Hey so this is sudden but after you just posted a sneak peak for your fanfic I got really excited!! I've got a bunch of questions but I know I can prolly just wait till the whole fic is out but what I'm really curious about is what Theodosia looks like!! (And curious if you'll describe her further or if you'll show us? Maybe???) Also OHMIGOSH I AM LOVING IT SO FAR YOUR WRITING IS SO NICE I KNOW IT'S JUST A SNIPPET BUT IM REALLY EXCITED!!!! 💞🌌👌

As soon as I saw this I grabbed my iPad and did a quick drawing of Sophie’s mom, Theodosia.

Theodosia was Sarah’s best friend ever since their teen years, lost touch for a few years, but then reunited again after Theodosia wrote to Sarah that she was having a baby after finding out that Sarah had a son.

Although Sarah married Leland when she was about 19 and probably had Jim when she was only 20, Theodosia married Connor at the age of 20 and had Sophie at 21. Although they were young, she and Connor truly loved each other and were overjoyed to start their own family. Also, that symbol on her holo-locket (like the one Sarah has) is the sign for water like in Frozen 2.

Also, back when she was younger, she had a minor drinking problem, but began to quit a little while after getting married to Connor and stopped completely when she got pregnant. (she a good momma)

(this is where it gets sad)

After Connor died, Theodosia wound up going through about a year of therapy to help her begin to heal and move on from his death, unlike her daughter, who kept her emotions bottled up. She also fell ill with iron deficiency about 5 years later, and Sophie started working as a waitress in the inn to help pay for her mom’s prescription.

Theodosia also worries about her daughter a lot. Like, a LOT. She knows how badly Connor’s death affected her, but after finding out, she began to close herself in, basically going on lockdown mode and never talking about it, focusing more on comforting her mom rather than her own emotional and mental health.
