been debating back and forth as to whether i could possibly be dyslexic (i know im at least dyscalculic) because of specific typos and reading blunders i make but like. OpenDyslexic is impossible for me to read. like my eyes just glaze over and stop trying

#i think its the different line widths within one letter #i don't know i just really really need consistent line widths #i really really try to read it but. just not possible #a couple other dyslexia fonts I'm a bit more okay with though #i also just have poor vision i need glasses that is possibly a contributing factor #but i dunno when letters aren't The Right Shape in my mind my brain refuses to read them as letters #its why when people use cyrillic letters that look like latin ones to write words in english it just shorts my brain #i can't read those At All #i literally only see cyrillic letters and i can't read any cyrillic languages so my brain just stops there #don't know if that has anything to do with dyslexia or im just weird abt letters #i also can barely read leet speak or some typing quirks that specifically replace letters with lookalikes #sometimes soundalikes still work with my brain but most of the time not #i really try and if im having a conversation with someone who speaks that way i can work it out eventually but I'm just. really slow abt it.
