scalp, a thrill running down his spine as he loses himself in her familiar softness and warmth and groans.
She gasps, jerking away from him, tracing her bruised lips with her fingers, looking up at him with wide eyes.
‘Tsumu’, she begins to say, but he cuts her off, frantic with worry that he’s scared her off before he’s had the chance to say his piece.
‘I’m sorry - I know I shouldn’t have but I just...can I just say what I meant to say to ya before this?’ he asks, banking on the fact that she hasn’t slapped him yet, and to his relief, she nods.
‘I’ve thought about what ya said, and yer right -  I’ve taken so much from ya I don’t deserve to ask ya for anything else, not when I should be the one making it up to ya for the rest of my life,’ he says, his heart cracking beneath his ribs (so it’s true, a heart can actually break) – because he knows now she’s lost to him, has been the second he'd forsaken his vows and stormed out of her life, but he gulps a breath to calm his pulse, forcing himself to continue on.
‘All I want is for ya to be happy and free - and if signing these papers is the price I have to pay, I’ll do it for ya’. Then he draws the brown envelope from his bag, holding it out to her with shaking hands.
She makes no move to take it from him.
‘Do you even love me, ‘Tsumu?’ she asks, her voice feather light, a wisp in the wind. ‘Be honest with me, you don’t have to lie’.
There’s a searing pain in his chest and he closes his eyes, losing himself to the undercurrent of regret pulsing in his mind.
‘I do’, he manages to choke out, peeling aside the rotting layers of vanity and greed and selfishness and pride to flay his chest open to present his heart to her, in all its bleeding, broken glory.
‘Yer everythin’ I could’ve ever asked for, and it’s killin’ me to watch you walk away - but I deserve it cos I’m a fuckin’ idiot for not realisin’ that sooner, and ya have no idea how fuckin’ sorry I am for hurting ya so badly and making you think that I don’t love ya - because I do, gods, I do, I love ya so goddamned much.’
‘Does our marriage mean that much to you?’ she stares at him, her eyes clouded with an emotion he can’t make out.
‘Yes’, he says simply, his response both a confession and a prayer. He makes no move to touch her, fearful that any misstep might tip them both over the edge, the storm of emotions swirling within him already threatening to swallow him whole.
‘Then ask me again, ‘Tsumu’ she whispers, her fists clenched, trembling by her side.
He blinks at her, but his confusion morphs into elated disbelief when she takes the brown envelope from him and rips it cleanly in half.
Oh.
‘Ask me again, ‘Tsumu’, she repeats, the clouds in her eyes clearing into pools of light. He wonders if it mirrors the rush of warmth and love and most of all - hope, overflowing in his heart.
‘Wanna try jumping off a cliff again?’ he asks, voice shaking, echoing the request he made of her years ago.
She steps forward into his waiting arms, her smile like golden sunlight spilling through grey rain.
‘Only if you promise to jump with me’, she says softly against his chest.
He catches her forgiveness desperately in his hands, and seals his promise with his lips.

A/N: Cause I miss getting drunk and doing stupid shit, hence this fic feat. our salty boi ✌ it was rly fun to write this so,, hope u enjoy it too!!
☆☆ A Haikyuu!! Fanfiction ☆☆
Tumblr media
Light filtered through the window blinds, rousing Y/N from her slumber as she pried her eyes open, cursing to herself as she felt a stinging pain in her temples. She was hungover, pretty badly at that, and as much as she wracked her brain to try and recall the events that transpired the night before, it only made her headache much worse.
Shit...I don't feel so good.
As her eyes darted around, she was immediately relieved knowing that she was lying down on the couch in her and Tsukishima's living room, managing to deduce - despite her muddled state-of-mind - that someone must have taken care of her in her drunken stupor.
Gritting her teeth, Y/N tried to sit up slowly, wincing as her temples prickled with pain with every movement. In her peripheral vision, however, was her livid-looking boyfriend with probably the deepest scowl she's ever seen as he stared her down from where he sat.
"Kei...?"
"Did you sleep well?" While the inquiry was meant to be out of concern, Tsukishima delivered it in a monotonous, yet utterly chilling manner which only meant one thing: he was pissed.
"What happened? And what's got you frowning so early in the morning?" She carefully questioned, eager yet dreading to find out how she must have royally screwed up the night before to get him this upset. Her curiosity only infuriated Tsukishima more and Y/N could have almost sworn seeing a blackish aura swirl around him.
"You...you really don't remember a damn thing, do you?"
*****
Fridays were usually the most anticipated day of the week for most members of the working class; however, in Tsukishima's case, he was dreading this Friday in particular.
After a strenuous week at the office, his boss suggested the entire team go drinking to reward themselves for their hard work and as a means to de-stress. But, Tsukishima wasn't keen on partaking in such nights of revelry especially after a long week at work as he'd rather spend his Friday nights and weekends relaxing at home with Y/N. The only reason that he decided to tag along is due to her persistence for him to do so.
Sighing deeply to himself, Tsukishima followed his colleagues as they entered the izakaya, chattering excitedly as they settled in at a long table at the far back. Amongst the clientele for that night, one of them in particular caught his attention, his eyes widening in surprise.
"Y/N?"
She was sat on one of the stools overlooking the kitchen. At the sound of her name, she turned towards its source and grinned widely. "Kei! Fancy running into you here and I see that you're also with your team. Good boy!"
He subtly rolled his eyes and sat down on the stool next to hers, unable to fight off a smile that made its way to his face. "Yeah yeah, if I didn't join them I'd never hear the end of it from you. Anyway, are you here alone?"
"Yeah, just stopped by on the way home from work to pick up some gyoza and katsudon for dinner. But wait, maybe I should have gotten takoyaki, too? Or maybe another serving of gyoza-" Y/N rambled as she grabbed the menu, her eyes scanning rapidly over the items.
He just gazed at her in amusement, completely oblivious to the inquisitive stares his co-workers shot their way. Tsukishima in the workplace was usually placid, reserved, and mostly impassive; seeing his relaxed and pleasant demeanor as he interacted with Y/N was especially intriguing to them, wondering amongst themselves just who that woman was in Tsukishima's life.
Keen on finding out the answer, one of his senpais called him over to their table. It suddenly dawned on him that there was no other choice than to formally introduce Y/N to them. And, he definitely was not looking forward to it as he'd never hear the end of their relentless teasing. "Y/N, would you mind coming along with me for a bit?"
Discreetly straightening her clothes and smoothening her hair, Y/N nodded and followed him to where his co-workers sat, anxious to make a good first impression. At their arrival, they immediately trained their gazes on her, just as eager to find out who she was. "Everyone, this is Y/N, my girlfriend. We live together," Tsukishima stated nonchalantly.
The shock on their faces was borderline comical as they stared back at him, their jaws hanging open in disbelief. "Girlfriend?!"
He sighed, already dreading the uproar they're about to cause. Tsukishima was a private person and rarely talked about his personal life as he maintained a firm work-life boundary. It was not like he was embarrassed to introduce his girlfriend to them; he just perceived the entire ordeal to be troublesome as his colleagues would jump at any chance to find something to tease him about.
Y/N straightened herself and bowed. "Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N. Thank you very much for taking care of Kei - I mean - Tsukishima all this time."
"I can't believe this!" One of his kouhais wailed. "To think that an office drone like Tsukishima-senpai has a girlfriend, and a very pretty one at that. So what the hell am I exactly doing wrong?"
"Believe me, I could tell you everything that you need to hear," Tsukishima retorted and shot his kouhai a dagger-like glare.
One of his senpais, a man who looked to be in his late 30's, leaned over and flicked his kouhai on the forehead as he winced in response. "Stop bad-mouthing Tsukishima when his girlfriend's literally standing in front of you. Anyway, nice to meet you, Y/N!"
They instantaneously began bombarding her with questions such as "how did you two meet", "how long have you been together", "what do you do for a living", and "of all men, why Tsukishima." Unable to keep up with what almost seemed like an interrogation by his colleagues, Y/N smiled sheepishly and shot Tsukishima a pleading look, silently begging him to bail her out.
"That's enough, all of you. You're creeping the poor lady out." Y/N turned to the man that sat at the head of the table; he exuded authority which practically gives himself away as the boss. Bringing up a cup of sake to his lips, he took a sip and eyed his subordinates sternly, yet the amusement in his gaze was palpable as he shifted his attention to Y/N. "Sorry about that, we just didn't expect our lone wolf Tsukishima to have a girlfriend, so we're all excited to meet you. If you don't mind, maybe you can join us, Y/N?"
"Sir-" Tsukishima began to protest as he felt the work-life boundary he stubbornly maintained begin to crumble; but to his surprise, Y/N seemed keen on accepting the invitation, a bashful smile on her face.
"I'd be happy to, but I wouldn't want to impose-"
"You won't, don't worry about it!" He assured dismissively and proceeded to order another round of drinks and accompanying snacks. "It's a pleasure of ours to get to know you and finally get a glimpse of Tsukishima's life outside of work."
Flattered and amused at how especially eager they seemed to know more about their enigmatic colleague and his girlfriend, Y/N gratefully accepted the invitation. "Alright, a few drinks wouldn't hurt."
*****
"Okay, I remember that much...but it still doesn't explain why you're so pissed," Y/N mused, listening earnestly to Tsukishima as he filled her in on what seemed like a disastrous night of revelry caused by her drunken antics.
He sighed and took off his glasses to rub his temples, the events that transpired the night before seemingly traumatizing him. "That's because you got carried away, you idiot."
*****
A couple of shots was all it needed for Y/N to become fully accustomed with Tsukishima's colleagues and pretty soon, they were chattering away like long-time friends while he fixated his gaze on her, his eyebrows furrowing in mild displeasure.
Aren't they becoming a little bit too friendly with her? And Y/N's just two shots in and she's already starting to get tipsy. Geez, this is so troublesome.
"Hey, one at a time please! I'll answer your questions one by one," Y/N instructed quite giddily, Tsukishima gazing at her in concern as she downed her third shot. He didn't want to be a buzzkill especially when she seemed to genuinely enjoy his colleagues' company and vice versa; however, her alcohol tolerance was remarkably low and it didn't take much for her to become fully inebriated. He decided to keep a watchful eye on her instead to prevent any incident from occurring due to her drunken antics.
"So, how and when did you two meet?"
"Kei and I go way back in high school," Y/N began as everyone at the table listened to her attentively. "He was part of our school's volleyball team and looked so cool as he played! That's when I started to have a crush on him, but it was one-sided though."
And there goes her filter, Tsukishima thought to himself, concealing his exasperation by downing his cup of sake, trying as best as he can to drown out the uproar his colleagues caused at her revelation.
"No way! Tsukishima-senpai was a volleyball player? I just can't imagine that!" One of his kouhais exclaimed, completely perplexed at the thought.
Tsukishima was about to reply with another snide remark, but Y/N was quick to interject. "Hell yeah he was, and he's such a great middle blocker to boot. He played so calmly as he read his opponent's moves...ahhh that composure of his is what makes him so cool!"
While he appreciated her attempt to defend his honor, it only increased everyone's amusement as she fawned over him, much to his chagrin. "So Y/N-" One of his senpais grinned sneakily, and Tsukishima pretty much figured out what the next inquiry will be about. "-who confessed to whom?"
"Oh, that takes me way back!" She mused, leaning against the man in question who sat right next to her. "I didn't have the courage to confess since he seemed so unapproachable and indifferent, so I thought about giving up on him. But as we became seniors, we ended up in the same class and became quite close. Eventually, during our graduation ceremony, Kei pulled me aside and confessed! I was so shocked that I started crying and...well, the rest is history."
"So it was Tsukishima here who confessed!" One of his senpais beamed and threw an arm around his shoulder, clinking his sake cup with his. "The revelations just keep on coming and coming."
"But that's amazing though," their boss remarked, completely engrossed in the conversation as much as his subordinates were. "You've been together for such a long time now. It's pretty rare for high school sweethearts to last that long."
Y/N nodded earnestly and downed her fourth shot before Tsukishima had the chance to snatch it away from her hands. "I agree, but Kei is such a caring and thoughtful boyfriend! He may seem like a sour puss on the outside but he's reaaaaaally sweet and very very clingy! But shhhhh...don't tell him I said that, though."
Ugh great, now she's done it. Tsukishima almost had to cover his ears as everyone at the table guffawed, unable to stomach the idea of their placid colleague and the clingy boyfriend Y/N described being the same person. He squeezed his eyes shut, hoping and praying for the evening to be over.
*****
Y/N cringed as Tsukishima helped her recall the things she had blurted out amid her inebriated state, starting to slowly understand the reason why he was so livid in the first place. "Okay...first of all, I am so sorry - with every fiber of my being - for embarrassing you like that-"
"That's not all you did," Tsukishima interjected quite menacingly and pinched the bridge of his nose in an attempt to keep his temper in-check. "As if that wasn't humiliating enough, you managed to exceed my expectations."
*****
A couple more shots later, Y/N was too far gone. She was completely wasted, and Tsukishima couldn't bear to look at his co-workers as they shot each other uneasy looks, the concern palpable in their wordless exchanges. He was utterly embarrassed yet frustrated at himself since she somehow managed to surpass her drinking limit despite being under his watchful eye.
"Heyyyyy, owner! Anotha' round of sake for this table right here, and put it on my tab!"
As Y/N made an attempt to leave the table, she accidentally knocked over a half-empty glass of water, the liquid spilling all over the table as a result. Giggling to herself while Tsukishima's colleagues scrambled to remove their belongings from the table, she attempted to grab a bottle of sake, but he swiftly withheld her attempt to do so, yanking it out of her reach.
"Okay, enough is enough," he reprimanded firmly, setting the bottle down on the table and bringing his face close in an attempt to get through to her. "Y/N, for the love of God, please get ahold of yourself."
"Tsukkiiii...you're hereee!" It was futile, Y/N's glassy eyes an indicator that she was in no condition to listen to reason. She smiled goofily and threw herself into his arms, the sheer force causing Tsukishima to stumble, his arm accidentally knocking over a glass to the floor as it completely shattered as a result.
"Shit! I'm so sorry, did anyone get hurt?" He exclaimed in a state of uncharacteristic panic, his arms struggling to support his drunken mess of a lover as she began mumbling unintelligibly to herself.
"We're good, Tsukishima. Don't worry about it," his boss assured. "But, I think it's best if you take her home, she doesn't look too good."
Yes, good call, that's one way to put it. Goddammit, this is too fucking embarrassing.
Pretty soon, the izakaya's owner approached the group amid the commotion, and with Tsukishima sincerely apologizing and swearing to pay for the damages, he also insisted on paying for the entire group's bill to compensate, but they turned down his offer, advising him and Y/N to get themselves home safely.
Tsukishima thought that the nightmare had ended; apparently, Y/N had more in store as she tapped his boss' shoulder, staring down at him in an attempt to look stern. "Hey sirrrr...can you lay off Tsukki sometimes? 'Cuzzzz...he comes home waaayyyy too late and we barely have enough time to get down and dir-"
"NOOO!" Tsukishima cried out in horror, completely and utterly humiliated as he scrambled to clamp his hand over Y/N's mouth in an attempt to salvage what's left of both of their dignities. However, the force caused her to stagger, her unruly arm knocking over a bottle of sake atop the table. Tsukishima was unable to do anything as he hopelessly watched it topple over, the liquid spilling and trickling down on his boss' lap as he felt every ounce of his life force drain out of his body.
God, if you're listening, then please...I don't care how you do it, but I beg of you...just kill me now.
*****
"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" Y/N wailed and buried her face in a pillow, unable to bring herself to look at Tsukishima as he unveiled the horrific experience he and his co-workers went through due to her drunken stupor. To say that she was embarrassed was a complete understatement; she was mortified, and it definitely was not an ideal first impression as she mourned for her long gone dignity. "Just kill me, please!"
Tsukishima was practically seething with rage at this point, wishing that the night before had just been a nightmare, yet it was nothing but a cruel reality. "You're embarrassed? How the hell do you think I feel? I lost count of the number of times I had to apologize before I hauled your drunken self home! You literally went crazy, Y/N! How careless, especially knowing that you can't handle alcohol well!"
She deserved to be scolded. Y/N lifted her head from the pillow and looked up at him, her eyes prickling with tears as she wallowed in her shame. "Kei...I'm so sorry. You're right, I was careless and I embarrassed you in front of your co-workers. I really didn't mean to! Oh my god...what if you got fired-" It must have been the after-effects of her hangover that made her an emotional mess as she felt tears running down her face, berating herself for acting in such a distasteful manner - in public and in front of his colleagues, at that.
Tsukishima deeply sighed to regain his composure. He settled down next to his lover on the couch, his hand rubbing across her back as he tried to calm her down. "Don't be ridiculous. I won't get fired over something like that, the boss isn't that shallow. He even called me up as soon as we got home to ask how you were doing."
At his gesture, Y/N bawled even harder, the tears streaming endlessly down her face. "I'm really sorry for ruining your night. I promise that I won't do it again."
"Y/N," Tsukishima began and tipped up her chin, locking his golden eyes with her puffy ones. "Look, I'm even more upset that you weren't being careful. I won't stop you from drinking, but you've got to be more aware of your own limitations. What if I wasn't there with you? What if you were alone and there was no one you trusted to take care of you?"
He's right, I'm such an idiot. I sure as hell won't be drinking anytime soon especially after last night's debacle!
She only managed a nod, sniffing profusely as she fished out her handkerchief to wipe her tear-stained face. "I'm so sorry, Kei. I swear that I'll be careful next time."
"You better be, you drunkard," he playfully retorted, the corners of his mouth subtly twitching upwards at how undeniably adorable she was being.
"So...you're not mad anymore?" Y/N inquired softly, looking up at Tsukishima with pleading eyes. While his earlier rage was now long gone, he did go through quite an ordeal, and he wasn't keen on letting her off the hook that easy as he wickedly grinned at her.
Oh, shit. I don't like that look.
"Sorry Y/N, but you're not getting off that easy. You did humiliate the both of us after all," he stated deviously, his smile widening at the uneasy expression on her face. "So for the next two weeks, you'll be doing all the household chores, and you're on bathroom cleaning duty for the entire month."
She sighed and nodded defeatedly. It was definitely a pain, but Y/N was resolute on serving her punishment to atone for what she did. However, she couldn't help but feel relieved since she had expected something way worse; doing all the household chores seemed quite tame in comparison to what she had imagined.
But then again, this was Tsukishima, and as he sensed her apparent relief, he laid out the pinnacle of her punishment, unable to fight off the sadistic grin on his face. "And, as soon as you're not hungover anymore, we'll be paying each of my colleagues a visit so you can sincerely apologize for what you did."
Y/N gawked at him, her heart dropping to her stomach. "C-come again?" He's not serious. He can't be...right? Right?!
"You heard me." Tsukishima was dead serious. She knew that something was amiss with his household chores punishment; he may be her boyfriend, but he definitely was a sadistic bastard if he needed to be.
"NOOO!" She wailed, completely mortified at the prospect as she began hitting him with the pillow, her hangover being the least of her concerns. "Please Kei, anything but that! I'd rather not meet them again for the rest of my living days, so please!"
Tsukishima chuckled and stilled her movements, staring her down to show just how serious he was. "Well, that just means that this punishment is befitting, right? At least now you'll think twice before letting yourself get wasted again. This will be a good learning experience for you."
Y/N knew that there was no other way to escape from her upcoming predicament. Completely at a loss, she only managed to shoot Tsukishima the harshest glare that she could muster. "Fine. If it will make you happy, you sadistic bastard."
Knowing that he had emerged victorious for this round, he let out a carefree laugh and planted an affectionate kiss atop her disheveled hair. "I appreciate it. Now, let's get that hangover treated real quick."

Can I ask what you love about Ronaldo? :o sorry if I'm bothering you, I just haven't seen any love for him in the fandom, I'd love to hear you ramble about it!!
do NOT worry i will take any opportunity to ramble about him!! this got really long and is basically a small essay sorry about this, ill put it behind a readmore but. i have a lot of feelings to unleash
so like, ive always loved the human characters in SU, just tossing that out there to start. they have some of the most relatable aspects of the show for me and i think work really well to ground the show and have that human aspect and provide the Other Half of stevens life. and i relate really strongly to all of them- lars is a huge example, bc of the way his anxiety and depression is portrayed and how it Can cause you to lash out sometimes when you hate yourself- like, ive been there during my less healthy periods and tbh. i had the same feelings with ronaldo
heres this late-teen-early-twenties dude who hasnt done much with his life and hasnt got a lot of friends and is widely considered to be the weird outcast. he doesnt have the best grasp of social cues, he is kind of inappropriate sometimes without meaning to be and occasionally insensitive, and more than anything hes searching for purpose and importance in life. one thing i feel people tend to overlook about him is that inferiority complex- its made very clear in keep beach city weird (the ep) that he basically has a full depressive breakdown when he learns he isnt actually at the center of any big conspiracy. and like, as someone who has struggled with the feeling of being tiny and unimportant in the universe, lemme tell you i FELT that. especially when other people seem to be so much better than you? people need to feel at least some kind of validation and self-importance to feel alive tbh
i think it gets overlooked bc it isnt focused on nearly as much as it is w some other characters and i could be overanalyzing i know, but i feel like its pretty much subtext he has some form of depression- his mood swings pretty strongly and hes clearly very emotional and has outbursts. in my neurodivergent eyes he is absolutely coded with Some kind of mental health issue or neurodivergency, with his hyper-obsessing over his interests and ignoring everything else for the sake of them, and ofc his tendency to have a full on meltdown when hes Wrong and Not Special. i just feel like theres so much more THERE that people could explore but goes unappreciated? like- during future boy zoltron, he asks a question to steven (offscreen) but considering stevens response is ‘deep down, your father really loves you’ its pretty strongly implied there ronaldo is... perhaps more aware of his impact on his family and loved ones than he shows outwardly. its never hugely focused on but theres snippets that just make me super fascinated to know about him
and ofc i have to bring up my favourite piece of Ronaldo Lore, the comic Anti-Gravity. please PLEASE read it if you are interested in him because imo it does the best job of showing what hes like- hes eccentric and weird and lets his imagination run wild sometimes but deep down he wants to help people and be appreciated. sometimes those desires lead to him being selfish or hurtful, and i dont think he even realizes hes doing it sometimes, because whenever hes called out about it he tends to rethink his actions. but in that comic he helps steven save the day and has. this rly good quote:
‘for once, i know i can help! you were right- i didn’t understand how dangerous these anomalies could be, but the whole reason im even talking to you now is because i care.’
hes a dreamer and he lives in his own little world a lot of the time and likes to reject the reality he considers Boring where he is just another normal person among billions but he does earnestly want to help people. he just enjoys the weird and unusual and wants to be proud of that, which sometimes leads to him ignoring social norms because he doesnt care what people think.
this post got into the like ‘deeper’ stuff, but dont get me wrong i also just think he is VERY funny and cute. hes extremely silly and whenever i see him being a Huge Fucking Dork it warms my heart bc. idk, im also a dork. im a twenty-something dude who tries to be proud of being weird and loving my strange interests and seeing another character like that in a show i love just... we Connectin. but in general i feel like he could have so much more!! and is widely ignored by the fanbase bc they find him annoying (or creepy). which is fair, aint nobody have to like a character if they dont want, but i certainly will love him and put together The Pieces. is it probably just headcanon and speculation?? yeah, maybe. but rly, would ronaldo have it any other way

My favorite edits of 2017!
Here’s my reflection post for the year. Under a cut because I wrote this at 2am the other night and I rambled. A LOT.
On topic of the screens I picked. After really hating my screenshot progress last year, I feel like I made some big improvements! I actually never realized just how much I edited this year until now. (I had quite a bit of trouble picking just 10 screenshots!) Either way, this has become a bigger hobby than I’ve ever expected and it’s definitely helped me during all the wild stuff that happened this year. Certain things still feel surreal after the stress Irma put me through so I’m really hoping to get over that lol!
I’m feeling burnt out, like most of us right now. But I’m hoping to bounce back soon with 4.2 and some mischief. My FFXIV goal for 2018 is to be more involved with those who have reached out to me and to start making plans for things instead saying I will later and forgetting!! It’s time to actually run content I’ve said I’ve wanted to do! I still haven’t finished Coils, I haven’t run Shinryu EX, and actually go into Rabanastre. (I’ve done it a grand total of one time. *jazz hands*)
IM GONNA DO FRIEND SHOUT-OUTS NOW SO SORRY FOR GETTING SAPPY ILU GUYS
I want to thank the Turtles!! I really treasure the times we all manage to get together. The bard dance party was so hectic and fun. Setting the kitchen on fire with Naih was another top pick for a favorite screen. Yoshi-P visiting Adamantoise during E3 was the fastest I’ve ever raced to my PS4 in my entire life. ALSO UZNAIR… Huuuuuge shout-out to Naih for getting us together for that all the time. (And for everyone rooting for those mandragora vases! It seriously means a lot to me for all the attempts we put in.) I’ve got lots of maps hoarded, so if any of you are reading this, let’s start doing them again come 4.2!!
I especially want to thank Emily for agreeing to do a joke wedding with me! It’s honestly the highlight of this year’s shenanigans for me. We spent forever messing around and taking stupid screenshots and all the late nights were so absolutely worth it. Thanks for being an amazing friend and I love playing this game with you!! May your BLM crits always make you cackle in glee.
ZENA. I LOVE BUGGING YOU. Thanks for putting up with my sporadicness and sending me cute bird videos all the time. Playing with you is lots of fun and you always have great ideas!! (Plus you give me better luck on EX roulette. So I appreciate that.) I really hope next year is a better one for you and I’ll be here to obnoxiously cheer you on. /poke
Steph!! You’re one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I want to astral project to California just to give you a hug. Thank you for always trying to include everyone and always making me laugh. You’re a joy to be around and I’m also really wishing 2018 works out well for you!! If we both make it to Fan Fest I still want to play Uno.
Also Balmung friends!! Thank you so much for reaching out to me and I’m sorry I’m so poor at handling alts. I really appreciate all of you who have visited or made alts on Adamantoise! I’m a space case and also terribly shy so thanks for being so kind to me and inviting me out to events!!
I’m gonna yell at Bri too. I hope you had as much playing SB with me as I did with you and I really like hearing about your RP antics with your FC! I know you haven’t been feeling this game and I’m sorry I don’t get to mess around with you too much bc I play at ridiculously late times. I love Allen and your lalafells and you should give them more attention. And L’selle. Feel free to send me stuff to review; just make sure you remind me bc I will forget!
ANYWAY HAPPY NEW YEAR IM SHUTTING UP NOW

Okayy, how about headcanons for Shouto, Kacchan, and Izuku, where their s/o's friend was messing with her phone and decided it would be funny to prank them by faking a break up (pretending to be their s/o btw), and their reactions, also if you wouldn't mind, adding how they would confront their s/o about this and how things get resolved. thank you so much!!
okie-dokie, I hope I got this right!
and I’m assuming that you wanted a female s/o with this, since you said “her”? I’m sorry if I’m wrong, please correct me if that’s the case.
(ps. sorry if these are like rly long? I’m more used to writing scenarios than headcanons, so I hope that makes sense)
Todoroki Shouto
The moment his eyes scanned over your text message, he could barely register what was happening. He had to re-read the single sentence over and over again, until he was convinced that he wasn’t just having a terrible dream– that it was entirely real, that you were breaking up with him.
At first, he tries to comprehend why. The word tugs at his heartstrings mercilessly, again and again and again, up to a point where it hinges away from all meaning. He just doesn’t understand, everything was going very nicely between the both of you, and as far as he knew, you were just as happy with him as he was with you. So just where was this all coming from? Was he really that blind, or were you just lying whenever you told him that you loved him or when you expressed how much he meant to you like there was no tomorrow?
Once he’s fed up with killing himself with all of these questions, he’ll finally decide to call you, to sort things through and ask for a proper explanation, if you were up for one. When you don’t answer, he’ll try texting you instead. But after an hour with no reply still, it starts gnawing at him, giving him some more time to think.
It comes to a point where there’s no denying that he’s scared. For a while, his life had meaning. He was no longer just an aftermath of a quirk marriage, and his purpose was no longer just to surpass All Might. For a moment, you made his world so much better. He was scared of loosing you. And you promised you’d never hurt him. So why? Was everything you said just a bunch of lies?
He can’t even think straight anymore, and getting some decent sleep that night was hardly a choice. He tries calling you again. Still, no reply. He’s wondering if he should just give up.
The next morning, he’s awoken by the sound of his phone buzzing. Groggily he reaches for it, and the ache in his chest comes pounding back to him when he sees your name on the screen.
“Shouto? Oh God, I’m so sorry, I’m– that wasn’t me! I swear, I was just with my friend, and then she… She just thought it would be funny to mess around with my phone and… I never thought she’d do that, and just, Shouto, I’m so sorry…”
Throughout your rambling, he can clearly pinpoint the worry and sadness of your tone. He patiently waits for you to finish, and he has never been more relieved in his life. He’s not even mad or anything. What matters is that you’re still here, and that you’re not leaving him.
He’s so relieved, he can’t even muster a proper sentence at first, he’s trying to steady his breathing and just can’t help but smile.
He assures you that it’s okay and tells you how worried he was.
You two meet up after that, and he gives you the tightest hug he can, the whole time he whispers how relieved he is and how much he loves you, earning pretty much the same response from you.
Bakugou Katsuki
“Is this a fucking joke?”
He is just stuck in denial and has his mind set on calling you and demanding you to tell him what the fuck was your problem.
You don’t reply, and he only gets even more pissed. He reads the text again, making sure he got the message right, even though there couldn’t possibly be any alternate meaning to “Katsuki, I think we should break up.”
You still don’t answer after his third attempt to call you, so now he decided to head over to your place. Even though he’s still trying to fool himself into thinking you’re only messing around with him, he can’t help but admit he was partially expecting something like this to happen sooner or later. He knows how stubborn and impatient he can be, and the fact that you’ve ever even taken a liking to him in the first place was a complete mystery to him.
When he gets to your house, the first person he meets is your mom, who upon seeing the boy tells him that you’re out with a friend.
“Didn’t (y/n) tell you?”
Now he’s actually getting worried, and he’s wondering who exactly this friend is. Despite how hard he tries to shrug off the negative thoughts forming in the back of his head, he can’t help but wonder if there was a chance that you’ve been seeing someone else the whole time.
For a moment, he starts doubting your relationship with him. He starts blaming himself, considering the fact that he wasn’t that affectionate around you, and he never really expressed his feelings openly. Maybe you got the wrong idea, or you just got tired of putting up with him. Either way, he felt like he was the one at fault.
He’s not even sure if he’s mad at you or at himself as he keeps on reading the text message countless times. He grits his teeth and wishes he could do something to fix things, but he just knows he can’t.
At some point, he feels his phone buzzing in the pocket of his pants. He quickly takes it out and his eyes scan over the screen, feeling his blood boil when he sees your name. He was still trying to wrap his head around the fact that you were breaking up with him, he needed some more time before he would have to face you. He’s just worried he’ll say something he’s not supposed to, since he was aware about just how frustrated he was feeling at the moment. His chest began to ache.
Regardless, Katsuki has no choice but to answer.
“The fuck do you want?” Is his first sentence.
He doesn’t want you to see how distraught he feels, so he covers it up with his arrogance. On the other end of the line, it goes silent for a while, so he naturally starts to think he wasn’t supposed to say that.
“Shit, I’m sorry.”
You’re not even sure how to explain the text message to him, because knowing Katsuki, he’ll probably demolish your friend for what they had done. So you go for the most gentle approach you can pull off.
“Hey, Kacchan?”
Your voice is so gentle and now he feels more upset with himself.
You start explaining everything to him, and Katsuki isn’t even sure himself whether it made him relax or just made him even more pissed. It was probably a mixture of the two.
Before anything, he tries to regain his composure. He’s beyond relieved to know it was just some kind of witty prank, but he’s also struggling to get rid of the ache in his chest.
“Alright, where the fuck are you?”
He goes over to pick you up, and luckily enough, you weren’t with your friend.
The moment this boy sees your face in the crowd, he pulls you into his chest and starts grumbling about how frustrated he was all day. You apologize over and over again, and he has to ask you to stop, because ultimately, it wasn’t your fault to begin with.
Because of this, Katsuki learns to appreciate his s/o more. He tries to control his anger around them, and does his best to be more affectionate. Even though most of the time it’s pretty awkward, and it leads to you pointing out how adorable he is, earning a distressed “You wanna die?” from him.
He doesn’t really mean it though. He’s all good as long as you’re happy.
BONUS
“So who the fuck was that shit of a friend that fucked around with your phone?”
Midoriya Izuku
His eyes nearly pop out of their sockets when he receives your text message. He’s not sure what to do, or if doing anything at all could change your mind or fix whatever was broken.
Izuku doesn’t respond immideately, as he takes the time to analyze any signs leading to this event that he’s missed before. Strangely, he can’t find any. Or maybe he was just that terrible at relationships and couldn’t realize sooner that you weren’t genuinely happy with him.
What was he doing wrong? Did he upset you? Why couldn’t you just talk about it?
He’s so upset and confused he doesn’t know what to do anymore.
His only option is to ask you for answers, so he does. It starts out as a single text message to ask if he can meet up with you and talk about it (he tries his best not to let his depression show though his words).
But soon, Izuku ends up sending around five more. In each one, he’s apologizing to you, saying he’s sorry if he did something wrong to the point you’d want to leave him. He feels very genuinely upset, thinking that it’s his fault. But even if he can’t avoid loosing you, he still needs you to know he regrets anything he’s ever done that could have upset you.
An hour or two passes, and his sadness only multiplies.
His last resort was to ask for advice. So naturally, the first person he’s comfortable enough to talk about such a personal issue with is All Might, who upon hearing how troubled this boy is suddenly feels such a huge pang of remorse slam hard against his chest. All Might tries his best to offer help, although there’s not much he can do.
All Might ends up suggesting that the boy should do something bold enough to prove how much he loves you and genuinely doesn’t want to loose you. Nothing better comes to mind, and frankly, if it means it’ll make you stay, he doesn’t even have to think twice to do it.
You call him a while later, and beyond anything, Izuku is taken aback. Since you’ve been ignoring him for half of the day, it was a little surprising to suddenly see your name written on the screen of his phone. Not that he’s complaining, of course. He was desperate to hear your voice all day, and this might have been his chance to sort things through.
However, just as he was about to let out all of his pent up feelings, you cut him short and say, “I’m sorry, Izuku. Can you please meet me at the park? There’s something I have to tell you.”
The reason you said this was because it felt unjust to explain everything to him through the phone. You knew Izuku, and you knew how much pain your careless friend must have caused him. So if you were going to make things right, you had to directly apologize to him.
The said boy practically starts running towards the park, a bouquet of flowers in hand. It was the only gesture he could think of in the span of five minutes.
Once the both of you finally spot eachother, neither of you can even tell who looks more surprised.
The moment Izuku approaches you, the first thing he does is hand you the bouquet of flowers with the best smile he can try to muster. Then his hands go to clutch the hem of his shirt, and he starts apologizing over and over again while trying his best not to break down in front of you. You’re so taken aback that it’s hard to say anything for the first few seconds.
Eventually, you catch your breath again, and you reach out to hug him. Izuku is so confused and he wonders if he did the right thing or whether you just pitied his attempts.
Now you’re apologizing and he doesn’t even understand why.
This leads you to finally explain why you wanted him to meet you here. You explain the text message– that it wasn’t you, but a stupid friend you weren’t going to ever talk to again. That you endlessly regretted the pain that was inflicted onto him because of it, too.
Izuku was so happy, he could practically leap into the sky. He shyly reaches to kiss your cheek, and you’re honestly just as happy as he is.
Once everything got settled, the both of you went to get some ice cream, hands linked and matching smiles plastered onto your faces.
Izuku was sure that it was the right time to say it. He looked at you seriously, and told you how much you meant to him and how he loved you.
He didn’t finish though, you jumped onto him as tears formed at the corner of your eyes. You kissed every inch of his face, telling him how much you loved him as well while doing so. He began blushing so hard and giggling uncontrollably because of how much it tickled.
Neither of you had ever felt this happy to be together before.
