Intro

Hey everybody, I'm Francesco, and I make animations! I began creating animations and posting them to youtube in February and it's been pretty fun so far!

I decided to create a tumblr to post my animation progress, behind the scenes and finished animations and to connect with other artists, animators and people with similar interests as me.

I've recently finished my first rap animation! A rap I wrote for Sonic Superstars before the games release. However with personal life, I finished the animation 2 week after the game's release. However, I'm happy with how both it and the animation turned out! So today, I'll share that animation with everybody! If you enjoy it, please share it and subscribe to my youtube channel!

Speaking as someone who's gotten crap for expressing opinions about characters I dislike, I do agree that people are within their right to do this without being harassed for it. However I also agree that this shouldn't extend to blanket statements involving fans of said characters? Having been in the Sonic fandom as long as I have I'm honestly sick to death of over-generalizations like "Amy fans", "Sally fans", "SatAM fans", etc and agree it's poor taste?

I don’t think people are really making blanket statements when referring to fans who do questionable stuff, it’s just a somple way of referring to some fans...by what they actually are.

At the end of the day, it was some Shadow fans who, in 2005, screeched about wanting Sonic replaced by Shadow, voicing outright contempt towards Sonic.

It was SatAM/Archie fans who were outspoken in their desire for game characters to be replaced by SatAM/Archie ones, voicing their often irrational contempt of game canon characters in a palpably jealous tone given that they were canon characters.

It was Chris fans who lobbied for opinion censorship on the likes of the ollldd SonicAnime forum and on here.

They’re not intended to be blanket statements holding all fans of a thing in contempt.
