This has that perfect eerieness yet comfort to it that I hope to instill in others and feel homely with, like you going to the forest at night alone and seeing a spirit, and as you try recognise if it’s a ghoul with bad intentions or not, it beckons you with an angelic voice. And although songs don’t always instill the same feelings within others, I like to presume that this gives a strange feeling of unsettlement and yet peace to others too.. it’s like looking at a picture of your childhood and having that feeling of emptiness and strange sadness, all the while the familiar unfamiliarity brings you to get a better grasp on yourself.
