I have been watching too much no pixel grand theft auto roleplay and there's this character, Jane Erik, who tried to do some fun leadership stuff at a restaurant, but went about it a bit off, and was snaked out by another character named speedy. In the process, Janes BFF, Sonny, also worked at this restaurant with those two. Speedy essentially strong armed Jane out and made Sonny his co-owner. Jane is totally upset with the whole situation and has cut off all her friends. Sonny has almost perfectly played the middle, both becoming Speedys equal lead at the restaurant and trying to remain Janes friend. Jane has continued to find a way to bury speedy and just called up Sonny to be like here's what to do. Sonny is like I'll tell you a bit but I'm not trying to hurt speedy. The way it came across pissed off Jane and she deleted Sonny from her phone (she's done this for anyone who's remotely supported speedy.) She thinks Sonny will get hurt. Unknowingly to Jane though, Sonny has almost perfectly protected herself with a host of people and gotten on Speedys good side, which Jane never saw.

Ro drama aside it's so funny how chats side with one person or another and everyone in Janes characters chat (twitch user name Kiwo) feels betrayed by sonny all of a sudden, when all sonny has really done is do exactly what jane has done: look out for herself.

This is the part role play I enjoy watching because neither are perfectly right or wrong in the scenario . Jane is understandably upset and Sonny has understandably not dropped everything because she's smart. And watching that play out in rp is fun while also watching chats freak out and take a side is also fun.
