or how the first time your boyfriend meets your cat doesn't go as planned (he survives don't worry)
Jason Todd x gn!reader
Warnings: none, reader is a doctor and Norbert is a chunky boi
After successfully taking down another trafficking ring, Jason was ready to head back home.
As he helped the last person out of their restraints, shots got fired from behind him, causing him to promptly duck by the nearest car. He went to take his guns into his hands, but quickly realized he must've threw them earlier when approaching the little girls kept in the warehouse, trying to appear as little intimitanding as possible.
"Shit," he muttered, searching for a way out. Without thinking, he grabbed the body of one of the men he had shot and used it as his shield until he got to the other side of the street, where he could see one of the men's rifles.
Quickly discarding of the corpse, he took the weapon into his hands, muscle memory kicking in as he fired at the sniper perched by the window of an abandoned building.
Retrieving his guns, he managed to run a few blocks towards his bike before more shots were being fired at him, certainly from Black Mask's goons.
As he fired back, one of the bullets from the aggressors pierced throught his left thigh, making him grunt in pain.
The adrenaline in his body was too high for him to fully comprehend the situation. Ultimately he managed to kill some of the goons before storming off on his bike.
While skimming trought the desolated streets of Gotham, Jason knew he needed medical attention asap, but his apartment was too far away and in no way in hell was he going to the manor, so he opted for the only other option he had.
Your place.
Now, you and him had been dating for quite some time, but he had never been to your apartment before. It was mainly to keep you out of harm's way, were someone to see a vigilante coming every night to your window and associating you with him.
The other reason was your cat, Norbert.
He had seen pictures and videos of him, but had been warned by every single one of your friends and apparently Dick as well, that he despised men.
Dick had learned it the hard way when he was passing throught your neighbourhood and saw you desperately trying to coax Norbert back into you apartment, since he somehow got himself on the fire escape and had no intention of budging.
Imagine your horror upon seeing Nighwing picking up your cat and trying to pet him and coo at him.
"Aw, what a cutie, what's his name-"
"Nighwing, no!-"
But it was too late: your cat had already scratched the man's cheek. Dick screamed as he let the cat go and almost tumbled over the fire escape. Now everytime somebody brought Norbert up in conversation, you could alway hear him cussing out your cat under his breath.
But Jason's mind was too far gone to fully underatnd what was happening, all he was thinking of was to get to shelter, to find a way not to bleed to death in the middle of the road, so up your building's fire escape he went.
He had made it to your window and knocked on it lighlty, knowing you'd be up reading a book before going to bed.
As if on cue, you arrived jogging with a toothbrush in your mouth, hastily sliding up your window upon seeing your boyfriend's doubled over figure.
"Oh my God, love, are you okay?" You hadn't spotted the gunshot yet, too preoccupied to bring his massive frame into your home.
"Hey, sweetheart," He said, taking his helmet off. Sweat made his hair cling to his forehead, a groan leaving his lips as he tried his best not to put his weight on the injured leg, "Sorry if this is the way I visit your place for the first time."
You gave him a worried look as you assessed the wound before running to the bathroom, getting rid of your toothbrush and pulling out the first aid kit. You thanked every entity in this universe for making you choose to go to medical school as you quickly returned to the living room, where you found Jason slumped against your coffee table.
You quickly began working on his leg, giving him a gauze to bite into.
"Tahnh yuh babh"
You tried to suppress a chuckle as you finished wrapping up his leg and gave him a glass of water and osme painkillers. You kissed his cheek, "No problem, love, I'm literally doing my job"
Jason gave you a lopsided grin both from pure exhaustion and sleepiness, and he felt his eyes begin to droop.
You shook him lightly, afraid to injure him further but definitely not wanting him to worsen his conditions.
"Hey, baby, you need to stay awake for me for a bit, yeah?"
"Mh-I knoww...I just-"
"Meow."
You stared at your boyfriedn with an horrified expression, eyes wide as your fingers grazed his bandages.
Jason seemed to have lost every single ounce of sleep in his body, matching your expression.
"Meow."
Uh oh.
"Don't move," you pleaded with him, taking his hands in yours, "I'll bring him here, just- holy cow!"
Just as you begun to turn, you spotted Norbert, your cat, in all his chunky orange glory, staring the two of you down - or better, zeroing in his amber eye on Jason, who for the first time that night, felt true fear.
"What do I do?" he whispered to you as he held eye contact with your cat, both of his hands tensing up under your grip.
You sighed, standing up, "Just stay there," then you went over Norbert and picked him up.
The feline instantly melted in your hold, purring slightly and nuzzling into you, but you could tell he wasn't fully calming down. He was still looking at Jason and his tail was swaying from side to side.
You just hoped you wouldn't have to stich Jason up again tonight.
You made your way over, taking small steps towards your boyfriend, who was still laying on the ground with a cautious look on his face.
"I made him smell some of your clothes the last few months," you started to explain, "and he even cuddled up to me in bed while i was wearing your hoodie, you know, the black Metallica one..." you took a few more steps, now directly in front of him.
You kneeled down, your arms tightening slightly around Norbert, "I really hope that did the trick,"
The cat sensed your nervousness and thinking it was due to Jason presence, hissed at him, swatting a clawed paw in his direction.
You closed your eyes, taking a big breath and trying to calm your nerves. This was a big deal for you and you cared bout both of them just as deeply, so you really hoped Norbert learned to accept Jason.
"Outstretch one of you hands towards him," you instructed Jason, "let him sniff you."
You loosened your grip on your cat and he jumped out of your arms, cautiosly making his way to Jason's hand. He let a low grumble as a warning, but upon sniffing his hand, he took a few momwnts to assess the situation. Nornert looked at you and you muttered a good boy to him, stroking his back in praise. He meowed and turned back to Jason, looking at him and then, and only then, he softly bumped his head on his hand, his fluffy tail up as Jason run his hand over his back. You both let out a relieved breath in unison, your shoulders visibly relaxing.
You watched the scene in awe, you eyes starting to well up with tears.
Jason sensed the mood switch and turned his head towards you. He was still smiling for not being smacked or bitten by your cat yet, so he scooted over, daring to do the impossible: hugging you in front of Norbert.
He had heard the stories: your guy friends and most importantly your ex boyfriend had tried to do so and had eneded up being chased around the house by a raging murderous orange ball of fur. They lived to tell the tale, but had since refused to step foot into your home ever again.
He hoped it would go differently for him.
Taking a leap of faith, he swung his arm around your shoulders, you thighs barely touching as his other hand cradled your chin.
"Hey," he looked into your eyes with worry, "you okay?"
You nodded with wide eyes, your left hand cupping his cheek with a relieved smile.
"Yeah, I'm happy he didn't attack you, it's all," you said but then your expression faltered as you heard another meow and saw Norbert staring menacingly at Jason's hand on your chin, then at Jason and then at the hand again.
He quickly dropped his hand and chuckled in apology, but you decided to see just how far you could push your luck and decided to pick Norbert up and place him onto your lap so he'd be between you two.
He unsurprisingly loafed up on you immediately and rested his chin on your right knree, staring up at the two of you.
"Try again, love," you said to Jason, who didn't need to be told twice as he eagerly tilted you chin up and leaned down for a searing kiss, his lips moulding against your own. You melted at the way his slightly chapped lips seemed to slot perfectly against yours, sighing in contemptment as your fingers twiddled witht the damp strands of hair that were stuck to his nape. You slightly tugged them and that earned you a mewl from Jason, the sound vibrating in your own mouth and making you smile in satisfaction.
Eventually pulling away to catch your breath, Jason chased your lips again but you playfully swatted his chest chuckling, "Don't push your luck, Jay. Norbert's patience runs out very quickly," you whispered as you looked down, petting the cat on your lap, "Aren't you a good boy, uh? Letting me kiss my boyfriend without drawing blood,"
Jason let out a whine, glaring at the cat and then making puppy eyes at you, "Wasn't I your good boy?"
"Jason, oh my god-"

the train station - kayce dutton
summary - kayce has to do a lot of terrible things for the ranch and you're the only thing that's able to calm him down
word count - 1.6k
warnings - talks of murd3r
changes to canon - monica and kayce didn't get married, kayce never left the ranch, got married to you after coming home from the navy, y'all have a house on the ranch
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
as kayce walked up to the house, he tried to shake off the adrenaline that still encased him and the anxiety that made his heartbeat race. trips to the train station were few and far between and he'd done enough of them that he should be able to just get over it, but for some reason this one stuck with him. the way the man had fought, the way he'd stared him in the eyes before kayce finally kicked him over the cliff's edge, the life already draining from his eyes... it clung to his heart and plagued his mind on the long drive home. his hands were shaky and he tried to keep his eyes from reddening, but there was only so much he could control.
he was quiet when he opened the door, the lock jiggling open as he turned the key and pushed open, making sure to step quietly into the house before turning and locking the door behind him once more. it was late and he was sure that you and tate were asleep.
tate was, but you weren't.
you looked up from your position on the couch, the four year old passed out in your arms as you scrolled your phone lazily. you looked up, smiling upon seeing your husband, but soon faltering when you saw his expression. as he tried to make it to the stairs, you reached a hand up, carefully holding tate with the other to keep him from waking. kayce paused and grabbed it, letting you squeeze his hand soothingly.
"hey," you hummed, brows knitted as you shifted to stand. "let me just put him down and i'll be up with you, okay?"
he nodded slowly, glancing from you to his little boy. he didn't trust his voice at the moment and as he released your hand he became all too aware of the dried blood that remained on his hands. this one was messier, the guy he was instructed to dispose of was more of a fighter than he was used to and he wound up needed to shoot him twice, the latter hitting an artery and splattering onto kayce's gun and hands. he wouldn't be surprised if there was some on his face too.
so, he simply followed you up the stairs, beelining it for the bathroom when you turned the corner to tate's room.
you heard both the shower and the sink faucet turn on as you tucked tate in, pulling his winter blankets tight over him and settling his stuffed wolf under the sheets next to him. tate moved, grabbing the wolf in his sleep before turning on his stomach and relaxing into the mattress. you smiled, pressing a kiss to the top of his head before making your way out, shutting out the lights and the door and moving to the master bathroom.
"hey," you mumbled, shutting the door behind you as you watched kayce scrub senselessly at his hands, his shirt, jacket, and vest discarded to the side needed to be deep cleaned. "kace."
"i'm sorry..." he said, but he didn't know exactly what he was apologizing for. everything, probably.
you crossed to him, coming up behind him and pressing a kiss to his now bare shoulder blade as you wrapped your arms around his torso. "don't be sorry, baby. you're doing what you've got to. i trust you."
he didn't say anything again, instead turning off the faucet and turning in your embrace to hug you fully, his head tucked in your neck as he held you tightly to him. you mumbled something he couldn't quite hear as you adjusted your hold to be around his neck, one hand running over his hair soothingly.
"what do you need? you wanna shower?" you asked, pulling back to look him in the eyes. "are you wanting to talk about it?" when he didn't answer, you tilted your head to try to meet his eyes better, furrowing your brows as you furthered in a gentle tone, "what was it?"
"same old, same old," he muttered, shaking his head. "dad called. someone needed to be taken to the train station... it just sucks sometimes."
"i know," you mumbled, running a hand through his hair to keep it from falling in his eyes. "i'm sorry you have to be the one to do it."
"i'm a dutton," he sighed. "i've got to."
you didn't say anything to that, knowing damn well the way the ranch worked and the things it required of the family. hell, you'd been asked to do a fair few things you weren't entirely comfortable with during your time here - it's just how the yellowstone was ran.
so instead, you grabbed his hands and pulled him backwards towards the shower. you pushed him to sit at the edge of the tub, pressing a kiss to his forehead before crouching and tugging the boots off his feet. then came the socks, and then you both worked in tandem to remove his belt and jeans. he stood to take off his boxers, you moving to the side to pull your shirt over your head before you thought twice.
"do you want me with you or do you need time?" you asked as he pulled the shower door open, the steam instantly beginning to calm the pressure headache that had begun to form in his temples. he looked at you, shaking his head slowly.
"come here, please," he said. you smiled gently, quickly pulling off your clothes as he stepped into the shower. you slid in after him, shutting the glass door behind you. you quickly spotted the bloody and dirtied areas of his skin, reaching around his to pool some body wash in your hands.
"here, let me help you, baby," you told him as you foamed the soap a bit and began running it over his back. he visibly relaxed, a soft sigh slipping passed his lips as your fingers pressed into his sore muscles.
he hung his head, his wet bangs falling in his eyes as he shut them. he felt childish having his wife bathe him like this, but he needed you, and if this was how you wanted to comfort him he wasn't one to argue. he felt his heart lighten with every speck of blood that was washed down the drain, his conscience easing as the day's work was cleaned from him.
"i didn't know who it was." your movements paused for a moment before you continued rinsing his arms, beginning to pump shampoo in your hands to get to his dirty hair. "i didn't know his name or what he did to deserve to die. i just listened to my father and took care of whatever mess the guy had caused."
"was it easier?" you asked gently, almost on your tiptoes as you scrubbed his scalp. "not knowing him?"
he sighed. "i thought it would be. but, it just made it worse. i don't know if he had kids, a wife, a family who's waiting for a man who's never coming home. i don't know if whatever he did is actually worthy of death or if i should've just dropped him off in the middle of wyoming. i don't know anything. and that feels like shit."
"i'm sorry," you told him, finishing with his hair and pulling on his shoulder lightly to turn him towards you. it was then that you noticed the tears slipping down his cheeks, the man trying to blink them away before you reached up to wipe them away yourself. you offered a sad smile, hands moving to run up and down his arms slowly. "i'm so sorry, kayce. you shouldn't have to have that on your conscience."
"it's okay," he sighed. he pulled a thin smile to his lips. "i'm okay."
"we don't have to talk about it anymore, but it's not okay, and you don't have to be okay," you said, matching his smile sadly. "i love you, you know that right? through thick and thin."
"i love you too," he told you, leaning down to press a gentle kiss to your lips despite the water falling over his face. when he pulled back, you wiped a few spots of red off his cheek, your smile growing to hopefully bring him some comfort. he pecked your lips slowly again. "can we go to bed?"
"let's go, cowboy," you told him. you quickly made your way out of the shower, wrapping him in a large towel before you did the same from yourself, both of you moving into the bedroom to change.
you pulled on a simple black pair of shorts and one of kayce's old tshirts as he pulled on some boxers, moving quickly to your bed and falling into the mattress. after flicking off the lights, you followed after him, climbing in by his side comfortably.
"you okay?" you asked, looking up to the outline of his face as he held you close to him. he sighed.
"i will be," he answered before pressing a kiss to your forehead. "thank you, darlin'. i don't know what i'd do without you."
"wash your own body," you hummed with a light laugh. "i know i can't help much, kace, but i'm happy to try whatever i can."
"well i appreciate it, baby," he told you, pressing another, final kiss to your forehead. "i love you. goodnight."
"i love you too. goodnight, kayce."

post college au / suna rintarou x fem! reader
— you should leave him cause it really makes me sick!

"i just washed that." suna says as you cry on his living room pillow. you continue to do so though, and upon pulling back, the pillow had stains of mascara where your eyes had been seconds ago.
"sorry." you apologize, rubbing the fabric with the sleeve of your sweater. "you do realize you're making it worse, right?"
you immediately stop. "i'm sorr—"
"apologize one more time and i'll kick your ass out of my apartment." he cuts you off. sure it was harsh, but suna has always been this way. it was all in good faith though— he cares about you a lot, really, but being all soft and using a gentle tone wasn't exactly something he was good at, even if he tried really hard to. tough love, if you will.
feeling suna's piercing gaze, you bring your eyes to meet his. "what did he do this time?"
"he broke up with me." for the nth time, suna thought.
tears voluntarily rolled down your face yet again, and all you heard in response from the boy was a sigh. he wanted to say i told you so— you're better off without him. and with me instead...? shit. he's still inlove with you.
but he's your best friend. exactly. therefore he knows you better, and he'll treat you better. it makes him sick. he thinks you should leave your no-good-(ex)boyfriend for good, and not get back together within a week of calling it quits like the continuous, year long cycle you're stuck in.
"we fought. we were on a date, but he made me pay...said he forgot his wallet at home. he also arrived pretty late."
a total loser, suna thought. you were already struggling to earn a living and despite being aware of this he's still squeezing every penny you have left. that bastard barely takes you out too— come on, the flag is practically waving crimson. i would never do that to you though, the boy thought as he stared at your distraught state.
you paused for a while. "he texted me an hour before i got here. he says that he still loves me." bullshit. suna thought. he knows that son of a bitch is cheating on you. that man knows how to fabricate his words, lying to you since the very beginning. when you gushed about your ex's big house and how he lives all alone, it was quickly debunked when suna drove by that said house by chance... and saw a woman through the window which he later found out was the jerk's mother. he never told you that though, to save you from the embarrassment.
"you don't need him, y/n."
surprised by his words, you tilt your head. "wow. i know you mean well rinrin, but...wow."
exactly. i mean well. i'll also help you get over it— wait, is this still right? the boy shook his head. keep it together, rintarou.
"just saying." he muttered in response, eyeing your next move. you roll your eyes. "anyway, i think i've come to the realization that i've overreacted quite a bit— he did have a very tiring day... and i was so pushy that it probably irritated him."
for the love of god you need to stop blaming yourself for every inconvenient thing that happens. you stand up and wipe your now dry face with your sleeve to remove the smudged makeup. this is the part where suna sighs, he knows you're going to fall right back into your ex's trap.
you fix your composure and hug suna.
"thanks, rinrin. for always putting up with me and my problems." for you? always. he thought. with a few taps on your phone, you slip it into your pocket and head to the door. he already knows what you're about to do.
"when you change your mind, i'll be waiting." you hear him behind you, still seated in the living room couch. you nod at him and smile. "mhm. thanks rinrin, i owe you one."
when you shut the door, suna puts his hand on his forehead and sighs. "i'll be waiting." he repeats. cause after all, he's better than your ex will ever be.....just saying.

Shared Walls (Peter Parker x Reader) (I)
_________________________________________________
Summary:
Finding a roommate in New York City is like searching for water in the middle of the desert- or your case, a decent person who isn’t a creep and who can afford to pay rent on time. Just when you were about to call it quits, you stumbled upon a post created by Peter Parker. After doing some digging around, making sure this guy wasn’t an axe-swinging murderer, you find out that he’s a quiet, nerdy college student, who looks like he won’t chop you up to bits. You message him, and after some talking back and forth, you agree to be roommates.
At first, living with Peter Parker was great! Peter is polite, cleans up after himself, pays his half of the rent on time, and is usually too occupied with school or work to cause any drama. Perfect roommate right? But after a year and a half of living together, things turn strange, when your “perfect” roommate turns up with strange mysterious bruises and gets home at odd hours of the night. What could he be up to?
Word count: 2.5K
_________________________________________________
*THUD*
A muffled thud coming from the room next to yours jolts you awake, dragging you from your dreams. For a moment, you lay still, blinking into the darkness of your room, heart thumping. You try to take in some deep breaths in an attempt to lull yourself back to sleep and prevent a heart attack. You know it's probably just Peter, coming back late, for the fifth time this week, from what you guess is either work or another late-night study session with Ned and MJ.
Just as you’re about to fall back to sleep, the sound of something–or someone–stumbling into furniture, followed by loud hushed cursing, wakes you right up again. You sit up in your bed, annoyed, and rub your eyes in frustration, your eyes then dart to the glowing red numbers of your alarm clock.
3:25 AM.
You let out a loud sign, and run your hand through your hair.
What on earth was Peter doing this time?
Pushing back your covers, you sat up, maybe a bit too quickly as you felt a bit light-headed, or maybe that was just the sleep deprivation finally kicking in. No matter what the reason was, you stumble out of your room, towards Peter’s.
As you approach his room, you hear the sounds of heavy footsteps, the scrape of something hard against the floor, and… a quiet groan?
Curiosity and concern wash away your sleepiness as you raise your hand to knock on the door. You silently pray to yourself that you’re not about to interrupt your roommate during a…private moment, but being the slightly noisy and curious person that you are you decide to stay true to yourself and knock anyway.
Knocking on his door softly, you whisper, “Peter? Is everything alright?”
The shuffling abruptly stops, and for a few moments, the only thing you can hear is the sound of your breathing.
Then Peter’s voice cut through the silence, high-pitched and filled with anxiety. “Y-Yeah! Yeah, I’m Fine. Totally Fine! No reason to not be! I uh… just dropped something! Sorry!”
You furrow your eyebrows, hand hovering over the doorknob. “At three in the morning?”
Another pause fills the air, and then Peter responds, “You know me! Night Owl! Haha!”
On any other night, you would've just brushed off Peter’s weird behavior, but after five nights of waking up at 3 in the morning due to whatever the hell your roommate was up to that night, finally got to you. This time you were going to figure out what was going on, and seeing that you weren’t going to get a straight answer without asking him face-to-face, you crack the door open. With your mind racing with paranoid thoughts, that only you could come up with in the dead of night. Maybe Peter got drunk and wandered in clumsily or maybe your thoughts of him secretly being a drug dealer were true and he was getting high off his own suppl–
And then you saw him.
With the door now fully open, Peter was sitting in his desk chair, with only the dim light of his small desk lamp to illuminate his figure. His face was bruised and streaked with dirt and blood and his lip was swollen with a cut at the corner of his mouth. His appearance just screamed, “Hey I just got beaten up by an angry mob” and “I’m definitely not okay no matter what I say!” It was overall concerning.
But what was most concerning, was that even with the cuts and bruises, he was… kind of hot.
You blinked, trying to focus, but either you were losing your mind over the fact it was way past your bedtime or there was something truly captivating about the way his messy brown curls framed his face, or how cute he looked in his oversized longsleeved t-shirt decorated with the world’s most cringy science pun, which was so Peter. Along with some dark gray sweatpants that seemed to fit him just right.
Peter shifted anxiously under your gaze, with his shirt shifting just enough for you to see the fabric underneath– a smooth, almost sleek blue and red material that didn’t look like it belonged with the rest of his outfit.
“Uh… Peter? Are you okay?” Your voice came out a little too loud in comparison to the stillness of the night. Peter looks at you like a deer caught in headlights, scratching the back of his neck with one hand, and tugging his shirt down with the other.
“Oh, hey I’m good. Sorry for waking you up Y/N. I didn’t mean to,” He said quickly, flashing a sheepish smile that was a little too strained to convince you that he was alright.
You stepped further into the room, eyes still locked onto Peter’s disheveled appearance. Your brain, which was still waking up, was trying to process the scene around you. But you just couldn’t make sense of it. Why was Peter up this late? What was he wearing? You didn’t know.
What you did know was that you were a little too aware of how good your roommate was looking at the moment.
You mentally slapped yourself. Focus Y/N, focus. This was Peter! You're kind of awkward, socially inept, and constantly rambling on when he’s a nervous roommate! Not one of those guys from the soap operas you're always watching when you should be studying for your nursing exams.
But as you stood there, trying to ignore how the dim light casted a soft glow over his bruised face, or how his jawline was looking especially sharp, you subconsciously closed the distance between the two of you, standing in front of him, slightly grazing your right hand against his face, barely touching his bruised skin.
You can feel Peter staring at you in surprise, but that doesn’t stop you from analyzing his beaten-up features. “Peter,” your gaze shifts as you meet his eyes, “what happened to you?”
He winces slightly as you accidentally make too much contact with his bruised face, causing you to draw your hand quickly and whisper a small “Sorry.”
Once again Peter attempts to put on a convincing smile. “It’s alright, a-and I’m fine really, just got a little banged up. It’s nothing, just might need a bandage or two,” e said as if those words could convince you he wasn’t in pain.
You frown at him and quickly walk out leaving Peter in confusion, staring at where you once stood in his room. Only moments later you return with a first-aid kit and start tending to his wounds, his softy groans in pain as the ointment touches his cuts. “You don’t have to do this Y/N, I’ll be okay. You need to go back to sleep, I’ve already kept you up,” he tells you.
You ignore his wishes and continue patching him up as best as possible. “I just need a bandage or two my ass. You look like you got hit by a bus. There’s no way I’m going back to sleep now, not when I know you’re hurt.” Peter smiles at you and quietly thanks you as you continue your work, the time now being 4 in the morning.
As you work, carefully wiping off dirt and applying antiseptic to his cuts, Peter winces with every touch, although he tries to hide behind it with small smiles and a bit of small talk. His eyes are glassy, not from the pain, but from something deeper–something that he’s not sharing with you. As you’re about to question him once again about the situation, you notice blood starting to leak and spread through his shirt and whatever weird compression shirt he’s wearing beneath it. “Woah, Peter. This is worse than I thought your chest is bleeding, I’m going to need you to lift your shirt so I can see what’s going on.” You say as your face reddens a bit at the thought of seeing your roommate of almost two years possibly shirtless.
He hesitates for a moment, and you watch him, studying his movements. The way he shifts once again in his seat, avoiding your gaze. He lets out a frustrated sigh and looks back at you, a glint of something unreadable in his eyes.
“Okay,” he whispers nervously. “But… could you turn around for a sec, I’ll.. I’ll take off my shirt, but I- just please,” he says quickly.
You nod your head quickly, turning your back to him. Your heartbeat quickens for reasons you rather not explore, you know you shouldn’t lose focus again. You just need to help Peter.
You hear the soft shuffle of fabric behind you, followed by the faint sound of something–maybe his shirt— being pulled off and falling to the ground. The air shifts as he moves, and you mentally slap yourself as you realize how awkward this situation must be for him. Your future career is going to be as a nurse, and yet you can’t help but feel a bit shy and nervous.
But you have no choice but to push your emotions away, you know you need to help out no matter how red your face seems to get.
You hear him settle back into the chair, and you take that as your cue to turn around.
Once again you are in shock.
Peter is sitting there, upper body exposed, with his sweat pants loosely hanging off his hips, and his chest exposed with more cuts and bruises than you expected along with his–
Wait. Abs?
You blink, not quite believing your eyes. Since when did Peter Parker, the Star Wars nerd, and the “brain over brawn” type guy have abs like this? Tonight is just full of surprises.
The muscles adoring his torse are defined in a way that is, to be completely honest mouth-watering. You try to shake it off, but the sight is almost overwhelming. He’s got this toned, sculpted six-pack that you’re pretty sure wasn’t there the last time you saw him shirtless, which, granted, has been never.
FOCUS! You mentally yell at yourself. Remember Peter is your roommate, your friend, the guy who rants to you for hours about what he does in his chem labs every Friday. He’s injured, and you’re here to patch him up–- not ogle at how good he looks.
Trying to keep your composure, you start to grab items out of your first-aid kit and get back to work patching him up. Peter was clearly aware of your lingering gaze but chose not to say anything about it, instead choosing to fidget around in his chair.
As you finally wrap up, you give him one last look over, checking for anything else that needs attention. His eyes meet yours, for what feels like the millionth time this night, but for a moment, there’s an intensity lingering within the silence. You almost feel like you should try to say something again, but you choose not to, knowing that Peter will give you the run-around…again.
Peter swallows hard, breaking the tension. “Thanks for this Y/N. Seriously. I…I owe you one.”
You give him a soft smile in return, still trying to push down the bizarre mix of emotions roiling inside you. “Don’t mention it,” you tell him, as you quickly pack up your stuff. “You should be all good, just don’t do anything too intensive or straining, doctor’s orders” you lightheartedly joke as you get ready to leave his room.
As you begin to walk toward the door, you hear Peter’s quiet, almost hesitant voice behind you.”
“Y/N..”
He slowly and carefully stands up from his chair, carefully to not ruin the work you did caring for his wounds, walking up to you. You turn to look at him, your hand on the doorknob.
“I…,” he continues, his voice shaky. “I don’t know how to thank you for this, for everything. I mean, I woke you up and you still helped me. You are a wonderful roommate and an even better friend, and I wish I could explain to you what’s going on–,” he pauses letting out a deep breath.
You stand there, unsure how to handle the growing tension. But the raw sincerity in his words keeps you there, standing at the door. Peter’s eyes are wide with gratitude, his chest still bare, the remnants of your first aid work still visible along his skin.
“I didn’t mean to drag you into all of this. It’s..It’s not what I wanted, and it's not what you signed up for as my roommate. I promise I’ll be more careful next time, that way you won’t have to fix me up again.” His gaze on you is intense, searching like there’s something else he wants to say. You know there's more weight to his words, he not just apologizing for interrupting your much-needed sleep with his late-night antics, he’s apologizing for not being the friend he knows he should be.
Something inside you shifts, as you let go of the doorknob and take a step closer to him. You’ve spent the last year and a half sharing this space, sharing your life with Peter, to late-night study sessions, countless Star Wars marathons, and game nights with MJ and Ned. You’ve known from the beginning that Peter kept a lot of aspects of his life to himself, telling you enough so you could get to know him but never enough to let you in. Through all of that, you’d never imagined this side of Peter.
“Peter…I need you to be safe. I get that you don’t want to tell me where you go every night and I guess I can live with that but I need you to be safe,” you say as you fiddle with your hands. “I don’t want to see you get hurt again…I care about you too much.”
The room seems to get quiet, the weight of the moment hanging in the air. You can hear your heart beating in your ears, realizing what you just said and if you should have said it at all.
Peter looks at you for a moment, his lips pressed into a thin line. Then almost as if the tension finally snapped, he reaches out for you.
Without any time to react, Peter grabs your wrist, pulling you towards him. Before you can get any words out of your mouth, Peter captures your lips with his own.
The kiss is soft, but needy at the same time as if Peter is trying to convey everything he was hesitant to say in your conversation. His hands move gently towards your waist, and you instinctively respond by wrapping your arms around his neck.
It was a shock and unplanned, but at the same time, it felt right as if it was the most natural thing in the world. When you both finally pull away, breathless, you’re left staring at each other lost in a daze.
Peter’s face flushed red, “I’m sorry, I just–I needed to show you how much I appreciate you and care about you. I understand that it was uncalled for and if I made you uncomfortabl–.” He rambles on but you quickly cut him off.
“It's okay,” you whisper, feeling a warmth spread through you.
You both stay there for a bit longer, enjoying the sweetness of the moment. There’s definitely no going back now.

grinder smile, gasp
sub car era alex x fem reader
definitely one of the dirtiest things i’ve written. sub alex enthusiasts arise!!! enjoooy!
———
you immediately felt soothed as you walked into your home. it was dark outside, the incandescent glow of scattered lamps and dim lights bringing a peaceful atmosphere. the faint sound of jazz drifted from the living room, making you smile.
you quickly shut the door behind you, shivering as a gust of cool autumn air entered the house upon the door closing. you knew your cheeks and nose were sure to be pink and rosy due to the nip the crisp air had.
setting your bag down and kicking off your boots, you quietly made your way to the living room. you carefully peeked through the doorframe to find alex sitting in his sleek chair in the corner, reading. his soft brown hair looked slightly messy and fluffy, the way you adored. his face was knitted in concentration, his white t shirt hugging his arms in a way that made your stomach swirl.
you checked the time on your watch. 11:30. you were unaware how late it was by the time you left work. was he up waiting for you? you felt a bit bad, knowing it was hard for him to go to sleep early without you there, but at the same time it was an adorable gesture.
the boys attention quickly redirected to you as you entered the room, his face melting into adoration as he saw you. you smiled at him, walking over to his chair. “hey.” you cooed, leaning down to press a tender kiss to his lips. alex kissed you back, cupping your cheek in his palm, finger tips entangled in your hair. you leaned into his touch, his hand warm against your cold face.
you looked down at alex, his honeyed eyes gazing lovingly up at you. “i missed you.” he mumbled. you brushed a stray hair out of his eyes, slowly running your fingers through his soft hair, a slight blush peaking through his cheeks. “i missed you too. m’ sorry i came home so late.”
“you’re perfectly fine.” he shook his head, putting a bookmark in his book. you nodded, eyes twinkling for him. once alex rid of his book, his hands found their way to your hips, guiding you to sit on his lap.
you followed his guide, thighs against his as you straddled him. alex wrapped his arm around your waist, stroking your hair soothingly as you nestled your face into the crook of his neck, breathing him in. he smelled devine, like musk and fresh laundry. you smiled, smelling the vanilla perfume that lingered from him wearing the shirt of his you had worn to bed the other night.
you leaned back, cupping his face in both of your hands as you kissed him languidly. his warm lips moved in tandem with yours, guitar string callused fingers coming up to grasp your jaw. the kiss was meant to be wholesome and sweet, but you couldn’t resist. you slid your tongue past his parted lips, sliding it against his own in a teasing manner. you slowly separated your lips from his, grazing your teeth against his plump lower lip as you did so.
the boy looked back at you, eyes glossed over, kneading your waist with one hand, a sign that he was eager for more. you moved one hand to scratch lightly at his scalp with your nails, making his eyes flutter shut momentarily. his lips parted and you took the chance, leaning forward to press your wet lips against his once more, licking into his mouth. alex gasped ever so slightly into your mouth, driving you wild.
you grinded your hips into his softly, eager to hear those pretty noises he made for you. you were surprised to feel his erection through his thin pajama pants, all you’d done is give him a couple kisses. just as you’d predicted, alex was needy, moaning into your mouth as you moved your hips against his.
you stilled your movements, his hand grasping your thigh as you pulled away from his lips, licking the strand of saliva that connected you two. you gazed at your boyfriend, his face was all flushed, lips parted and hair tousled. your hand traveled down to his neck, softly toying with his gold chain. you ran your other hand down his forearm, entangling your fingers in his once you reached his hand.
“you’re so pretty baby.” you cooed, watching how his chest rose and fell as he panted. leaning back, you shrugged your jacket off, discarding it somewhere on the floor behind you. alex gulped, you had an effect on him and he knew you were aware.
you felt his erection pressing against your thin tights from where your skirt rode up. alex’s hips lightly bucked up into yours, eager to relieve some of the ache. you lifted your hips, elicited a frustrated groan out of him. “shhh shh baby boy. don’t worry i’ll take care of you kay?” he squeezed his eyes shut, head falling back against the chair as he nodded.
“hey, hey. look at me alexander.” you grasped his jaw, making sure his gaze met yours. “what do you want hm? want me to ride you?” alex moaned at the thought, urgently nodding. “use your words.” you demanded. “you want mommy to ride you in this chair?” alex bit his lip, eyelids fluttering as need consumed him. he cleared his throat. “yes. please.” he stuttered, hands sliding up and down your sides in anticipation.
“atta boy.” you kissed his cheek. “m’ gonna ride you so good kay? you’ve had a long week, you deserve it.” you started to get up from his lap, his hands gripping your waist tighter, trying to keep you with him. “relax.” you grinned. “i just need to take my skirt and tights off, you take those pants off for me okay hon?”
alex quickly complied, sliding his pajama pants down his thighs and kicking them off onto the floor. once you were only in your t shirt and underwear you crawled into his lap again, squeezing his thighs with your own.
his gaze traveled down to your white underwear that adorned a dainty pale pink bow at the top. your core was already slick with arousal, seeping through your panties. alex would do anything to be at eye level with that bow right now, to pull those panties down your thighs and nudge his nose into your clit as his tounge melted against your heat, eating you out with a passion that made his head spin. however, he knew that you had different plans for now, and he was equally eager for what you had in store. he’d have to save that for the morning.
alex toyed with the hem of your shirt, looking up at you with pleading eyes. you nodded, allowing alex to throw your shirt onto the pile of all the other discarded garments. alex leaned forward, pressing kisses to the tops of your breasts that your bra pushed up.
you smiled, running your hand down his chest and then pushing back so that his back met the back of the chair. you trailed your hand down, pulling his aching length out of his boxers. alex gasped, the feeling of the cool metal of your rings on his sensitive cock making his eyes roll back. you ran your thumb across his tip, collecting his precum. with your other hand, you slid your panties to the side and aligned yourself with him.
alex’s fingers grasped your thighs and waist, already panting just staring at your dripping cunt. he was beyond desperate for you, doing everything to focus on his self control. slowly, you slid yourself down on him, taking a deep breath to calm the slight burn. it always took you a second to adjust to his size, but the burn soon turned into white hot pleasure. alex whimpered softly, hips writhing because of the way you took him so well, the way you felt so wet and hot and perfect around him.
you slowly rolled your hips, leaning forward to press your forehead to alex’s, feeling his soft breath against your mouth, watching the way his eyes squeezed shut momentarily. you lifted your hips, adjusting again as you sunk back down, the action causing alex to press his lips into the side of your face, nose nudging into your cheek.
you cupped his face as you continued your movements, leaning him back to admire the way he looked at you with those soft honey eyes. wisps of messy brown hair stuck out and clung to his forehead. he looked so adorable for you, whimpering and whining as you rode him.
you leaned forward, capturing his parted lips in yours, whispering against his mouth. “i know, you’re such a good boy. m’ gonna make you cum okay?” alex moaned into your mouth in response, hands gripping your thighs and waist. you sped up, grasping the collar of his shirt as you bounced on his lap, your thighs and hips meeting his every time you sunk down.
“fuck-“ you whimpered, his cock reaching spots that you weren’t even aware of. you rolled and bounced your hips in rhythm with his. “such a sweet boy, letting mommy ride you after she’s had a long day.” you panted, moaning and gasping as his tip hit your g-spot so perfectly.
alex loved the way you dirty talked him when you were in control, he loved the way it made his cock throb inside you, only increasing the volume of your moans. the boy squeezed his eyes shut, head falling back. “f-fuck momma i- im- m’ bout to cum.”
you felt your own release nearing, savoring the way the pressure built up in your lower stomach. “cum with me baby. that’s it.” your vision blurred as you came, the intensity overwhelming. you buried your face in the crook of his neck as he fucked you through it, gasping and whimpering when he came.
alex rubbed your back softly, panting as he came down. you leaned up, wiping tears from the boy’s cheeks and kissing his lips softly. “you’re fucking amazing.” he sighed, wincing as he pulled out of you. you smiled, lightly running your fingers through his hair. alex’s eyelids fluttered and closed, exhaustion consuming him.
you leaned forward, pressing feather light kisses to his cheeks and nose. “wanna get some sleep love?” you whispered, running your hand up and down his arm. the boy nodded, eyes swirling with sleepiness and adoration. you kissed him once more and reached to turn off the lamp that was by the chair, the moonlight sparkling more noticeably through the curtains in the dark.
“cmon, let’s get some rest”

Today did not go well at all. You had to stay extra hours at work because some group of rowdy teens decided it would be great to come into the library and start messing with the books. One had even decided to start tearing out pages from a kids' study book. The library is probably going to take that one to court, some of those books are expensive to replace and you had to spend hours reorganizing everything that was carelessly thrown across the halls and find missing pages. At least you were finally home though. You stumbled up to the front door dangling the keys in your hand as you tried and failed a few times to properly unlock the door.
You gave a sigh as you heard a distinct 'click' and swung the door open not paying attention to your surroundings and slamming it behind you. Turning towards the closet, you slowly took your shoes off before setting them down neatly inside. Gotta set a good example and keep things clean for your guests, even when you wanted to just throw things around and sleep sometimes...It really was like you just had a bunch of kids out of nowhere. At least Wally and Barnaby were here to help you.
"Welcome home dear host-"
Quickly turning around to whoever was speaking, you leaned over and plopped yourself into their greeting arms. You felt you had fallen into something soft and warm. What a welcomed feeling after today.
"Well that's one way of greeting your guests." Arms snaked around your torso as they hugged you closely. You froze, finally recognizing the voice that's been speaking to you. Slowly looking up, you saw Wally, whose face had a giant grin on it. That was not a welcomed feeling after today.
Quickly trying to pull away, you heard quiet snickering from the side somewhere. You finally managed to pop your head out of his arms, the rest of your body now snuggly wrapped in them. There was Barnaby and Sally sitting there at the dinner table watching you two and giving each other knowing looks. "Awww, looks like someone's a bit of a sleepy head!" Sally smiled as Wally walked passed them not making a single sound.
You were somewhat used to this by now. Usually Wally treated you like some significant other that needed extra care. He would pick you up and tightly hold you for hours while getting chores done in the house with you struggling and kicking until you wore yourself out, tuck you into bed at night or on sick days, paint and draw several portraits of you, make you warm food after work some days (though you wondered how he even learned how to cook), and dance with you late at night on the porch with quiet music playing. Other times the two of you would get lost in deep conversations after a long day of work, it was like he knew you without needing to know you. Wally was always so smug when he did anything though, like he knew it would get on your nerves, which it did at first. But over the past several weeks you grew used to him being coy. You felt too exhausted and stressed out to talk much today though. You didn't feel like doing much of anything really so you just let Wally do whatever he wanted for now.
You pushed against his arms only when he started to squeeze a bit too hard to let him know. He didn't loosen up however and instead made a beeline for your room, quietly opening the door and setting you down on your bed. You moved to get up but a hand came down onto your shoulder to pin you down. "Just stay here...I have something I made for you." He spoke softly for once.
Wally soundlessly walked out of your room and returned with a steaming cup of what looked like tea. You watched him effortlessly balance the cup in one hand as he removed your jacket, slinging it over his open shoulder before bringing a blanket over your legs.
"There! Now isn't that much better?"
For once you didn't see that smug or condescending grin of his. You saw something much warmer in that charming smile. You gave him a nod and gently took the cup out of his hands.
The reader works at a very busy public library for some context.
I've always wanted a job at a library. I don't know if they'd let me work at one though. I wasn't a bad kid, but there was one thing I did steal and that was a book from the library on fossils. I didn't really understand some of the words though when I was 7, but I loved that book either way.

The Feeders’ Foreplay
“You’re late,” stated the most attractive man Levi had ever seen as he opened the door to the uptown, grotesquely lavish apartment.
It took Levi a couple of seconds to swallow the wave of arousal upon seeing his hook-up in real life. Viewing the pictures on the app was one thing, but in person, Jac had a whole new level of sex appeal; maybe more than any other man alive.
“I’m so sorry,” Levi stuttered, already sensing that the role play had started, judging by the harsh and stern way Jac was looking at him. “There were roadworks on 45th Street; burst water pipes, or something. The bus had to go around.” He stepped inside; his hardness already very substantial just by simply standing next to Jac.
“It makes no difference to me,” Jac finally relented. “It won’t affect my schedule. Although, it does mean that you just missed one of my transformations; a rather disgusting, skinny postal worker, now a deliciously oversized, blubbery monster!” he smiled with pride.
Levi sucked in hard, trying to control his arousal. He didn’t know that the role play would start this quickly, but he was glad that it had. Jac had been such a smooth talker since they had begun messaging a couple of days ago; not dropping out of character once. He claimed to have mercilessly fattened thousands of guys to outrageous sizes and spoke with such detail about the changes that he found so incredibly satisfying to observe.
Until about six months ago, Levi had always considered himself to be a feeder. He’d dated and fed quite a few fat guys in his time, although he didn’t ever have quite the imagination for role play; nor the natural affinity for domination like Jac did. He’d gained a little weight over the holidays last year; the fresh fat sitting over his six pack and arousing him more than he ever thought it would. He’d started to chat to other feeders; allowed himself to be encouraged by them, in much the same way as he had done in the past. Now he was thirty pounds heavier than he had ever been in his life, with a little round belly on him that gave him more kinky satisfation than he could ever have imagined. He lifted off his shirt, and allowed Jac to see the small little belly that he had developed, tapping it at the side to show him that it was genuinely quite soft. “Fatten me into one of your piggy boys!” he growled with lust.
Levi had only been fed by one other feeder before. It had been a new experience, having been stuffed to the brim with food until his stomach was rather painful. He remembered feeling incredibly uncomfortable on the bus ride home, despite the fact that climaxing at that level of fullness had been the most erotic thing he had ever experienced. Now he was definitely ready to do it again, feeling a desperate desire to impress the beautiful guy he had just met for the first time. He followed Jac through the apartment, gasping as he saw the amazing view through the windows, hardly able to comprehend his luck that he was even standing in one of these multi-million dollar penthouses. Was he really being led to the bedroom already?
Jac stood at the door, barring Levi’s entrance. “Take your pants off before you come in here,” he ordered; his tone suggesting that there was no room for compromise, nor that Jac would be dropping his dominant demeanor anytime soon.
“Yes, sir!” Levi grinned, eager to submit as he kicked off his shoes and removed his pants, along with his underwear. He’d always been proud of the size of his penis. It was something all guys commented on, and he stood there, decidedly erect, waiting for Jac to comment.
Jac merely glanced down and gave the briefest of scoffs. “I’ve got other boys in here,” Jac grinned. “I’m going to fatten them, just like I am you.” With that, he gave Levi’s plush little paunch a poke, spiking his arousal even more.
Levi moaned with pleasure. “I can’t wait to be your fat little piggy!” he declared, just as Jac leaned in for a kiss; their hands sliding all over each other. Then, with a kick of Jac’s foot, the door swung open, revealing the concealed room at last.
It was the smell that hit Levi first; the stale sweat of a gym changing room. Blackout blinds covered the windows, meaning that the large, otherwise empty space was lit only from a single bulb above. In the two furthest corners of the room, two handsome and built men sat on their knees, chained to the wall. One of them even had a ball gag in his mouth, looking up only briefly, before lowering his head once more.
“Run! Get out of here!” the other guy in the corner called out as Levi walked in with Jac. “Have you eaten anything yet? He’s going to fatten you like he did the others!”
Levi’s pulse raised even further. This whole role play was even kinkier than he had expected. He had no idea that there would be others getting involved. All the while, Levi kept on grinning with enthusiasm, despite feeling that the other guy was perhaps taking it a little far with the shouting.
In the very middle of the room, Jac kissed him fiercely in front of the other two men, as if to assert his dominance. “I’ve saved you a spot just over here…” the sexy guy whispered, pointing at a set of chains that were screwed tightly into the corner of the room. He turned to the guy in the corner, still shouting at Levi to leave, zoning in on him, his gaze silencing the noisy man immediately. “Will, Will, Will…” Jac tutted. “Anyone would think you didn’t love me, going on like this!”
The man, who Levi now knew as Will, nodded his head, as if suddenly captivated by the beauty of Jac. “I love you…” he nodded slowly. “I love you so much!”
“I know you do,” Jac agreed, smirking as if he was holding back a laugh. He stepped forward, pulling the good looking guy into his crotch. There, Will moaned with lust, mouth agape, breathing in the scent of his master, looking decidely desperate to suck the dick that was hidden underneath Jac’s clothes.
Following Jac, once Will had been pacified, Levi slipped down onto his knees, copying the two other men in the room; allowing the sexy dominant to quietly cuff him.
“Good boy!” Jac smiled, looking down at Levi, now in his rightful place. “Are you hungry, little piggy?” he asked, rubbing the guy’s head and messing up his hair as another display of his total control over him, pulling his head into his crotch in much the same way as he had Will moments earlier.
“I’m starving!” Levi nodded, adding as much enthusiasm as he could, considering how much the other guys were all going for it.
Just behind the door, sat a small plate with a delicious looking cream cake. Levi licked his lips theatrically as Jac brought it towards him. “I prepared it just for you!” Jac declared, sitting it down on the floor in front of the naked Levi.
“Don’t eat that…” the other guy mumbled, as if not quite able to think clearly, but still trying hard.
“Dig in, Piggy!” Jac ordered, stepping back and allowing Levi to brace himself on all fours, something Levi was just about able to do given the sufficient slack on the chains. From there, he threw his mouth down straight onto it and gorged upon it in a way that he hoped Jac would find kinky and arousing. He licked around his mouth and could just about reach his nose to slide the mess onto his nose and suck it clean. “Good boy!” Jac laughed. “You did the right thing.”
Levi smiled, feeling that he would have done anything for Jac; absolutely anything in the world. He’d never met anyone like him before, and knew that he never would again. But suddenly, Jac was leaving the room, as if he had lost interest in an instant. The door closed and Levi was left feeling a little disorientated, chained as he was to the wall. “Where’s he gone?” he asked the only other person who was able to speak to him.
“He…” the guy tried to reply, sounding hungover, before losing track entirely and falling silent.
Levi waited patiently, still feeling an incredible sense of eroticism for the scenario that he was in. He looked over at the other guys in there with him, admiring their fit, toned bodies. For that, Levi felt a small spike of jealousy. Although he had decided to give into his gaining urges for the past few months, Levi knew he wouldn’t keep at it for long. Before the summer ended, he planned to start a big cut and get back in shape. This belly, as cute as it was, was not going to be a permanent fixture, that was for sure. He wasn’t quite ready to lose himself entirely to these kinks of his.
After fifteen minutes or so, Levi heard voices once more, coming from somewhere in the apartment. “Here comes another one,” the guy in the corner mumbled, apparently waking up a little more than before. “Every hour a new one of us arrives!”
Even the other man in the corner looked up as the door opened and Jac walked in with a new person by his side. Levi recognised him right away as Harry, a guy he’d spoken to many times online. Undressed and naked, he followed Jac into the room, much like Levi only half an hour earlier; his erection just as solid as Levi’s was now upon seeing Jac once more. Although slightly shorter in real life than Levi had pictured him, Harry was a beautifully toned and handsome guy, with a wicked way with words when he’d encouraged Levi to overeat whilst they had been online together in the past. But why would Harry be interested in coming to a feeder’s place? Was he here to feed Levi as well? Or, would Jac feed them both together? Fuck! That would be a super hot scenario to be in!
“You need to go now!” a groggy, chained-up Will called out as Harry kissed Jac with passion in the middle of the room. “Run!”
“Hey, Harry!” Levi chimed in. “What’re you doing here?” he asked, despite not really being heard over the noise of his overzealous companion in the room. He sighed; finding the guy’s performance a little overdone. “Don’t worry about him,” he called to Harry. “I think he might be an actor or something. I’m not sure about the other guy,” he nodded across the room to the man in the ball gag.
“These are my piggies,” Jac announced before Harry could reply or even acknowledge Levi at all. “Are you ready to join them?”
“Hell yeah!” Harry nodded with lust, slipping down onto his knees and allowing the chains to be placed around his wrists. Levi felt a pang of excitement too. Now that the room was filled, maybe they would finally start getting going with this super kinky role play!
“You’re just in time for the show,” Jac grinned with excitement. “But, first things first…” he smirked, disappearing for only a second and returning with another cream cake, identical to the one Levi had eaten. “Are you ready to impress me?”
“Don’t eat it!” cried the man in the corner again, making Levi roll his eyes. The guy probably thought he was adding a sense of mystery and intrigue to this role play, however, he seemed to shout with such conviction that it actually became a bit of a buzz-kill.
“Eat it up, Harry!” Levi shouted across. “I’ve had mine. It was delicious!”
Harry did exactly as he was instructed, overcome with arousal for Jac and this scenario in much the same way that Levi was. Their keeper, Jac, laughing with delight as he saw the piggish way Harry guzzled it down with such enthusiasm.
As soon as Harry was done, Jac turned his back on him, looking instead at the man with the ball gag, in the corner next to Harry. Dripping in sweat, the man seemed reluctant to look Jac in the eyes, positively squirming as he became Jac’s focus. “I said 6.15, didn’t I, Piggy?” Jac smirked, holding up his wrist to look at his expensive watch as it ticked down the time. “And that is in fifty seconds from now!”
With that, Jac reached down, removed the ball gag and managed to unclip the cuffs on the man’s wrists with surprising speed. “Please… please don’t…” the muscular captive mumbled even after they’d kissed with surprising sweetness.
Jac seemed to revel in his whimpering. “No, Piggy. It’s too late…” he laughed.
“I don’t think I want to be a…”
“Awh! That’s just too bad, Piggy!” Jac teased him, with an obvious hard-on pressing against the crotch of his pants. “Just ten more seconds!”
Their lips met once more, but with a final surge of energy, the man seemed to tear himself away and quickly made for the door.
Jac simply stood with an even bigger grin on his face as he watched his captive flee. “Run!” cried Will. “Find the front door!”
“3…2…1…” counted an elated Jac, holding up his watch again as he kept a beady eye on the naked man staggering his way down the long corridor; the sounds of door handles being tried were all everyone, apart from Jac, could now detect from the escapee.
Suddenly, a loud moan was heard from the corridor, followed by the most tremendous burp that roared up with a fury. Jac laughed with sheer joy. His cruel eyes seemed to dance with fire and his smile was brighter than anything Levi had ever seen before. Then he left, following the fleeing man and closing the door behind them both.
Now, the shouting man in the corner lowered his head in defeat. “It’s too late,” he simply mumbled.
“Is he coming back?” new-boy, Harry, asked Levi, surprised that they had all been left alone in the room.
“Yeah, he’ll be back,” Levi nodded, keen to show his expertise. “This whole thing is kinky as fuck!” he growled, feeling even more aroused now that Harry was here as well.
“You boys have no idea…” the other man sighed, shaking his head in disapproval, but thankfully remaining silent thereafter.
The time passed with relative speed after that; now that Levi had someone to chat to in the room. It seemed that Harry was just as aroused as Levi was and they spent their time speculating over the many possible erotic scenarios that might unfold next; both of them very much convinced that the performance of the previously ball-gagged man in the corner had all been that of an actor. The other guy in the corner simply shook his head silently, only confirming in Levi and Harry’s mind that he was part of this storyline as well.
“Fucking hell! Another one!” Levi mumbled in surprise as he heard a new voice from outside of the room. Harry raised his eyebrows as well. It was true; someone else had indeed arrived at the apartment.
Levi looked over at their other companion, Will, trying to gauge whether he too was expecting yet another guy to be joining them that evening. However, as Levi turned his head, his nose picked up the stench of sweat. Will’s face and, indeed, his entire body was positively glistening.
“Jeez, dude! You stink!” Levi grumbled, having decided that he didn’t care how impolite he sounded. Will had been far too into his role and had spoiled some of the eroticism when both he and Harry had arrived.
In walked Jac once more; this time with a young, handsome guy that Levi thought he recognised from somewhere, although he wasn’t all that sure. Their dominant host introduced them all as the ‘piggies’ once again; Levi and Harry nodding with lustful pleasure to go along with it all. When Jac told the new boy to get down on the floor to be cuffed in the now vacant corner, both Harry and Levi cheered him on; as they did when his cream cake was served and the horned-up guy had to eat it all whilst on all-fours in his corner. This time, the previously vocal man in the corner was completely silent; perhaps reflecting on the fact that his earlier performances had been a little over the top.
After the initiation was done, Jac turned his attention back to the only man who had been there longer than Levi. “Oh dear, little piggy!” he laughed, seeming to notice just how sweaty the guy had become. “It looks like it’s almost your turn… How exciting!”
Jac leaned down and unlocked the man’s chains. Despite the guy’s resistance and overzealous approach to the role play earlier, he seemed to have changed character completely. He was now playing someone a lot more submissive, resigned to the inevitable as Jac lavished him with attention at last. The pair kissed and touched each other as if so desperately in love. But then Jac pulled back and laughed. He tugged at the guy’s arm, pulling him to the middle of the room, directly under the single hanging bulb.
“Are you ready to show these piggies what they’re in for?” Jac asked. “None of them have seen it yet. You’re the only one!”
The man was silent and he closed his eyes tight shut as he saw Jac raise his wrist to count the seconds ticking down on his watch. Levi didn’t know why he was so aroused. It was probably the done thing that they were all to run out of the room at this point, wherein the next part of this sexually charged scenario would continue. But the man didn’t seem as though he intended to move. Instead, all his muscles were tensed, as if he was bracing himself for a massive impact. His eyes were closed tight, as if he never expected to open them again.
“5…4…”
Levi and the other boys joined in, smiling with arousal as the sexy Jac toyed with them all.
“3…2…1…”
As all four of them called out ‘Zero,’ the man in the middle of the room suddenly doubled over slightly, growling as though a great wave of pain had just attacked his stomach. He lifted his head once more, then gave the loudest, most intense burp, as if there was to be no air left in his body at all.
Jac’s eyes danced with burning light as Will’s body started moving in the most unnatural manner; his hips rocking back and forth, slowly at first, then faster and faster. The coordination and choreography involved was really quite impressive, Levi thought. But then things started to get stranger and Levi stopped smiling with glee as something else began happening. Will’s stomach seemed to be bloating. He’d thought the guy had been pushing it out to start with, but now it seemed far too extreme to be explained away just like that. Now when his hips shook, there was a definite flutter of jiggle in what appeared to be love-handles actually forming on his sides. Jac seemed to have noticed as well, for inbetween his howls of delight, he began poking and prodding Will in the areas that were causing Levi to look up with such alarm. He wanted to look across at Harry and ask if he knew what this was, but the horror of it all kept his eyes glued in place. Will was literally changing before their eyes. There was no way that this could be anything but real.
The swell of Will’s stomach, inflating more and more, began to resemble a very real paunch in almost no time at all. Even his groin was filling with mass. With his side-on view, Levi could also so the width of Will also increasing. His thighs and butt were increasing in size, however it was obvious that there was absolutely nothing but pure fat being deposited all over his body. Pretty soon, his swollen tummy had an actual shelf below his chest; something else that appeared to be softening with extreme speed. As his body rocked, his nipples began to jiggle more and more, showing that Will no longer had the extreme athleticism that he once had. With his eyes still shut tight, Will looked like he was trying desperately to igore or fight back anything that was being done to him. His face was swelling with fat, stealing his jawline entirely and seeming to build itself, wrapping around his neck like a scarf and creating the beginnings of a small bump at the very back of his head.
Jac, hysterical with joy, continued poking and prodding the fattening man. He could now fill his entire hand with the blubber around Will’s waist and so he grabbed at it keenly, shaking and wobbling the fat as if to remind Will that this was actually happening to him. But Jac also took time to glance over at the three other guys, laughing as he saw the fear and surprise in their eyes.
Things suddenly became a lot more serious. The fat that had acumulated on Will’s stomach was now expanding further, reshaping itself with folds in the skin. Jac raised the guy’s arms in the air so that he could witness this phase better; the fat encircling his waist, making it look like a ball was being pumped from within. The fat from his chest had started gathering under his arms and his nipples seemed to slide out of place as they jiggled and bounced.
When Jac dropped the guy’s arms and slapped Will’s butt, Levi couldn’t get over how much the fat rippled across the glutes and thighs. What’s more, Levi hadn’t even noticed the gradual loss of definition in the guy’s muscular arms until they were now large, doughy and shapeless with fat. His neck was disappearing entirely, with large puffed up cheeks masking the striking man he used to be. As the gut pushed outwards, the fat simulatenously swelled into his back and rear, widening him in all directions. The man’s penis, once a prominent feature, was now almost entirely masked by the blubbery thighs and a strange sack of fat, like a small belly, that had filled Will’s groin, threatening to bury his penis entirely. Then, all of a sudden, the man’s swollen belly began to sag and the genitals disappeared entirely out of Levi’s view.
Every part of Will’s body now wobbled and bounced. Levi had no idea how massive the man had become, knowing only that he was larger than any of the guys he had ever checked out on the gaining websites and socials he visited. At some point, the great fattening spectacle ended and Will fell into the unnaturally strong arms of Jac, having clearly fainted. “You’re next, piglets!” he laughed, looking around at the three chained guys in the room, whilst holding the well over five hundred pound man up like an enormous teddy bear. Then, with complete ease, he dragged Will out of the room and shut the door.
“What the fuck!” shouted the new guy from the corner once they were alone. “Was that real?”
“I think so,” Levi nodded, somehow sounding calm.
“He told me not to eat the food,” Harry mumbled, pointing accusingly at Levi; his mind clearly recounting everything that had happened previously.
Levi felt a pang of guilt, having actively encouraged the other two to do exactly what Jac had wanted.
“He doesn’t care! He’s already fat!” the newest guy suddenly blasted, turning on Levi as well. “He probably wants this!” he growled with anger.
“I’m not fat like that!” Levi stated defensively, looking down at his small tummy. “Why are we even arguing about this?”
“We’ve got to get out of here!” Harry suddenly jumped in, tugging at the strong chains that held him to the wall.
“And what good would that do?” Levi asked. “I think we all know that whatever caused Will to fatten like that… it was the same thing that was in those cakes we ate.”
“Well, I’m not sticking around to find out,” Harry proclaimed with defiance, straining himself as he tried to pull even harder at the chains.
“Harry, come on! Be smart about this! You don’t even have any clothes.”
“So, what, we just accept that we’re toast?” the new guy added, outraged.
“We need to think about how we convince the next guy to run for it so that he doesn’t fall into this trap as well,” Levi reasoned.
“Coming from the guy who positively encouraged us to eat that cream cake?” Harry blasted angrily.
“I didn’t know that this was all real!” Levi tried to defend himself. “I was a little late. I didn’t see this happen to the other guys in here.”
“There were others?” the new guy asked with horror.
“It seems to go like clockwork. A new guy arrives every eighty minutes or so. It’s like some sort of twisted conveyorbelt,” Levi explained, suddenly remembering that he was next to reach the end of it.
The boys pondered on that idea for some time and they sat in silence, contemplating their fate. It was hard to tell how quickly or slowly time ran in that deserted room. Sometimes they would hear the distant sounds of Jac talking with someone on the phone, flirting with them in much the same way he had captured Levi, along with the other two.
“You sound so kinky…” Jac was heard to flirt. He seemed to be standing directly outside of the room, as if to deliberately tease and goad his chained-up victims. “I want to turn you into my big fat boy… Come over. Let me feed you!” He laughed and moaned down the phone, pretending to find whatever lustful retort his prospective victim came up with the most arousing thing he had heard all year. “My address? Are you really sure? I’m a very kinky guy, you know? I like to lock my boys up and feed them. Then I watch them fatten and grow for me.”
The three boys all looked at each other feeling extremely foolish. There was nothing that Jac had told them that wasn’t true. They’d all been warned; every last one of them.
Levi contemplated the transformation he had just witnessed, trying to convince himself that it had all been some sort of elaborate trick. Things like that simply could not happen in real life; not really. But he’d witnessed it himself; with his own eyes. Inexplicably, it somehow felt harder to recall the details as the minutes crept away; as if the memory of it was slowly being erased from his mind entirely. The time continued to slip by and Levi sat quietly, listening to the other two chatting with relative calmness, despite feeling no desire to join in himself. He felt like a black cloud was hovering over him, getting darker and more angry as the seconds ticked away. In fact, Levi was only pulled out of his own thoughts when he noticed a huge bead of sweat rolling down his nose and splashing onto the floor.
“Are you all right?” Harry asked, suddenly noticing the way Levi was looking at his arms and torso.
“I think this is how it starts,” Levi fretted, lifting his arm and smelling the stench of sweat. He could hardly believe the words as they tumbled out of his mouth. “I think it might be my turn!”
Right on cue, the three boys heard someone new arriving in the apartment. “GET OUT OF HERE!” they began shouting; although none of them seemed to recall exactly why. It was just something they said they would do for a purpose that wasn’t completely clear in their heads. “HE’S GOT US LOCKED UP! CALL THE POLICE!”
As they shouted and wailed, it was clear that the voices were still getting closer and closer to the room. Suddenly, the door opened and in walked a smiling athletic guy, naked and already rubbing his own hardness as he surveyed the chains and other naked guys. “This is so fucking horny!” he grinned with arousal, only seeming to stroke his dick harder as the three of them tried to warm him. He swept in to kiss Jac, looking just as besotted as they all were.
After the kiss, Jac simply stood and listened to them shouting and wailing their warnings. His smile filled his face and Levi suddenly understood that this was actually his real game; where the thrill of his set up really gave him a buzz. He gave all his victims plenty of warning, yet they would all fall into his trap, no matter what. “You see that sweaty piggy in the corner?” he pointed at Levi. “The one with the blubbery, little paunch on him? He’s the next one I’m going to do it to.”
“What’re you going to feed him?” the latest guy asked, still stroking himself with absolute arousal.
Jac took the guy’s hand, stopping him from pleasuring himself and taking his first steps to control at long last. “First things first…” he smiled, pointing into the now vacant corner of the room.
Levi had given up shouting now, but the other two were still trying, watching as the handsome boy slipped onto his knees and allowed the chains to be fixed around his wrists. Then, with eyes filled with love and lust for his captor, the boy slipped onto all fours and inhaled the cream cake that was brought to him.
The two other guys fell suddenly silent, realising, just like Levi, that all their warnings were futile. Jac would always win.
“Come on, little piggy!” Jac smiled at Levi, bending down to unlock his chains.
Despite himself, Levi felt the semi he’d had since Jac came in suddenly stiffen into concrete. There was just something so all-consuming about the man’s presence. Even with everything Levi thought he knew, he still felt… in love.
“Now, you’re going to be a good piggy, aren’t you?” Jac asked him. “We’ve got to show the new boy what’s in store for him,” he stated seriously, positioning the sweaty Levi under the single light bulb, facing the newest captive, as if he was about to put on a show. “Hmm, what do you have to say for yourself?” he teased.
Levi swallowed, deciding that fighting this was not something he could physically do. “I’m a good piggy,” he nodded, looking earnestly up at the man he was most attracted to in the whole world.
Jac’s face spread with surprise and delight at Levi’s submission. “Oh, you are?” he laughed. “You hear that?” he called to the other three. “This one says he’s a good piggy!” He turned to speak softly into Levi’s ear. “Are you going to fatten up beautifully for me? Turn this little belly of yours into something spectacular?”
“Yes,” Levi nodded.
Jac smirked and raised his arm to look at his watch. “Do the countdown with me then, Piggy!” he whispered. “10… 9…8…”
Levi tried to join him, but he was at least half a second behind Jac each time; too overcome with the experience.
“6….5…4…”
Levi looked at the newest guy in front of him; his wide smile and naive understanding of where he actually was.
“3…2…”
Levi couldn’t finish. A deep, primal urge to roll forwards and hold his stomach suddenly overcame him. He moaned from the dull pain that seemed to be emanating from his stomach, then he suddenly stood upright, opening his throat and letting out the most insane burp of his entire life. He started to notice that his hips were shaking backwards and forwards, with Jac crying out in delight; his words incomprehensible to Levi at that moment with all the strange physical sensations that were ripping through his body. He placed his hands on his stomach, feeling it rising like dough beneath his chest. Then Jac smacked his hands away so that he didn’t block anyone else’s view of the transformation that was already beginning to occur.
“Look at him!” Jac was shouting, as Levi felt his butt being slapped and his love handle pinched. “Look at this beautiful fat! It’s fantastic!”
As Levi’s body rocked uncontrollably, he began to feel more and more areas jiggling. He knew his ass had started to swell, for it shook wildy. But then that jiggle started to spill out, into his thighs and even into his back. Since his little gain after the holidays, he’d already experienced a little movement in his chest, but now he felt his nipples shaking like never before, with the feeling of an odd mass beginning to surround his erect penis.
Levi knew that he had altered by quite a considerable amount, for the new victim in the corner now curled up against the wall, starting with shock and horror. Levi tried to look down, feeling a ring of fat squeezing into his neck. He saw his hands, unrecognisable with chubby fingers and mere dimples where his knuckles once were. Then, all of sudden, there it was: a giant mass of stomach that had created its own shelf beneath his doughy chest. Jac had slipped his finger inside the belly button and was using it to shake the incredible, soft lard that had formed such a giant tank on his body.
Standing up and keeping balance was getting harder. Levi readjusted his feet, but he always felt the strong arm of Jac pressing against his back, as if he knew exactly when he was needed to step in. Levi let his head rock back and rest against Jac’s broad chest, surrendering himself entirely to the fattening that was occurring.
“Ata, boy!” Jac cooed, enjoying Levi’s total surrender, allowing the magic of the transformation to tear through him without the slightest resistance.
Levi began to breathe deeply, feeling an incredibly warm and tingling arousal in his penis. He closed his eyes and moaned softly. He could feel his whole body swinging backwards and forwards like a large, increasingl heavy and speherical pendulum. But the feeling of arousal was so pleasant and comforting, there in Jac’s strong grip. He had no concept of how fat he had grown, but in that moment, he had no regrets in the slightest. It was as if Jac had been the person he had been waiting to meet his entire life.
“I think you’re going to be my fattest pig of the day,” Jac whispered, sending Levi into an inexplicably instant and intense orgasm that made him howl and his knees buckle, forcing Jac to hold him up entirely.
Levi felt his eyes grow heavy. The transformation over.
“You’re next!” he heard Jac laugh towards Harry. Then he felt his entire, monstrously obese body being dragged out of the room, with no idea what would come next.

A Psychopath's Son: A Hello Neighbor Fanfic
By JJ
Summary: A doctor grows a little too fond of their patient.
(P.S., a swapped version of this!)
👇
(P.P.S, for @ghostly-writers !)
Theodore Peterson was one of the best doctors in the Missouri mental hospital. He specializes in looking after all of the little psychopaths in the place.
His specialty is children.
He's never really been too fond of children, but ever since he's lost his own children in a dangerous accident, he's taken it upon himself to tame little brats like these.
Anyway, one night, he was just doing his nightly patrol and making sure all of the children were asleep, but noticed that one of the windows inside of cell 567 was open.
He kicked open the door to really see the open window, and he almost crushed his walkie talkie when he was about to make a call...
But then he heard whimpering.
It was coming from outside.
Feeling a bit of empathy, he climbed out the window to quickly catch up with the whimpering, and he followed the sounds to behind one of the trees in the field.
Behind the tree, he saw a child, messy hair and pale skin, hugging his knees.
Ted recognized this boy. One of his coworkers mentioned that his name was Nicky.
"What are you doing out here, young man?", he harshly asked the child. "You should be in bed."
The boy cowered away from him, still hugging his knees. Ted crawled towards the boy, trying to pull him towards him. "Come on, now. It's late, you should be -"
"NO!"
The boy got up and ran away from him, hiding behind another tree. Ted got up and followed the boy, but Nicky just cowered away from him.
"I don't want to go to sleep.", he whimpered, "I don't want to go back to sleep. There's monsters."
Ted looked at Nicky, really worried. "Monsters?", he asked. "Child, there aren't any monsters, I promise."
All of a sudden, Nicky started crying. "Don't make me go back to sleep.", he whimpered. "I don't want to see the monster, don't make me go back to sleep."
Ted gently approached Nicky and wrapped his arms around him, and Nicky tried to squirm away, but he eventually warmed up to the man's touch. "It's alright, child.", he whispered. "I will protect you from the monsters."
Nicky began to relax, and he went from crying to just softly sniffling and breathing.
"Just go to sleep, dear."
Soon enough, Nicky was fast asleep.
Ted carried Nicky all the way back to his room, tucked him in, and made sure he was extra comfortable before he left.
This was the first time he actually felt himself connect with a child. It's been so long since he ever had that connection with someone ever since he lost his family.
He didn't know, but Nicky was just...different.
The following week, he asked one of his coworkers for more information on the boy, and they told him that he was only four when his parents left him at his grandmother's house and never came back because they died at their jobs.
His grandmother had been abusing him for a while and leaving him in places far away from home, and it didn't take long for the poor boy to go insane and attack her out of fear.
And that's how he ended up here.
Ted couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor boy.
He looked more into his history here and found that he had a couple of past violent incidents where he attacked some of the staff, because he thought they were demons.
As he was reading more about him, he had absentmindedly walked into the field and he heard some of the children laughing hysterically and...pushing?
"Ha ha! Stupid!"
"Let's push him against the wall!"
"No, let's push him against the fence!"
"I want to push him too!"
He walked closer to the crowd of children, and his eyes widened when he saw that there were children harshly pushing Nicky around.
Nicky was screaming and crying. "Stop it! Stop it!"
"Stop it! Stop it!", one of the children mocked him.
Immediately, Ted threw down the files in his hand and stomped over to the children and pulled Nicky out of the crowd. He angrily looked at the children like a predator stalking its prey.
"All of you. Inside. Now."
The children walked back inside, the guards leading them back in and closing the door behind them. Meanwhile, Nicky was squirming in Ted's hold as the doctor tried to calm him down.
"Nicky, calm down, please!"
"Leave me alone!"
The boy tried to get away from him, but Ted kept a firm grip on his small body. Eventually, he stopped struggling and just fell limp like a ragdoll.
"It's okay, Nicky.", Ted whispered into Nicky's ear, "Everything will be okay. I'm here, I'll be here for you."
Like last time, Nicky relaxed in Ted's hold, letting him carry him back inside. But instead of carrying him back to his room, Ted carried him to one of the break rooms.
He sat him down on the chair across from him.
"Are you alright now, Nicky?", he asked. Nicky curled up and hugged his knees.
"I'm tired.", said Nicky. "But I don't want to go to sleep."
Ted gently took Nicky's hand and rubbed his knuckles, "I know, dear. Just relax."
Nicky tried to stay awake, but he kept rubbing his eyes and yawning, so Ted went over to him and gently rubbed his forehead, making Nicky slowly fall asleep.
"Don't fight it, Nicky. Just relax."
Nicky yawned one last time and leaned back against the chair, his eyes closed and his body motionless. Ted didn't move, he just sat across from Nicky and watched him sleep.
After a while, Nicky started twitching and whimpering. Ted guessed that he was probably having a nightmare, so he went and sat next to him, gently rubbing his forehead again.
And Nicky began to relax, he stopped whimpering and twitching, and he relaxed at Ted's gentle touch.
Ted smiled at the boy, "He's such a cute child."
Too bad he wasn't his child.
...But maybe Nicky didn't know that.
"Heh."
The boy was in such a weak mental state, he didn't even know how to feel.
Ted knew it was wrong, but he and Nicky had a lot in common. They both lost their loved ones and were slowly losing their minds, and they could both use something (or someone) to fill that empty space in their hearts.
The only thing Nicky saw were demons, and Ted was the only one who he allowed to comfort him. It was actually quite nice to see.
He reminded him of his own children.
A while later, Ted asked his boss to assign him as Nicky's doctor. While hesitant and reluctant, he assigned Ted to Nicky.
The rest of the nurses and doctors were a little surprised, as Nicky had a past of attacking doctors and other patients, and even more so to find out that Ted wasn't worried about that at all.
So him and Nicky sat across from each other in the break room, and Nicky was actually speaking to him about his life.
"I don't know how my parents died. All the police told me was that they had an accident on their way to pick me up from my grandma's, and they didn't make it.", he said, curling up a bit and hugging his knees again. "My grandma was assigned as my legal guardian, but I don't think she even liked me. She always left me in huge places where I'd always get lost and cry out for someone to help me. Then I began seeing things in the dark and I just got so scared, and after I attacked her,...she called the police and I was sent here."
He started crying.
"It's not fair!", he cried, "I'm alone, and I'm scared, and all anyone wants to do is laugh at me and hurt me and treat me bad! It's not fair!"
Ted just sat and watched as Nicky cried, and after a while, he put down his notepad and went over to Nicky to sit next to him. He gently laid Nicky's head down on his lap and caressed his forehead.
He figured that Nicky was so deep in his weak state, he decided to try something.
"Daddy's here, Nicky."
Nicky didn't even jump back!
He just relaxed further in Ted's touch, still curled up, but he's not crying anymore.
"Don't cry anymore, love. Daddy's here for you.", he said. "You're so small and so fragile, I don't want you to break yourself. Don't cry my dear, just relax and let Daddy take care of you."
The boy yawned, "Okay, Daddy."
Ted felt his heart just swell when he said that. Sure, he was a little crazy and his mentality wasn't the best, but Ted was just happy to have a child. Even if the child wasn't his.
After a month, Ted and Nicky kept meeting up. Whenever Nicky was close to having an episode, Ted would just hold him close and gently caress him, whispering comforting words into his ears.
But something Ted least expected was for a meeting with his boss...
It was about Nicky.
"What do you mean he's getting better?"
His boss just shrugged. "Nicky has made some amazing progress. I don't know what you've been doing to him, but it's made him recover so much faster. That's awesome, Ted. Now he's on his way out -"
"But where is he supposed to stay? Who will take care of him?"
"Well, his grandmother is still -"
"Absolutely not."
Ted didn't even let his boss finish before he stormed out of the office and slammed the door behind him.
He wouldn't let his boy be taken away from him. He didn't even care if Nicky wasn't his child, Nicky was only getting better because of him. He had gotten too attached to Nicky, and he wasn't going to let him go.
Nicky was just absentmindedly packing up his clothes, and then Ted walked in, his smile so wide, his face could almost split in two.
"Mr. Peterson?", he asked. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm just here to say goodbye.", said Ted, "I have really enjoyed the time we spent together, and I feel...too attached to you to let you leave me."
"What...?", Nicky said, feeling a little scared. "I mean, I enjoyed our time together too, but...I can't stay here forever."
Ted sighed, "I understand that, Nicholas.", he said. He sat down next to the boy and his smile softened, looking less frightening. "But before you go, could you maybe give your favorite doctor one last hug?"
Nicky sat down his bag and smiled at the doctor, "Of course.", he said.
Without another thought, he wrapped his arms around Ted and buried his face in his chest. He felt relaxed at first, but then he felt a sharp pain in his neck.
He tried to jump back, but Ted tightened his grip around Nicky's body, and Nicky felt himself slowly fall asleep.
When Nicky woke up, he found himself wrapped up in a soft blanket on a mattress. He sat up a little, and he saw Ted sitting in the corner on an armchair.
"Oh hello, dear.", he said. "Glad to see you're finally awake."
Nicky wiped his eyes, "Mr. Peterson, what am I doing here?", he asked. "I can't be here, I'm supposed to be going home."
Ted got up and walked over to Nicky, he sat down next to him and warmly smiled at him. "Nicky, honey, you are home. You're here with me, I will take care of you.", he said. "I won't let that woman take you away from me only for you to end up right where you started."
Nicky shook his head, his eyes filling up with tears, "No! No no no no no no! I can't stay here! I have a home, this isn't it! I -"
Ted didn't listen to Nicky's little meltdown, he just slowly wrapped his arms around him and gently caressed his head like he always did. Although Nicky tried to fight it, he started to relax.
"I...I..."
"Shhhh...it's okay, Nicky.", said Ted, "Daddy's here, love. I will take care of you. I won't let you leave me, and I won't let anyone take you from me, I love you so much."
He scooped Nicky into his large arms and carried him out of the room.
"We're going downstairs so I can make you some breakfast. After we eat, I will discuss the rules with you. Do you understand, love?"
Nicky yawned, feeling completely out of it, but he didn't care. Right now, he was tired and a little hungry.
"Yes, daddy."

St✮r(Star) .ᐟ
A/n the song features in here is called ‘Sorry’ by beabadoope if you wanna give it a listen.
~~~~~~
You and Toji dated for only a couple years 3 at best until you decided to call it off because you just didn’t think you were spending enough time together especially with you being in a band and him by the times you get home just not being there. It made you feel lonely and just upset. Even when you would spend time together it was awkward and always short lived conversations.
So when you finally told him you wanted to break up you didn’t expect him to actually flip out…
🀥
Around the time of your performance for some reason Toji thought it would be a good idea to text you and show you that he brought tickets.
[1 image] 5:45 p.m
‘Got your tickets babe..’ 5:45 p.m
‘I’m not your babe’ 5:46 p.m
‘I know you miss me’ 5:48 p.m (Seen 5:48 p.m)
A couple hours later you were getting ready to go on stage just doing some mic checks and checking to make sure your instruments work you were on stage practicing with your guitar when you heard your phone ringing you pick it up.
“Hello?”
“How’s your practice goin’?”
[call ended]
You hated the way he kept in contact with you I mean you would block him but only if you could get a new number and phone to bad you weren’t really willing to buy a whole new phone especially with the way your living it’s not like your broke but you can’t afford a new phone and then pay rent so you’re left on a limb.
The time to go for your show to start and the light shine on your band mates and you. You start to play ‘Sorry’
✰ ✰ ✰
After the show you were putting up your things backstage until you saw Toji leaning against the wall near the exit door
“What are you doing here”
“I just missed you babe—“
“I’m not your babe!”
“Come on…don’t be like that”
You shove past him walking to your car and shoving your stuff inside he grabs your wrist pulling you against his chest. “I miss you” he coo’s
“Toji!—“
He pulls you into a small kiss only for you to push him away and go into your car slamming the door you rolled down the window. “I don’t wanna see your face again!” You roll the window back up driving off into the sunset you show up home late because you went to seek comfort from your best friend after what the stunt Toji pulled earlier.
★🎸🎧⋆。 °⋆
You entered your house sluggishly kicking your shoes off and laying face down into the couch just being there for a couple minutes made you tired and right as you were slipping in and out of sleep you heard a knock at your door you get up dragging your feet and opening the door with a groan.
“Who is it-“ your eyes widened at the sight it was none other than Toji holding a bouquet of roses with a dumb smile on his face he basically invites himself in making himself comfortable on the roses placed on the coffee table in front of him
“Aah…babe I didn’t know you got new furniture~”
“Toji why are you even here?” You say rubbing your temples
“I want you to take me back come on!”
You make your way to the couch crossing your arms scoffing “seriously?”
“Yes ‘seriously’ come on I swear we’ll spend every moment together this time”
At this point you didn’t even think he was serious about this you just thought he was drunk maybe and he just stumbled upon flowers brought them impulsively with the thought of apologizing to you and showing up at your house yup sounds exactly like him
“As if you’re just saying that—“ he gets up taking your hand in his and placing it against his chest
“Come on baby I’m begging here”
He brings your hand up to his face making your cup his cheeks then he slowly lowers it to his lips placing a small peck on your hand. “I’ll do anything just to make it right come on Y/n”
This form of affection wasn’t new to you but coming from Toji it felt new…it felt real new you’ve never seen the man beg not even a little and now he’s practically begging for you to take him back.
It wouldn’t hurt to try one more time right?
Love Awaits
Happy New Year! This is my post for Day 3. Yes, I know it's a bit late and I'm very sorry for that. It's also not set in 1910 but in Marcel's youth. We have a bit of a "found family" coming together in this AU. This is a little longer than usual to make up for the delay.
Randall was her responsibility. It was only a few years ago he was kicked out of their home. Randall was a Bennett and the Bennetts valued family but Randall was a boy and he didn't quite fit. Bonnie took on the responsibility of caring for him and abandoned the only home she knew. He was only a small child, but their bastard father saw Randall as useless. It was early in the year when they had lost their mother from magical overload in defeating a pack of rogue wolves that were terrorizing a nearby town. Grief turned their father cruel. Bonnie and Randall left their small town Louisiana for the city. She was essentially a single mother at just fifteen with a five year old to take care of. It was hard but they made it work.
Years passed and they were happy. All they had was each other but that was enough. Randall even referred to Bonnie as his mother. At the age of 10, Randall found a slightly older boy unconscious by a pond. With his magic, he was able to send a message to his older sister. Luckily, she was not too far away and could provide medical aid to the unnamed boy with the knowledge she had from working as a nurse. Upon waking, the boy introduced himself as Marcel. Despite Marcel's insistence that he could walk home on the other side of the city, Bonnie and Randall brought him to their small home.
Hours passed and the boys lost time playing games (nothing too strenuous in consideration for Marcel's condition). Bonnie was making dinner when a belligerent knocking started at their door. When seeing the vampire snarling at her, Bonnie immediately sent him an aneurysm with her powers. She only stopped at Marcel crying out that this was his father. A vampire daddy was unheard of, but Bonnie believed the boy. With Marcel explaining the situation to his father (he was jumped by a rival to his father), the tension in the room disappeared. Bonnie made the sudden decision to invite the vampire inside if he provided his name. Klaus Mikaelson. From this point on, the families were close and the boys were basically inseparable.
It was a summer morning months later when Marcel dragged his father to the Bennett home. Klaus entered ready to greet Bonnie and Randall ran by with only one shoe to play outside with Marcel. Klaus called out to him, “Randall, get back here. You can't run off without your other shoe.”
The boy ran back inside the house to retrieve the shoe with Marcel following him. “I've been looking for it everywhere,” Randall said. Thanks, Pa.”
Bonnie appeared from the kitchen hearing their exchange with her hands on her hips. She voiced her confusion towards Randall. “Pa? He's not your father.”
“But Marcel said-”
“Shhhh,” interrupted Marcel while glaring at the younger boy.
Klaus raised a brow at his son and asked, “Marcellus, what did you tell him?”
“I only said it would be nice if we were a family.”
Randall continued, “And he said that mothers and fathers belong together.”
“Quiet!”
Bonnie could sense one of their childish arguments brewing. The arguments were never over anything serious but they tended to work out their problems physically and she didn't want them wrestling in the house. The last time they did so, they broke a vase of flowers. “Boys, we aren't together,” the Bennett witch remarked.
Marcel rolled his eyes at Bonnie's denial. “Are you sure?” he asked.
“Of course.”
“Then why is Pa so nice to you when he's mean to all the other ladies in covens?” Randall wondered aloud.
“He's not your Pa, Randall,” corrected his older sister/maternal figure.
Klaus and Bonnie were close but it wasn’t a relationship. “I respect Bonnie more than the arrogant witches of the city,” the Original justified.
Marcel joined in the questioning, “if you aren't together, why do you two always spend time together?”
Bonnie was surprised by the sudden interrogation and felt a bit defensive. The boys were together like glue. It shouldn't be so shocking that their guardians knew each other well. “We don't spend that much time together alone. You both are always with us.”
Randall was tired of their ridiculous excuses when he knew the truth. “Why did I see Klaus laying in bed with you?” he accused. “You were kissing!”
“Randall, what have I told you about spying?”
Instead of listening to the lecture he knew was coming, Randall took off with both shoes on his feet at lightning speed. He did not want to deal with his sister's wrath at him for violating her privacy. It didn't seem like a big deal to him anyway. He left immediately when he saw their lips touch. Marcel laughed as he went to catch Randall.
Klaus couldn’t help but to observe Bonnie and admire her beauty, even in her anger. “They think we’re in love,” Klaus said with a laugh.
Bonnie sighed, “it sounds silly and imaginative.” As much as her body desired his touch, they couldn't ever be romantically involved.
“We couldn’t ever be in love.” Feelings would complicate things. It would be a mistake for them to create a family together. Mortality would always separate them. As witches, they could never find happiness as vampires. Marcel could choose to turn when he got older, but Klaus could not expect that of Bonnie and Randall. “That’s a boundary that shouldn’t be crossed.”
Comfyvember 22
Story: Uncharted (after Uncharted 4) Prompts: Bail out — Car ride — Lamplight
Nate shot Sam another dirty look. The light from the streetlamp accentuated the lines in his forehead, the crow's feet at the corners of his eyes. He looked old. Far too old for the kicked-puppy look he was trying on.
“Well, get in,” Nate said, hopping into the driver's seat and slamming the door with more force than necessary. “And fasten your seatbelt; you're not breaking any more laws tonight.”
“What am I, seven?” Sam snorted, already in the process of buckling in.
“Apparently!” Nate snapped. “Because you still have to learn not to take things that don't belong to you!”
“Okay, St. Nathaniel.”
Nate took a deep breath and counted to ten, just like it said in that parenting book Elena had made him read. It didn't say anything about not gripping the steering wheel as hard as if it was his brother's stiff neck, but Nate did that anyway.
Finally, he muttered, “Okay, I've got you, it's late...let's just go,” and made himself leave the police station parking lot at a sedate, non-suspicious pace.
A tense silence settled over the interior of the car as Nate drove the familiar route home. It was the silence of an argument neither of them had to voice to feel the sting of. An argument waged with annoyed glances, Sam's crossed arms, the force with which Nate slapped the turn signal on.
When he slowed down and came to a stop at the first red light, Sam finally muttered, “I said I'm sorry, okay?”
Nate snorted. “No, you're not! Sorry you got caught, maybe.”
“Look, you'd understand if you'd just let me.... It was an eighteenth-century—“
“No!” Nate held up a hand, refusing to look at Sam even as he made a right turn. “I don't care if it was George Washington's dentures, that's no excuse for making me come bail you out the day before Thanksgiving!”
Another silence fell, until Sam broke it again by muttering, “Thomas Jefferson's, actually.”
“Wait, what?”
Then he glanced over and saw Sam's cheeky little grin, and Nate found himself laughing despite himself. Despite how much he wanted to bash some sense into his brother who really ought to know better...it was Sam. As infuriating as he could be, it was impossible to stay upset with him for long.
With a sigh, Nate shook his head, turning onto the last street. “I know it's the pot calling the kettle black, and I get it, I really do, I just...it's gotta be different now, Sam. It just does. I don't want to have to explain to my daughter that Uncle Sam can't show up to Thanksgiving dinner because he's in jail.”
“Wait—daughter? It's a girl?” As Nate pulled into the driveway, the porch light illuminated the look of absolute wonder in Sam's face. The same look he wore whenever they uncovered another incredible treasure.
Warmth exploded in Nate's chest, just as it did every time he thought about it. About her. “Yeah,” he said softly, turning the car off and just sitting in the darkness. “Elena saw the doctor last week. Pretty sure it's a girl.”
“So what're you—what—what'll you name her?”
Nate glanced over to the front door, which Elena had just opened, sending a stream of golden light out upon the front lawn. “I don't know,” he said, waving to her. “But I've been thinking about Cassandra.”
He shared a look with his brother—another look that needed no words. Sam grinned. “Cassie for short?”
Nate nodded thoughtfully. “I like it.”
SEX, DRUGS, ROCK ‘N’ ROLL “I guess I’m my own boss, but everyone’s my supervisor.” “I just turned 27 and I’m dying of old age.” “Guess I’m just selfish. I wanna have but not be had.” “This is what I choose to do with my redeeming quality.” “It’s not a gift if you pay for it, but I don’t want no charity.” “I spent all my years to end up right here, and now I really think I’d rather leave.” “I hate sex, I hate drugs, and I hate rock n’ roll.” “I hate proving that I’m still human after all.” “It wouldn’t mix well with my meds.” “I hate to be ‘that guy’, but I’m not that guy anymore.” “I’m not that guy anymore and I made goddamn sure he’s dead.”
WILLARD! “You know I couldn’t hurt a fly.” “I've nearly cried for moths that die at porchlight lamps.” “I myself have been stepped on so many times, it's started to feel like my place.” “Is there room for me in your cage?” “Animals are people too, but these people are animals.” “This cage is inside out.” “It’s awful out here, ____.” “I've never understood what humans do and want.” “It’s quite confusing to me to try to connect.” “These carnivores will no more use my heart.” “They'll call me crazy but their words all seem made-up to me.” “Maybe they just need more friendship like yours.” “You've got a friend in me. Let's go and make more enemies.” “It’s dangerous out here, ____.” “It’s lonely out here, ____.”
WHITE NOISE “They paint the walls with colors that you’re not meant to notice.” “You blend into the background.” “It sorta sounds like a retro top 40 but wrong.” “You’re not meant to sing along. It isn’t that kind of song.” “You can hear the ocean if you hold it up to your ear.” “It’s theoretically dense. It’s impressive.” “It challenges Western notions of art.” “It’s going places ‘cause it comes from the heart.” “It makes no statement, but does so quite loudly.” “It’s an aesthetic. I mean, an anesthetic.” “Does it cure cancer?” “It begs the question, just to tell you the answer.” “Do you believe in the power of silence?” “You fill your head with thoughts you find you can't even feel.” “I know it's hard, but they’re not who you are.”
I sighed in frustration as I stared at the document before me. I had been attempting to work on my novel for the past two hours and I’ve only managed to write five words. No matter what I write, it just sounds wrong. What’s the matter with me? Why am I suddenly in this funk?
My phone rang and I was tempted not to answer it when I saw my agent’s name on the screen. I feel bad repeatedly telling him that I’ve made no real progress. I know the deadline is fast approaching and I know he’s under pressure from the publisher.
With a sigh, I answered the call with a reluctant, “Hello?”
“I have great news for you, my dear,” came his cheerful voice.
“You got the deadline extended?”
“Oh, no, that was shot down immediately!” He scoffed.
“What is it then?”
“I found a writer’s retreat with a vacancy! It’s completely secluded, private property, and no electronics. No distractions.”
“Distractions aren’t the issue…” I muttered.
“Just trust me! This place has great reviews from artists and writers who went there because they were struggling with a block. They said the tranquility of the place really helped get their creative juices flowing again.”
It sounded too good to be true, honestly, but what else could I do? I wasn’t making any progress on my own. What do I have to lose? “Where is this place?”
“Forgotten Hollow.”
“Never heard of it.”
“Neither have I. Apparently, it’s a small town in the middle of the woods. Very secluded and perfect for artists of all types.”
“I hope you’re right,” I sighed, running a hand through my hair. “When do I leave?”
“8:00 am…”
“Eh?”
“I know it’s short notice but it’s the only time I could book both a boat and a bus going that way for two weeks! I should have asked you first, I’m sorry…”
“It’s okay, I know you’re just trying to look out for me. I’ll start packing.”
“Okay~! There’s no internet or phone service out there, so I’ll catch the next bus to come check in on you. Have a safe trip, dear!”
“Thanks, Seth. Bye.” I hung up the phone, glancing at the clock. It was twenty minutes past eleven at night. I needed to pack up quickly and get some rest. Something tells me it’s gonna be a long bus ride.
———–⊶⊰*⊱⊷———–
I stepped off the bus, the cold air whipping around me as the wind kicked up. This place was dead quiet and not a soul was around. I assumed it was because of the ice-cold weather or because of how late it was currently.
I checked the address before continuing down the path. In the center of the street sat a small community area with chess tables, a public toilet, and a large statue that towered over me. The eyes made me shift uncomfortably because it felt as if it were staring right at me.
I suppressed a shiver as I continued past the statue, trying to ignore the feeling of being watched. At the other end of the community area was a path curving up the hill. Sitting there at the top was a large, gothic-style manor. Surely that couldn’t be the place in question, right? How could Seth possibly afford to book this place?
I checked the address again, reading the message he had sent me before I left home. He did indeed say it was the house at the top of the hill. Moths were swarming around the streetlamps that lined the path, the flapping of their wings the only sound filling the quiet night as I made my way up the path.
“Is that… a graveyard?” I questioned softly, squinting as if that would help me see farther. Upon reaching the top of the hill, I realized that it was, indeed, a small graveyard outside the property. It would have been nice to know that this retreat sat surrounded by graves.
Taking a deep breath, I shook my head before stepping through the wrought iron gate surrounding the property. Before I had stepped onto the bus, Seth told me that the owner would leave the keys under the mat so I could get inside. It was indeed there, the metal ice-cold against my skin.
“This place is nuts,” I muttered as I stepped into the living room.
A fireplace sat against the back wall and I didn’t hesitate to light it up, the flames immediately warming up the room. This place may be huge, but it was clearly old and quite drafty.
I pulled out my phone just to check and, just as Seth had said, I had no bars and not a trace of any Wi-Fi. What a drag, I can’t check my email or my messages. I suppose it’s a good thing, though – I have nothing else to do but write now!
A yawn escaped my lips before I could stop it. Maybe I should get some rest first. The bus ride had been long and uncomfortable, between the hard seats and the screaming baby a few rows behind me. I grabbed my bag and headed up the creaky stairs, the sound echoing off the high ceiling.
It wasn’t until I made it to the top of the stairs that I realized I had no idea which room was my own. It felt weird to just open each door until I found the right one, but what choice did I have? The couch downstairs looked expensive but not comfortable enough to get a full night’s sleep. Thankfully, it was the second door on the right that was left unlocked so I assumed it was to be my room.
I climbed into the bed, falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
Where am I? All I could see was an inky blackness around me, the area so silent it was making my ears ring. “Hello?” I called out, only to hear my own voice echo back at me.
A sudden evil laugh rang out, so loud that I had to cover my ears. Red lights flicked on and I realized I was in the hallway of the manor. I didn’t have time to question this, startled by the sound of creaking behind me. I whipped around, spotting the door at the end of the hall slowly creaking open.
I tried to swallow down my nerves and keep my voice steady, but I could easily hear how it trembled. “H-Hello?”
The door stopped, cracked open just enough to see the pitch blackness within the room. For a moment, it was dead silent. I was scared to move, not wanting to make any noise. This felt dangerous, the hair on the back of my neck standing on end. Something inside was screaming at me to run.
‘Calm down,’ I told myself, taking a slow deep breath. ‘You’re okay. You’re just being paranoid. This is an old house, it does weird things. It was probably just a draft that made the door open.’ Slowly, my shoulders started to relax and my heart started to calm.
I took a step forward only to freeze, goosebumps rising across my skin. I could only think of one thing: danger. My eyes narrowed at the patch of darkness revealed by the cracked door. It was faint, but I could hear shuffling inside.
‘Maybe it’s just a raccoon or a rat…’
Bright red eyes suddenly appeared in the crack and I screamed, turning on my heel and running down the stairs. In my haste, I nearly tripped on the rug, my fall broken by the heavy chair that sat across from the stairs. I grunted when the back of it hit my stomach hard.
I could hear the floor above creaking as if someone were walking across it, heading for the stairs. My heart skipped with fear. Quickly pushing away from the chair, I ran toward the front door, attempting to yank it open but it was locked.
Usually an easy fix, my anxiety made this task a lot more difficult, especially since I could hear this thing on the stairs now. I glanced over, seeing someone standing at the top of the stairs. I couldn’t see a face yet, but this thing was thin and wearing all black.
‘If you want to live, calm the fuck down!’ I screamed at myself, finally able to twist the lock with shaking hands. I threw the door open and rushed out on the porch only to stop dead as lightning shot from the sky, striking the ground at the bottom of the steps. It was storming, rain falling from the sky in heavy sheets.
I felt something grab my shoulder, digging into my skin before I was yanked back into the house. I screamed as the door slammed shut, locking me in again. A loud clap of thunder shook the house before everything went black.
I shot up in bed, covered in sweat and breathing heavily. I fumbled for the light on the nightstand, wincing as light flooded the room. I looked around nervously, searching for anything amiss but everything looked as it had when I went to sleep. Something scraped against the window, making me nearly fall off the bed.
I haven’t felt this anxious in a long time…
Swallowing my nerves, I slowly made my way toward the window, reaching my hand toward the curtains. Taking a deep breath, I grabbed them and yanked them back to reveal a branch swaying in the wind, scraping across the window as it moved. Rain was falling from the sky, tapping lightly against the glass.
I was about to exhale in relief when thunder clapped so loudly that I thought the window would break. “Mother fucker!” I cried out, hand over my racing heart.
In frustration, I slapped the red curtains, a scowl on my face. This did nothing, of course, but it did make me feel a tiny bit better. ‘What is wrong with me?’ I wondered, returning to the bed so I could check my phone. It was three in the morning. It had only been 11:20 pm when I arrived and nearly midnight by the time I made it to my room.
My body felt heavy and I felt exhausted. I wanted nothing more than to return to sleep, but that nightmare was fresh in my mind. There was no way I could go back to sleep now.
I ran a hand through my hair as I made my way into the bathroom to wash my face. My eyes immediately strayed to the closed shower curtain and I couldn’t resist checking to make sure no one was there. Seeing the tub empty make me shake my head and I felt silly. ‘You’re not a child, stop acting like one!’
I couldn’t deny how shaken up I was, though. I hadn’t had a nightmare since I was a young child and this one felt so… real. It was unsettling. Is it because I’m in a new environment? Because I’m stressed, maybe? I splashed my face with cold water, attempting to push the nightmare from my mind. Well, since I’m awake, I might as well attempt to make progress on my book. I’m starting to get hungry, too.
I grabbed my laptop from my bag before stepping out into the hall. As if on instinct, my head turned to the right, landing on the door from my dream. It was still closed but… just looking at it made me feel uneasy. I exhaled sharply, shaking my head before proceeding toward the stairs.
The rain was still going strong and the home was quite cold, making a shiver go down my spine. I lit the fire again, immediately feeling the difference as it melted away the chill lingering in the air. After that, I stepped into the kitchen, tugging open the fridge only to scowl.
There was literally nothing inside. No milk, no eggs, not even a condiment. I checked the freezer next but it was just filled with ice that had stuck to the walls. Maybe no one has stayed here in a while…
“Good thing I brought snacks…” I returned to the living room, settling down at the desk and bringing up my laptop.
I expected to sit there for hours, unable to think of the right words. To my surprise, though, the words started to flow like water from a tap. I thought about my nightmare and, instead of being overcome by fear, I was struck by inspiration.
What felt like just a few minutes turned out to be several hours of non-stop writing. Most importantly, it was writing I was happy with instead of deleting and rewriting it a hundred times. Maybe this place isn’t so bad, after all.
When the rain finally stopped, I decided to go for a walk, hoping to find a grocery store or food stall nearby. To my surprise, I finally found someone outside.
“Excuse me!” I called out as I approached her.
She turned to look at me, a surprised and confused look on her face.
“Sorry to bother you, but do you know where I can buy some food? I’m new to the area.”
“You just moved here?” She questioned with a furrowed brow.
“Ah, no. I’m just staying here for a while as I work on my novel. I’m staying just there.” I pointed to the manor at the top of the hill.
She followed my gaze, eyes narrowing as her lip pulled back into a snarl. “You should leave as soon as possible.”
“Huh? Why?”
“Forgotten Hollow isn’t safe.”
“Not safe? What do you mean?” I blinked dumbly.
She ignored the question, instead focusing on my previous one. “You won’t find any food around for miles. The closest is in Windenburg which is a 2-hour walk from here. Save yourself the trouble and just leave.” Then she turned on her heel and walked away.
For a moment, I just stood there, confused. She clearly knows something I don’t, but what is it? Maybe she just doesn’t like outsiders. I turned around to head back to the manor since the temperature was dropping. I happened to glance up and I gasped in shock, seeing a large, dark shadow in the upstairs window.
In the blink of an eye, though, it was gone. What the hell was that? ‘You’re just imagining things, girl. You’re letting that woman’s words get to you.’ Releasing a shaky breath, I returned inside.
It felt like I was being watched again and it made me nervous. I suddenly felt like a trapped rat. Having no signal and no internet means I can’t call for help if something happens. I can’t just leave, either, because I’m not familiar with the area. Forgotten Hollow is surrounded by densely packed trees, easy to get lost in.
I could just picture the headline now: ‘Upcoming Author Goes Missing in Forgotten Hollow Woods!’
I grabbed my laptop and headed back upstairs, not sparing that door a glance as I hurried into my room, shutting and locking the door behind me.
Nahoya Kawata / Smiley Katawa Bday Headcannons
Happy birthday father Rome! Here’s some birthday Headcannons with your boi Smiley!
* Now that you guys were in your late teens and almost adults Smiley started getting crazily busy gang fighting and trying out new ramen recipes for his future shop to remember your birthday
* He even left out mad early in the morning for some “gang shits” leaving you alone for the whole day
* In his place angry comforted you
* But that was only for a bit before he had to go also leaving you all alone on your birthday!
* Still though you didn’t do much in hopes that he’ll come celebrate it with you
* Even if it was just something simple
* So you spent your day sad and gave up on him coming to celebrate and went to bed
* An hour in though there was hard pounding at your door
* And you know it could only be Smiley or the cops because who else had no decency to ring your doorbell a bit and wait?
* Angry at him for not showing up you stormed down and opened up the door to slap him or something
* Only for him to duck and dodge your hits and grab your midsection throwing you on his motorcycle, jumped on quick and started driving knowing you too well
* For your own safety you don’t struggle but you do give him attitude and the silent treatment
* Luckily you didn’t change into pajamas or else the outfit would’ve been embarrassing
* Until he takes you to a dark and abandoned place
* And you bet he heard your voice
* Because ain’t no way was you going into that spooky place willingly
* So over his shoulder you went while kicking, punching and yelling at him
* Eventually he sets you down and flicks on the lights
* Where all of toman and any other close associates of yours shouted out a loud “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!”
* You stood there in shock for a couple of seconds and then a smile broke out on your face in excitement and you exclaimed
* “Thank you everyone lets partyyyyyy!”
* The night was a night to remember creating a bunch of funny and embarrassing stories to tell in the future at reunions and hangouts
* Even though the day went how it went, the surprise party definitely made up for it
* It warned your heart when you realized that all those times Nahoya was scurrying off was to set this up for you and you felt so loved
* So you enjoyed the party to the fullest, getting drunk as you were the birthday person and deserved it!
* As the party ended you were slumped in a chair leaning on a table falling in and out of consciousness
* While everyone else was discussing who would take the cake and gifts joke for the night/early morning to bring to you tomorrow as Smiley only had so much space in his motorcycle
* Smiley came over and carried you princess style to his motor once it was agreed upon that the job would be split up by Angry, Mitsuya and Draken despite Baji and Mikey’s arguments to help
* (Chifuyu wanted to help too but it was shot down as he lived near Baji and that meant Baji had access to the presents and/or cake and no one trusted him which he took major offense to)
* So Smiley took you home on his motorcycle, the cold breeze on your face slapping you awake and sobering you up a bit
* Once reaching your home you dragged Smiley in saying that despite the party he still owes you some compensation cuddles
* Chuckling Smiley agreed and gave you a peck on the cheek while he hugged you from the behind
* After a while when he saw you weren’t falling back to sleep he whispered
* “Sorry for practically abandoning you on your special day, but it was worth it to see you smile right now and be surrounded by those you love happily”
* You smiled also while bonking him softly on the head
* “What are you whispering for doofus? We’re alone! But thank you for setting up such an amazing party. I love you so much!”
* Smiling back with a softer smile than usual Smiley gave you a big kiss and whispered back
* “If I try to speak right now I’d wake up the whole neighborhood with how much I love you, so I have to whisper it. I love you a lot too ya nerd, now sleep cause you’ll have one hell of a hangover later!”
* Groaning you went back to sleep cuddling more into Nahoya while he also pulled you in closer, both falling asleep happily
Happy birthday father Roma! Thanks for everything you’ve done whether it was for me or for others, we appreciate you a lot!
To everyone else, yeah it’s been a while life has been insane that I can only do incorrect quotes and I don’t have time to really sit down and write anything (this was done in my few spare moments) but as I said! I have been working! So I hope you enjoyed the headcannons!
18 + your favorite infinity train ship for the kiss game (i do not go here but we've been mutuals for so long that you are just a comforting presence on the dash so.)
Aww ty! I'm glad to hear that! Sorry this took so long lol. I went with Doebells (Kez/Alan Dracula) for this prompt since i've already done this one with a different ship!
As her friends walked away laughing, Kez felt the last of her draining confidence slipping away.When she heard the car door slam shut, she sighed and gravitated lower to the ground against the wall. She looked back at the bathroom door where Ryan and Min-Gi were and heard the sound of music playing quietly. She smiled slightly, then floated away from the door without a word.
“I’ll just… leave you guys to that…” she made her way over to one of the punch tables. But as soon as she lowered her cup into the punch bowl, the table rustled a little. Then, it suddenly, launching the punch bowl in the air and leaving a white-tailed deer in its place.
“Oh my god!” Kez shieked, dropping her cup. Upon a closer look, she recognized who it was. The punch bowl, landed on the deer and soaked him completely
The deer snorted and dug his feet into the ground a few times. He then burst into flames, instantly evaporating the punch before the fire went out.
“Oh… hey! I didn’t see you at all at this party,” she said. “But… I guess that doesn't really matter since the party’s over now…I kinda blew it.”
The deer started to nudge Kez towards a different table, one with various snacks. As he helped himself to the leftover food, Kez rested on the table next to him quietly. She glanced at the bathroom door again. Ryan and Min-Gi still hadn’t come out. Not that she blamed them. Now that the party was a bust, they’d be stuck here until the next party rolls around.
A puff of hot air brushed over her, sending her a few inches backwards. She looked up to find the deer peering down at her.
“Oh, that’s my friends there. I’m sure you saw what happened on stage. I really thought things would go well. I mean, we’re so close to seeing Morgan and… things would be alright.”
Kez sighed and decided to help herself to some of the food on the table alongside the deer.
“I really thought I’d be able to help these guys and maybe do something right for a change,” she said. “But even if we do get out of this car and back to my car I’m still worried about stuff going wrong.”
The deer snorted, as though asking Kez to elaborate before continuing to devour the food in front of him.
“You know how I said I wanted to explore the other cars for a while? Well, I uh, I kinda, like, got kicked out,” she admitted. “I swear I wasn’t trying to ruin Morgan’s life, things just happened so quickly and I couldn’t stop everything from coming crashing down before it was too late. When I ran into Ryan and Min-Gi, they're just… always fighting and then they make up and then they start fighting again…at least they seem to be getting along now.”
Kez shoveled another brownie in her mouth.
In between bites, she said, “Those two have a lot going on from wherever they came from that I can’t even begin to understand. I figured that maybe it would be better if… they didn’t have to go back home and deal with all that. And maybe Morgan wouldn’t be lonely anymore. It’s, like, supposed to be a win-win? Right?”
The little bell deflated when she detected no reaction from the deer. She continued eating quietly. The deer suddenly straightened up, projecting a glowing image from his antlers. When Kez looked closer, she saw an apparition of herself talking to Ryan and Min-Gi. The guys looked a little upset, but understanding. The three of them shared a hug before the image faded out into the air. The deer closed his eyes briefly before staring back at Kez.
“You’re right…. I should talk to them about this,” Kez said. “When the moment’s right. Thanks.”
The deer blinked before nuzzling the metal shell of Kez’s body. She felt her body heat up slightly and smiled at him. The door to the bathroom opened, and Min-Gi popped his head out looking around. His eyes rested on Kez. He shifted a little and patted the space on her shoulder , encouraging her to take a seat there. Kez looked back between Min-Gi and the deer. The deer snorted and nudged Kez towards the bathroom.
“Alright, alright, I’ll go!” she laughed. She leaned in and left a brief kiss on the side of the deer’s face. His antlers suddenly burst alive with sparkling roses blooming on the crown. One of the roses fell off, and he leaned forward to catch it in his mouth to eat. With that, he gave Kez one final nudge towards Min-Gi and took off.
Kez watched the deer fly off into the air before following Min-Gi into the bathroom.
