SOOOOOOO
If an F1 driver were found to be in breach of the following FIA Regulation on three (3) occasions, they would face a €30,000 fine, one month suspension, and a loss of championship points.
Article 12.2.1.f ISC: Any words, deeds, or writings that have caused moral injury or loss to the FIA, its bodies, its members, or its executive officers, and more generally the interest of Motorsport and on the values defended by the FIA.
If the FIA is concerned about preventing and punishing actions that cause injury to the FIA and the interest of Motorsport, perhaps, they should start by looking within their own organization. The FIA President, MBS, has been involved in multiple, well-documented scandals within the past year alone.

If MBS were an F1 driver bound by these regulations, he would face a third-offense punishment consisting of a €30,000 fine, one month suspension, and loss of championship points. Therefore, if the FIA were legitimately concerned with preventing moral injury or loss to their organization and Motorsport, MBS would no longer be serving as the FIA President due to his involvement in numerous scandals that have resulted in injury to the FIA’s reputation.
An F1 Driver would be fined, suspended, and docked points, if they behaved in the way MBS has. So, why should the FIA President be able to enforce such harsh penalties for drivers, yet face zero consequences for his own, more harmful actions?
