ddd traverse town is really cool crossover wise because its two different worlds, the one where sora is in, and the one riku is in (soras dream). and they both talk a lot about trusting the other on the other side. so basically even though theyre not in the reapers game theyre essentially functioning like partners where you need one because you have to destroy the noise in two zones. and the game implies this!! with every partner duo being separated and trying to find their way to each other. its specifically like ds twewy where neku and his partner are on different screens, they cant see each other and they both have to trust that the person on the other side will be able to defeat the noise. AND theres a boss that switches between the worlds like how the boss switches between top and bottom screens on the ds. really cool. of course the game about sora and rikus relationship and the (nonexistent) distance between them will use tw3wy to show that theyre partners with endless trust in each other.
