My boss scheduled a 1on1 with me today and I expressed that there were things that were frustrating me but i wasn't ready to discuss them and instead of leaving it at that, she pushed and poked until I said what was upsetting me and instead of taking it seriously, she deadass looked me in the eye and said, well no one else has said anything like that so I have no reason to believe thats true
