how would you personally rank nikita ships?

Ahhh, you know how much I love Nikita ships, thank you so much for asking me!💞💞 I can talk about the relationships on this show for hours!

I will make a list for romantic ships and all ships in general, because there are so many complex and interesting and well written dynamics on this show!

Romantic ships:

1. Michael x Nikita (poetic, dramatic, devoted, everything for each other, love over duty, partners in crime and ride or die for each other and love of a lifetime kind of relationship)

2. Birkhoff x Sonya (actual soulmates, speak each other's language type of relationship)

All ships:

1. Michael x Nikita

2. Nikita x Alex (sisters, besties, family, all of it)

3. Nikita x Birkhoff (friends and each other's biggest fans)

4. Michael x Alex (older protective brother and supportive sister dynamic)

5. Nikita x Amanda (so complex and so important!)

6. Nikita x Kelly (would have loved to see more of them)

7. Alex x Birkhoff (besties!!!)

8. Nikita x Owen (specifically Owen, friendship against all odds!)

9. Michael x Owen (that duo was comedic excellence)

This show gave a new meaning to found family and partners in crime so there are so many more dynamics I absolutely adore but these are the ones off the top of my head!🥰

the first character I ever fell in love with : probably Nikita.

a character I used to love/like but now do not : I really liked Michael in season 1 ! I thought he was like, weirdly touching. And I never hated him, but I just lost interest in his character pretty quickly. He does have his moments but most of the time I just. Aknoweldge that he’s there and that’s it.

a ship that I used to love/like but now I don’t : Hmm. None, really ? This isn’t a very shippy show for me.

my ultimate favorite character ™  : definitely Nikita, but Birkhoff is close second.

prettiest character : aaaalso Nikita.

my most hated character : there’s no character I hate in a “I don’t want to see them on screen”, but the show was really good at fun-to-hate villains, so... Percy ? maybe ? but Roan and Amanda are great too !

my OTP : Nikita/Alex, but, like, casually.

my NOTP : I don’t really have NOTPs but Alex didn’t really have great chemistry with the dudes she was paired with, imo. (even Owen whom I like a lot)

favourite episode : Hmm... maybe the season 2 finale ? I feel like it delt with the suspense really well and wrapped up the season extremely neatly

saddest death : Ryan’s :’(

favorite season : hmmm. season 2, maybe ? it’s very solid, narratively, and I just really loved that finale.

least favorite season : I found the begining of season 3 pretty rocky, like the show couldn’t really adjust to the changes.

character that everyone else in the fandom loves, but I hate : I don’t hate any character ! Tom in season 1 was pretty boring though, but I'd be surprised if the fandom loves him X)

my “you’re a piece of trash but you’re still a fave” fave : Amanda :3

my “beautifull cinamon roll who deserves better than this” fave : JAYDEN >:( I’m still mad about her death.

my “this ship is wrong, nasty and makes me want to cleanse my soul but I still love it” ship : Amanda/Alex, but it’s not that nasty.

my “they’re kinda cute, and I lowkey ship them, but I’m not too invested” ship : Birkhoff/Sonya ! They really are cute but, let’s be real, she could do better.

Well, it's obviously Michael x Nikita, because the otp of all otps, the best ship on tv, my favourite badass partners in everything and ride or die for each other💕

And when it comes to Alex, I have an unpopular opinion, because I actually think none of the people she was in relationship with were right for her and I actually thought she needed more time to figure out herself and what she wants and who she wants.

In general, I really love how relationships are written on this show, they managed to write complicated, messed up and dramatic aspects that come with romance, without it becoming toxic, or coming out of nowhere, every problem ships encountered was very in character for people involved and made sense 100%
