FOBAT is here to bring you three rare and undiscovered FOB and FOB-adjacent songs. These three songs were all found on our archive hunts that take place in our Discord server. Below is an explanation of each:

Tiffany Blews Toyworks Remix- This remix comes from an archive of the FOB Toyworks website from 2009 (The comic book that FOB released around Folie’s release.) It played in the background of an interactive Flash site. Within the Metadata, a credit for “P.O.S” is written, which is likely Stefon Leron Alexander, a hip-hop MC that is credited for a lot of remixes on Discogs, but this is unconfirmed.

Project Rocket (?)- This song is NOT confirmed to be Project Rocket… This song is often spread around on pirating sites titled “Gone Yesterday” and credited as by Fall Out Boy, even though the vocalist is clearly not Patrick. However, some clever people on Reddit have put it together that it sounds an awful lot like Project Rocket vocalist T.J. Minich. However, this track is not featured on either Project Rocket’s album or split EP with FOB. So it is a mystery as to where it came from, or if it’s actually even a PR song at all.

Grand Theft Autumn Unmastered- This one is self explanatory- A version of GTA that has an unmastered/raw vocal intro. The rest of the song is unchanged from the release version. It is unknown where this version comes from, and it is commonly found on pirating sites.

so im sure everyones fully well aware of the magic 8 ball site fob is using to promote a contest to win some tickets to see them in nashville. the little 8ball widget theyve got in browser is also modeled on the physical 8ball that they had in the vip merch packages for tourdust's first leg, which is cool! but of particular note is the way that, to fill out the contest form, you have to pick your favorite fall out boy songs. and the sheer breadth of what is allowed is...interesting? it's not cohesive by any means, but it is really wild the selection of songs they have here because not all of them are fob songs. in fact, quite a few of them aren't.

i went directly to the source code and got a full list of all possible songs that you could input (which you can check for yourself by right-clicking and selecting "view source"). i'm going to list them here for archival purposes, with a few notes/explanations cause some of these are WILD.
