For the life we never knew
Tumblr media
Parings- Jeff the killer x female reader
Word count - 975
TRIGGER WARNING - Miscarriage, blood, grief, child loss, trauma.
Summary - a quiet night takes a devastating turn.
Authors note - As you can probably tell, I’m not your typical Creepypasta fanfiction writer. My stories lean more toward real-life experiences—raw, messy, and unfiltered. Writing has always been more for me than anything else, a way to process what I can’t always say out loud. Maybe it’s a coping mechanism, maybe it’s just a need to put pain into words.
I know I haven’t updated in a while, and for that, I’m sorry. Life has a way of pulling us under when we least expect it. But for those of you still here, reading and supporting, thank you. It means more than I can express.
I guess I’ve always found comfort in heartbreak—in taking a story and twisting it until it feels real enough to leave a mark. So, as you read this, don’t be afraid to cry, to feel. That’s what it’s meant for. And maybe, when you’re done, we’ll both feel just a little less alone.
Hopefully, I’ll have more for you soon. Until then, take care of yourselves—and try not to cry too much.
Becoming a dad was never on the radar for Jeff. Not for someone like him—a serial killer with bloodstained hands and years of unresolved trauma. Jeff wasn’t the kind of man who would teach his kid how to throw a ball or give them advice on their first crush. Hell, he barely had any idea how to take care of himself. But when Y/N came to him that day, clutching the pregnancy test in trembling hands, terror written all over her face—not the kind of fear he was used to, the kind he relished in—it was different. This fear was raw, uncertain, vulnerable. And for the first time, Jeff felt it too.
The conversation that followed wasn’t pretty. There was shouting, tears, accusations, and a silence so heavy it crushed them both. But somewhere in that mess of emotions, there was a spark—something small and fragile. A seed of hope Jeff never thought he’d feel.
As the days turned into weeks, that seed began to grow. The thought of a child, their child, burrowed its way into Jeff’s cold, damaged heart. He found himself imagining things he never thought possible: a tiny hand gripping his finger, a toothless smile, a giggle that echoed in the halls of the mansion. He didn’t just start to accept it; he started to want it.
The house was alive with a strange excitement. Even the others couldn’t help but marvel at the idea of another child joining them—another innocent soul like Sally. Jack stole prenatal vitamins and a doppler, and Jeff had spent hours with Y/N listening to the faint sound of their baby’s heartbeat. He painted the nursery himself, his hands steady in a way they’d never been before. For once, the chaos of their lives didn’t seem so suffocating.
And then came the night that shattered it all.
Jeff barely stirred when Y/N slipped out of bed. She’d been getting up a lot lately, her small trips to the bathroom almost routine. He was half-asleep when he heard her call out, her voice trembling with something he couldn’t quite place.
“Jeff... come here... something’s wrong.”
The fear in her voice jolted him awake. He stumbled out of bed, heart pounding as he rushed to the bathroom. The sight that met him stopped him cold.
Y/N was sitting on the floor, her hands trembling and slick with blood. It was everywhere—on her thighs, pooling on the tiles, staining her nightshirt. Jeff’s breath hitched, his stomach turning in a way he hadn’t felt since the first time he took a life. Blood was supposed to excite him, but this... this made him want to vomit.
“I’ll... I’ll be back,” he stammered, his voice cracking in a way that felt foreign and wrong. “I’ll get Jack. Don’t move, Y/N. Don’t move.”
He didn’t wait for her reply, didn’t dare look back. He sprinted down the stairs, nearly tripping in his panic. He found Jack in the kitchen, dragging him by the arm before the other man could even ask what was happening. His words tumbled out, frantic and disjointed, but Jack didn’t need an explanation when he saw the scene for himself.
Jack knelt beside Y/N, his usually steady hands trembling ever so slightly as he placed a hand on her shoulder. “Stand up,” he said softly. “I need to see.”
Y/N obeyed, her body shaking as she clung to Jack for support. Jeff stayed rooted to the doorway, his nails digging into the wood as if it could somehow anchor him to reality.
Jack’s expression was grim as he straightened, his voice heavy when he finally spoke. “I’m sorry, Y/N.”
The words hit Jeff like a physical blow. Y/N let out a strangled sob, her knees buckling as Jack caught her and eased her to the floor. Jeff moved without thinking, dropping to his knees beside her and grabbing her hand.
“No,” Jeff muttered, shaking his head. “No, no, no. This—this isn’t happening. Fix it, Jack. Do something.”
Jack looked at him, his hollow eyes filled with something that almost resembled pity. “There’s nothing I can do, Jeff. It’s already happening.”
Y/N’s grip on Jeff’s hand tightened, her face pale and glistening with tears. “Jeff... it’s my fault,” she whispered, her voice breaking.
“Don’t,” he said sharply, his voice cracking. “Don’t you dare say that. This isn’t your fault.”
She sobbed harder, her free hand clutching her stomach as another wave of pain wracked her body. Jeff could only watch, helpless and furious, as the person he cared about most suffered in a way he couldn’t stop.
Time seemed to crawl, every second dragging like a knife through Jeff’s chest. He wasn’t supposed to care like this. He wasn’t supposed to feel this kind of pain. But as Y/N finally passed the tiny, lifeless form of what could have been their child, Jeff felt something inside him shatter.
He stared at the tiny, fragile thing Jack gently took away, his chest heaving as he fought to keep the scream building inside him at bay. Y/N was limp against him now, her strength spent, her sobs quieted into hollow, hitching breaths.
Jeff pressed his forehead to hers, his hand still gripping hers tightly as though letting go would mean losing her too. “I’m sorry,” he whispered, his voice breaking. “I’m so sorry.”
In that moment, he hated himself more than he ever thought possible. He wasn’t supposed to care, wasn’t supposed to feel this. But as he held Y/N and felt the life drain from the future they’d dared to hope for, Jeff realized that maybe, just maybe, he’d wanted to be a dad after all.
And now, he never would be.

Tw: Fem reader
the rest of my vacation with the triplets flew by. despite me and chris finally admitting our feelings to each other, it didn't make things any different between me and the rest of his brothers. i still spent extreme quality time with nick and matt, as well as having special evenings with just chris. but unfortunately it all came to an end, where now we were all walking through the airport with mopey, sad looks on each of our faces.
matt and chris carried all of my bags through the airport, not even allowing me to take my small carryon. my hand anxiously was gripping onto nicks arm around as we went to take a seat in the waiting area, listening carefully for my flight to be called. "i'm so sad" nick pouted, looking down at me as matt and chris sat across from us. "it felt just like old times when we were constantly together"
"i know" i sighed and leaned my head on his shoulder, both chris and matt were equally upset. "but it's not like we're never going to see each other again" i tried smiling and nudged both chris and matt with my foot.
"why don't you just move in with us?" matt looked at me with full seriousness, causing me to actually laugh at his wide eyes.
"my mom is all by herself at home, i couldn't do that to her, you know that" my eyes looked between chris and matt's since they were both awaiting an answer. "and i have a job that is most likely pissed at me for taking two weeks off"
"just quit your job" chris shrugged and we both exchanged weary smiles.
"you know i also can't do that" i kept eye contact with him, the same comforting eyes I’ve know since birth still sending butterflies right to my stomach.
"we'll come visit super super soon" nick reassured everyone, mostly his sad brothers. "we'll have a fun day with you and nathan and everyone else, soon, i promise" he looked down at me with a smile.
"i'm looking forward to it" i smiled back at nick, and looked back over at the other two. chris was definitely the most devastated out of all of them. It’s making my heart sink.
after about fifteen minutes of light conversation, they announced my flight over the p.a. system. all of their eyes widened as if it were an shocking surprise, making me slightly giggle. "i don't want you to go" nick pulled me into a big hug as i stood up. tears were threatening my eyes as i was in his tight embrace.
"stop it im going to start bawling" i shakily laughed in his tight hold.
“I’m so sorry we haven’t been around much, or the fact we haven’t flown you out sooner” he rubbed my back before pulling away from each other.
"don't be sorry, i know you guys are busy" i used the back of my hand to wipe the tears.
i went to matt next, hugging him just as tight as he rested his head on top of my own. "thank you so much for everything" he held me close and i could hear in his voice he was getting choked up as well.
"no, no, no" i pulled away from him and looked at his damp eyes, similar to nicks. "thank you for everything" i smiled gently and gave him one last hug before they called my flight once again. "i love you guys so much" i looked over at nick and matt, both of them looking as if they’re trying their hardest not to let any tears slip.
"text us once you land" nick grabbed my hand and held it gently, giving it a squeeze before i turned around and looked at chris.
his eyes were already bloodshot as his lashes were wet with a constant flow of tears. seeing him like this finally broke me and tears began to leak steadily from my eyes. "walk me to the gate?" i asked him softly, and all he could do is nod. "bye guys" i turned around and waved at them, and they both said goodbye back. i held onto chris's hand as we started to walk towards my assigned gate. we were both silent, the energy was very different from how he normally is. "can you say something?"
"i'm sorry" he swallowed hard as the gate came into vision. "i feel so devastated" he sighed and sniffled a little, breaking my heart more and more by the second. this reminded me of the time they visited boston awhile back, but i was the only one who was available to drive them to the airport (which i hate saying my goodbye's to them) and he was just as emotional leaving as he is now. he's always been so emotional with me.
"it's okay" i pushed out a smile and we both stopped a few feet in front of the gate. "it's not like we're never going to see each other again" i scoffed trying to cheer him up, but his entire face was becoming red and blotchy. "awe, chris" i stood on my tiptoes, throwing my arms around his neck and pulling him to me.
he didn't hesitate to bend down to my level and snatch my waist quickly into his strong arms, holding me the tightest he's ever have in his life. "i know i'll see you soon but," he took a shaky breath into the side of my neck, his tears wetting his hoodie i was currently wearing. "damn i feel like we finally just started life together" he emphasized the ending, pulling me in closer. "it was such a small taste of everything i wanted, and now it's already gone"
"we have always been in this life together" i comforted him as best as i could, lacing my fingers through his soft hair as his head sunk more onto my shoulder. "it's not gone, it'll always be here, i'll always be here" i pulled away from him, holding his face as he stilled gripped strongly on my waist. "i hate seeing you cry" my breath hitched in my throat as i let out a small laugh. my thumbs swiped across his cheekbones as he stared intently down at me watching my every move.
"i love you" he faintly said trying to choke back tears, making my heart flutter.
"i love you too" i stood on my tiptoes once again and reached myself up to his lips. i held his face as our lips connected gently, kissing each other slow and soft yet so passionate as if we were going to be separated for eternity. his lips tasted a bit salty from his constant flow of tears as he held me even tighter. this wasn’t like him either, he hates public display of affection.
the p.a. system announced their third, and final call. we both pulled away from each other, holding each others eyes with our own. "i'll be back soon, i promise" he bit his bottom lip most likely to prevent it from trembling. his eyes still streamed with tears.
"i know you will" i gently brushed his hair to the side so i could see his eyes more.
"ill text you every second of the day" he swallowed and nodded harshly. "and call you everyday, no matter how busy i am" he brought his hands up to my face now, cupping it as we looked intensely in my eyes. "ill send you presents and letters and i'll always be available to you okay? one call away, one text away, one flight away, no matter what time of day, do you understand?" i nodded as tears weld greatly in my eyes at how caring and loving he is. i quickly kissed him once again, my time is now running up with him. "my sweet princess," he pulled me into another hug, gently kissing the top of my head with his hand holding the back of it. "i love you so much"
"i love you so much" i took a deep breath trying to prevent myself from sobbing.
"call me when you land" as we pulled away from each other, my heart instantly felt empty. i grabbed my carryon bag from his shoulder, to which he instantly kissed my cheek and put on a small smile. "i love you (y/n)"
"i love you" my throat felt like it was completely closed up, my heart felt slightly broken. i pushed my own self to start stepping towards the entrance, my feet feeling like cement and wanting to stay here with chris. i wiped my nose with the hoodies sleeve, his scent instantly filling my senses causing more tears to fall. i wanted to look back behind me at him again before i was on, but i couldn't bring myself to it. if i had, i would've probably ran right back to him.
i boarded the plane with a sniffly nose and wet eyes. i kept my eyes down at the floor trying to avoid all the stares and looks from concerned passengers. as i sat in my seat the flight attendant was going over safety instructions and material, but it was hard for me to even focus on the information. this was definitely the hardest goodbye i've said in awhile.
~
once the plane landed, my phone came back into service and already tons of messages were piled up all from chris.

i smiled at the plethora of messages, but i was only able to text back a little since i had to board off.
chris<3
i just landed, ill txt u when i can !!
i love u sm
as soon as i sent those text my phone instantly pinged with a message from him as if he'd been lingering on the message screen. unfortunately i couldn't open it right away considering i was already being nudged and pushed from the large crowd.
once i was off the plane i grabbed my luggage that was being put through on a conveyor belt. after i grabbed all of my belongings, my eyes started to scan the busy airport. "(y/n)!" i heard my name being shouted from behind me. "we're over here sweetie"
i turned around to see my mom, mr. and mrs. sturniolo, and nathan standing near my mother. they all waved me over and as much as this day was heartbreaking, this brought a large smile to my face. i quickly jogged over to them as my mom held her arms open for me and i had no hesitation running right onto them.
"i missed you" i hugged her tightly as she hugged me back.
"i missed you too (y/n)" she said warmly as we hugged each other for a long, long time. i was more of a homebody, being back in boston with my mother felt amazing. "did you have fun?" she asked while smiling down at me.
"i really did" i smiled back at her and quickly began greeting mr. and mrs. sturniolo with massive hugs as well. after all, they were like my second parents. especially mr. sturniolo, considering i never had a father figure in the house.
"did they behave?" mrs. sturniolo asked with a little grin.
"of course they did" i giggled a bit before giving nathan a big hug as well. "thank you guys all for coming" i looked around at the small group that came to greet me from my long trip.
"awe, of course sweetheart" mrs. sturniolo gave me a big smile of gratitude, lifting my spirits completely.
we all started to head out now, mr. sturniolo grabbed one of my suitcases and nathan grabbed the other one and my carryon bag. i repeatedly tried to tell him that i could carry my own stuff, but they refused to let me.
the adults walked a little ahead of us while discussing dinner plans with each other. "so" nathan began, looking over at me with mocking eyes as we trailed behind the rest of them. "you and chris finally came to your senses?"
"shut up" i glanced up at him, my face immediately burned up at the mention of chris. "how do you even know?"
"how do i know?" he scoffed teasingly down at me to which I hit the side of his arm. "hm, how would i know (y/n)?" he continued the teasing and talked to me as if i were a caveman. "it's not like i've been best friends with them for a just little while now" he looked down at me while making a goofy face to which i only rolled my eyes. "it's not like he told me the second it happened"
"did he really?" a smile now broke across my embarrassed face.
"i swear" nate nodded, dropping the sarcasm. "man, i've been hyping him up to do that since we were like, fourteen i think?"
"seriously?" i giggled a little, now trying to regain my composure. since i grew up with the triplets, it was inevitable that nate would also become a huge part in my life as well. i remember me and him didn't get along well at first, but as the years passed he became one of my best friends. we still consistently hangout with each other even when the triplets aren't around. "thank you for coming" i smiled up at him, earning a small grin back.
"of course" he slightly chuckled as we entered the busy parking lot. "i sort of missed you"
"awe..!" i dramatically cooed at him making him embarrassed now. "you missed me?" i jokingly pouted my lips and covered my heart.
"i take it back" he shook his head slightly as we finally approached mr. sturniolo's car. as much as i missed the triplets, i was extremely happy to be back in boston.
~
"what did you do tonight?" chris's voice hummed through my phone as i had him on speaker. i was putting away all my luggage and clothing from the trip as we finally got a chance to talk.
"well," i began to fold some of my pants and put them neatly back in my drawer. "your mom had me, my mom, and nate over for dinner tonight" i paced around my room putting each item back in their respective drawer. "and then after nate took me out for ice cream"
"he took you out?" chris's voice sounded extremely guarded.
"not like that you jerk" i shook my head as if he could see me. "you know what i mean, cmon it's nathan"
"i know, im just teasing you"
"right" i replied in a slightly sarcastic manner.
"did anyone talk about like... us? did our parents say anything?"
"of course they did" i giggled and sat down on the edge of my bed. "it was the hot topic of the dinner table"
"well what did they say?" his voice became shy with that question.
"my mom was mad that i didn't tell her, but honestly they were all pretty happy with it. your mom is also mad you didn't say anything to her"
"i'll have to call her later and catch her up then"
me and chris ended up talking for another three hours on the phone before finally hanging up and going to bed. we both agreed it was weird not sleeping next to each other since we had gotten so used to it, but until i see him again, his hoodie is going to have to do.

Thank you so much for doing my angst request! It was so good! Can I request a new one? I’m in a mood for angst lately, but with smutty ending lol
Reader and Rhea have broke up a while ago, but Rhea is taking it harder than she thought she would. She hears that reader is going on dates (which is actually just to kill time and as an effort to move on, but Rhea doesn’t know that). She feels angry and jealous that she’s replaced so fast and confronts reader about it. During the argument things are getting heated and “somehow” they resolve the misunderstanding horizontally 😅
i’m so glad you liked it! I’m hoping it was the one with the prompt bc that one was fun to write. thank you for making another request!
after writing: it’s a bit more sad than angry bc i lowkey went thru this a while ago lmaooo so sorry bout that but i hope you like it hahahahahaoops and they’re not really horizontal but it’s still hot lmaoo
Over
rhea x fem reader
content: angst-ish with sad rhea, smutttttt, oral sexxxx, fingeringggg, hot buff goth woman kissing youuu ooooooo
Tumblr media
It’s been two months since you and Rhea have broken up. The first month was hard on you but the second month you wanted to get your mind off of it so you decided to download all the dating apps you could think of. You’ve been on a few first dates and a few second dates but none have lived up to your expectations.
It has been really hard on the wrestler though. She claimed that she did it because she was getting so busy that she felt it wasn’t fair to you that she wasn’t able to be around as much as she wanted. So she decided to end things, unfortunately for her, she didn’t realize how much she relied on you to get away from all the buzz.
You haven’t spoken or texted Rhea for three weeks and it was hurting you, but she was the one to end things so why should I try? you thought. You and her had mutual friends that you would hang out with sometimes and they would try to tell you updates on her but you didn’t want to hear them.
“She really misses you,” they would say.
“Then she shouldn’t have left me,” said the anger stage of grief.
Part of you knew that the friends were telling her that you were going on dates and how you were doing but you didn’t care. You wanted to seem like the ‘bigger person’ and make it seem like you moved on.
One night, you had been chatting with a girl on one of the many dating apps and things were going suspiciously well so you set up a date for the next day, just to see. It was at a local coffee shop because you wanted it to be in public in case something went wrong.
You wore a long maroon, but sort of tight dress that showed off your curves just right, some light makeup, and your hair natural; you didn’t want to try too hard. The time came and you headed to the shop, ordered coffee and sat down at a small table in the corner.
People came and went and you were there for about twenty minutes, checking your phone and scrolling through social media. Because you were waiting for quite a while, you didn’t want to come off as someone who got stood up, so you decided to text her.
“You still coming?”
“Sorry, something came up, maybe another day?”
Of course. This wasn’t the first time this happened and it sure wouldn’t be the last.
“All good,” was the only thing you said. You didn’t like putting effort into something that wasn’t going to go anywhere. If they wasted your time, then they don’t care about you, your friend would say, but something seemed off.
You brushed it off, drank your coffee and enjoyed your time alone, it was nice. You rarely went out by yourself, so it was good for a change.
You finally finished your latte, so you head back home. To your surprise, there was a familiar black truck in your driveway.
“No fucking way,” you growl as you park the car. You sit for a few minutes contemplating going somewhere else in town, maybe a movie or something long enough to where she would leave on her own, but you decided against it. “If she wants to talk then let’s talk.”
You slammed the car door and stomped inside to her helping herself to a glass of water.
“Sorry to show up out of the blue,” the australian admitted.
“No you’re not,” you threw your keys down on the counter.
“Excuse me?”
“Obviously you have something to say that you couldn’t call or text about so…” you crossed your arms keeping your distance.
She was silent but you could tell she was trying not to go off.
“So?” you push.
“You’ve been going on dates,” she finally said.
“Yeah and? Why does it matter? You broke up with me,” the lump in your throat began to form, you were never good with confrontation but you swallowed it down.
“It’s only been two months!” she barked as she threw her hands up.
“People grieve differently!”
“You’re not grieving, you’re trying to get back at me.”
“I’m not. I’m trying to move on,” you glare.
“Moving on means seeing other people after two months?” She walked to the kitchen table and leaned on the back of one of the chairs, gripping it tightly.
“Yes, it does because I’m tired of throwing myself a pity party every night.”
“As if I haven’t done that?” she gestured to herself.
“You broke up with me,” you reiterate.
“Doesn’t mean I can’t miss you!” She walked to the bar area of the kitchen counter.
You let the words hang in the air, you genuinely didn’t have a response to that.
“It’s like you didn’t even care to reach out,” she sighed under her breath.
“The phone works both ways,” you rebutted.
“Doesn’t mean I didn’t want to talk to you.”
“I didn’t think you wanted to!”
“Of course I did! I wanted to remain friends,” her cheeks were flush.
You try to calm your breathing and think hard about what you’re going to say because you didn’t want to get her feelings anymore than you did, apparently. “It’s hard to remain friends with someone you had fallen in love with and been with for a year.”
“As if I don’t know that?!” She crossed her arm and held her forehead with the other, “I had hope that we could work our way back.”
“Well…”
She took a long deep breath, before looking back up at you, “so you don’t want to try?”
“Literally when did I say that?”
“You didn’t have to say anything! I can tell with the way this is going that you don’t want to,” she was trying to calm herself down but you could tell she was struggling.
“No, no, no, back to the main question, why do you care that I’ve been seeing other people? We broke up!” you uncrossed your arms and got yourself some water too, your hands needed to do something.
“Because!” she huffed, “Because I still care for you and I don’t want you to get hurt,” she sighed once more, “and I miss you.”
You stop in your tracks and set the glass down gently before your impulse took over to throw it. You glare at her, “then why did you leave?”
“Because it wasn’t fair to you! We barely saw each other and when we did we would fight! I loved you too much to do that to you,” tears began to form in her eyes but she didn’t dare let them fall.
“I was perfectly fine letting you do what you love and was willing to work it out, you never talked to me about how you felt! You just up and left!” you threw back.
“Are you serious?! I had a flight that morning I had to leave, it was nothing to do with you.”
“You could’ve waited,” you growled.
“And make you feel more miserable?”
“I wasn’t!! That’s what I’m saying! I loved you, hell I still do, but that was bad the way you did it and you know it,” you pointed at her, hoping that she didn’t catch that one part.
“You what?”
Damn it, “you heard me.”
She sat at the bar and hung her head in her hands, sniffling.
“Rhea…” you start, and the lump in your throat was getting bigger, “I was distracting myself so that I could stop thinking about you. You consume my life, I think about you all the time,” a tear fell and you wiped it away before she could see. “I couldn’t do anything that first month, I was miserable, I had to do something.”
She lifted her head, her face was red and covered in tears. “I never stopped loving you,” she admitted.
“That makes two of us,” you said under your breath. “Why didn’t you say anything?”
“Because I didn’t want to hurt you again,” she wiped her nose with a paper towel.
You couldn’t think of anything to say. You sat there staring at her, thinking of everything you’ve ever done together and where it went wrong, but it never came up. “What do you want me to say?” you sigh.
“I don’t know,” she caught your eyes. Those icy blue perfect eyes staring back into you.
“Then what do you want from me?”
She sat for a minute racking her brain, trying to think of an answer that was different from what she wanted to say, but what’s the use, she thought and decided to shoot her shot anyway, “Another chance?”
You contemplate for a few short seconds, “You have to promise me-”
“I’ll do anything please, baby,” she didn’t mean to call you that, but you let it slide.
“You have to promise me that you’ll keep me informed on your schedule no matter what. We will make it work. Take me with you, I’ll pay for the extra bed, I’ll pay for the tickets, just…” you take a deep breath, “don’t give up again.” You didn’t think you would fold so quickly, but here you were.
“I promise, I’ll send it right now, the whole month. And when the next one comes I’ll send you that too,” as she took out her phone and sent it, “we can download a shared calendar app.”
“Thank you,” you took a sip of your water and set it back down. “Now are you going to admit that you were supposed to meet me at the coffee shop or what?”
“I had to get to you somehow,” she smiled nervously.
“You didn’t think that Leah Shipley wouldn’t raise an eyebrow?”
“Hey, what can you do?” she shrugged.
The two of you sat in silence for a good minute smiling at the thought of her trying to trick you.
“So are you going to kiss me or what?” you said a little too confidentally.
She basically ran around the counter and slammed her mouth against yours, holding your jaw. Your hands grabbed her waist and pulled her in tightly.
“God, I missed you,” she breathed.
“Shut up,” as you kiss her again.
She carefully walked you backwards towards the counter as your lips danced against hers. Your hands found themselves roaming her body naturally, like it was never gone.
She picked you up onto the counter, carefully moving things away. Her hips shoved their way in between your thighs pushing your dress up as she went, as you wrapped your legs around her, pulling her in as close as possible.
A hand found its way into your hair and yanked it to the side letting a whimper spill out of you. She kissed down your neck, biting delicately sending shockwaves down to your core. She kissed her way down your chest until she couldn’t find anymore bare skin. Suddenly, her arms pulled you forward to where you almost fell off the counter, yanking your dress farther up. She planted soft kisses on your inner thighs which made you crazy.
“Can I-” she whispered before you cut her off.
“Do it. I don’t care just fuck me, please baby,” you had missed her touch so badly. No one had ever made you feel the way she did, it was insane. She knew how to work you out just right.
With a devilish smirk she bit harder on your thighs spreading them as far as they would go. Your hand tangled itself in her hair as you used the other one to lean back. She grabbed at the waistband of your underwear and slid them off of you. A shiver hit your body as the cool air hit your hot center.
Her eyes widened at the sight of you basically dripping onto the counter, “Damn, baby, you missed me that much?”
“Shut up,” you said once more and shoved her head into you.
She immediately began lapping at your juices. You moan loudly with your head slamming on the cabinets behind you. A small “fuck,” fell from your lips followed by another moan. Her hand grazed up your thigh, lightly scratching its way up. It reached around to the small of your back and pushed you more forward into her. Riding her face, your hand gripped hair tighter. The hand sneaked its way back around and prodded at your entrance.
“Please, yes,” you whine.
And so she did, gently plunging her two fingers into you. “God,” you groan as your eyes rolled back.
She kissed the inside of your thighs before returning to your neck and kissing her way up to your lips. You grab her face, kissing her intensely, as she’s now pounding into you. Her other hand returns to your now swollen clit and adds to the knot growing inside of you.
“You missed me, baby?” she coos.
“So… fucking… bad,” you breathe.
“Then show me,” she growled.
Only a few seconds pass and you released all over her hand with a loud moan, squeezing your legs closed but was stopped by her hips blocking your way. Your back arching into the woman in front of you, “ffffffucccckk,” you whine as she kisses your neck. Your nails are digging into her shoulder blades as she continues to pump in and out of you letting you enjoy the high.
As you came down, catching your breath, you release your grip on her shoulders. Your head lolled forward leaning onto the wrestlers forehead for a few breaths before leaning back onto the cabinet. She gently pulled her fingers out of you and brought them to her mouth, cleaning them off.
“I forgot how good you taste, princess,” her accent was so thick you almost came undone again.
“It’s been too long,” you sigh.
“I guess we have some catching up to do, then huh?” she smirked. She picked you up with a giggle coming from both of you and began to carry you to your bedroom.

Y/N huffed as she passed the cereal aisles of the grocery store. They even had Sokovian stuff on the shelves. She couldn’t really blame Wanda. Hell, if Y/N were to create a town to her desires it would be stacked with those Russian snacks Natasha always snuck her into the compound. She grabbed one of the cereal boxes with the cartoon dog on it and pushed her cart further. Then she roamed through the produce section, grabbing a few plums - Bucky liked plums - so she bagged a few of those as well. She grinned to herself when she imagined the ways his eyes lit up at the purple fruits in the kitchen and it warmed her heart, knowing that she would be bringing him that joy for the week. Once Y/N was finished with her daily daydreaming, she analyzed the watermelons. That was when a chipper voice piqued her interest over by the nuts.
She looked up, catching a redhead of hair dipping down behind the aisle. That voice sounded an awful lot like Wanda. She looked at the spot for a second longer, but when nothing happened, Y/N continued her fruit inspection. The laugh echoed again. This time answering something she couldn’t quite catch.
Y/N’s heart began to hammer in her chest. It must’ve been Wanda - she was ought to cross her path eventually, right? After all, that was part of the reason she came here. But somehow, meeting her now, gave her sweaty hands and short breath. Then the voice sounded again and when Y/N turned her head to the source this time, she could clearly see her friend’s profile smiling in the distance.
She could just leave. Wanda hadn’t seen her yet. A look at the entrance. She could just leave everything here and bolt. A look at Wanda again. Why was she so nervous about this? It was Wanda after all. Her loving, funny, caring friend Wanda. Y/N’d never been scared of her before. She had respect, sure - she wasn’t stupid. Y/N knew damn well how powerful the woman was. She had seen it with her own eyes, but she had never been scared. So what held her from running into her arms? Y/N didn’t know. And because of that she decided that there was no valid reason to avoid the unavoidable. She left the cart by the watermelons and walked towards the nut aisle.
“Wanda?” Her voice was still a little shaky, and she was not nearly close enough for Wanda to hear.
“Wanda!” That caught her attention.
“Y/N?” The redhead turned around with a surprised look, her smile bright - beaming.
“Wanda, oh my God!” Y/N closed the gap between them with open arms, pushing through it, she told herself. It would all be like it always was, she just had to get to that point. And it actually did. As soon as Y/N’s nose was buried in that red hair everything calmed down inside her. It was still Wanda - her Wanda, whom she had missed so dearly. Y/N smiled into her friend’s shoulder, her arms pressing Wanda a little deeper into herself.
“Wow, I haven’t seen you in forever!” Wanda squeezed her shoulders one more time and then she pulled back and held her at an arm’s length. She looked at her, the twinkle of a mystery settling in her orbs.
“Yeah- I... I missed you,” Y/N confessed. It felt good to finally get it off her chest. Y/N hadn’t noticed it before, but all this time she had spent in her apartment, she had talked to nobody but the mailman and that one neighbor who always complained. Sometimes a cashier but never a friend. Well, not until she had called Bucky, but the excitement his voice started in her body didn’t leave much room for relief. Y/N was still smiling, the muscles of her face aching with the way she exhausted them. She had Wanda again. Her friend Wanda.
The redhead shook her head with an equally painful smile. “How come you moved here, too?”
“I actually-“ But before Y/N could finish, she was pulled back into a tight hug once again.
“Oh, It’s so nice to see you again.” It was nice to see her again, but they’d already established that.
“Wanda.”
“Yes, dear?”
“What are you doing?”
“I’m welcoming you into Westview.” Suddenly, that smile didn’t seem so genuine and happy anymore.
Uneasiness spread in Y/N’s chest when she peeled herself out of Wanda’s arms. “You know what I mean.”
Her eyes were empty, though her face looked lost and confused. Like a robot, who didn’t understand a question. And that's exactly how she acted, too. Her responses were almost mechanical. Y/N wasn’t talking to Wanda, which she was sure of.
“Why don’t you come to dinner at my house sometime?”
“Wanda, what happened?”
“Oh my, I forgot! You can bring your husband too, of course.” Goosebumps - that was all she felt.
“My husband? Wanda...” She grew frustrated at the constant dodging. “What happened here?”
“Oh, it’s gonna be great! We can play charades and-“
“Enough with the dinner plans!” Y/N stepped back with heaving breaths. “Tell me what’s going on.”
The redhead’s face stayed unbothered until another voice reached her ears. “Wanda, darling? Are you alright?”
“Vision, sweetheart. Look who’s here!”
“Vision?” A tall, blonde man approached the two women with two long steps. But Y/N couldn’t quite connect the dots.
“In the... flesh.” A sheepish smile interrupted his speech. “It’s so nice to finally have you visit, Y/N.” Vision was here. Well, not really. Something resembling him was. He had his voice, and his face did look like that of the android created by Tony Stark. The man was standing in front of her and as he pulled her into a hug, Y/N could feel every ridge of his body. Real - tangible. Her heartbeat matched the bass of an EDM concert. Vision was alive. Vision shouldn’t be alive. Wanda, what did you do?
A glance over the man’s shoulder showed Wanda with her hands clutched together, a warm and bright smile on her face accompanied by the sparkle in her eyes. Y/N’s thoughts were racing. A hundred questions blurring together in one giant cloud of uneasiness, but the one question that triumphed them all was simply that: What the actual fuck?!
Tumblr media
Get. the fuck. out. That was all she heard drumming through her skull when the store ceiling seemed to collapse on her body. Y/N was running to the car faster than she ever thought possible. She had not given Wanda an explanation. She had not given Vision an explanation either. Fucking Vision. He was alive. Very much so. Even more alive than he had ever been in fact. He was human. Vision was human and he was alive. Holy shit.
The driver’s door shut with a loud bang when that thought settled in. Y/N’s hands were shaking when she grabbed the steering wheel. She tried to take even breaths in to calm down a little bit, but there was no use. The sunlight heating up the car made it unbearable and the people hastily pushing their shopping carts in front of actual cars made the walls seem to cave in. She needed to get away. Somewhere - anywhere away from all these people. All these crazy normal people living in this fucked up town. Sweat ran down her neck when Y/n floored the gas pedal once she entered the main road. She was definitely going past the speed limit, but she could honestly not care less right now. Her thoughts still exceeded the speedometer behind her stiff fingers and the houses and trees outside the car blurred in green and grey stripes in her peripheral.
Tires screeched on the streets when people dodged her running red lights and it was honestly a miracle that she had not hit anyone yet. She didn’t know where she was going nor what she would be doing once she got there, but something within her chest told her that it was the right way. She was far away from Wanda and Vision by now. Thanks, god. That was the most important part. Another loud horn blew through to her ears when she passed yet another crossroad without as much as a look over to the passenger side. She just couldn’t do that right now. Her body was heavily exhausted with the ground motions of driving as it lead her through the suburban neighborhoods, her head exploding in anxiety. Her brain felt like bursting right about now. Y/N had to stop. She had to. There was no way fate would grant her any more time without injuries but her foot wouldn‘t stop pressing on the accelerator. She didn’t tell it to, either.
Tears streamed down her cheeks and neck, making their way to the collar of her t-shirt and creating a dark rim. She couldn’t see clearly anymore, that was thanks to the rapid breathing. And the ringing in her ears echoed through her skull as if she was standing right under a giant church bell. She began full-on crying now. Her eyes squeezed shut with a shaky breath and then, the car stopped. She was home. Not home home, no. She was in the driveway of the blue house with the white windows and the flawless flowers in the backyard. And for a second, her anxiety seemed to subside.
Bucky. She had gone to Bucky. Home to Bucky.
Y/N slammed the door shut once she had stumbled out of the car. She burst through the entrance and then she stood there, in the big hallway, looking through the rooms to find him, to get that sense of comfort and-
“You’re back already? I thought-“ Bucky stopped in his tracks once he saw her. His face fell at the sight of her smeared makeup and the look of pure horror in her eyes.
“Bucky-“ she sobbed and her body began to shake again. It didn’t get better. She thought it would get better once she was home with him but it didn’t. Her breaths were shaky as each one drew in and out before actually delivering any oxygen to her body and then the dizziness settled in again.
Y/N didn't know when and where but within seconds Bucky was in front of her, guiding her gently to the ground as her legs gave out beneath the weight of her body. He knelt down in front of her and cradled her face in his hands. Big blue eyes looked into hers with fear. Y/N’s shoulder heaved from her rapid breathing, her throat was hurting from the harsh airflow and her head became woozy. She was slipping away.
“Quick, Y/N. What reminds you of three?”
“What?” She asked breathlessly. But her mind was already too weak to really question Bucky’s behavior.
Urgency laced his tone as he stroked her jaw with his thumbs. “Just answer.”
“A - a- triangle.”
“Good, four.”
“A car?” Her wide eyes relaxed a bit as she began thinking about the number.
Bucky nodded eagerly, his face so close to hers. “You’re doing amazing, doll. Five.”
Five... there was nothing with five! Oh no. Her head was hurting again. “I- don’t, Bucky I don’t know!” The panic flooded back into her eyes, her breathing picking up again as well.
“Don’t worry, ok? We’ll do starfish.”
“OK. Starfisch, yeah.”
“Six. Count with me.”
“Sss- six. Dice.”
“Perfect.”
“Seven. Dwarves.”
“Look at you, Y/N/N,” Bucky whispered with a smile.
“Eight. Octopus.”
“You’re okay. Breathe.”
Y/N nodded and took a deep breath. To her surprise, it worked so much better than seconds before. When she realized that, she closed her eyes for a second, letting the tears burn in her eyes again. She couldn’t help it she was just so overwhelmed.
“Shhhh, you did so good, doll. You are so brave.” Bucky pulled her into him and for the first time today, Y/N was surrounded by silence. Even her thoughts seemed to have quieted down with the way Bucky’s arm squeezed her head. His other hand firmly pressed between her shoulder blades. The pressure was good. It was what she needed. Y/n could feel Bucky’s rapid heartbeat in her chest once her own had calmed down a bit. She inhaled deeply one more time, this time, catching a load of Bucky which just calmed her down even quicker.
“You’re okay. I’ve got you. You’re okay, you’re safe. I promise.” The mumbles drew through her hair in calming waves. Gently subsiding the aching pounding in Y/N’s head. Bucky’s hand rubbed up and down her back. He just held her there for minutes. The heavy sobs silenced in his shirt. He didn’t ask what had happened, just let her cry until there were no more tears left in her exhausted body. Y/N would tell him. She had decided that a long time ago. The promise the pair had spoken the other day just sealed that decision.
Her eyes were hurting. The burning sensation brought soreness to her cheeks as well. A gentle tug made his head move down to her. Y/N had already lifted her head to look at him with an unreadable look in her eyes. And perhaps it was so indistinct because she herself did not quite know what she wanted to convey. She just sulked in the serenity Bucky brought to her. The proximity wasn’t scary, nor did she feel as though what was happening made him uncomfortable. A small smile snuck its way onto her face and soon, Bucky followed. His arms were still tight around her, holding her close to his heart, making sure she was okay.
“Do you need anything?” Bucky whispered, careful not to break the moment. It didn’t seem forced. Y/N could feel the genuine concern oozing from his tone with every word he carefully pressed into the air. She just shook her head before laying it back onto his chest.
“Just you.” His grip tightened, a shaky sigh eluding his chest as Y/N felt his head nodding above hers.
Bucky was leaning against the wall in the foyer, eyes closing to Y/N’s steady breaths. Her head felt empty. That was, despite the nagging urge to tell him everything. Bucky was so patient, so unbelievably patient and calm. A rock in the current and he probably didn’t even know it. He deserved to know every little thing she had thought about during their short time in Westview. But Y/N was scared. She was frightened to lose the one good thing she had always hoped to have if she took it too far. Because as much as this town was a nightmare right now, it simultaneously presented a fantasy that had settled in Y/N’s head long before she had reimagined it a thousand times.
Y/N’s hand found the dog tags dangling on Bucky’s chest. Her fingers played with the metal, gentle clinging filling the silence that had established in the house.
It was time to break it. “Where did you learn that?” Y/N asked carefully. She didn’t want to push him into his reserved state with the question. It was just her attempt of expressing thankfulness for the deed Bucky had done just now.
“My therapist taught me.”
She just nodded understandingly. Another twig of worry and pain shot through her body at the thought of Bucky having to battle attacks like this alone. Then again, maybe he wanted it that way. Because he had all these people around him and he chose not to talk to them. Y/n understood it now. She was glad he had Bucky holding her right now, but there really was no desire to talk to anybody else about it. Maybe Steve had been that person, or maybe his therapist had replaced any friend he could have possibly needed.
The thought still made her sad, and in an attempt to soften her worries for the an in her embrace, she spoke up again.
“So the winter soldier thinks of starfish when he needs to calm down.”
Bucky just chuckled and pressed his nose deeper into her hair. “It helped, didn’t it?”
“It did.” When he pulled back, he smoothed over her hair with his hand, eventually settling on her jaw and tilting her head so he could look into her eyes. Her hand covered his, gently stroking over the calloused skin as a small smile spread on his features.
“Thank you, Bucky.” A sincere and soft melody overtook her brain and mixed with the butterflies stirring in her stomach. Y/N had never felt closer to Bucky than at this very moment. And when his gaze didn't falter with his response, it sent a comfortable shiver up her spine.
“Anytime.”
Y/N could have watched his eyes forever. It was too easy to get in lost in them when he looked at her like that. As if there was nothing shameful about staring at someone for that long. And it didn’t feel weird. The hand on her skin spread comfort over the parts of her body it had not reached before. He looked very kissable right about now. Not that he didn’t most of the time, but right now the urge was especially present. Y/N was scared though. Despite the closeness of the pair, she had no way of knowing how he would react if she tried. Maybe he was just a friend that cared very deeply for her well-being, but Y/n really wished that she could interpret more into this interaction.
Her face inched closer to his but when her nose almost brushed his, he moved back. Oh. Oh. He still smiled though, nervously. “Should I make us some tea?”
Bucky shuffled to his feet and held his hand out for her to take. Y/N just nodded in defeat. What a silly thought that had been. They were still here. Stuck in a weird town and he had just comforted her after a panic attack. Which he was good at because he suffered from them as well. There was literally nothing to interpret into this - whatever it was. A fake marriage. Emphasis on fake. But for some reason that stung a little more today.
Y/N leaned against the doorframe of the kitchen as she watched the muscles under his shirt move to handle the cups. It was funny, really, how perfectly Bucky fit into this domestic lifestyle, even if he was certain he would not, just like Y/N was sure that this all was just a dream. Because why on earth would she deserve to live in a dream like that? Well... it slowly became a nightmare anyway.
It was a couple of minutes later when Bucky led her up to her bedroom, two steaming mugs of tea in hand and a tension in his shoulders Y/N had seen decorate his frame too often. She didn’t like that she was the reason for his closed-off attitude. She also didn’t like that this whole situation probably made him beyond uncomfortable. But at the same time, she felt an undeniable urge to be close to him - to need him right this moment. It was the same as just before when she had come storming into the house, crying and breaking down on the hallway floor. But right now, it was laced with something other than the desperation she had felt just half an hour before. It was a softer, lighter pull towards those flannel-clad arms of his. These two perfectly normal arms, on which the hand attached to the left bore a ring just the same as hers. A promise, a contract even, that had never been made.
Y/N’s heart sank at the thought. As domestic as this felt and - in some way - was, it would never become an actual reality for her. She knew that. But it still pained her and she had yet to find a way to deal with that emotion.
Bucky pushed past the bedroom door and placed the two mugs on the nightstand. Then he patted the comforter next to him and motioned for Y/N to sit. She did, but she held her distance. Pulling her knees closer to her chest as her back touched the headboard. It was silent then, but her mind was anything but. She needed to tell him about the flowers and how uneasy she had felt ever since they had come here. She had promised him after all, just the other night. ‘we’re in this together’ he had said. And he had meant it. Y/N could see it in his eyes.
Bucky just sat in silence, seemingly waiting for her to speak and break the unbearable silence that had taken over the air in the room. His eyes were locked straight ahead as Y/n watched his profile from the end of the bed. He looked empty and drained. And for a second Y/N questioned whether laying yet another troublesome thought upon him would actually worsen the state he found himself in. But she also felt it pressing onto her consciousness and weighing her down in ways far more fatal than a simple white lie. Even though the wasn’t even lying to him. She was simply withholding information. Information she had promised to give as soon as it arrived, that was.
A deep breath loosened her shoulders enough to straighten up her posture, and that gave her the last bit of push she needed to actually follow through with what she was about to do.
“I imagined more you know?” Wow. Her voice sounded so much weaker than she expected it. She hated it. It made her sound weak, and that was the last thing she wanted to be right now.
Buck’s head piqued up in interest, his brows slightly furrowed but there was intrigue lingering on his face.
“The Hydrangeas... I- I don’t know what it is but they make me so uncomfortable. They’re beautiful, but they are just too perfect, you know? Almost as if they were mocking me...” She trailed off. Her head shook as she looked at her fingernails.
Bucky didn’t answer, but Y/N could feel his eyes boring into her. She sighed and closed her eyes for another shot of encouragement.
“They’re out of my dream.”
“You dreamt about this?” There was a rasp hidden in the second word. Almost unnoticeable to anyone else, but it was there. And now that she looked at him in the bright room, she could see his eyes red-rimmed and glassy. Faint, but present nonetheless.
“Well... not like that.” Yeah like that, she scolded herself. But that was a tad too embarrassing to admit out loud. And for a second, Y/N really doubted whether telling Bucky was a good idea.
The brunette just chuckled as he watched his feet on the hardwood floor. He had his hands resting on the edge of the bed next to his legs, his head hung low, hiding his expressions from her.
“But I’ve thought about what a normal life would be like.” Y/N continued. She had promised him after all, so she would clear this up for him and for her as well.
“And hydrangeas were the top things you thought of?” His eyes found hers again.
“Well... yes. Partly.” This felt humiliating. For some inexplainable reason, Y/N felt the heat crawl to her head the second she realized how stupid it was to get hung up on such a small detail. There was just one thing: it didn’t feel like a small detail.
“What else?” The conversation had somehow turned light with his question. And even though Y/N felt the need to tell him everything she ever dreamed of, just in hopes of reliving her deepest desires in - if you could call this - real life, there was some sliver of common sense holding her back. The last thing she wanted to do was scare Bucky away, or overwhelm him. Or even worse, make him feel uncomfortable. God knew how long they were going to be stuck in Westview. And confessing that she had dreamt about them actually being together might make things a little... awkward.
“I don’t think I can tell you that.”
Silence and Y/N cringed at the path she had stirred this conversation. But then: “I understand.”
“Really?” It wasn’t that surprising, to be honest. Y/N had always felt understood by Bucky. He had this special thing about him that always made her feel okay. He wasn’t the one to poke for answers, and that attribute came in handy right about now.
“I’ve thought about it too... A normal life I mean.” Bucky’s stare focused on the wall opposite of him, where a wide mirror decorated a good amount of wall above a cabinet.
“Do you want to tell me about it?” Carefully, yet nosy as ever, Y/N asked the question that burned on her tongue.
The brunette just hummed in response. What was that supposed to mean? For some reason, it didn’t feel like a response right then, but more of a reaction to her ever-steady intrigue. But she couldn't help it. Y/N wanted to know more about Bucky. She already did know quite a lot of things, but those were all work-related in the sense that she had gotten that information through files and other sources. Her relationship with Bucky had always been friendly in the compound. However, Bucky never really shared personal information with her. Which was okay! No, really it totally was. Nobody knew that feeling of wanting to bury their past better than Y/N herself. But at the same time, she wanted to hear all about it from him.
While Y/N’s mind began to spiral again, Bucky started to speak again. Though his voice was a little lower this time - melancholic almost. “I imagined a small house outside of the city. A radio and maybe a TV.” He blushed. “It’s an old fantasy.”
Y/N just smiled. It was cute. Somehow, the image of Bucky dreaming of something as trivial as a radio warmed her heart. It put in perspective, how small her problems were right now. Compared to a person fighting for their life in war with the fantasy of a family home with something as luxuriously mundane as a radio keeping them going seemed a lot bigger than being stuck in a magical town with a fake husband who happened to be her long-time crush.
“I always thought I would marry a pretty dame. I would make her laugh and she would marry me after I proposed to her on the Brooklyn bridge.” A low shake of his head interrupted his speech. “And I would feel like the luckiest man alive because someone chose to love me forever.”
“That’s beautiful, Bucky.”
“It’s silly to hold onto now.”
“You can still have it all.”
“Can I?” What did that mean? His eyes broke into hers. And why did he ask her that question?
“I think so. Why wouldn’t it be possible?”
Bucky just watched her intently. There was an intensity burning in his eyes she had seen before. It was tempting - pushing her towards something she didn’t know, yet so incredibly enticing.
Y/N really wanted to help him, tell him that things would be okay, even if she couldn’t quite grasp why Bucky would doubt himself after everything he had accomplished for himself in the past year. In her mind there was not really anything standing in the way of Bucky and his happiness, so why the stare?
A solid minute passed before he finally shook out of it he mumbled a silent ‘I don’t know. You tell me.’ in the dark room. Y/N just stayed silent, the steaming cups on the nightstand long forgotten as she fumbled with the hem of her shirt. And then... all of a sudden, Bucky laughed. It wasn’t a long nor a loud one, but it was there and it definitely eased the tension that had slowly been sneaking back into the air.
“I feel like we had that conversation before.” He confessed averting his gaze.
Y/N instantly missed the blue boring into her. But she smiled anyway. “I think we did.” The corners of her mouth saddened again. “I’m sorry if it makes you feel uncomfortable...”
“I don’t mind it, really.” He looked at her again and Y/N’s heart sped up at the moment. “Having these conversations with you. I ... I don’t know. It makes me feel better. I feel like I learn more about you too. And that’s important to me.”
Bucky wanted to know more about her. That message alone made her feel as if she was on cloud nine. The beat in which her heart pounded in her chest picked up once more and the close proximity she had to him did not necessarily help in that accord. He was so close. And not only physically, but spiritually, she felt more connected to him than ever. Y/N had needed that: A conversation with a friend. Talking about something deep and bothersome and being understood. Bucky was that person - considerate and understanding. And it warmed her to know that, right now, all that consideration and understanding was spent on her.
With all the excitement, a sudden nervousness overtook her body with gradual power. This was a Bucky not many people could experience; and even though Y/N loved having this carefree version of him around her, she couldn’t help but let the voice worrying about 'how long this would last' stir anxiety into her cocktail of emotions. It was fast and sneaky. She didn’t look, she wasn’t guarding them enough to control the outcome this evening would have. But unfortunately for her, the fear settling in her shook her to the bone.
Bucky noticed the tremor in her body as he turned to her. A soft hand laid on her arm, stroking it soothingly when he asked her with concern in his blue eyes: “Are you going to be okay?”
And there it was again. That damn sweet look and the care and - really she wished it to be love - in those painfully beautiful eyes. For her.
Y/N’s mind was running a mile a minute, the colorful cocktail of emotions mixing further and further until it was a messy brown that swallowed individual feelings and made everything seem dull. And somehow, she still felt like that bland piece of bread again. No full emotions, everything blended in one and none of it could be experienced whole. And before she could stop herself from doing so, Y/N’s mouth let the words tumble right out of her.
“Actually... would you mind staying with me tonight?” Oh. My. God. She did not just say that.
Bucky’s motions stopped, the look of concern somehow deepening in the creases and dimples on his face. It felt like minutes, really, of him just sitting there frozen in motion, a blank look on his face. But then, she shook out of it and a small smile appeared on his face.
Embarrassment seeped through her body. This had been stupid. It was crossing the line of the beautiful friendship/ fake marriage the couple had established and it was making him uncomfortable. Oh God - Bucky probably dint know how to tell her just how uncomfortable it made him. And now he was sitting there smiling awkwardly, wishing this situation over with. Y/N slipped her feet beneath the covers and tried to hide her whole body beneath the sheets. She was about to say something along the lines of ‘you don’t have to if you think it’s weird’ when he finally opened his mouth.
“Sure.” Bucky blushed a little. And the rosy taint on his cheeks was the only thing telling Y/N that he was in fact real and not just a fragment of her imagination when he kicked off his shoes and slipped under the covers that Y/N had already crawled under. He didn’t come closer though, staying on his side of the bed like a lost puppy. The soft hues of the hallway light fell through the little opening of the door when Y/N turned to look at him. He was already turned to her, his eyes showing no embarrassment as they bore through to her.
“You’re okay, right? Like this helped. Or can I do anything else for you?” Even though the question seemed a little weird and rushed, Bucky looked genuinely concerned for her. Y/N figured he had probably not had so many deep conversations and was just trying his best to, well... make her feel comfortable. Unfortunately, though, the distance between the pair just seemed to make Y/N a little more unsettled. As if Bucky were to slip away as soon as she closed her eyes and fell into dreamland.
“Just promise me you won’t leave...” A single tear strayed from her eyes and rolled down her cheek before hitting the pillow. Moments like this made it just a little harder to stay strong. It reminded her of all the beautiful people she had lost over the years. All the friendships that lived only within her heart. And all the lessons she had learned from them.
Bucky was quick to catch a second one by soothing his hand forward and gently stroking her face, and somehow taking the sadness with it. The touch of his thumb shot tingles through her body, and when he moved closer and his hand wandered to her waist, there was another sensation pooling in her stomach - exciting and soft.
“C’mere.” He whispered through the darkness, pulling her closer and holding her to his chest. Y/N embraced his soft and welcoming touch. Bucky’s nose buried in her neck when he began to talk again. “Doll, I promise you: I will never leave you. I’d miss you too much for that.”
She held onto that promise quite literally as Y/N wrapped her arms around Bucky’s torso, feeling every stroke he placed on her back and pulling the covers even higher over the both of them. Bucky was warm. The heat radiating off his muscular chest spread gradually through her body from the place her body touched him. It wasn’t hot, though. No. It was cozy, and warm, and safe.
Bucky didn’t know it yet, but he was the most important thing Y/N held onto these days. A person, a friend, - who was she kidding, even more than that - who made her life better and who could equally make it worse if he were to leave... just like a lot of others had done - even if it was not willingly.

Hi everyone. So... I’ve taken an extended leave from Tumblr. Sorry about that. A lot of personal sh*t has been going on and I felt as if I just needed a break and then the longer I was away, the more guilty I felt about not posting for so long. And then I just couldn’t get the motivation to write. Like, at all. I’m really sorry. To all the people who’ve requested things (and I’m very pleasantly surprised at the amount) I’m gonna be honest, I haven’t started writing any of the fics. I don’t know when I’ll start writing them (maybe not for some time), but at some point, they will be written. I promise.
I’m so sorry but I also needed to take a break.
Have a great morning/afternoon/evening/night (though don’t stay up too late! But who am I to tell you to sleep? 😅 I’ve been functioning on 5-6 hours for a couple weeks now)

P.S. Sorry for trauma dumping
P.P.S. Masterlist as not been updated for quite some time. Sorry

HOME: Book 8 - CHAPTER EIGHT
MASTERLIST
December 28, 1991
Dear Charlie,
Merry Christmas!! I know I’m late, but better late than never right? And I may as well wish you a Happy New Year too, huh?
How has the visit from your parents been so far? They’ve been there for almost two weeks now, no? You didn’t mention it in your last letter so I wasn’t sure. I wish I was there, but I hope you’re having the best time with them! Please tell them I miss them.
I know you haven’t asked, but I’m sure you’re dying to know what the Christmas holidays have been like at Hogwarts.
Ron has been teaching Harry wizard’s chess. Ron’s actually gotten quite good, y’know. I remember when I used to play with your dad; the pieces I borrowed from your mum never did like me very much, but Ron was always so fascinated with the game. He’d watch us play for hours if he could.
I hope you got the gifts I sent with Athena last week for you and your parents. Don’t eat all the sweets by yourself, you better share them! The kids all liked the gifts I got them, which was nice. I had them all around my office on Christmas morning after breakfast so they could open them. George, Fred, and Percy were bickering as usual, but it was so nice. It felt like being at the Burrow again. I also got Harry and Hermione gifts as well. I just couldn’t get Ron something and not them. It was so sweet watching Harry open his. I got him a broom servicing kit, and it wasn’t that big a deal, but I just felt like he had never really gotten presents before. It was quite sad really. Speaking of gifts, we all got our Weasley sweaters, and they’re just as soft and cozy as always. Say thanks to your mum for me, will you? And it’s okay if you didn’t, but did you send me anything? I just want to make sure Athena didn’t lose it.
Christmas dinner that night was amazing; it felt just like my first Christmas in the wizarding world that I spent at Hogwarts. It really brought me back. And you know what? I’m only just realizing you’ve never spent a Christmas here. You’ve missed out on such an experience, it’s so magical. Maybe next year, you can come spend Christmas here at the castle with me. I’m sure Dumbledore wouldn’t mind. I was sitting up at the head table with all the professors this time, of course, and they were all drinking and getting drunk. It was really funny to see them like that. I didn’t drink much though, it just felt weird being there without you. I left dinner early and went for a walk by the lake. I can tell that Squish misses you, maybe almost as much as I do. Or maybe he feels how much I miss you and is reflecting my sadness. I don’t know, but it’s just weird.
I never go looking for trouble! Since when do I go looking for trouble? That being said, I can’t make any promises, because if the trouble finds me, I’ll have to do what I can to protect the students. That’s my job now, I can’t just leave it to the other professors. But I do promise that I’ll be careful, and I’ll do my best not to get hurt. I might still get them to write you those letters though, I like when you worry about me.
This is the biggest bloody load of shit ever. You’re working with dragons… everyday… and you’re telling me there’s nothing new to share? No updates, no crazy stories, no wild tales of adventure and near death experiences? Why? Was your mother standing over your shoulder as you were writing that letter? Because there’s really no other explanation.
Miss you loads,
Veronica

Ronnie,
My parents’ visit is going well. They’ve been enjoying exploring Romania. They head back to London tomorrow though, and I’m ready for them to go and for me to get back into my routine.
Sorry, I didn’t get you anything this year, I’ve just been so busy with work, it slipped my mind.
I’m glad you had a good Christmas.
Miss you more,
Charlie

Hello.
I’m so sorry I’ve been gone for so long.
I’m not exactly well enough to return to writing yet and I really do apologize.
I felt like I should come back and explain what’s going on and kind of say sorry for not doing anything
This will include me talking about things like self harm, suicide, stuff like that.
When I created this account I had genuine plans on writing since it was something I really enjoyed, even then I was struggling as well with SH and other habits. I figured it to be a way to cope, yet I had basically no motivation whatsoever.
Months went by and I still wanted to try working, but was not able to due to my mental state and school problems.
And then I decided to take a break.
Even during this break, things have not gotten better.
I did break the habit of SH for a while, but ended up relapsing after around 2 months.
I have found great people so far who are willing to try and help me, and I’ve cut many terrible people out of my life during this time. I’d say that’s something positive.
But recently I’ve found out that one of my close friends has ended up committing. (Or at least attempting, but I haven’t heard from them in a while.)
That has only put more of a strain on my health, mentally and physically. As well as finals coming up soon (next week.) I’m just exhausted.
I’m still not quite sure how to deal with any of this and, again, I’m apologizing for being gone for so long.
This post is also just here to let you know I am alive, I don’t exactly plan on dying any time soon. I’m still young and I’d like to at least live until my 40’s 😅
I apologize, I’m not yet ready to work and I understand if you’re upset at me for promising you I’d write, I feel like it’s been forever and I haven’t done anything for you guys.
I really do promise, and I’ve said this before many times, as soon as I’m better I’ll get back to working immediately! I know it probably gets annoying hearing me say that and then not working, but this is something I really want to do. It’s just difficult.
I should be going to a hospital soon, getting diagnosed, seeing another therapist, etc. So I hope I’ll be able to actually do stuff soon!
My DM’s and stuff are still open though, I am willing to chat (responses may be slow, sorry) But it’s kind of hard to plan and work on stuff now when I’m like this.
This is not really me asking for help or comfort, this is just me explaining what’s been going on because I felt bad for leaving so long after barely explaining anything.
Every once in a while I’ll try and make a post that’s somewhat updating you guys on how I am and what’s going on.

obamitsu shippers!
so i am writing an obamitsu reincarnation/modern AU with the flower shop/tattoo parlour prompt... & i need help brainstorming!
1. what would obanai call his botanical/flower shop?
2. what would mitsuri call her tattoo parlour?
and to bait y’all for your ideas, i will give you a gift of a sneak peek at the first chapter i'm working on ;o
It was springtime in Tokyo, in fact only about three weeks until Mother’s Day, and so the shop was flooded with orders for bouquets. Obanai didn’t mind being busy, but he had a tendency to hyperfocus on whatever he was doing and lose touch with the world around him, so he was completely engrossed at his work station when a young lady entered the shop. She was visibly nervous and clutched a tattered portfolio to her chest. There was no bell on the door, and so Obanai had not even realized that someone had come in when she entered.
“Uhm… hello?” the girl muttered timidly.
Obanai, with his back to her and also so focused on his project that he did not hear her, continued working.
The girl fretted that she was bothering this man, but what she had to ask was unfortunately quite important, so she tried to get his attention again.
“Uh, hello!” she called, raising her voice. “My name is Kanroji Mitsuri and I’m here to ask about the retail space for rent downstairs?”
This time Obanai became aware of the visitor, and the sound of her voice was like a crystal bell; the clearest voice he had ever heard in his entire life. She sounded Real.
He straightened up from where he was bent over a last-minute floral arrangement for someone’s intolerable mother-in-law, a strange feeling washing over him. It was something like a chill running down his spine, or the hair on the back of his neck standing up–but contrary to those phenomena, this feeling wasn’t a dark or frightening one. Instead, it was something like a cleansing epiphany.
“Uhh…” the girl went on, sounding sheepish and worried, “the space is still for rent, right? Like, you haven’t sold it already? I can leave if it’s no longer available–”
Not knowing what to expect, Obanai turned around.
“It’s still available,” he said as he faced her, and when she came fully into view, his heart stopped.
Yes, the young lady was undeniably incredibly gorgeous–she would’ve stopped any sensible man or woman in their tracks–but there was more to it than that.
It couldn’t be…
The girl gasped once Obanai stood face to face with her. She put a hand to her mouth in complete shock and almost dropped her portfolio.
Immediately–instinctively–Obanai felt a twinge of pain, downcasting his eyes and frowning beneath the face covering he wore over his mouth. His automatic thought was that his ghastly appearance frightened her.
“I-I’m sorry–” the girl, Mitsuri, stuttered, “I-It’s not, it’s, um…”
I’m going to sound so crazy! He’ll never rent the shop to me when I’m acting like such a creep!
“P-Please, forgive me, b-but when I saw you… I, uh, I had the strangest feeling of déjà vu… although I can’t for the life of me remember where we would’ve met, I… I’m sure I know you,” she finished, breathless.
Obanai’s gaze returned to her face, his eyes widening.
No way…
Something in his heart softened as he realized that the girl looked genuinely apologetic for offending him, and that her admission was sincere; he could see it in her eyes. Chartreuse eyes, like the ones he always saw in his dreams…
“No apology necessary,” he finally managed to say.
He swallowed, unable to decide if he should tell her that he, too, was experiencing déjà vu in her presence. Ultimately, he was too nervous to disclose his true feelings–even if this girl was her–which, come on, how could she be?

May 2021
2 months married, 13 weeks pregnant
“So do you want to tell me while you’re pouting like you did when you were five or are you going to just keep brooding?” Scott asked with a hint of a smirk in his voice, giving his brother a soft shove as they stepped out of the elevator.
“I guess I haven’t been very good company today,” Chris observed, the sound of his sneakers scraping against the hotel carpet. “I’m sorry Scott, I’m just missing home.”
Scott remembered the family group text that had popped up on his phone the day before, a picture of Nickie and that signature wide smile while she held a photo of the ultrasound. He knew that Chris felt like he was missing out and that suspicion was only confirmed while Chris shoved his hands in his pockets and kept shuffling down the hall, “You know how Nic ended up being farther along than we realized, right? She’s already thirteen weeks and it feels like I’ve barely been there for any of it.”
“I know, but at least the Morrisons and our family are all nearby,” Scott tried to find a silver lining, knowing that each and every member of the family loved Nickie so deeply and were there for anything she needed.
“Ma has been staying with her for the past week because she’s been really sick,” he noted, loving how much the pair adored each other, “It’s so cute when I call one of them and hear the other in the background.” While Chris and Nickie had spoken nearly every day since he’d left for Europe, it was mostly quick calls, centered around catching up and Nickie giving him updates on how she was feeling. So far, she’d spent most of the last three months getting sick and feeling horribly nauseous and slightly crampy. It was quite the difference from their normal calls while he was away, there were far less opportunities for pleasure and tension releases when your significant other felt like absolute shit for most of the day, and despite how much Chris tried to not feel this way or focus on it, he knew it was starting to come out as slight frustration.
“See, she’s alright and soon enough you’ll wrap and you can join Nic in Massachusetts,” Scott’s raspy voice assured him while they came to a stop in front of the two hotel room doors next to each other.
“Hey, want to watch a movie?” Chris motioned to his door.
“Nah I’m just going to head into my room. I did leave a little surprise in your room for you,” he mentioned, making Chris’ eyebrows raise in confusion and added, “Don’t be too loud though.”
Before he could ask any questions, Scott slipped into his room and closed the door behind him. Chris was so confused, not having a clue what he meant but just shrugged it off, pulling the key card out of his wallet and swiping it before pushing the heavy door open. He took a step inside, eyebrows furrowing when he heard the television on but all of his questions were taken away when he walked through the living area of the large hotel room, pausing in the door of the bedroom.
His blue eyes traveled to the bed where he saw her. His wife. His Nickie laying on the bed. Her long wild hair was messy and splayed out on the pillow, a hand behind her head and the other buried in a bag of Doritos. She was dressed in a pair of workout leggings and a long sleeve top, makeup gone from her face which only added to the casual comfortable look that he adored so much. Hearing him enter, she turned her head and when her dark brown eyes met his, that huge beaming grin shone in the room, making Chris feel weak at the knees.
“Well hi,” she said nonchalantly, her grin turning into a slight smirk as Chris stood frozen in the doorway to the bedroom of the suite.
“Nickie! Honey what the hell are you doing here?”
“Surprising you, dummy,” Nickie said as if it was obvious, sticking her thumb into her mouth to lick off the leftover dorito coating from her fingers.
“You fly all this way to come surprise me and then call me a dummy?” His left eyebrow rose while kicking his shoes off and started walking closer to the bed.
“Well if you weren’t being a dummy then I wouldn’t have called you that,” she smirked, sticking her tongue out as he climbed on the bed. “But that mustache still looks like shit, even in person!”
“How about you just let me fuckin’ kiss you, smartass,” his voice dropped, placing a hand on her cheek as his eyes flicked over her face, reacquanting himself with her. It’d only been three weeks since he’d seen her last in-person, having parted ways at the airport after the Morrison family trip to Italy at the beginning of the month. He’d flown straight from Florence to Paris, where he met the rest of the cast and crew from The Gray Man to resume their shooting schedule, and he wouldn’t be home in Massachusetts until, nearly, his birthday. It was a long five weeks to be without your wife, not to mention your newly-pregnant wife, who he’d married a mere two months ago. He didn’t know how he was going to make it through the rest of filming without seeing Nickie, but clearly she’d figured out an answer for him.
Nickie’s melodic laugh broke him out of his train of thought, giggling as she shrugged from underneath him. “Nobody’s stopping you!”
He smirked, leaning down as he kissed her slowly, his thumb rubbing back and forth on her cheek. She sighed into the kiss, her hands reaching to rest on his tense muscles, gasping lightly as he pulled back with a soft nip to her lower lip. He smiled one last time at her from up-close, rolling onto his side next to her.
Chris’ eyes dropped down to look her over, but paused when they’d reached her midsection, seeing the slight swell from where her shirt had ridden up, the tight material of the leggings showing off her stomach. His jaw dropped, his hand reaching out as he said, “Oh my god, babe you have a bump!”
She gasped, shoving his shoulder lightly while also pushing his hand off her stomach, pulling her shirt back down from where it’d ridden up. “Shut up! I do not!”
He laughed, placing his hand back on her, his thumb rubbing lightly. He propped his head up on his opposite hand, finally taking his eyes off of her bump to look back up at her. “Yes you do! Oh my god, it’s so cute. This is fuckin’ amazing!”
“Stop it, I’m not even that far along yet. I can’t have a bump!”
“Nic you’re pint sized, it’s not surprising,” he laughed before he tilted his head, looking at her seriously as he whispered, “I can’t believe how different you look.”
“Chris, you’re really not making me feel better,” Nickie muttered, rolling her eyes playfully as she reached down, moving the bag of Doritos to the nightstand.
“Oh shut up, you know I mean it in a good way. I fuckin’ love this bump,” Chris laughed, knowing he must look like an idiot with that crazy smile that’d settled on his face every time he thought about or talked to someone about this.  “God, Nic, that's our baby.”
“I know,” she smiled, her hand moving to run through his messy hair. “And I have a little surprise for you too.”
“What?”
Nickie bit her lip, playing with his hair lightly. “When I got off the plane I saw I had an email in my inbox but I wanted to wait for you to open it,” she raised her eyebrows. “If you want to open it, it’ll tell us what we’re having.” Nickie had called Chris a few weeks prior while at the doctor, explaining that they could do a blood test to look for any potential complications with the baby’s genes, but also so they could find out the baby’s gender a few weeks early. As of that appointment, they still hadn’t decided for sure if they’d wanted to find out what they were having, but the more they both thought about it, the more they wanted to know, mainly just to help them nail down a name better. They’d been floating around a few possibilities, and in fact had already picked out a name for a girl, but between Nickie’s impatient tendencies and Chris’ need to be as prepared as possible, and because he was a slight control freak, they’d decided to find out.
His jaw dropped, staring at Nickie as he felt excitement flood him, seeing the same reaction reflected in Nickie. “Are you fucking with me?”
She laughed, her eyes rolling fondly as she listened to him. “No and you better hurry up and open it because I’ve been going crazy!”
“Okay okay, where’s your phone?” He asked, picking his arm up off of Nickie’s midsection so that she could reach for it on the nightstand, unlocking her phone and handing it to Chris.
“Here,” she whispered, pulling her legs up as she sat up in the bed, biting her lip. “I already have my emails pulled up.”
“God my hands are shaking,” he laughed, finding the email from Nickie’s doctor, pausing before he clicked on it, eyes scanning through the bloodwork results until he reached the last line, holding his breath.
Nickie was silent as he read the email, holding her breath as well until she finally had to ask, “Chris, what is it? What are we having?”
“It’s…a boy,” he said, looking up at her with tears in his eyes, clearing his throat as he felt a lump settle in it. “We’re going to have a son, Nic.”
Nickie gasped, her face breaking into the widest grin he’d ever seen on her. Tears filled those chocolate brown eyes, rolling down those perfect cheeks as she threw her arms out, almost yelling with happiness, “I’m going to get a mini you!”
Tears were streaming down both of their faces while Chris pulled his wife impossibly tight against his chest. She buried her face into the crook of his neck, crying and laughing at the same time. They kept alternating between wiping their eyes, laughing, kissing and just all around buzzing. Chris had no idea when he walked to his hotel room that evening, that this would be the setting for such overwhelming joy and bursting happiness but here he was, with a completely full heart.
“I just can’t believe it,” he breathed, his large hand rubbing up and down Nickie’s small back. “This is just… I can’t… I’m just so happy.”
“Me too,” she agreed while she leaned up, pecking his cheek lightly. “But there is one thing that would make this moment better.”
“What’s that, honey?”
“Room service because I’m starving.”

Tumblr media
He gets your text the following Tuesday morning.
Now, Jungkook has never been one to be overly invested in his cell phone; he uses it as much as he needs to, just checks his emails, takes some photos, and sends texts when necessary. But you had set up a particularly unique ringtone for yourself the other day, had sweetly asked for his phone as he laid against your chest. His skin had felt warm and the slightest bit sweaty, his body pressed so closely against you that he couldn’t tell where he ended and you began. “Did you have fun?” you asked, fingers combing back his hair. He had hummed, eyes fluttering shut to the faint tapping of your fingers across the keyboard. If he closes his eyes, he can still remember the soft beating of your heart beneath his ear, the leg you had hooked around his waist to pull him closer. The memory makes him shiver.
It’s a high-pitched bell sound that alerts him of your messages now, completely unlike the classic default tone he had set for everyone else.
From the other side of his room, Jungkook immediately pauses to look at it, the lit up screen glaring back at him from its idle place on his bedside table. He always leaves it there in the mornings, beside his rosary and the picture of his family, as he gets ready for work.
He knows exactly who it’s from— after all, that’s what you wanted when you stylized your ringtone —which is why his hand trembles in excitement as he unlocks his phone.
[❤️]: picnic tomorrow? 🥰
[❤️]: after my last class of course
Jungkook’s first thought is that this was a date, his first one with you since he had met you. His heartbeat hammers at the thought, at the mere suggestion that the two of you would be able to spend more time together this week outside of your usual weekend… acts. Additionally, if you’re asking him on a date, then surely it means you view Jungkook as a potential suitor, just as he does you? Do you want to maybe date Jungkook? Jungkook certainly wants to date you— in fact, if he starts gathering his courage now, he might be able to properly ask you out tomorrow.
Jungkook’s second thought is of that guilty, gross feeling that’s been gnawing at his insides for three days now, and how it was inevitably going to get worse when he saw you again.
He had lied to you, Jungkook recalls, sinking down against his mattress, shirt half buttoned, as he stares at the screen. He had lied to your face during a critical moment, had felt that seed of doubt in his chest blossom more than ever. And not only had Jungkook lied to you, but he had lied to you about his feelings toward you. How could he ever hope to hold you close, to date you, when he couldn’t even be honest with you?
The memory of your curious gaze presents itself at the forefront of his mind, the soft sound of your laughter ringing in his ears.
You had been so sweet to him despite his blunder, had cupped his face and kissed him on the lips when he dropped you off outside your apartment. “Not today,” you crooned, unbuckling yourself as Jungkook’s eyes trailed over your throat— ignoring your cross —and down your chest. “I have schoolwork to catch up on. But soon, okay?” Another sweet peck had left him trailing after your touch, your finger bopping the tip of his nose playfully. “Call me when you get home.”
And because he was so terribly, irrevocably smitten with you, Jungkook had done as you said and called you. He’d called you and then had whimpered against his sheets as you generously talked him through another sinful deed. You had softly sighed his name over the line, told him he was handsome and that you missed him. That you wanted him in your mouth—
And of course, he had felt… something afterwards.
This is where his dilemma begins: Jungkook had felt something afterwards, and he’s not sure if it had been entirely good or bad. The longer Jungkook stays around you, hangs out with you, does things with you— the more he can feel parts inside of himself change. Because after the phone call, Jungkook had felt two distinct emotions within himself, both of which were up for questioning.
First, there was that one feeling he was becoming all too familiar with, the crushing guilt that would consume him following any sexual interaction with you or himself for that matter. Why was he like this? Why did he indulge himself in such heinous pleasures when he knew, knew better than anyone, what committing such acts meant for the future of his soul? He was practically dooming himself the way he was now, but Jungkook just didn’t understand— why did something so bad feel so good?
But alongside that gnawing guilt was this tiny, weirdly pleasant satisfaction, a gratification that superseded the relief felt by an orgasm. It was this oddly serene feeling that settled over Jungkook in the moments following a climax, the soft brush of your hands through his hair, the low lilt of your voice. They made him feel like he was floating on the softest of clouds, kissed and pampered by its wispy tendrils. It made something inside of Jungkook feel different, new. Good.
(In the back of his mind, Jungkook realizes he’s always felt that way. At the height of his pleasure, at the faintest brush of your hands against his. It was a staple of your presence, one that made Jungkook feel like he was walking on air.)
From whatever angle he looked at it, it just didn’t make sense. They were contrasting emotions; while one made him feel godawful, the other one practically made him transcend. The fact they could coincide, exist all at once, had Jungkook’s brain folding in on itself as he tried to figure out why. They kept him up the last few nights, eyes blankly staring up at his ceiling following his evening prayers. Mulling over everything he’s ever learned and been told, always circling it back to your beautiful presence in his life.
He knows sex in itself is not bad— after all, that was how the beautiful process of life came to be —but years upon years of studying his religion, cultivating his faith, had all led him to the same conclusion: premarital sex was wrong. And for the past few weeks, well. That’s all Jungkook had been doing with you.
It seems like every time you meet, you’re dead set on pleasuring him, turning Jungkook into a shivering, teary-eyed mess while you grinned from above. That confused him too— as far as Jungkook knew, the whole point of sex was to chase after your own pleasure, something you admittedly did not do. It was always Jungkook’s pleasure, Jungkook’s enjoyment that you wanted, covering him in languid kisses and long caresses until he was inevitably shooting his hot cum all over your lap and into your hands.
You had told him it was okay, that he should never feel bad for enjoying himself. But, to return back to his original dilemma, he doesn’t quite know if he can trust your word.
You’re a liar, that much Jungkook can look past his rose-tinted glasses to admit. While you may not have lied to him (or at least, Jungkook wants to believe you haven’t), the fact still stands that you are quite willing to deceive others in order to get what you want. He already knows you aren’t the biggest believer of the Church yourself, that you frequently brush off your religious duties in order to fulfill your own desires— the aforementioned sexual cravings probably the biggest one —so, quite frankly, Jungkook is untrusting of the rest of your practices. Were you lying to him, telling him all was well, just for your own benefit? Just because you wanted to drag him along on your lustful adventures? He wasn’t sure, and as much as he wanted to trust you wouldn’t, there’s a shred of doubt that plagues him.
But still.
Regardless of whether you are a liar or not, that didn’t make it okay for Jungkook to lie to you.
He taps his phone against his chin, brain a frenzied mess.
If Jungkook really wanted to pursue this relationship with you, he needed to be honest with himself and with you. Did it bother him that you were so flippant with the Church, the one he himself feels so devoted to? Yes and no. Jungkook has never been one to impress his beliefs on others, and truthfully, he would not be the slightest bit bothered if you don’t believe in the same things he does. Would there be some awkwardness in your relationship? Certainly, but at least Jungkook would know the real you from the very beginning.
But to him, posing as an avid follower when you really aren’t rubs part of him the wrong way. He’s slightly put off by that aspect of you, and justifiably felt that anyone would feel such a way if someone were to use something they love as mere leverage for their own personal gain. And to make matters worse, now that he’s been made aware, it weighs down heavily on his conscience.
Part of Jungkook, as selfish as it may be, wishes you had never revealed your secrets to him. He may have been left in the dark a total fool, but at the very least he would have been a happy fool. Would he still feel guilt about all the sexual deeds he’s partaken in with you? Sure, but at least he would only have himself to blame. The way things are now, he’s unsure who really needs to be condemned.
Realistically, it is Jungkook’s fault. He knows how you are and even more, he knows you would never proposition him for any such sexual deed if he told you no, if he simply denied you. But he doesn’t tell you no, and that’s the problem: Jungkook really likes you as you are now, questionable behavior be damned. He likes you when you make him cry and when you pinch his cheeks and when you snake your hand down his pants.
He still thinks you’re amazing, gets this fluttery feeling when you look at him with that sparkling gaze of yours. Your laughter makes him smile, even if you’re not laughing at something he said, because the sound is just so comforting, warm and soothing, makes his entire body relax when you chuckle. You have this gentle touch, these delicate hands that carefully comb his hair back for him in the car sometimes, tracing the side of his face softly. Your smile makes him dizzy, makes him want to cup your face in his hands and kiss you breathless. And, of course, he can’t complain about your… other talents when he’s only been on the beneficial receiving end of said talents. That aforementioned satisfaction, as small as it may be and as difficult as it was to admit to, was something Jungkook has begun to look forward to on the occasions that you meet.
But his inability to overlook his own beliefs and your confusing nature brings about a great strife within Jungkook. It’s the reason he hesitates outside the church after dropping you off, his car running as he glares at his steering wheel. Everything in him says to go inside and confess to his sins, relieve himself of this overwhelming sense of guilt and shame to the closest person to his Lord.
But he’s scared.
Scared that, despite the oath of confidentiality, word will get out. His fellow brothers in faith will hear about what he’s done and call him out for his lecherousness. But even worse, he’s scared of what will happen to you. Would Jungkook’s life be over if he were thrown out of his beloved church? As dramatic as he may be, no. But he recognized that there were different standards to which men were held in this society, that an act of desire by him would not ruin his name the same way it would you.
And Jungkook didn’t want that. He wanted to keep you safe. Wanted you to be happy and smiling, regardless of how conflicted it made him, because he likes you. He likes you so much, despite the fact he has yet to uncover the true extent of your character.
But the cloud of mystery is partially what intrigues him, has him pondering over your very existence instead of getting ready for work as he is now. He’s terribly enamored, thinks about you and prays for you every night. So maybe Jungkook is still the fool, because he still daydreams about you when he knows he shouldn’t.
His phone buzzes in his hand—
[❤️]: i miss you bunny ☹️
—and his decision is made.
Tuesday passes by in a blur and before he knows it, it’s Wednesday afternoon and you’re texting him the location of one of the parks in the city. You had told him not to worry about the food because you would bring it. Jungkook’s only job was bringing the picnic blanket, a huge checkered thing he had spent all morning rifling through three stores for. He wants to impress you, desperately so, that he’s even wearing a nicer outfit today, darker tones unlike his normal warm palette because he had heard a woman at his job say men look cooler in dark colors.
Suffice to say, he sticks out like a sore thumb at the park, the stark black of his jeans contrasting with the vibrant green of the neatly cut grass. Jungkook has half the mind to feel self-conscious about it, but then you’re calling his name from a couple meters away and his breath leaves his lungs.
“Hi,” you greet, the handle of your wicker basket held tightly between two hands; Jungkook rushes to relieve you of the weight. “Did you wait long?” you ask, rewarding his gentlemanly behavior with a chaste kiss against the corner of his mouth that kick-starts his heart back into action and has his face burning up.
In all honesty, you have never dressed very modestly— not that you had to, nor that there was anything remotely wrong with that. Jungkook has spent many a mass service fighting the urge to glance down the front of your dresses and tops, ignoring the cleavage you liked to show off now and then. But apparently, what Jungkook had seen up until now was your version of dressing modestly. The dress you show up with today, an off day where there are no church ladies to impress and no unspoken dress codes to follow, makes his brain short circuit. The thin, thin, straps that hold it up giving him an all access view to the broad expanse of your shoulders and chest and collarbones and boobs—
“No!” Jungkook rushes to reassure you, fighting down the blush that threatens to travel further down his neck when you carefully straighten out the collar of his shirt for him. “I- I, um, just got here.”
You beam at the news. “I bought cheesecake,” you tell him, looping your arm through his as you tug him along. “I hope it hasn’t melted yet!”
By the time the two of you settle at a suitable spot near the lake, the cheesecake hasn’t melted. It’s still cold and solid, tastes like heaven on Jungkook’s tongue, and you laugh when his eyes light up. You look gorgeous like this, nestled against the checkered picnic blanket with a glass bottle of sparkling water in your hand, sandals just beside the edge of the blanket. There’s the faint chime of a bicycle bell somewhere to his left and the chatter of birds as they flock over the pond. Wonderful sights that would normally take his breath away and make him marvel at their beauty, but when you smile at him so gingerly like that, all Jungkook can think about is you.
He watches you slip a strawberry past your lips. “Tell me about yourself,” you hum, seemingly out of the blue, wiping the corner of your mouth with one careful finger. “Other than, like, church stuff,” you tease.
As you lean forward for another one, Jungkook’s brain stutters for a moment, eyes focused on the curves of your boobs as they naturally follow the movements of your upper body until he’s dizzy. “Huh?” he says, and you snort. “Oh— me, right, yes um—“
“Your favorite color?” you suggest, tugging the skirt of your dress tighter around your legs. It’s not cold, but there’s a slight breeze that keeps rolling over the two of you, pushing your floral scent over Jungkook and fluttering through his hair. “Right now, all I know is that you like cheesecake because you ate three slices at the bazaar the other week,” you chuckle.
It’s such a basic question, the bare minimum of knowing a person. But when you look at Jungkook like that, blinking those long lashes at him, it makes him forget his answer. “Um… Red,” he murmurs, watching you tug off the stem of the strawberry in your hands. “And white.”
You nod, and then you’re stretching a hand outward to offer him the aforementioned strawberry. When he doesn’t open his mouth right away, you silently demonstrate first, until Jungkook is slowly parting his lips and accepting your strawberry. The flavor bursts on his tongue, sweet and sticky, coating the very tips of your fingers when you don’t pull away fast enough. Jungkook averts his gaze when you pop them between your own lips and suck them clean.
“Red and white,” you repeat, unaware of the lustful images that flicker through Jungkook’s mind, the way his eyes unconsciously drop to the front of your dress, at the crevice between your breasts that he remembers oh so well, the tight suction around his cock as you— “They make pink, which is my favorite color.” He desperately clears his mind of the memories that flash before his eyes.
It’s a pretty color, fit for a pretty girl. Jungkook keeps the thought to himself as he watches you sift through the contents of your basket. It’s the perfect compliment to give you, he knows it’d make you happy, but his valor disappears when you throw him a soft grin and he’s transported back to a more recent memory, the memory in the car instead.
A bad influence, he had called you, had watched your eyes well up with an emotion he had never seen on you before. Sadness? Disappointment? Disgust? He wasn’t sure, all Jungkook could really remember was the acidity on your tongue when you had repeated the words back to him, the ghost of your touch when you had abruptly pulled away from him, shut him out. He doesn’t think he’s ever seen you so closed off before, not even when he had first met you and you were parading around with that staged shyness.
And even when Jungkook had corrected himself afterwards (read: lied to you to cover his tracks), the emotion had lingered. Even when you had playfully brushed him off, he had caught your reflection in the window beside you as he drove to your place. The sullen look on your normally happy face, lips down-turned, eyes lowered. A look he had put there.
And now he’s watching you carefully rip apart bread to throw at the birds with a tender smile. A cloud moves and suddenly the sun is beating down on your little picnic again, casting a beautiful glow across your skin that renders him breathless for the shortest moment, trapped by the sheer beauty you exude. You’re absolutely ethereal, and yet he had questioned you. Your morals, your character, everything.
“__?” he says before he can stop himself.
You hum, “yes, bunny?” before pausing your little feeding task to glance back over at him. When you look at Jungkook like this, meet his gaze straight on, he doesn’t see an ounce of ingenuity in your eyes. It might be Jungkook’s lovesick heart speaking, but he can’t imagine you ever lying to him. He looks away first, frowning at the various fruits sprawled between the two of you.
You care about him, that much Jungkook wants to believe. And his beliefs are confirmed, when your voice drops an octave lower, becomes softer, as you murmur, “is everything alright?” The fruits are carefully set aside, breaking the wall between the two of you until you can shuffle forward, your knees bumping against his. Hands reach for his, thumbs rubbing soothing circles against his skin.
Before you can repeat your inquiry a second time, Jungkook finds himself asking, “do you like me?”
Tumblr media
Jungkook’s sudden inquiry makes your cheeks heat up just the slightest, your startled inhale barely contained.
It’s like a scene straight out of a teenage romcom— a confession in a park, your hearts bared for each other. But it’s a little awkward, you have to admit, unintentionally giving Jungkook’s soft hand a nervous squeeze as his question rolls over in your mind.
Duh, you want to say. But there’s something about the look in Jungkook’s eye— the eyes he very purposefully turns towards your hands, the hair he had let loose today providing him ample protection from your gaze —that has you pausing, carefully considering your next words.
You had hoped by now that it was obvious, that Jungkook understood how much he meant to you, and didn’t require some dorky confession in the park. Partially because, well. This wasn’t your usual role. Usually, it was the guy confessing to you, raving about all your redeeming qualities in an effort to win you over. But with Jungkook, all you know about relationships is flipped upside down, forcing you to play a position you’ve never played before.
Jungkook wasn’t like you; he was soft and sentimental, practically wore his heart on his sleeve for the whole world to see. And it was a massive heart, filled with so much love and adoration for the world around him, that you felt bad when he wore such sullen expressions on his face.
Expressions like the one he has now, lips pressed together tightly as he misreads your silence. He has honest eyes, a dark toffee color that sends tingles down your spine when he looks your way. They glimmer with a sort of innocence for the world, a thin sparkle that makes him look like a prince sometimes. He was devastatingly handsome, and now he was upset. “Um— it’s okay,” he stammers, trying to move the conversation along. But his eyes flicker around nervously, anxiously. Like your silence has left a burn mark on him, painful and delicate to the touch.
His comment isn’t completely unexpected. How very on-brand for big-hearted Jungkook to try to save you from an uncomfortable interaction, even if it was caused by him. “Um…” he murmurs, “it’s okay. If you don’t, uh. Like me?”
It sounds flimsy, even to you.
“No, no,” you rush to correct, your ability to speak slowly coming back to you only after the fact. “I do,” you admit, nerves on edge at this rather foreign situation. “I… like you a lot, Jungkook.”
You shouldn’t be surprised by his reaction. Jungkook blinks slowly, like his brain is still processing the information, and then, ever so artfully, goes up in metaphorical flames. “O- Oh,” he stutters, reaching a free hand up to press his knuckles against his face. The rosy hue that had first blossomed over his cheeks has now started crawling down his neck now, up his ears. It’s terribly endearing. “I— um. I didn’t know,” Jungkook rambles, and it’s so cute, so sweet, how a simple confession from you renders him this flustered.
His face emanates a warmth tangible even on your own skin, lips cutely quirking to the side as he fights off a bashful smile and the raging blush your words bring about. It certainly is a sight to see. His hair tickles his eyebrow, swept out of its usually neat style, but it makes him look all the more gorgeous. “Cute,” you chuckle, feeling the slightest bit shy at such a warm response from Jungkook. You sit back, giving him the space he needs, and turn your attention up at the big blue sky instead. “Really? I thought it was obvious,” you hum.
Part of you actually feels really awkward; as you said before, everything is so brand new with him.  With Jungkook, he flips everything around for you, makes you actually admit to your emotions as opposed to simply going along with his. It’s a nice change of pace, as difficult as it may be, and the results are rather… cute as well. (He bites down a smile, but the action makes his normally soft cheeks look more pronounced than usual.)
“Because, I, um. Me too,” he says, voice wavering. He clears his throat and tries to meet your gaze under his fringe, but doesn’t last more than a second before he’s pointedly glancing at the picnic blanket beneath the two of you. “I’m— I like you too,” he admits, ears tinted a bright red. You figured as much but it was always nice to hear, especially from someone like Jungkook. “A lot.”
“Thanks,” you smile, placing a hand on his thigh.
His lips pull into a shy smile, aimed at your knees because he can never look you in the eye when you shower him in praise and other gooey, mushy feelings. It’s the same in the car or against your front door— he always manages to give your hand a tight squeeze, maybe even a kiss if he’s feeling brave. But the second you try to tell him you’ve had fun or that you’ll miss him, it’s like all his courage fades away, leaving him a blushing, smiley mess.
He was cute like that. Despite being so kind and caring, it was like Jungkook’s entire being stopped functioning when those types of gestures were aimed at him. So you relished those moments, looked forward to them with a fluttery feeling in your heart that couldn’t be tamed.
Today, he throws you for a loop. Just as that proud, giddy smile appears, cheeks and ears a pretty pink, it fades away. The excitement from your mutual confessions seems to remind Jungkook of something else, something less warm, that has him quietly mumbling, “I’m sorry.”
It’s confusing, to say the least. Just a moment prior, he had been pursing his lips in a silly attempt to hold back a smile. Now he’s staring at the ground with a rather pensive look, his apology sitting heavy in his throat. “What for?” you tentatively ask after one long beat. It had been so sudden. In your mind, there isn’t a single reason for Jungkook to be apologizing to you, especially so out of the blue. There is, however, an inkling of fear brought upon by what can only be classified as insecurity; you had just confessed your feelings for each other, why was he sorry about that?
Jungkook exhales, a quiet sound that is nearly lost among the bustling noises of the park. If you hadn’t been sitting so close, maybe you wouldn’t have heard it at all. “I just,” he huffs, pointedly glaring at some random spot of grass beside you. His features look sharper than ever now, jawline defined, brows narrowed together. It’s a rather misplaced realization, but Jungkook looks absolutely gorgeous with distress painting his face. “I was… being selfish before.”
In the few weeks you’ve known him, you’ve come to realize Jungkook was many things. First and foremost, he’s an absolute gentleman. Raised on manners and compassion, looking after others everywhere he went. He was caring and sweet, loved this world and the people in it so much. Soft-spoken but straightforward. He was dreamy, disgustingly so.
But selfish? It definitely sounds like something Jeon Jungkook is not.
Before you can interrogate him even further, it seems like Jungkook is dead set on getting through this alone. “I- I’m sorry,” he repeats, eyes downcast. Noticing his wavering confidence, you resign yourself to listening, hand giving him a reassuring squeeze. Finally, after a short moment, Jungkook murmurs, “...in the car.” You tilt your head to the side curiously, waiting for him to go on. “I said, um. Something rude.”
It takes a moment for the memory to load, and when it finally clicks into place and begins rolling, you find yourself muttering a faint, “ah.”
If it’s what you think it is, he’s talking about last weekend outside of the church. That terribly awkward encounter that had left a sour taste in your mouth afterwards. A bad influence, you recall him saying, the memory of his voice looped in your mind the entire drive to your place.
In all honesty, it had stung a little. While you were aware that Jungkook had an ongoing mental battle, you hadn’t realized your role was that big in it. It’s the reason you had sent him home that day, made up a lie about schoolwork just to give him some space. It’s nothing new, everyone’s had someone think badly of them before; gossipy classmates, rivals, maybe even random strangers on the street. But it felt different when it was coming from someone as sweet as Jungkook, so polite and righteous, who wouldn’t even hurt a fly. Like he was stating a fact, not an opinion.
It was a slip-up on Jungkook’s end, that much you could tell. Because he had been frantic to correct himself afterwards, had looked at you with these fearful eyes, like one wrong move and you’d slip from between his hands. Luckily, you weren’t that sensitive— definitely not as sensitive as him, at least —and such a comment had been practically meaningless moments later.
Still, in those few moments where it was meaningful (read: the short period it took for Jungkook to get home and call you, the words looping around your brain until the harsh ring of your cell phone finally interrupted), it had left you wondering. Have you been pushing him too far, asking for too much? The way you saw it, you always gave Jungkook room to object to any of your advances. You know he’s trapped in his thoughts more often than not, but you pay attention to him, you really do. You make sure to take his reactions into account, try to offer solutions where possible. But, for the briefest moment, all of those efforts had felt fruitless that day in the car.
What you say next is not a complete lie; sure, Jungkook’s comment had hurt for a bit, but here he was now apologizing for it. That was a good sign… right? “It’s okay,” you brush off, patting his cheek softly, hoping with every fiber in your being that it really was okay.
Tumblr media
Your voice is gentle, soothing his doubts. Just moments prior, Jungkook had felt like he was asking for too much, especially when your feelings toward him were up in the air. But your earnest confession soothed the ache in his heart. It’s all he’s wanted these past few months, to belong in your heart like you do his.
But the guilt from before, the tumultuous feelings he’s been harboring towards you since the weekend, dampens his excitement. From your confession alone, it doesn’t seem like you questioned Jungkook. You weren’t put off by who he was, what he loved. So why couldn’t Jungkook be like you, think like you?
“I’m still sorry,” he says again, feeling like a broken record when he catches this sympathetic smile on your face. The scraps of eloquence he had gathered while originally apologizing seem to fade away, leave him a stuttering mess when he tries again. “That was— I shouldn’t have said—“
“Hey,” you cut off, placing a hand against his cheek. It stops his fidgeting, forces him to meet your gaze head on. There’s a smile on your face but something inside of Jungkook says it doesn’t feel real. “I like you, Jungkook.”
And it’s true and genuine, your words so honest it pains him to think he had ever thought otherwise. And you’re still smiling, even after being hit with the implication that Jungkook questioned your character and maybe that’s what hurts the most. That you still try to put on an easygoing expression for him after he’s said something hurtful. It’s the car all over again, that blank look in your eyes when he had spoken carelessly.
Before he can apologize for the umpteenth time, you’re shaking your head softly, smiling anew. But this time, he can’t tell if it’s real or not. “I brought orange juice,” you say, expertly moving the conversation along. And just as Jungkook has been thinking for weeks now, it’s like you know him so well. You know when things make him anxious or uncomfortable, know just how to help him out.
There’s a feeling of guilt that blossoms in his chest, but this time it’s different.
It’s not the usual sticky gross feeling of before, the one that has him staying up at night repenting for all his wrongdoings. It’s a personal kind of guilt that comes along with the frank realization that, while you have been learning and adapting to being around Jungkook, he has not been doing the same for you.
Though you may be a little playful at times, you don’t tease him for who he is, don’t stomp all over his beliefs as much as he deluded himself into thinking you do. (That whole, faux-believer thing was a different circumstance.) Like with the cross in his house the other day. As much as Jungkook wanted to believe what you had done was evil, he had, quite honestly, enjoyed himself afterwards. There wasn’t that heavy discomfort sitting on his chest anymore, that sense of shame lingering as you’d kissed his body and let him caress yours too, in the safety of your eyes only. It was enjoyable and fun, had felt exhilarating to be so intimate with you.
And instead of being thankful for your mindful efforts, he had questioned your sincerity.
The picnic goes by in a flash. Jungkook is sad he can’t enjoy it to the fullest, his brain filled with clamorous thoughts that circled around to torture him every few minutes. Still, the entire date feels like a dream, vibrant and beautiful, leaving him in a daze. He doesn’t want to wake up.
By the time you suggest wrapping up, the sun is setting over the horizon, the windows and lights of the buildings around you slowly flickering to life like a sea of tiny stars. He feels weak in the knees as he helps you pack everything back in your basket. “All set,” you smile, walking beside him, knuckles brushing against his until you fulfill Jungkook’s wordless wish and slip your hand into his.
Jungkook agrees, hoping his hand isn’t sweaty and that you mean what you say. “I- I liked the food,” he remembers to mention, the fact that you had so carefully and lovingly prepared all this not entirely lost on him. His compliment, as simple as it may be, has you beaming at him as you exit through the park’s front gates. His car is parked along the street, the sleek vehicle coming into view as you round the street corner, hands still fastened. “Um,” he mumbles, pausing beside it. You turn to face him, eyes clear and content.
All good things come to an end, he supposes, reluctantly letting go of your hand when you tug. “I’ll see you soon, okay?” you say, stepping up close, chest pressed against his. His breath hitched in his throat, eyes going wide when you nuzzle against his neck. Your hands slip around his waist. They wrap around him perfectly, make Jungkook feel like he was made for you.
By the time he’s springing into action, jerkily raising his free hand up to your back, you’re stepping away. “Call me when you get home,” you wink, sending shivers down his spine when he remembers what happened the last time you said that.
But Jungkook doesn’t think he can wait that long.
You’re slipping further and further away, fingertips just barely brushing against his forearm, when Jungkook jolts into action. “How are you, um—“ he stammers, feels too big for his shoes when you tilt your head curiously. And then, “d- do you need a ride?” he mumbles, cheeks warm.
It’s a feeble attempt at asking what he really wants. Offering you a ride home, while not a bad idea considering it was late and you had taken the bus here, is nowhere near what Jungkook really wants. What he wants is standing before him, thin spaghetti strap slipping down their shoulder, eyes sensually half-lidded and you know this too— because, again, you know Jungkook so well, know what he wants even if he can’t say it —as you step into his bubble again, peer up at him with your arms held behind your back.
“A ride home?” you ask, blinking your long lashes in a way that robs him of his breath. And he can see that switch flick on inside of you, watches that pure and innocent gleam in your eyes slowly become replaced with something mischievous. Jungkook nods dumbly. “I’d love that.”
Jungkook blinks. “Great,” he chokes out, neatly dropping the wicker basket in his hands. In a way, it brings him back down to reality, lets him snap away from your hypnotizing gaze as he reaches for the keys in his pocket. “Let me— I just have to— yeah,” he stammers, clicking the button on his car keys one too many times, has it perkily beeping. Your lips press together into an amused smile, the last thing Jungkook sees before ripping himself away from you and yanking the back door open.
He nearly throws the basket in like a madman, glassware be damned. It’s his last shred of rationality that tells him not to, the hairs on the back of his neck standing on edge as he steps up to the edge of the sidewalk and carefully places it on the floor behind the passenger’s seat.
When Jungkook rises back up, there is a hand that brushes against his forearm, a gentle touch that has him throwing a curious glance your way. He’s not expecting to be so entranced by the dreamy look in your eyes, feet glued to the ground as you trail your hand down, catching his wrist between your fingers. You’re standing so close, making Jungkook feel like he’s trapped between you and his own car. His entire body is on edge when you lean in, placing a soft kiss against the very corner of his mouth. It leaves a tingling sensation, and accompanied with the growing warmth beneath his skin, feels like he’s been burned. “I had fun,” you murmur, voice low. It sends a shock of electricity down his spine, a wave of exhilaration that has him fully turning to face you as you eventually step away, that same playful grin on your features again.
A surge of confidence and greed overcomes him, has him stepping forward into your space despite the nervousness that builds within him. There’s a hint of surprise in your eyes that you quickly mask, placating his bumbling nerves with a delicate hand placed over his heart. He can’t breathe when you lean in, softly humming, “kiss me?”
Jungkook’s lower lip wobbles. “O- Okay,” he concedes, voice but an airy whisper that is soon swallowed up. You taste like fruit and orange juice, remnants of your picnic clinging to your lips as you slowly consume Jungkook’s entire attention with this soft brush alone. It’s a rather short affair, one that ends all too soon when you pull away with a soft sigh against his lips.
Your smile is so pretty when you angle it at him, has him taking one jerky step backwards. His back hits the car, feels trapped. But he isn’t scared, doesn’t find himself anxiously awaiting your next move. “Good boy,” you purr, reaching one graceful hand forward, playfully tugging at his tie, wrapping it around your knuckles as you use it as leverage to pull him close again.
You’re just so pretty, Jungkook has always thought so. From the moment he first met you until now, there is something about you—a glint in your eyes, a quirk to your lips—that has had him under your spell for weeks now.
Had Jungkook seriously despised you and your ethics, perhaps this feeling would have gone away. But the fact of the matter is that you make Jungkook’s heart hammer dangerously in his chest, a shot of adrenaline through his veins when you look at him with those low-lidded eyes, touch him with those experienced hands. He wants you so bad, even after all he’s learned, all he’s seen. He wants you over him and under him, pressed against him from head to toe. He wants and he wants, and he knows it’s bad to want so much, to be so greedy. But with you around, Jungkook finds himself giving into that greed, clutching at it like a lifeline. “We can, um—,” he stammers, placing one uncertain hand against the top of the door frame beside him. You raise your brows, egging him on yet patiently waiting all at once.
Your gaze is so strong, and it’s in moments like these that Jungkook feels that feeling crawl up his throat. A serpentine gaze, a sticky sweet tongue. Everything he’s ever known says it’s wrong, but his heart and your confession says otherwise. He looks away, throws a bashful glance at the plush leather seats behind him. “In… inside?”
And the offer has you positively beaming before him, that same flirtatious shimmer in your irises doubling at the words that roll off his tongue. “Oh my,” you swoon playfully, stepping back to, Jungkook assumes, allow him to get in.
He plops down, feels like he would break out in a sweat if the evening temperature wasn’t so cool. The car’s interior blends into the shadows, his clothing practically indiscernible against the dark shade of the seats. A stark contrast to the pretty floral dress that suddenly spills itself over his lap when you climb in, the door tugged shut beside the two of you. All is silent, your thighs over his, hands on his shoulders. “Hi, bunny,” you murmur, lips pulled into a smirk, provocative yet playful, like you know something that Jungkook doesn’t.
Jungkook’s throat feels dry but he still manages to gulp. He’s drowning in your perfume and your body lotion, in the faint smell of the outdoors clinging to your clothes and your hair, the absolutely heavenly scent of just you in your entirety. “Hi,” he whispers back, voice lost beneath the thundering of his heartbeat in his ears. And his quiet greeting is rewarded with two soft hands that crawl up his neck, cupping his face in their palms.
“You were so sweet today,” you purr, nose nudging against his when you finally lean in, pressing your breasts against Jungkook. A tiny gasp catches in his throat, his hands instinctively going to your waist. “Can I kiss you again?”
Jungkook has never wanted anything more. “Please,” he exhales, feeling like he’ll explode if you don’t kiss him soon. You take his request in stride, jut your face forward just the slightest bit until your mouth is pressed firmly against his, the movement of your lips a practiced rhythm that he just can’t seem to master. He still tries his best, puckers his lips when he feels it’s right, tilts his head when you urge him with a soft nudge. He tries his best and hopes it’s enough.
By now, Jungkook has come to understand that there is a pattern to your kisses. You always start off slow and relaxed, mouth languidly moving against his as you lure him across a tightrope of anticipation. They gradually become more intense, pulling out whimpers and sighs from Jungkook that he had never known were possible. It’s a carefully crafted art form, the tongue that slides out from between your pillowy lips, dips into his own mouth with a giggly pant. “Good boy,” you hum in between, hands burying themselves in the hair at the nape of his neck. “Always so good.”
Jungkook shudders when you eventually part, can’t catch his breath fast enough before you’re reaching for the buttons on the front of his shirt, easily undoing the casual tie too. “Relax,” you tell him, bypassing his lips for the warm expanse of skin just below. You kiss over his chin, down his neck, as your hands crawl beneath his shirt and around his naked waist.
He’s ticklish, and when you brush against his ribs, he unwillingly releases a sharp huff of laughter. It’s followed by a wide-eyed look of embarrassment, cheeks a warm hue when you lean back in surprise at this new bit of information. “I— sorry,” he blurts out, because he doesn’t know proper make-out etiquette, doesn’t know anything really, except what you’ve shown him.
But the sound makes you snort, looking at him with this gaze that drips with honey. “So cute,” you tell him, placing a chaste kiss against his lips, before disappearing back down to lavish his throat with filthier kisses. And with you laving your tongue across his skin, biting at every inch available, Jungkook is left to fuzzily stare over the crystal clear windshield. He’s struck with the faint realization that if someone were to look hard enough, they would see him through the tinted glass as he fell apart into the hands of a pretty girl.
The soft smack of your lips against his skin is sensual, makes every hair on his body stand stiff. Your lips trail down the column of his neck, placing a bruising kiss at the juncture where it meets the rest of his body. “Oh,” he sighs, eyelids fluttering when a hand squeezes at his chest, thumb against his nipple.
Another muffled giggle pressed against the base of his neck, and when Jungkook focuses his eyes again, he catches his own gaze in the rearview mirror.
The sight of him is… weird to say the least.
Even in the dark, his lips look thoroughly debauched, puffier and redder than usual, slick with saliva that isn’t entirely his. He doesn’t tell himself to, but his mirrored counterpart peeks his tongue out, runs it along his top lip sinfully. Startled by his own appearance, Jungkook jolts in place, feeling you shift in his lap with a soft little whine. “Bunny,” you frown, and Jungkook watches your side profile in the tiny mirror as you sit back up, press your lips against his ear. “Sit still for me,” you tell him, hand slithering up his chest, around his throat. Over his Adam’s apple, squeezing just the slightest. It’s not tight, but it knocks the air out of his lungs when he sees the action mirrored back at him on the reflective surface.
That familiar guilt sticks in his throat, evident when your hand slips away and he swallows harshly, the protrusion just beneath his skin bobbing up and down.
In the back of Jungkook’s mind, he can recall the religious story that surrounded this bodily feature; a sin and the consequence. A garden and a fruit, a beautiful woman by his side.
Your hand creeps down between your bodies, palming over his quickly fattening cock, and Jungkook swears he sees stars, a strained whimper escaping from his lips that you giggle at. “Oh my,” he huffs, clutching at the skirt of your dress. You nuzzle close again, pressing a tender kiss against the side of his neck.
Your hands are so soft and sweet, brushing over his cock like you’re simply caressing him out of adoration and not because you want him to cum, staining his seats and your dress. Either way, Jungkook can’t even begin to imagine what you must be thinking; before the date and his confession, he had been afraid that you would discard him. Maybe Jungkook wasn’t what you wanted, maybe he wasn’t what you needed. You were so confident in yourself and your actions, a stark contrast to Jungkook and his constant uncertainty, his fear of doing the wrong thing plaguing him at all hours of the day.
Even now, with your hands expertly tugging his zipper down, he finds himself going back to that story. That apple in the garden, the consequences it had hailed. Never mind the fact you’re on top of him, claiming to like him, with your hands touching every inch of his skin. He keeps looping back to that Biblical verse instead, thinks about it when your fingers meanly let the elastic band of his briefs snap against his skin. “Ouch,” he flinches, voice a soft whine. He turns too quickly and too suddenly, nose bumping against yours because you’re still so close.
You smile, puckering your lips for the lightest of kisses. It’s the little things like that that make Jungkook’s entire thought process stall, distantly aware of the fact that it’s, like always, you leading the majority of your encounters once again. Even during your picnic, it had been you who had practically held his hand as you navigated through basic information, asked for his favorite color and his favorite drink. Had it not been for your own proactive tendencies, Jungkook fears he would have never known your favorite color was pink or your favorite day of the week was Thursday.
It’s a fact that makes him pause, jaw tightening as he once again realizes how little effort he was putting into knowing you. For someone who claimed to like you a lot, he rarely did the work to prove it. Even now, he’s too unsure of who he is and who you are to indulge you properly, instead watching you lead the scene as usual. Before he can stop himself, a sigh is escaping his lips.
It must convey his emotions perfectly, because it’s enough to make your wandering hands pause by his waist. “Everything okay?” you ask, always knowing what he’s feeling. And it sucks that he couldn’t say the same for himself.
“N— Yes,” he rushes to say, looking up at you with round eyes, the moonlight painting half of your face a paler color than usual, the other side shrouded in darkness. It makes your eyes look darker, makes Jungkook gulp loudly when you turn those inquisitive eyes on him.
His answer doesn’t seem to convince you, and it’s with little to no hesitation that you sit back. It puts a distance between the two of you that Jungkook can’t say he’s a fan of. “Jungkook,” you say, voice stern yet warm, one hand reaching up to brush your knuckles against his cheek. “Tell me what’s bothering you?”
It makes Jungkook nervous. He knows he thinks too much. Part of him fears that oversharing with you will drive you away, put you even farther than you are now. Maybe next time it’ll be a room’s length away, a football field’s length away. And he doesn’t want that; he wants to hold you close, he really does. But there are traditions he carries and beliefs he holds dearly that make it hard for him to do so, as much as it pains him.
The only reason he knows he’s frowning is because you press your pointer finger against the corner of his mouth. You lean in close, nose bumping against his. It sends your scent billowing over him, makes him dizzy when he becomes aware of the hand he’s got on your bare thigh, the rumpled skirt of your dress pushed away. “Talk to me, bunny,” you murmur. You don’t make a move to kiss him, a fact that Jungkook feels both grateful and disheartened by. “Please?”
And he can’t deny you, not when you ask so nicely. You have this metaphorical grip on Jungkook, a tight hold around his throat that has made him act impulsively these past few weeks, desperate to be with you, to please you. Even now, despite how much he wants to withhold his thoughts, he finds himself quietly admitting them instead. “I want to know you,” he mumbles, unable to meet your eye. You don’t push him to. “I really, um. I like you, __. A lot.” It’s a repetition of his earlier confession. And still, it makes him nervous. A thumb brushes against his cheekbone, encouraging him to meet your solemn gaze even if it means being a blushing mess afterwards. “Before we, uh, do… things.”
His words may be choppy and incoherent, but you understand him all the same. “You want to go out some more,” you clarify, removing your hand from his cheek. The phantom trail of your fingertips on his skin remains, feels colder when you lean away to allow him some more space.
Jungkook nods quickly, hoping this rush of adrenaline might help him through this. He bites down on his lower lip, carefully analyzing your expression for any signs of disbelief or disgust. But all he sees is understanding, a cool expression that makes Jungkook’s heart thunder. “I…,” he says, glancing down at where he’s still got his hand on your naked skin. Something inside of him tells him to rub his thumb across it, an action he doesn’t think through until he hears a sharp inhale, watches goosebumps rise over the skin. “I’m sorry,” he rushes out, snatching his hand away before he can do something else of a similar sort. “I- I just—“ said hand now waves around wildly beside him “—I really like you, as a, um— uh. A person. And I—“ and this is where he becomes aware of his unbuttoned shirt and the way you’ve got your pretty pussy pressed against his thigh now “—I, um. I want to know me— I mean, you —better? More? Like—“
His embarrassing babbling is cut off with a gentle kiss to his lips. No tongue, no saliva. Just soft lips against his, a delicate hand against his shoulders. When you pull away, Jungkook unconsciously trails after the touch, eyes half-lidded and in a daze when you place a palm on his chest. “I got it,” you say, lips quirking into a tiny smile. “I want to know more about you too, bunny,” you admit, reaching for the front of his shirt. He watches on with flushed cheeks as you slowly button it up for him, finishing it off with a playful tap against the underside of his chin.
You glance out of the window thoughtfully. Jungkook is suddenly reminded of how pretty you are, your skin practically glimmering under the pale moonlight. It catches on your necklace, a thin chain with a cross on the end. If he focuses his eyes behind you, his own reflection stares back once more. Jungkook’s entire body threatens to lock up tightly, but a single kiss on the cheek from you interrupts the process. “Do you wanna date?” you ask, like it’s the easiest thing in the world.
Jungkook can’t agree fast enough. “I— yes,” he gasps, leaning forward too suddenly. It makes you flinch back in surprise, back pressing up against the driver’s seat behind you in surprise. You wouldn’t have fallen or anything, but Jungkook reacts like it was a serious possibility anyway, grasping at your waist and pulling you snug against him, soft thighs sandwiching his tiny waist. “Oh, God,” he frets, immediately moving to release you.
But you catch him with two arms thrown around his neck, pulling Jungkook close to you for another kiss. Deeper and… meaningful, your satiny lips carefully slotted against his. While it surprises him at first, Jungkook finds himself melting into it soon enough. This was okay, he tells himself, and for the first time in a few weeks, he finds himself believing it.
It was just kissing— intimate yet appropriate kissing —between two people who were seeing each other. Him, properly seeing you. His heart threatens to burst out of its cage for a second. It’s the first time since he’s met you that he can fully say he hadn’t felt nervous about his actions, hadn’t felt like he was committing some grave sin for chasing after your touch. It was just a kiss, simple and sweet, making both of you smile bashfully when you eventually pull away. There was no lying and no guilt, no tears and no stress.
It felt good.

Overindulged
prompt: feeder boyfriend quits his job and balloons as fat as his feedee/feeder girlfriend
He drove his sleek BMW up his driveway and into the middle garage just as dusk settled into night. He’d stayed overtime at work again, and to make it up to his girlfriend, three dozen fresh assorted donuts sat in the passenger seat.
Sure enough, immediately upon opening the back door with his stack of boxes, he heard her voice: “Late.”
“It’s the end of the month,” he said. “What do you expect? Brought you something though, so don’t be mad. Come in here.”
He set the boxes down on the granite island, then waited, sucking in a breath. His pupils dilated as his favorite person in the world waddled through the wide archway leading into the kitchen. After giving him a pout, she pulled the boxes toward her with arms that hung, at their heaviest, over half a foot with fat.
She was a beautiful, enormous woman. He had met her on a plane three years ago on a business trip to Paris. She’d pulled him into conversation like a warm whirlpool, and he’d listened in awe to her life story: miserable wife of a banker to a happily divorced entrepreneur, flying first class on her own dime.
With a smug, knowing smile, she talked about how she used to be skinny for her ex’s sake and now was free. He couldn’t help but let his gaze roam over her blatantly overweight body. Thighs pressing firm on either armrest of the wide seat, bust prominent and heavy, belly button deep and visible through her dress.
Bad news is, she’d concluded, I just settled a messy lawsuit that lost me my career and nearly bankrupted me. But she shrugged, as if such was life. I’m taking my last-hurrah vacation until I have no choice but to eat tiny, unsatisfying meals again.
He decided that couldn’t come to pass, so he spent as much time with her outside his business obligations as he could, taking her to meal after meal, falling in love as she ate to her heart’s content and shamelessly talked about how she’d rather fallen in love with gaining weight. It titillated and empowered her. By the end of their two week stay in Paris, she was twelve pounds bigger and he had invited her to live with him for a while as she looked for a new career path. She accepted.
Three years later, she’d found her calling without having to leave his luxurious, spacious home. Doing what she loved.
She was almost four hundred and fifty pounds now, last he was updated. She always wore leggings that clung to every lump and bulge of cellulite, and she liked to tease him by wearing crop tops, letting her massive belly and side rolls hang out and wobble as they pleased.
He watched with soft eyes as she stuffed herself with four jelly-filled doughnuts. Between bites she said, “These long hours at your soulless job are no good. My fans want to see more of you.” More eating. “The last time you fed me on camera was weeks ago!”
She gave him an imploring look as she ate a fifth doughnut. Boston creme. Her face, once conventionally pretty, now had a sexy overindulged look. She’d lost her jawline to additional chins and neck fat, and her round, fatty cheeks quivered as she chewed. Even before she finished the fifth doughnut, she picked up a sixth. “And don’t think they haven’t noticed that little tummy you have now.”
“What?” He looked down at himself, blushing at how his tie sat out a bit on slightly stretched white buttons.
Before he could say anything, she pushed a chocolate doughnut in his hand. “I know people willing to pay a pretty petty to see you chunk out.” She smirked. “Pop a couple of those buttons.”
He laughed dismissively, but as he ate the doughnut, he contemplated the press of his new chub against his shirt. His pants felt a little tight in the ass, too, now that he thought about it. What if? he thought.
Suddenly, he found himself admitting: “I’ve been thinking of quitting.”
Her eyebrows rose.
“I want to spend more time with you,” he explained. He hadn’t meant to talk about it now, but here he was. Out of nervousness, he pulled one of the boxes toward himself and picked another doughnut, this one caving in under its sprinkles. He took a heavenly bite. “I have plenty of money saved and invested to take care of both of us for a long time. I just don’t see why I…”
She waddled over to his side of the island and took his free hand. “You know I’d support you.” Then she pulled him closer, into a smiling kiss. “I’ll support you real good.”
*
Before his two week notice even ended, he was eight pounds heavier, and he relished how his coworkers’ eyes lingered on his burgeoning waistline. Soon, his tummy was pushing over his pants. His chest felt thicker. He felt his ass spread wider when he sat down. He ate desserts all the time, and his girlfriend lavished him with attention (food) at every opportunity when he was home, encouraging him to eat in amounts he’d never let himself eat before. She started filming - with his consent, as always - the development of his chubbing up. Her fans loved him even more than they already did, compliments coming in faster than he could read them.
One month into being an unemployed man, she stuffed him on camera until one of his shirt buttons popped off. The experience was more of a revelation for him than even becoming officially overweight; that night, after she went to sleep, he got out of bed, squeezed into an old pair of slacks that barely fit him, then gorged himself in the kitchen until he gasped at the relief of his ass seam tearing open, unable to accommodate his butt, which everyone online said was growing gorgeously fat. His heart fluttered just thinking about it, and he hoped his ass kept growing.
It did.
“I admit, I never thought you’d be this much of a pear,” his girlfriend told him, six months into his steady ballooning. They were admiring his progress in the large bathroom mirror. He may have looked small relative to his partner’s morbid obesity, but somehow, they were both more fascinated with his growth at the moment. She outlined his bottom heavy figure with her hands. Fat had indeed stored most eagerly in his ass, thighs, and hips. His belly drooped soft and wide.
“I love it,” she said. “Love everything about you.” But then something else came into her expression. “Except how you’ve stopped picking up after yourself.”
He swallowed, and said honestly, “Sorry. I know I’m getting lazier.”
“We’ll have to hire a maid.” She grinned wickedly. “Or do two pigs deserve to roll in their sty?”
*
A year into living on his passive income and her subscribers, the couple had not yet hired any cleaning services, and his country club house was...well. Not trashed, but messy and disorganized. She blamed the five pounds she’d lost over the past month on having to constantly throw his trash away. She punished him by making him stand while drinking a whole liter of full-sugar soda. Since he’d developed a strong distaste for any physical effort as he sunk deeper into obesity, he grumbled the whole time. When he finally fell back on the couch, she sat too. Together, they took up most of it. But while she looked perfectly composed, he was panting raggedly, slightly sweaty, a food stain on his pants.
“Look.” She reached out and held his chubby wrist. “I can tell that the fatter you get, the more your natural inclination is to be a pig.” She spoke with total matter-of-factness. As if the emergence of his inner pig was unsurprising and inevitable. “It’s not uncommon in men - that urge to oink and eat as a way of life. But we share this space. I help pay off this house. Please throw away your take out containers.”
Then she added, at his long-suffering sigh, “I’ll reward you.”
He met her gaze. “Tonight?”
“Tonight.”
*
This time, there were no cameras. There was just her, sitting on one side of their king bed and him on the other, breathing heavy, taking her reward one bite at a time.
Everywhere in their bed were containers and packages and napkins and soda bottles. He had eaten mexican and noodles and burgers and fries. He’d eaten candy bars and sundaes and milkshakes and chunky cookies. He was so full he could feel the skin of his belly stretching. He could practically feel the skin of his thighs stretching, as if they were filling up heavier with fat right then, as he was determinedly overfed. He swallowed another bite of greasy cheeseburger.
“Keep going. I can tell you're slowing down, but I’ll have none of that yet. I want to see progress from you.”
“I don’t know…”
“Do you want to feel the ecstasy of squeezing through a doorframe or are you going to plateau at being just fat?”
He let out a breathy moan as he ate another bite of the cheeseburger. His girlfriend knew him too well. She knew he liked the new challenges being big was causing him. She knew it turned him on that he sat so much fatter in his own car, belly pressing against everything, ass barely fitting at all. She knew his hands had begun cupping his hips as a half-unconscious habit, admiring his own width.
He liked how his thighs had to push past each other, jiggling every time. He even liked when he accidentally bumped into things, because it was a hot reminder that he wasn’t the same. He was like her now. He was fat. He was a pig. He wanted to eat and get so big he could barely even waddle. He wanted to squeeze through doorways. He wanted to get stuck.
“I want everything,” he said. And she smiled, temporarily pleased.

Imagine being Azula’s favourite friend who she recruits first. The two of you have always had an unspoken attraction which neither of you were brave enough to acknoweldge...until you save her life and Azula decides to reward you
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Background
You and Azula attended the academy together and had initially started as rivals. You were an above-average fire bender and because she didn’t know you Azula saw that as a threat. So she made it her mission to ruin your life when one day she found you arguing with Zuko. You didn’t hesitate to yell at him or point out his faults and from that moment on Azula knew she’d misjudged you. Azula be-friended you and you became a part of her group. Over time you became her favourite. She trusted you and could feel your loyalty to her, which was something she grew to respect more and more as Mai was compromised by Zuko and Ty lee became even more whimsical. You soon became inseparable and as the friendship grew it began to feel like more...you realised you liked Azula as more than a friend. You enjoyed every second you spent together and thought she felt the same. The tension between you grew and although Azula would grow flustered around you when you flirted with her she never reciprocated your feelings openly. You were heartbroken but understood that falling for the princess of the fire nation hadn’t been a very smart decision on your part. So needing some space to mend as soon as you graduated from the academy you joined the army. It hurt to be around Azula every day and to know you could be something great together if only your nation was more progressive. So you ran away from the situation and didn’t see Azula for years. You managed to stop thinking about her constantly after a few weeks and soon your heart didn’t feel as broken anymore...but you knew deep down you still cared about her. The princess would always be your first love.
Your POV
The army was tougher than the fire nation academy for many reasons. For one your name, reputation and grades didn’t matter once you passed through the doors. They didn’t care if you'd sparred with the best fire benders or got the highest grades in combat skills for ten years, you were reduced to a number and treated as one. You hated every second of it but the alternative was to return to your family and you’d take anything over that so you stuck it out.
One day all the recruits were ordered to wear their best clothes and report to the large training hall which could only mean one thing. Someone wanted to buy troops. High ranking generals or rich businessmen could hire trainees for missions or any jobs they needed completing. The buyer could choose who they wanted after watching you all in training and you would then decide if to accept or not. You took every opportunity you could and so stared straight ahead for inspection, trying your best to look hirable when a voice broke your resolve. "I’m looking for something in particular" Azula told your trainer and you only just managed to keep your head forward but a small smirk broke out on your face. Azula spotted you and walked down the line slowly before stopping in front of you. "Well, well who do we have here?" she asked. You looked up at her and matched her smile "long time no see huh?". Your trainer was horrified at the way you addressed the princess and rushed to yell at you when Azula cut him off with a laugh. She took your arm and you hugged her tightly. Your stomach exploded in butterflies and you clutched her tightly, you’d missed Azula dearly. "Your highness i don’t know what...i’m sorry for this one’s behaviour" the trainer started obliviously and Azula rolled her eyes "are they all as dumb as you? Obviously i know y/n". You smirked and Azula was spurred on by that beautiful expression she’d missed. "You really have no idea who she is?" Azula asked laughing "this is y/n l/n, her father is friends with my father and she is a personal friend to the royal family. To hear you haven’t treated her appropriately is very displeasing" Azula frowned and you smiled as your usually cruel and horrible trainer shook. "I’m sorry we had no idea who she was! We will treat her better, promote her actually" he babbled. "No that won’t do" Azula said "and that wont be necessary, y/n will be leaving with me for a job and won’t be coming back here". The guard hesitated "i...you can’t just take a recruit". "I’m not but i could" Azula growled "i think you’ll find it’s more y/n quits". "She can’t quit" the guard replied “she made an oath” and Azula raised an eyebrow in response "are you tell me what i can do? Are you telling a noblewoman what she can do? Any debt she owes you will be wiped by my command, understand?" Azula barked. The trainer paled but nodded "yes princess" and bowed his head. "Good" Azula nodded and she strode with you right out of the front doors.
Azula brought you to the lodgings she was staying at in the nearest town and you were amused to see it had been given the royal treatment. Red everywhere, freshly polished surfaces as far as the eye could see, gold and silver decorations lay on every available service and of course a large portrait of the fire lord hung on the wall. Over a lavish dinner Azula told you the mission making you realise you’d accepted and left the army without even asking for any details. You were fine with hunting the avatar and Zuko with Mai and Ty lee but you also recognised you would’ve accepted almost any mission Azula gave you because you’d been so happy to see her. Azula had always had this effect on you and time apart hadn’t done anything to lessen that. You were as much in love with her now as you were the day you left two years ago.
After dinner Azula led you to your shared apartment, it contained two bedrooms with ensuites and a large living room which you were pleased to see and you sunk into the sofa happily. "Your hair’s shorter" Azula commented suddenly and you nodded touching it self consciously "yeah it was a target in sparring". Azula scoffed "seriously? Don’t they teach the other recruits proper fire bending moves as opposed to childish tricks?". You shrugged "they told us to win by any means. That it doesn’t have to look good so long as you win". Azula laughed again "amateurs all of them! Of course it should look good". You smirked "well when it comes so easy to you" and glanced over her. Azula shrugged but had a large smile on her face "well I suppose I have been blessed in that aspect". You laughed again and smiled "this is nice". Azula smiled too "it is" and you locked eyes for several seconds before she looked away slowly. Azula stood up abruptly "we should get some sleep we’re moving on foot tomorrow to go get Ty lee and then Mai". You were excited at the thought of seeing your old friends and grinned "great! Also don’t think i didn’t notice you came for me first" you called as Azula made her way towards her room. She halted and you smirked "I always knew i was your favourite but really Azula to make it so obvious" you grinned and Azula paused. You walked to your own room and Azula finally responded "i always made it obvious you’re my favourite, it’s nothing new" and went into her room.
You stepped into your own room and leant back against the closed door blushing vividly from the encounter with Azula. You’d spent all your time in the army trying to convince yourself your relationship with Azula was purely platonic. That the fact your heart sped up whenever you thought of her or how you dreamt of her often was just because you were close friends. You managed to convince yourself you weren’t in love with Azula and that she didn’t feel anything for you either but less than a day with her and you knew that was a lie. You couldn’t deny the way she made you feel and how she smiled at you in a way she never did with anyone else...as much as it made you nervous your realisation also excited you. You couldn’t wait to be around Azula again and felt a happy glow spread over you. You settled in your bed, a smile still on your face and burrowed into the exquisite cushions. You expected to fall to sleep easily but a while later you were still awake. You frowned confused as to why. You were happy, you were with Azula and the bed was comfy so why couldn’t you sleep? You figured maybe the bed was too soft compared to what you were used to in the army so went into the living room to try the sofa. You laid down and realised this was better, more like the beds back at the military. You had just closed your eyes when Azula’s door opened. "Trouble sleeping?" she asked and you nodded "i think the bed’s too comfy". Azula laughed "i thought the opposite, really y/n your taste has worsened in our time apart". You shrugged "it’s better than what i’ve been sleeping on for the last 9 months". Azula lay down on the sofa next to you and you looked at her. You didn’t ask why after finding her own bed soooo uncomfortable she came to lay on a sofa barely a foot from where you were and just enjoyed the silence. “So, anything else i missed you didn’t put in your letters?” you asked. Azula hadn’t written to you much at the academy and honestly that had been a good thing. You’d have just missed her more than you already had but she did send brief updates once a month. Azula nodded "probably tons, i couldn’t write often". You didn’t point out she wrote to you on the first of each month religiously instead you turned on your side to look at her. Mai and Ty lee had also written to you but you’d noticed compared to their letters and the changes in their lives Azula’s had been...well boring. You felt almost sorry for her, you’d all moved away to different things but Azula had been stuck at home with a father who was cruel, the ghost of a cold mother and the memory of a banished brother. Azula quickly discussed some events that had happened and then also turned on her side to face you. "What about you then? How was military life really?". You shrugged "not as i expected". "I knew that job would be awful" Azula commented "why did you stay so long then?". You sighed "well i liked some parts of it, the physical training was similar to what we did in the academy which i liked, the mental tests were better, they made me use all my brain". "That’s a first" Azula chimed in and you rolled your eyes "i liked those parts of it...could’ve done without the abuse from the trainers, food restrictions and ban on leaving". Azula raised an eyebrow "remember what i always told you y/n no self-pity, you could’ve left at any time. You chose not to". You thought Azula sounded a bit angry when she said that but you shrugged "i could but that would have meant going back home not coming back to the capital and I’d rather fight all the trainers at once than that" you said through gritted teeth and Azula saw you’d tensed. She recalled you never got along with your family but she hadn’t realised they were part of the reason you’d taken such an awful job so soon after graduation. "They hated my move to the capital and said if i failed at all they’d have me back and married, i had one shot to escape them, there’s no way i’d give it away because i didn’t actually like what i’d chosen". Azula didn’t comment she just watched you conflicted, she hated self pity and weakness but you were so like her, she’d have done the exact same thing in your position. "But you did leave" Azula commented “you left to come with me” and you looked down "i did...". Azula saw the way your face changed, filling with worry and she actually felt slightly guilty. You’d left instinctively for her when she asked, no matter what it might mean for you in the long term. You did all that for her and it proved to her again why you were her closest ally.
Azula laughed and you looked at her confused "y/n do you really think i’d make you give up your job for a small mission?". You frowned "what?". "Your parents won’t be angry because this a much better job, you’ll be paid more and you’re working with me" Azula said pointedly. "They can’t say anything against that, as long as you’re with me they can’t touch you" she smiled and you grinned at Azula "you’d vouch for me?". Azula nodded "of course, i want you with me and that’s what i’ll get, i don’t care who your family are they’re not taking you anywhere ever". You were equally touched and shocked "ever?". Azula nodded "well obviously you might not be here forever but they’re never taking you back to tie you to a marriage, i’ll just keep coming up with excuses to keep you in my company until you’re too old and then they’ll have to leave you alone with me" Azula explained and you smiled "sounds perfect".
Azula laughed and met your eye, seeing how intensely you looked at her gave her chills. Azula had missed you greatly in the capital but honestly she’d let you leave without a fight. She sensed a growing attraction and longing for you which she knew had to stop. So she let you go figuring some distance would be good but as soon as she needed allies the first face in her mind was yours. The second she saw you she knew she’d made the right choice but she also felt the attraction just as suddenly. Laying here staring at you made it more apparent than ever and it scared Azula. She blushed and turned away from you, facing the back of the sofa "try and sleep" she commanded "we'll be up early".
You didn’t comment on how much Azula was blushing or how she’d chosen to sleep out here with you. You just smiled and closed your eyes basking in the feeling of all she’d said and the safety of her. “Good night Princess” you whispered and you fell asleep almost instantly.
The next day you reunited with Ty lee and then Mai. Ty lee had launched herself at both you and Azula when she saw you and the same occurred for Mai. Mai grunted and hugged Ty lee begrudgingly. "I thought you ran away to the circus?" Mai asked Ty lee and she nodded "i did but y/n and Azula showed up and well they called louder than the universe" Ty lee smiled. "Wait y/n and Azula, isn’t the circus closer to the capital than the military?" Mai asked looking from you to Azula. "Yeah so?" you said confused and Mai shrugged "nothing just seems like it’d make sense to go to the circus first then military but hey i’m sure Azula had her reasons for coming to get you first" Mai smirked slightly. You didn’t look at Azula but Mai and Ty lee exchanged a look at the matching blushes you were both sporting, some things never change. Azula recovered first and pretended Mai hadn’t said anything about the two of you and began explaining her plan. You joined in after a few seconds of recovery but still felt giddy at Mai’s words.
Throughout your trip you and Azula grew closer and closer just like you’d done at the academy. Although neither of you spoke about it you felt drawn to one another and Azula acted differently around you. She sought you out more than the others, always kept the closest proximity to you and paired Mai and Ty lee and you with herself whenever you had to split into teams. As you fell into old habits all the past feelings came back and you began to worry at all the dangerous situations Azula was putting herself in just to please her father. She’d infiltrated Ba Sing Sei without any backup besides you, Ty lee and Mai which terrified you. Of course her plan worked but still you were so grateful Azula had been unharmed and managed to take over the whole city without any mishaps. You hoped it’d be smooth sailing from there but of course she wanted her brother and the avatar too. You did exactly what she said to try and help her but you couldn’t escape the feeling something would go wrong. Azula had left to go and face the avatar all alone apart from her dai lee agents and you couldn’t get her out of your head. Azula had put you in charge of making sure the earth king and his bear were looked after but you wanted to ensure she was okay so left it to Ty lee and Mai. You followed the secret passage you’d seen Azula take and found your way into a massive cavern filled with people. You spotted Azula fighting the avatar and saw her shoot him with a lightning bolt. He fell to the floor and you gaped at the fact Azula had likely just killed the avatar. The water bender with the avatar then went into a rage and flew through the air using a massive wave to catch him. Azula smirked ready to engage with her and you saw Zuko standing beside her. You were surprised to see Zuko beside her, never thinking she’d actually manage to get Zuko on her side but of course she was a master at manipulation. You smiled at all she’d achieved when you noticed Azula’s uncle Iroh was approaching them. He had flames in his hands and was looking right at Azula who was fixed on the water bender. You gasped at Iroh’s intentions and how nobody was aware of what was going on behind them. You broke out into a run and leapt down the cliff as quick as you could. You were getting closer but you still weren’t close enough. Iroh raised his hands and you went into panic mode. “Stop” you yelled and threw your own fire as Iroh released his own. Your strike managed to hit his off course and it hit a rock beside Azula. Azula and Zuko both jumped and Iroh turned to you. You were now stood blocking his path to Azula and you sensed he still wanted to take her down. You anticipated his attack and blocked it instinctively before firing back your own. Iroh was much stronger than you so you were heavily outmatched when suddenly two flames burst onto the scene. Azula sprang in front and began attacking her uncle savagely while Zuko helped. You were again slightly surprised by Zuko but quickly joined in. With three on one even the dragon of the west couldn’t last long and with a final hit from Azula he fell to the floor. “Seize him and throw him in a cage” Azula spat and walked past him to you. “I thought I told you to wait upstairs” she said fixing her intense gaze on you and you shrugged “I wanted to help and I think it’s a good job I did”. Azula shot you a look at your boldness but you could tell she was more amused than annoyed. “You appear to be correct” she replied curtly before walking past you. You smiled after Azula, admiring how happy she looked and why wouldn’t she? She’d taken over Ba Sing Sei, possibly killed the avatar, brought down her uncle and convinced Zuko to ally with her, all in all it had been an excellent day and Azula had proved herself a force to be reckoned with. You began following her when you saw the guards walking Iroh in the opposite direction. You were going to look away when you noticed he was still staring at Azula. You could feel his anger and knew what his intentions were, he meant to finish the job. In the blink of an eye Iroh burst out of his restraints, threw his guards to the side and took a stance. “Azula get down” you yelled sensing the electricity in the air but he had an excellent shot at her and she had nowhere to go. Instinctively you threw yourself into the path of the lightning.
Azula also responded instinctively. She conjured her own lightning to meet her uncle’s when she saw you running into the fight, You tried to raise a wall of fire but there wasn’t time, you got hit by the bolt and collapsed. Azula only just managed to direct her own bolt away from you and felt her heart beating rapidly. As the smoke cleared Azula saw your body on the floor rage consumed her. She conjured a huge amount of electricity and sent it all at her uncle. He tried to block it but Azula’s bolt sliced through his defences hitting him square in the chest. Azula didn’t even check to see if her bolt had met its mark, she knew it had so rushed to your side. “Y/n” she yelled and she knelt beside you staring at the smoke coming off your back where the bolt had hit you. Your uniform was partially melted and Azula could smell the burning flesh strongly. "I need water” Azula yelled grabbing you and trying to feel for a pulse. She felt one and felt her own breathing somewhat stabilise too. "Now" Azula yelled and people rushed forwards. Azula poured the water over you "it’s okay" she told as you winced as she poured more. "We need to get her into the pool" she called "someone help me get her to the water". Zuko appeared and helped Azula carry you to a fountain. You were semi-conscious which made Azula hurry even quicker, she wanted to reduce your pain as soon as possible. Azula climbed into the fountain first and told Zuko to pass you to her. She took you carefully and laid you on your back floating. Your eyes closed as you passed out and Zuko called for a doctor. Azula clutched your by your arms keeping you close to her in the water "you will not die y/n" she snarled "you will be fine do you hear me?". You didn’t respond.
Later
You woke up face down on something soft and tried to move your face away from it when shooting pains erupted along your spine. You felt like your back was cracking open and groaned loudly. "Careful y/n" you heard someone say and saw it was Ty Lee. "Ty lee? What happened?". "You got burnt" she explained "on your back..luckily Azula cooled you in time to stop any long-term damage but it’s still really sore so be careful". You reached for your back and flinched at the slightest touch of it. "Stop" Ty lee told you "Azula said i’m to watch you and make sure you rest, apply more soothing cream on it every three hours and just basically always make sure you're okay!" she told you cheerfully. You shook your head "Ty lee i’m fine you don’t have to sit guard over me" you tried to sit up and went pale from the pain. "Don’t do that" Ty lee cried rushing to your side "if you want to get up i can pile some pillows in front of you for you to lean on. I don’t think you can sit up for a while". You pouted annoyed but asked Ty lee to bring you said pillows and managed to pull yourself up onto your elbows "so what happened? Tell me everything". "Well thanks to you we managed to stop Iroh escaping and hurting Azula, we took Ba Sing Sei and the avatar is dead". "Wow" you said surprised "That is... a lot". Ty lee nodded “Ow and Zuko’s back on our side". You nodded and smiled "I bet Mai is happy". Ty lee grinned too "she is i haven’t seen her since we started for home". "We’re on our way back?" you asked and Ty lee nodded "yes but Azula said me, you and Mai are to stay with her even after we arrive back in the capital, she said she still has a need for us". You smiled laying your head down blushing slightly, Azula had kept her promise, she wasn’t letting you go. You sighed happily and Ty lee smiled "y/n?". "I’m just glad to be going back" you smiled "i think we'll have lots of fun". You had been dozing when the sounds of the door made you jolt awake sending shooting pains down your back. You winced but prepared yourself for an attack until you saw her. Azula raised her hands as she saw you jump and she smiled "just me". You relaxed "Azula, sorry i was asleep". "Don’t apologise you need to rest after what happened, i just wanted to come check on you. We'll be in the fire nation in a few hours". "That’s good news" you smiled and Azula nodded "how does the back feel? Ty lee says you’re doing as well as can be expected" Azula’s eyes drifted to your back and you froze. You were now very aware you were laid on your front with only a blanket covering your bare torso from Azula’s eye. Azula stepped closer and you rushed to explain and stop her inspecting you. "I’m fine" you told her "the burns aren’t too bad, they hardly hurt at all". Azula raised an eyebrow "then you won’t mind me having a look?" and stepped beside you. She reached for the blanket and you grabbed her hand with an uncomfortable strain "wait, i lied...i don’t want you to see it, Ty lee says it looks bad. It’s in the blistering stage and yes it hurts but everything has already been done for it and me so you don’t need to see it or check on me". Azula titled her head to one side as you couldn’t meet her eye and she sighed sitting on the floor beside your bed. "It will scar but unlike Zuko you can wear yours with pride" Azula said forcefully and you looked up at her shocked "with time i’m sure it will simply resemble a tattoo" Azula explained. You turned on your side to look at her, something you’d practised with Ty lee and could now manage. "Ty lee told me you did as much for me as you could...i can’t really remember it but..". "Do you remember jumping into the path of lightning for me?" Azula said "without protecting yourself or even any concrete attempt to do so, and what for?". You sighed thinking Azula was angry at you "i...i know it was reckless and stupid, it went against everything we were taught at the academy but I don’t know Azula, i did it without even thinking. I saw it heading for you and you weren’t ready! It would hit you and i just did it without hesitation, i know it seems stupid and emotional but i don’t regret it Azula i’d do it again" you told her sighing, feeling she wouldn’t understand. "I know that might sound stupid...why i’d do that for you but Azula i..." you started as Azula cut you off "y/n". Azula gently raised your head with a hand helping you to look at her. You were confused by Azula’s gaze, it was soft but at the same time intense, you couldn’t recognise the emotion, was she angry? Happy? Excited? Apparently it was somewhere in the middle. Azula leant down to you, hand on your cheek as she ghosted her lips over yours. You felt a sensation like water being thrown over you as Azula kissed you softly and quickly before pulling back "i don’t completely get it but i understand" she smiled blushing softly "i think I can imagine why you did it" she said looking away from you "thank you for saving me". You were speechless, Azula was thanking you? Azula understood why you did it? Did that mean she liked you too? She’d just kissed you so of course she did! Or was that what she thought you wanted? Azula had been used all her life, did she simply think you did this in order to make gains with her?
Azula smiled slightly to see your brain short-circuiting at her actions and stood up. "i just wanted to make sure you were okay so now I know you are i’ll let you go back to sleep. I’ll wake you when we’re there". You nodded still confused and watched Azula walked away. You weren’t sure what had just happened but you knew you had to make Azula realise you didn’t do this just to use her. "Azula" you said suddenly "is that...what you just did...if that was my reward or what you think i wanted from you after today...i didn’t save you because i was expecting a reward or anything from you so what i’m saying is you don’t have to compensate me if you don’t want to. I didn’t do it for any reason other than to keep you safe".
Azula blushed suddenly and felt her emotions swirling, she realised she was happy. To hear you express openly your desire for her safety filled her with excitement and she realised nobody had ever cared for her before like you did. Azula nodded slowly "that is welcomed news y/n" she smiled "but i didn’t reward you like that as a forced compensation either" she told you "although my intentions were personal and selfish i suppose”.
You smirked slightly and nodded "good...i mean fine with me". Azula nodded "i’m glad we understand each other, good night y/n". "Good night princess Azula" you said savouring the words and Azula’s eye twitched but she maintained her calm expression and bowed leaving. You lay back giggling as realisation (and the medication you were on for the pain) set in. Azula had kissed you and told you she didn’t do it because she thought she had to but because she wanted to! For selfish reasons!!! You wrapped yourself in your blankets and didn’t stop smiling even in your sleep.
____
Is it just me who loves the idea of being in a secret relationship with the princess of the fire nation? I feel like Azula would excel at sneaking around the palace and would like rebelling against Ozai for once

Author’s note: Sorry about the long wait. I know it's been a while since I haven't updated this fanfic or posted a RE fan fiction. I was busy with work and writing for other fandoms. Hope you'll forgive me and that you'll like this chapter.

PART 2: The Game
Men are foolish to believe they have no weakness. All men have weaknesses. And even if Leon wanted desperately alcohol to be his only one, he had to admit there was another. One more pleasant and yet sometimes as hurtful and as destructive. Women. Sultry strong women. Those who steal your heart, toy with it like a cat plays with a mouse, crush it with their sharp stilettos to finally throw it back at you without an ounce of remorse or sympathy.         How many times he had fallen for those women! How many times he had hurt himself! … And asked for more.
There was possibly something rather addictive, something even rather masochist in doing so. And the fact that he was aware of it showed how stupid he truly could be.
It was a lovely night, slightly cold but starry. The fresh marine wind was blowing softly in the trees and the bursting bubbles of the hot tub massaging his tensed muscles were filling Leon’s ears with a peaceful melody he would gladly listen to for hours.         Eyes closed, he could almost imagine what it truly meant to be on holidays, what it truly meant to relax, to forget. Almost.  The truth was he could not escape Raccoon City … as he could not escape Spain, or Tall Oaks or any other place he had been, any other place he had survived, any other place he had lost. They always knew how to creep into his brain, always knew how to tie his stomach in a knot, how to make his heart heavy, sometimes –often- in moments when he was the most eager for peace of mind. They were doing it right now. They had been doing it for quite some time now. Since the bombing in DC or maybe before.
“You almost make brooding look hot, you know?” Leon immediately jumped and turned around, startled by the cheerful voice pulling him out of his dark ominous thoughts. A reflex he had acquired and sharpened over the years fighting deadly BOWs.    But when his blue eyes lay on Y/N (or Y/SN; He didn’t really know how he should call her), he relaxed and allowed his tightened lips to slightly curl into a weak but sincere smile. “Years of practice.”             “Then that explained the wrinkles on your forehead.” She approached him soundlessly, leaving the shadows in which she had been watching him, and squinted at his face, possibly trying to detail all the little aging signs carving his skin. “Is that why you’re wearing a fringe?”      “It’s not a fringe!” He replied rather offended and yet perfectly aware that she was merely teasing him the same way she had teased him in that bar a couple nights ago. But his hair was sacred! And he hated when someone was making fun of it.    Too bad his little attempt at sounding aggressive only made Y/N laugh and want to mock him a little bit more. Just for fun.            “Well, it looks like a fringe… An emo fringe.” Leon frowned and without realising it brushed his hair aside with an annoyed pout the woman found just adorable. “Wow. You’ve got two eyes. Who would have thought?”          “Are you done?” She chuckled, eyes shining with mischief as she sat on the edge of the hot tub, legs crossed so as to deliberately show her bare smooth thighs no longer hidden under the white hotel robe she was wearing.       Leon couldn’t help but gaze for a second or two, suddenly wondering how that beautiful skin would feel against his calloused fingers, around his waist. Probably amazing. Electrifying. Damn she was good! He thought. Pulling him out of his traumatising memories to throw him deep into a well of lust. Not many women could do that. And it was annoying as much as it was endearing.  “Would you like me to keep you company in there?” She offered in a voice that could not disguise the lewd seconds thoughts she had in her mind. But then again, disguising them wasn’t what she wanted. And they were both adult and experienced enough to know that a woman offering to join you in a tub wasn’t doing it to have a chat about the weather. And that was fine. Leon could use some distraction right now.       “Depends. Will you keep taunting me?” He questioned trying to resist her a little bit longer even though, for some weird reasons, watching her fingertips touch the bubbling hot water and softly caress the surface was making him suddenly aching.         It was as if he wanted his skin to be the water, as if all the things she was doing –even the one that should be innocent- were purely sensual … sexual even. Whether it was always fully voluntary of not, Leon wasn’t sure. But damn, she was surely making her way under his skin.   “Well you have to admit my little taunt got your mind of whatever you were thinking about.” She smiled and brought her fingers to wet her neck as she discreetly and proudly peeped at Leon who was observing the droplets running down her skin with dilated pupils. “You’re cleverer than what you let on.” He admitted. “Sometimes I wonder if you’re playing with me or if you’re just flirting.”          “Why not both?” Her fingers fell to the collar of her robe to slowly brush the soft fabric off her shoulders, revealing more burning naked skin that made Leon briefly fidget under the water. Was he that touch-starved? “Why not something else?” Could she hear his erratic heartbeat in his chest? His brain screaming at him just to grab her and pull her in his laps? See all his attempts at keeping his cool slowly crumbling to let the obscene fire growing in his loins take over?        Her mocking smile made Leon think she probably could.         “And what would that something else be?” He asked, curious.
He watched her take a step back. And unconsciously, he leant closer. Like a magnet. Not willing to be left alone or to let her go. And miraculously, unlike many women before her, she didn’t leave. She simply stood where she was and brought her hands to the belt around her waist.             “What do you what it to be?” And Leon stared; hypnotized again by her enticing moves he wished were quicker. “Or better question. What do you want me to be?” She unknotted the belt and let her fingers crawl back to the collar of the robe to open it slowly. The mere sight of her décolletage made Leon gulp and suddenly all his tries to keep his eyes on her beautiful face became vain as they always found their way back between her breasts. “A college student with daddy issues …” She opened the robe wider, showing more of her skin “…who’s eager to spread her legs for a married man who lost wife, kids and beagle to his best friend? Or…” more of her breasts, her rosy nipples, her belly, offering a glimpse of her young body “A very naked young woman seducing an old –clearly naked as well- emo boy in a hot tub?” The robe wasn’t covering anything that should have been covered anymore. Leon could see everything, everything enough for his cock to harden under the water and for him to thank for the bubbles hiding his arousal.           “Is that what you really are?” She entered the hot tub, towering him like a naked Venus calling to be touched. And god knows how hard it was for Leon not to touch her or to stop thinking about pressing his face against her womanhood. “That looks like what I am right now. Don’t you think?” She let herself slowly sink in the water, not taking her eyes out of him. “And that looks like something you like.” She purred and when Leon thought that she would sit on him, straddle his legs and finally feel his aching member against her… “Only a fool would not like it.”            “And you’re not a fool … Leon.” … He froze.
Leon’s eyes widened. Did he hear that right? “What did you just call me?” His tone, though tinted with surprise, had recovered its seriousness and gravitas. But it didn’t seem to unsettle the young woman before him who was still keeping her aura of sensual cheekiness.    “Isn’t that your name?” Leon frowned, wondering how she knew and what the hell her intentions were. “You know it’s hard to pretend to be someone else when your name and photo was shown on national TV barely a week ago. Leon S. Kennedy the national hero who saved America from bioterrorism yet again.”        “ So you knew all along?”    “ I call it naked truth.” She smiled proudly and he couldn’t help but laugh a little at the pun. “What? You said it yourself, I’m cleverer than what I let on.”           “ So this little game … What was it for?”  “ We can continue if that’s what you want.” She came closer to him, (colour) eyes staring deep in Leon’s own.           “ Cause we haven’t stopped playing?”     “ Well, I’m still playing.” She put a hand on his sculpted pectorals.
The contact, warm and delicate, made Leon slightly shiver and he looked at her palm slowly going down his firm chest, caressing his skin down to his carved abs, following the line of hairs below his navel until it finally reached his still hard sex  “And with what I’m feeling right there. It looks like you can still play with a little help.” He winced as he felt her delicately grab his shaft.           “ You’re impossible.” He managed to say between gritted teeth.        “ I know. You told me last time... You want me to stop?”  She murmured in his ear, her hot breath tickling him in a pleasant way.    “I didn’t say that.” His eyes found her face again but only for a short while. Soon they focused on her lips, now so close to his. “Good.”
For an instant he thought she would kiss him to eventually put an end to that game of theirs. That would have been the perfect occasion for them to finally let go to their most primal impulses. But she did not. Instead, she remained the way she was, her face a couple inches away from his, her parted lips so close to touch his and her eyes locked with his. Perfectly in control and taking an excruciating delight in watching Leon lose his composure as her hand was slowly toying with his manhood under the bubbling water. “I think you needed that.”  “ You have no idea.” A guttural moan escaped the barrier of his lips and his stomach tensed. Leon could feel his member throbbing in the girl’s grip. He was close already and not even slightly ashamed about it. That was what she wanted, wasn’t it? For him to crumble under her touch. And maybe that was what he wanted too now that he was thinking about it.          He closed in blue eyes to focus only on her, on her touch, on her hand, moving up and down in cock, again and again, on her fingers, sometimes caressing the tip, sometimes tracing the prominent veins of his shaft, slowly, oh so slowly. A pleasuring torture he almost wished would be never-ending.           “ You know, if you want me to fuck you, you should stop with that amazing hand of yours and quickly climb on top of me.” She chuckled at the sudden dirty talk and surge of confidence, happy to finally see him that way.          But as his hands grabbed her hips to bring her in his laps she purred “As much as I would love this, we still have more games to play, Agent Kennedy."
Leon's eyes opened in a flash. Flabbergasted, he felt an atrocious void and a terrible discomfort when, completely powerless, he watched the girl stand up and leave him with nothing less but a smile and a wink. But as much as he wanted to be vexed or resentful, he couldn't help but laugh, thankful that somehow she had managed to take his nightmares away for the night. Sure he had blue balls but those were the best blue balls of his life. " We sure do, Y/N"

Kisses in the Corridor {Tim Drake x Reader}
Tumblr media
MASTERLIST
REQUEST HERE
Word Count: 3,604
Request: Could you please write a tim x reader fic where the reader is a superhero (I was thinking like Barry Allen’s kid and the new Kid Flash) and is also Tim’s s/o and maybe Bruce and/or the Flash catch them having sex? 💜
2s. “stop before someone sees!" & 4s. "ten? i only need five."
WARNING NSFW MATURE CONTENT 18+ Tim and reader are 18
I WOKE up to the sound of a loud buzzing. I moved away from Tim’s grip and reached on the nightstand for my phone. I looked back at Tim, he held the same peaceful expression. I squinted at the caller ID and immediately sat up. I tried to be as gentle as possible, not to wake Tim. He was normally a very light sleeper, but he was sleep deprived. I pushed the blankets off and moved out of the room. I gently opened the door and snuck out into the hallway. I looked down at the caller ID once more to be sure before I answered.
DAD
“Dad? It’s 3am, what’s going on?” I whispered, I heard a rustling in the background. There was some kind of conflict, but I couldn’t quite make it out. After a few moments there was silence, then a heavy sigh.“I need your help.”
“What’s going on?” I moved down the hall trying my best to be quiet. “I’m going to send you some files. I need you to get Tim to decrypt them.”
“Okay send them to me and I’ll have him look at them as soon as he wakes up.” I heard a pause from the other side of the line. “When he-” He paused. “He’s with you right now?” I hadn’t exactly mentioned that I had moved in with him. As far as he knew I was still staying with in the house with the others. I faked a yawn. “I gotta go dad, love you.”
I quickly hung up and moved back into the bedroom. I got back into bed and Tim shifted slightly. I moved closer and he put his arm around me again.
I woke up and found Tim looking up at the ceiling. “Did you sleep okay? I noticed you got out of bed last night.” He turned to me, and I sighed. “Sorry I thought I was being quiet.” He chuckled, “Work hazard. Don’t worry about it.” I sat up and grabbed my phone. “Well it was my dad.” He squinted his eyes. “Why did he call you at 3am?”
“He wanted me to send you some files he needs decrypted.” I handed him my phone and showed him the files. He hummed and sat up. “I’m sorry I know you just finished your project-” He shook his head and get out of bed. “I really don’t mind. I’m sure your father wouldn’t have asked if it wasn’t important.” Tim grabbed his laptop and connected my phone. We moved into the bathroom and got started on our morning routines.
Tim’s was straight forward, he wanted to brush his teeth and get to work. I on the other hand had a few steps. I tried to make Tim do them with me as much as I could. “Come here.” I grabbed his face and massaged a gentle cleanser. Wearing masks almost every night didn’t work wonders for out skin. He waited patiently until I was done. I applied some moisturizer, “All done.”
He smiled and pulled me in for a kiss. “I’ll get the coffee started.”
-------------------------------------------------
Tim spent most of the day working on the files. When it was time to leave for patrol I had to pry him from the computer. “It’s time already?” I nodded and moved to get up. He stretched and then looked around.
I held out his suit and he sighed in relief. “What would I do without you?” He pulled his shirt over his head. My eyes raked over his toned chest. He had come a long way. He used to be lanky, but he had put on a lot more muscle in the past two years. Whatever shape he was in, I loved him.
Truth be told I was still getting used to his chiseled features. I gave him once last glance. “If I stay here any longer we’re going to be late.” I handed him his suit and moved out of the room. I grabbed my phone and noticed a missed call.
DAD: I’ll be by Friday afternoon, Bruce needs me to speak at his proposal. Looking forward to talking to Tim.
As if Tim didn’t have enough on his plate. I still had another 3 days to prepare Tim. I decided to tell him tomorrow. I put my phone down and Tim emerged from the bedroom. We met Dick at the coordinates he gave us. Dick left for the night leaving the two of us in charge. Tim had wired the police scanners to our headsets. The night moved slowly.
That was until the 3rd hour.
“10-44. Any units between 4th street and Palmdale?” Tim and I exchanged looks, stolen vehicle. We were only a few minutes out. Tim used his grapple, seeing as we were nearby. I got there a few minutes before him. “How bad is it?” The scanners had grown more chaotic. This wasn’t a normal stolen vehicle situation. We learned that there were children inside the car when it was taken. On top of it all, the driver was intoxicated. “Can you send out an alert and clear the next two blocks?”
“Done.”
I kept up with the vehicle, doing my best to move civilians out of the path. With the alert Tim had sent out. I was going to get inside the vehicle and stop the driver. “He’s approaching a construction site. You’re going in blind, the city hasn’t updated the maps.”
“Send an ambulance, and make sure the police don’t go into construction.”
“Y/N-” Tim’s voice said sternly. He was too far behind to do anything. “Be careful.”
“Always am.” Now that there were no civilians in the way, I was going to have to get the children out first. He was nearing the end of the map. I moved in and saw two children in the backseat. I needed to take them one by one. It was safer, their bodies weren’t meant to undergo high velocities. I needed to protected them from whiplash.
The first child was a beautiful chocolate haired boy. “Okay, where are you Tim?”
“Magnolia.” He replied immediately. I took the boy and ran him to Tim. By time his older brother blinked I was back. I left them both with Tim and rushed back to the driver. By now he knew that something was going on. He sped up. “What are you doing?” Tim’s worried voice came over the headset. “They’re safe.”
“He could get away.” I used every ounce of my stamina to catch up. I caught up and moved inside the car. I tried to take control, but he wasn’t giving up. The site was less than a mile away. As it grew closer, I saw it was the outline of a building.
If he breached the gates he wouldn’t have time to stop. He would drive through the building’s foundation, which wasn’t secure. It would crumble onto of us. His hand moved to the gun he had by his side. He slammed the gun into the side of my head. I felt the warmth trickling down the side of my face. I threw a punch and felt it connect. He fired a shot and moved my head back. He missed. I lifted my head back up and took the gun. and tossed it in the back seat. I looked up, it was too late. We were almost inside the building.
Tim was screaming in my headset. He heard the gunshot. I opened the door and pulled the driver out. I looked in front of us, the building slowly started to crumble. There was still a chance. There was a small opening where the building hadn’t caved in yet.
I had to make a choice. I needed to risk taking him and him slowing me down. Or I could leave him and get out, guaranteed. I had a fraction of a second to decide. I took one look at him and decided to risk it. I held on too him and used all my strength to reach the opening. I was exhausted. Just catching up to him when he was miles ahead had taken it out of me. Now I was bleeding, and drained.
I thought about Tim. Memories of us flashed inside my head. I mustered enough strength to run. I threw the man out and then jumped out of the opening. On impact, I knew something wasn’t okay. I had landed on my shoulder. “Tim.”
He was just outside the gates.
-------------------------------------------------
Luckily my body worked hard to fix the broken bone. Being a speedster came with its perks. Fast metabolism, and healing. By the time Bruce’s proposal came around, my wounds were almost completely healed.
“Are you sure you want to go?” Tim asked once more, hands on either side of my face. “I’m fine Tim. I promise. I wouldn’t miss this for the world.” He sighed, he had seen the x- rays. Physically I was fine. “Fine but if you start to feel even just a headache, we’re coming back.” I nodded and he looked over my face again.
I stuck out my hand and he placed a kiss on it before intertwining our fingers.
We arrived right on time. Tim’s part of Bruce’s proposal was one of the first points. He had to go set up in Bruce’s office. “I’ll be right back.” He took his files and rushed up to the office. I joined Dick, Jason and Damien in the lounge. “Hello, boys.”
They looked up and Dick’s eyebrow’s knitted together. “Are you even supposed to be out of bed?” I laughed, “Dick it was just my shoulder. I’m fine.” Damian snickered at his brother. Dick looked at between his brothers. Jason had a smirk on his face. “What?”
“Speedster. They heal 20 times faster than us.”
“He got promoted to lead of the biotech department of Wayne Enterprises a few weeks ago.”
The boys bickered. My eyes scanned the room for my father. He was incredibly hard to miss. “I’ll be back.” The boys didn’t even turn in my direction. I walked to the other side of the lounge. He turned to me and then patted his college on the shoulder. He approached me, a big smile on his face. “Hey dad.” He opened his arms and pulled me in for a tight hug. I groaned, “Little too hard.” I gasped and he let go. “Sorry, I just haven’t seen you much.”
“I know. I’m sorry I’ve been meaning to visit.” He nodded and looked around. “Where’s Tim?” I pointed to Bruce’s office. “He’s setting up.” My father raised his eyebrows. “I didn’t know he was part of the presentation.”
“Wow. That’s fantastic.” He genuinely was impressed. After all he had a background in bio medicine. He knew how hard the work was. “We’ll I’d love to talk to him about it.” I laughed, of course he did. “You can come by our place after and I’m sure he’d talk your ear off.” He turned to me. His eyes narrowing.
Realization struck, and I cursed internally. Eventually I was going to have to tell him, but I was hoping back at home. In front of family and witnesses. Before he could say anything. There was an announcement on the overhead speaker. We were ushered as the presentations were about to begin.
-------------------------------------------------
Tim did fantastic as expected. He kept the crowd engages and said everything perfectly. He approached me as he walked off of the stage. I clapped along with the crowd. He greeted me with a kiss. “You did amazing Tim.” We walked to the back of the room. He didn’t want to interrupt anyone. He gestured for the door. He took my hand and I followed after him. We closed the door behind us and stood in the corridor. Tim let out a deep breath.
He still wasn’t used to speaking in crowds, and this was a lot larger than he was used to. “Are you alright?” He nodded, “I’m glad it’s over.” He moved to take off his tuxedo jacket. I watched as his arms contracted. He slowly rolled up his sleeves, revealing his muscular arms.
He put his jacket over his arm and looked over at me. A small grin on his face. “What?” I shook my head and sighed. “How much longer is this?” He looked at the clock. “We still have another hour.” I looked up at him. His piercing blue eyes were fixated on mine. His hair wast neatly parted down the middle, every strand perfectly combed in place. He moved closer and put his hand over the wall near my head. “What’s got you all flustered Y/N?”
I took a deep breath, my eyes fixated on his lips. “You, Drake.” He smirked and pressed his lips against mine.
Barry looked around the room, and noticed the absence of Y/N and Tim. He turned to Bruce. “Where are they?” Bruce looked around. No sigh of them. He looked at the cameras on his watch. He didn’t see them. Bruce shook his head. The two got up and moved into the lounge. Damian, Jason and Dick were there for security. He knew no one would get past them unnoticed.
“Have either of you seen Y/N and Tim?” Bruce asked. Dick and Jason looked at each other and then shrugged. Bruce sighed, so much for security.
“I think I saw them go-” Damian spoke nonchalantly. He looked in front of him, behind Bruce and Barry Dick and Jason were trying to tell him something. Quite frankly, they looked like idiots. They were shaking their heads violently waving their arms back and forth. Damien squinted as he tried to read the boys lips. Dick mouthed something he couldn’t quite make out. Bruce and Barry exchanged looks, they turned around and saw Dick and Jason conversing casually.
“Damian?” Jason motioned for him to keep his lips zipped. A smirk grew on Damian's face. He wanted to see it all play out.
Dick and Jason tried. They weren’t quite sure what they were up to but they knew it was nothing good. They tried to stay in Tim’s good graces, in the blink of an eye Tim could hack everything they owned. As for Y/N, they knew there would be no escaping. Y/N could catch up to them anywhere. In short, they didn’t want to piss either of them off.
They had noticed their brother couldn’t keep his hands off of his date. They were two hyperactive teenagers, it didn’t take rocket science to figure it out. They watched as Damian’s smirk grew. He hadn’t figured it out but he knew it would get Tim in trouble and that was enough for him. “They went down the hall and up the elevator.” Bruce gave a short nod and the two went off.
“Well, we tried.” Jason shrugged, and took a swing of his drink. He wasn’t going to deny that watching Tim get his ass kicked by a speedster wasn’t funny. “Should’ve choked the little bastard.” Dick sighed, the two could only wait.
-------------------------------------------------
“Tim.” I let out a shaky breath, trying my hardest to keep quiet. “Stop before someone sees!" We were in a building full of people, at any moment someone could walk down the corridor. Tim chuckled against my neck, “You really want me to stop?” I bit my lip, he was right. I didn’t want him to stop. I was just worried about being caught. “The next presentation starts in 10 minutes.”
"Ten? I only need five."
At this point I threw all common sense out of the window. I took his hand and we were in his office in seconds. I had closed the door behind us. Tim smirked, “In my office? You little-” I interrupted him by kissing him. My hands moved from his hair and down to his suit. I quickly unbuttoned his dress shirt, and my hands moved to unbuckle his belt.
Without breaking the kiss i discarded his dress shirt on the floor. His hands moved to remove my clothing. We broke away for a moment to catch our breaths. He picked me up and moved us to the couch. His lips reconnected to mine once more. I straddled his waist and moved against him for friction. My hands moved back down to the waistband of his boxers. I pulled them down and ran my hands up and down his length.
He let out a groan. “Fuck.” He got rid of the rest of my clothes throwing them across his office. I didn’t waste time in scolding him. I lowered myself down onto his length. We both let out a sigh, all of our pent up frustrations released. Tim’s hands moved back to my waist. He lifted me and then slammed me back down onto himself. I bit my lip, trying to stay quiet. His lips moved down to my neck, leaving wet kisses before moving to whisper in my ear. “They’re all down stairs, I want to hear you.”
Tim loved hearing vocalization, he couldn’t get enough. He knew every part of my body. He knew exactly what to do to get what he wanted. He speed up, and hit just the right spot. I gave in. “Oh god.” We were both breathing heavily. Sounds of pleasure overtook the room. Our bodies moved against each other hungrily. Tim smirked as he moved back to my neck. He moved right to my sweet spot. “Fuck,Tim.”
I dug my nails into his shoulders, leaving small red lines, He pulled away from my neck, satisfied by his work. His lips moved back to mine and speed up again. I felt a growing knot in my stomach each time he moved in and out. Sensing I was close he sat up and took control. He thrusted up into me, over and over, and I grew louder each time. “Please, Tim.” I could feel his thrusts becoming more sloppy, he was close. My orgasm came soon after, my body gave out. I shook against him. He helped me ride out my high. He came and I felt his warmth spread in my core.
“Y/N are you okay-” The door burst open, in the heat of the moment I had forgotten to lock it. Luckily Tim reached for his shirt. He quickly used it to cover me. “I thought you were hurt or dear god.” Barry looked at the ceiling, trying to avert his gaze.
“TIMOTHY JACKSON DRAKE!” Bruce’s voice echoed off the walls. Surely the boys down stairs were snickering. “In your office of all places.” He rubbed his hand across his face. Neither of us knew what to say. “Get dressed. Now.” Bruce said sternly before slamming Tim’s office door.
We moved off of each other and tried to find our clothes. Of course Tim in desperation had scattered my clothes. I was kind enough to leave his nicely by the couch. We quickly got dressed and opened the door. Bruce crossed his arms over his chest. Barry glared at Tim.
“Hey dad.” I smiled nervously, he sighed deeply. “I don’t even know where to start. I’m so-”
“Did you finish uploading the files before you-” Bruce couldn’t finish the sentence, Tim pulled the hard drive out his pocket and handed it over. “Go.” He waved us off and I watched as he placed a hand on my father’s chest. I motioned for Tim to go, and I approached my father. Bruce looked between us and nodded.
“I’m sorry.” He nodded, a silence washed over us. Neither of us sure what to say. Finally, he broke the silence. “So, you really love him?” I looked back at Tim who was having his talk with Bruce. I smiled and nodded. “I really do.” It gave Barry comfort. He had seen the strength of the connection when he first met Tim a year ago. He knew that they were growing up, it was inevitable. After all, he was a teenager once. He knew what it was like to be deeply in love. For now, all he could do was try and forget this ever happened. Tim approached us. I looked back and forth between the two. For a long moment there was just silence. The two held eye contact. “I expect to see you during the holidays Timothy.” Tim nodded, “Of course sir.”
We went back down stairs. Damian snickered, and Tim shot a glare at his brothers. Dick and Jason pointed to their youngest brother. “If either of you breathe a word...” Tim trailed off, his threat looming. His older brothers nodded. “And you,” He turned to Damian. “I’ll end you.” I placed my hand on Tim’s chest. He backed away and stood up straight. “You know he-”
“Thank you for the drive, you helped save a lot of people.” And with that he was off. Tim breathed a sigh of relief, “I thought he was going to kill me.”
“I know. In time, let’s just get through this.” Tim sighed, “Fine.”

Hi! How are you!? Hope you're good 😁 Could I request a BuckyxFem!Reader oneshot? ❤️
A mission goes wrong. The reader and Bucky are trapped in a cell surrounded by several HYDRA agents. One of them says the keywords to activate the Winter Soldier just at the moment when Steve and Tony appear to help them, they fight against Bucky trying to make him the same again until a scream takes him out of that personality: the reader is wounded, wanting to protect him from another HYDRA agent getting in the way of the bullet. Bucky becomes him again and takes the reader in his arms to return to the quinjet.
Maybe lots of angst and fluffy ending with them confessing eachothers love at the hq?
Thank you so much!!!!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
A/N: Hi guys! Wow it’s great to be back and free from college stress. I received this request two months ago, and again I am so sorry it took this long for me to make it, but writing academic papers had absolutely kicked my ass this past semester. This ask obviously takes place where Bucky has not been to Wakanda yet to get his trigger words removed. I hope you guys enjoy! I am a little rusty, and not sure if I should write from the first person perspective or third person perspective for Y/N fanfictions so let me know what you guys prefer. Happy Summer!
Pairings: Bucky x female!Reader
Warnings: Talks of blood, gun violence. Other than that I don’t think there is anything else.

You’re My Endgame
The floor was cold. It’s not like you haven’t endured worse, but the concrete you had been resting your head on was less than inviting. Your body was rigid due to the freezing temperatures and the uncomfortable position you curled your body into. The HYDRA facility you had been captured at was in Lithuania, Bucky promised he knew it like the back of his hand. Things had changed since his work and internal torment as the Winter Soldier, something he wasn’t expecting due to lack of funds on their part. Unfortunately, no one could’ve predicted there were spies in SHIELD funneling crazy amounts of money into new buildings and updating new HYDRA facilities and weapons.
You decided to sit up and stretch your limbs. It had felt like weeks you were being held hostage, but in actuality it was only a day at most. The HYDRA agents kept you and Bucky busy with periodic torture. You’ve been kicked, punched, beaten into the ground even but neither of you talked. Bucky was more familiar with these torture treatments than anyone, but he focused all of his attention on you.
He was the first real friend you had made at the Avengers’ campus. He had trauma, you had trauma, one of the best bonding factors you had both concluded. He listened to stories of your abusive childhood, being trained by your father as his own personal assassin, and he would share whatever he was comfortable telling you. You never poked and prodded. You knew you were more open than most when it came to over sharing experiences. Talking helped some people, others not so much.
You stood up and shook out your arms and legs. Once you stopped, you assessed the bruises on each body part, counting how many had accumulated over the canvas that was your skin. 48 in total. A new record.
You looked over at Bucky to see he was lying in a similar position to you, close enough that you were in arms reach but not too close that you were uncomfortable with his touch. You were both exhausted from the continuous torture, touching was not in anyone’s best interest at this point in time.
He groaned softly, beginning to stretch his limbs out as well. Trying to turn a horrible situation into a lighter occasion (as if that were possible), you cracked a joke in Bucky’s direction.
“Good morning sunshine, I see you decided to join me for our delicious gourmet breakfast” you gestured to nothing behind you on the concrete floor.
Bucky cracked a smile “Good thing I didn’t miss it, I’m starving” he joked back. You understood each other’s humor and personality so well.
“How’re you feeling Buck? I know they did a number on you after me” you looked down at him somberly.
He shook his head “Don’t worry about me. Show me your arms and legs. I wanna see how much they hurt you.”
You rolled your eyes. “Buck I’m fine. I can hold my own just the same as you. We are trained for these situations.”
Bucky rolled his eyes back at you. “Did I ask if you were trained? No. In fact I didn’t ask you anything at all. Show me your goddamn body Y/N”
You didn’t want to stress him out anymore, so you just knelt down in front of him and started showing him your arms. He hovered over them, careful not to touch your delicate flesh. His phase was full of confusion, anger, and something else you couldn’t quite put your finger on. He shook his head, not even wanting to see your legs if this is what your arms looked like. He didn’t want to upset himself even more, which would in turn make you upset.
“Lay back down Y/N. You need to rest, even if it is on concrete. We can’t have your pretty self looking like that when we get back to the compound now can we?” Bucky replied, trying to lighten the mood once again. It was worth a shot.
Bucky always told you you were pretty, never really thinking anything of it. Steve or Natasha was his endgame, and you respected that. You were best friends and best friends always complimented each other like that. You definitely didn’t need to make your relationship more complicated, even if you were desperately in love with him. You would keep those feelings locked down in the deepest crevices of your brain, unwilling to share with anyone.
You smiled towards Bucky, getting ready to sit back down when you heard the door to the basement unlock. You both winced at the sound, turning to look at each other with dread in your eyes.
Please dear god no more. We can’t take anymore.
You wanted to keep Bucky safe from HYDRA’s wrath, and he wanted to do the same for you. Given the circumstances however, it was near impossible. Bucky felt helpless that he couldn’t properly protect you against their torture, only adding to his mental torment. He was in pure agony, and hearing that door again made him want to scream out to a higher power he didn’t believe in.
“Rise and shine dirtbags, we have a new surprise for you today” the first HYDRA agent said with a small smirk on his face.
You had no idea what they had in store for you today, always expecting the worst. You definitely were not prepared for what they were planning to do to you today.
“You, girl, have you ever met those they call the Winter Soldier?” the second HYDRA agent asked.
You had no idea what he was talking about, honestly thinking he was talking about Bucky. You knew he had been called the Winter Soldier in the past, but Bucky never shared much of his trauma. You didn’t know to the full extent what he was capable of, he never wanted you to know what he was capable of. In response, you nodded with a confused look on your face.
Bucky, however, knew exactly what he was talking about. His heart felt like it had dropped to his stomach, unable to prepare for what was about to happen. He started shaking his head furiously, begging softly. “Please, please don’t do this. I’ll do anything, just please don’t do this. Not with her.” You could see the pain in his eyes.
A third HYDRA agent strutted into the room, just as smug as the other two. He was holding a red book with a black star on it. You thought it was just a log of what torture they had performed on you, but it was much more sinister based off of Bucky backing up into the far corner of the room with absolute dread in his eyes. That’s when the third HYDRA agent started to speak.
“Longing, rusted, seventeen.” Your confusion only grew as the HYDRA agent spoke these words, but your confusion slowly faded as concern took over. You looked over to Bucky who was squinting his eyes as he hugged his rigid body. He was whispering “No, no god please no, please stop.”
You walked over to him gently, crouching. “Bucky? Bucky what’s wrong..”
The second HYDRA agent took the book from the third, continuing reciting the words “Daybreak, furnace, nine.” Everyone’s smile grew wider except yours and Bucky’s. He was starting to shake from fear and anger, knowing what was about to happen. Bucky screamed at you, something he had never done before in his life. “Y/N, get away from me. Just stay away!”
You were a strong woman, never faltering during a mission, especially in times of crisis, but you felt like curling up into a ball and crying. You were worried, disoriented, and even worse, you couldn't do a damn thing about it. The words kept flowing from the HYDRA agents’ mouths.
“Benign, homecoming, one” the HYDRA agents spouted in unison. Bucky was screaming in pain. You couldn't bear to look at him, tears streaming down your face as you heard his agony. This was far worse than any torture inflicted on you yet.
Then, the final word was spoken.
“Freight Car”
Bucky’s eyes shot wide open. His rigid body remained the same, only beginning to stand instead of hugging himself in the fetal position. That’s when he spoke.
“готов подчиниться”
You understood the meaning, but didn't understand what your best friend had become. That’s when an explosion behind the three HYDRA agents erupted, causing everyone to become disoriented.
Debris had been blown everywhere, dust clouding your vision and settling all around you. You didn’t see Bucky, you didn’t see the HYDRA agents. All you could see was a glow. It came from beyond where the explosion came from. You began squinting, trying to identify what was heading in your direction. That’s when you began to see flashes of the one and only “Hot Rod” red, along with the Star Spangled Man with a Plan. Although you wanted to smile at your rescue, your thoughts were all encompassed by Bucky. You hadn't known what happened to him, only knowing he was in extreme pain, now missing. You yelled out to Tony and Steve.
“Over here!! I’m over here. Do you guys see Bucky??”
That’s when you heard a shift in the rubble, only a few short feet from where you were lying. A metal arm had popped out of the ground, reminiscent of the scene in the Evil Dead.
Thank God. At least I know where he is.
You worked slowly over to where he had appeared out of the ground. You began removing the stones off of his body with vigor. You could finally see his face and somewhat of his body, calling out his name.
“Bucky? Bucky tell me if you’re hurt. Bucky please talk to me. You’re scaring me”
His expression remained blank, awaiting orders from whoever was willing to give them first.
That’s when you heard the faint commands of a fallen HYDRA agent, determined to finish his job.
“Attack”
Bucky’s reaction was immediate. He grabbed your throat with force, causing you to claw at his metal arm with what little energy you had left. Gasping and kicking your feet as he held you in the air, you tried calling out to him. This was your best friend, surely he had to recognize you. That’s when Steve threw his shield directly at Bucky’s legs, causing him to loosen his grip on your neck.
You fell to the ground coughing, your body begging for air as you inhaled so sharply you thought your chest would explode. Your coughing didn’t stop for a few seconds, only being brought back from reality when you heard the clash of vibranium on vibranium. You looked up to see Steve and Bucky fighting, Steve screaming “Buck! Buck it’s us!”
Bucky replied with angry grunts, not understanding anything but his commands. While Steve and Bucky fought, Tony was busy securing the area, taking out other HYDRA agents who had flooded the scene. You didn’t know what to do, but you knew Bucky was your top priority. You called out to him several times, hoping he would realize it was you. Your cries fell on deaf ears, however, as he continued to fight Steve with all of his might.
You quickly glanced at everything going on, that’s when you noticed a HYDRA agent Tony had missed while fending them off. He was holding a loaded pistol, directly in Steve and Bucky’s direction. Before you could truly process what was going on, you heard the gunshot go off. At this point you weren’t too far away from them, sprinting in their direction to protect them from the bullet. You launched yourself in their direction, screaming in pain as your body was pushed to it’s limits already in pain. As you fell to the ground, you barely noticed the bullet had entered your right shoulder. Figuring the pain was from landing on sharp stones, you groaned loudly.
As soon as you screamed, Bucky was ripped from his Winter Soldier persona and back into reality. However, Steve didn't see his realization, landing a punch straight to Bucky’s jaw, sending him staggering back. Both Steve and Bucky turned their attention to you, lying on the ground and bleeding everywhere. Bucky, who couldn’t care less about the fact that he just got punched in the face, moved over to your body with haste.
He looked down at you softly, covered in dirt and blood. His heart wretched in his chest, knowing all of this could’ve been avoided if he just double checked the layouts of the base before invading the building for their mission. “Y/N? Y/N sweetheart talk to me please” he said as he picked your head up gently to lay in his lap. You coughed up a little spittle of blood as you turned to look at him with tenderness in your eyes.
“Bucky? Is, is it you?”
He smiled down at you, with tears rolling down his cheeks.
“Yes sweetheart, it’s me. Just hang in there for me okay? We’re gonna get you to the quinjet. It’s gonna be okay.” You could hear the cracks in his voice as he spoke to you, but couldn't focus on it for too long. Both your vision and your hearing were starting to waver, going in and out as the chaos ensued around you.
The last words you remembered hearing before everything went back was Bucky’s voice.
“Don’t leave me now sweet girl, I need you. Please don’t go, you’re it for me.”
He continued talking, but lost consciousness as he spoke. Everything was dark.
_______________________________________________________________________
You woke up, looking at an absolutely blinding light. You squinted as you opened your eyes, not fully able to open them completely thanks to the mini sun above your head.
You began to move your limbs, realizing that someone was holding your left hand. You looked over to see Bucky, sitting with you in the quinjet infirmary, his head hung low and gentle sobs escaping his mouth.
You spoke up softly, unable to speak at a normal tone.
“Bucky?”
Bucky picked up his head, eyes puffy and red from the crying, not expecting you to be awake so soon after how much blood you had lost.
“Y/N? Oh god, oh sweetheart” he stood up and kissed your forehead, not wanting to move your body by embracing you with a hug.
You smiled up at him as he hovered above your face, taking in your beauty.
He spoke with a quiver in his voice.
“I, I thought I’d lost you. All because I was a fucking idiot who couldn't do my job before the mission, Y/N I am so sorry, I don’t, I never wanted you to see me that way. I’m so stupid, I’m-” you stopped Bucky from continuing his pity party by raising your left hand to his lips, shushing him with one finger.
You gently removed your hand and lifted your head slightly to meet his lips with yours. You both closed your eyes as your lips met, savoring how delicious you both tasted, even post mission. You deepened the kiss slightly, angling your head so you both had more access to each other’s mouths. You held the kiss for what seemed like forever, finally decided to pull away softly.
Staring into his beautiful ocean blue eyes, smiling up at him while holding the back of his head, you spoke softly “You are Bucky Barnes, and you’re my endgame.”
