the monster trio are various flavors of audhd (all strawhats are neurodivergent, but they the most)
luffy is high empathy, stimming, bluntness and audioprocessing disorder
zoro is hyperfocus, sleepy, good at maths and flat affect
sanji is infodumping, special interest (cooking), rigid rules (don't hurt women, don't use hands, etc) and difficulty with regulating emotions
Agree completely 🫶🏻 There is not a single neurotypical person in this crew !! That's why they love each other so much, they just get each other. In general, I think that the whole "misfits finding a found family" trope is incredibly neurodivergent coded but I think that specifically with the strawhats there is like, a fundamental obvious understanding that none of them are neurotypical. Like there is no way. I know it's meant to be very general for people who don't fit in to relate, but keeping in mind that most of the time the reason people don't fit in is because of living in a normative, neurotypical society... Idk. I just feel like the strawhats were all meant to be for neurodivergent people.
This being said !!!
AAAAAAAAAA I love the monster trio being neurodivergent. Mainly because I know it'd bother sooo many dudebros. And also because it makes so much sense and it's very very very real to me.
Luffy can't stop moving or doing stuff because it is painfully boring to be doing nothing, so he's always finding new things to do because short attention span and hyperactivity in a crew where everybody has their own stuff to do?? Not a good combo. So he's always seeing what he can do to not get bored. I think he's always touching Zoro's earrings absentmindedly like-- It's not even on purpose. He just does it. Also, being made of rubber has to be the best thing for stimming with your own body ngl. He's sooo direct and honest and blunt because he genuinely doesn't get why people don't think the same as him, but he doesn't have to get it to be emotionally attached and help you out because he makes other people's emotions his. Also add info-dumping right there because I know this guy is the biggest nerd about beetles and will talk to anybody who asks about them. They might be talking about something that has nothing in common with them and he brings them up anyway. Also! I adore the APD headcanon??? You're so right and it fits him SO well.
Zoro is my absolute beloved here because he has so much depth and feels and knows so much but people always characterize him as stoic and emotionless and like,, He just has a hard time showing it visually but he feels stuff deeply. He's always training and it almost feels like the world around him vanishes and he's always sooo eepy. Eepy boy. I get it. I think he almost finds it frustrating tbh like- We never talk about that but I think it's a bit bothersome for him sometimes? Also he's my favorite math genius and he might be shitty at directions but damn he's good at this. Also he likes things to be perfectly placed and everything to be in patterns of 3, thank you.
Sanji is the realest for me-- Don't ask him about the All Blue (please do) because he will start talking like crazy for hours and hours and hours with the brightest of smiles. If somebody wants to know about his cooking like, actually know what he's doing, he won't shut up. Somebody mentions any animal or vegetable or fruit and the guy is already telling you all the ways it can be cooked. He has a lil voice in his head telling him constantly what he should and shouldn't do btw and I also hc that he has to have everything in the right place or else he loses his mind completely. And that's tied to not being able to regulate emotions properly-- So he's constantly extremely anxious or feeling waves of sadness or just, extreme emotions in general.
#also sanji is just like me fr#they're all neurodivergent and they love each other sooo much!!!!#one piece#monster trio#black leg sanji#roronoa zoro#monkey d. luffy#ask-bean!

Daeron ii’s family playing D&D cause I’m very bored and have too much time on my hands
(These are my silly hours so I wanted to write something a little whimsical that probably breaks canon. Idc ☺️💖)
Daeron: The Dm, uses all the old school dice and handbooks from when he and Elaena played as kids. All their preset character sheets got burned by Baelor so he spends way too much time helping everyone with their characters. Gets a little too railroad-y sometimes but makes up for it with a good story and funny voices
Myriah: Doesn’t play, but sometimes checks in to ask the kids if they “won” yet. Will occasionally do the voice of a patron or deity if she gets pestered enough
Baelor: Human oath of vengeance paladin 10000000%. Originally chose the class because he thought smite was cool but kept accidentally breaking his oath even if he was technically doing something good. He’s kinda bad at roleplaying but tries to steer everyone to make the right decisions
Aerys: High elf divination wizard. Probably spent two hours hogging all the source books in order to optimize his character to be the best spellcaster there ever was. Loves asking about every minute detail in any new room which annoys everyone- but! On the bright side, he is the best at solving every puzzle the party faces
Rhaegel: Dragonborn drakewarden ranger. Only made the character so he could be a dragon with a dragon friend, but doesn’t really roleplay or keep track of combat. Spends most of the games stacking everyone’s dice into towers, but starts paying attention when he’s finally allowed to fly his drake friend around
Maekar: Goliath beserker barbarian. When he was asked what sort of character he wanted to play he just said he “wanted to hit things really hard”. Doesn’t pay attention to roleplay at all but becomes an absolute beast in combat, the group’s master strategizer at age 6. Has probably accidentally killed a party member once (*cough* Baelor *cough*)
Daenerys: Half elf light domain cleric. Has a 10 page backstory written about her character and will take any opportunity to talk about it. Claims to prefer roleplaying and just being support but has probably dealt the most amount of damage in the party so far and has a consistent pattern of advocating for fights because it levels them up faster
+Bonus!
Shiera: Tiefling college of spirits bard. Originally wanted to play warlock but was mad about the limited spell slots so saves her evil backstory for another character. Most comitted roleplayer at the table, manages to talk the party’s way out of most of the fights Maekar and Daenerys gets them into, even though she’s like- 5, so most of her convincing ends up being “no, that’s mean >:(“
Brynden: Tiefling arcane trickster rogue. Unironically the edgiest character to be made, consistently brooding in the corner of every tavern they go into. Everyone thinks he might be a potential traitor but ends up being the biggest ride or die in the party and probably dramatically sacrifices himself to save them (Daeron writes him as actually escaping because he felt bad lol)
Daemon: Fallen aasimar oathbreaker paladin. Gives Daeron a minor aneurism when he asks if he can betray the party at some point. Otherwise a really well rounded character who only dabbles in the edginess, and puts up with everyone’s shenanigans enough to justify his ascension as the game’s bbeg
Aegor: Hates D&D. Banned from the table for calling everyone a bunch of nerds
#daeron ii targaryen#myriah martell#baelor breakspear#aerys i targaryen#rhaegel targaryen#maekar targaryen#daenerys of dorne#shiera seastar#brynden rivers#daemon blackfyre#aegor rivers#sorry aegor fans y’all are getting crumbs here 😭

Real talk for a minute because I fucking need this:
I’ve been a fandom nerd since age eight. Formalized when I first got online at age thirteen. My first real fandom was Harry Potter. It was my personality. It was everything. It introduced me to the fantasy genre, which I still haven’t really left. It made me want to be a writer. It made me realize there are stories inside of me that I want to share, that I hope touch someone else as deeply as Harry Potter touched me. Brain chemistry-altering type stuff. Loving Harry Potter is the only thing that extended family members who don’t really know me anymore remember about me. An ornament gifted years ago from an aunt who died suddenly. Thousands of words of writing. Hundreds of hours talking about it with friends and family. Toys, stickers, notebooks, clothes, gifts from others and some bought with money I shouldn’t have spent but did because it made me happy. Core childhood memories with people I don’t talk to anymore but remember so fondly.
It took a long time to be okay with tucking away my Harry Potter things. I disagreed with JKR’s political stances the second I heard them, but I held out hope for longer than I should have. I went through the very real shame and guilt and agony of something so foundational to my sense of self having to become a private, nostalgic sort of sad love instead of the loud, joyous proclamation it had been for years. It took a long time to be okay with losing the connection it brought with other strangers who also loved this story like I do and the giddiness of common ground and common excitement with other human beings. I’m still not okay with how something I still have so much love for is now an indicator of a person’s moral quality. I’m not okay with how my love makes me sad and uncomfortable instead of happy.
I’m a fandom nerd. It’s my biggest hobby and my biggest escape and coping mechanism. In May 2019, the thriving and small Dice Camera Action fandom exploded and then crumbled because of the show’s players’ interpersonal dramas, which in turn exploded and then crumbled me. Fully took out a pillar of my mental health. I learned a lot about parasocial relationships and my own relationship with them, about the dangers of them despite their very normal and common advent.
July 2019, I found Good Omens.
You can infer the pattern: brain chemistry-altering love, thousands of words of fanfic, more money than I had sometimes spent on stickers and plushes and shirts. Creating my very first cosplay, hours and hours talking about it with friends, some very fulfilling new creative relationships. A story that gave me hope, that felt True in the way that all great stories feel when they hit the right emotional chords. I’ve found new stories since then, but Good Omens remains an anchor that found me during a time I desperately needed it.
July 6, 2024.
Real people are more important than fandom. Obviously. I don’t think that’s ever truly in question.
But goddammit, fandom is people, too. Fandom is community. It’s the driving dopamine-sharing communal experience that has shaped my life for twenty years now. There is something in me that pushes back against the idea that the stories that have shaped and affected me so deeply must now be cast aside because their creators are unworthy, and at the same time, I have a hard time enjoying art knowing something on this magnitude taints it. It’s almost religious, in a way; avoid the appearance of evil, cast aside the unclean thing, repent for the sin of loving something made by a bad person.
Fuck you, my love doesn’t require repentance, art and artist can have some degree of separation and what I do and enjoy is nobody’s business.
Fuck you, how dare you give even verbal support to a monster by giving their work, and by extension them, the gift of your attention.
I don’t know how I’m going to handle this one yet, because the situation is more complex than JKR’s. There is still information coming out (more victims coming forward, I think more journalistic investigations under way), and Good Omens wasn’t just NG’s work, not the book and not the show. I’m in mourning. A little stuck and paralyzed. I’m not ready to put away and privatize another love that gave me such joy to be open and proud of. I resent the feeling that I need to or I will not be a Good Person.
In the meantime the bills need paid and my antidepressants need taken.
#quilly has issues#just verbalizing something I’ve been talking to my therapist about#bc boy howdy has the NG thing been tanking my already-low mental health#these woes are so small and selfish#but small and selfish things are sometimes easier to worry over than such huge widespread problems

Could u tell/show us more of ur hcs for Abby? She's always been one of my favs
YAH!! I really have to sit and think about this, because sometimes I have headcanons that I forget are Headcanons, you know what I mean?
(haha this turned out to be extremely long so I'm putting in a read more)
Okay- so I think her dad is originally Canadian and is half Cree. Since Cree is named after her voice actress, and her voice actress is named Cree because she is Cree, it makes perfect sense to me. Her dad was living in France for some kind of medical residency situation when he met her mom and they started their family. We know that Abby moved to the United States when she was a couple years old, like Nigel did. The only reason I can think that cree doesn't have a French accent would be that she tries really hard to fit in. But with one north American parent, she probably spent a decent amount of time in the states growing up too.
I think her family is a comfortable upper middle class. I haven't decided what I think her mom does for work. I have a very specific headcanon about her family having a nice finished basement that has gym equipment in it, cuz that's where Abby and wally work out together. Sector V will often have movie nights in Abby's basement too.
This is clear in canon, but she has a great relationship with her parents. Cree does too. Their family situation is complicated since the sisters have so much animosity towards each other but so much respect for their parents and their family in general
Abby IS fluent in French, the whole family is. They visit France to see family about once a year. Abby isn't close friends with Angeline, but because Angeline knows Creole French and has a girlfriend who lives in France, the two have kind of taught each other how to speak the others native dialect of French.
As an adult, Abby is going to start wearing glasses full time. This is a headcanon I forget to implement when I'm drawing her though 😅
In middle school and high school, Abby is an expert at floating around different social circles. She's tight with the popular kids but still has no issues being best friends with the nerds and weirdos (sector v, basically)
Her and Rachel end up becoming close, but in a way that still feels vaguely like a professional relationship. This is because they were both soopreme leaders at certain points and they both deal with a lot of social pressure. As adults, they have a new kind of professional relationship because they both become the core of Nigel's support system when he's in prison. Rachel becomes his lawyer as soon as she's able to and she works closely with Abby, since she's his best friend and a social worker (not HIS social worker, but she still brings her knowledge to his case)
After turning 13, Abby and Nigel become teen operatives. When Abby is soopreme leader, she abolishes decommissioning. In my adult AU, the divergence point is the teen-kid treaty from operation TREATY. Basically, the treaty goes well instead of...going horribly. As a result, the GKND doesn't target earth in the same way, and decommissioning becomes unnecessary. The hard line between kid and adult was a huge reason that "adulthood" was such a problem on earth. Wally, hoagie and Kuki stop being field operatives as teenagers (they still do some stuff for the knd, but to a lesser extent), whereas Abby and Nigel become a hardcore undercover duo.
Abby is very busy during her teen years. Shes in the top of her class and does a few extra curriculars. She also tutors Wally and is the biggest support he has in terms of school. She gets into a good college and pursues social work. I don't think she stays in that career forever though, because she needs to chill out at some point.
There's eventually a huge scandal regarding Father's business practices which culminates in his arrest. When this happens, the DCFDTL enter the foster care system and Abby takes on their case personally, feeling a sense of obligation to help them. As I've said before, I headcanon that the DCFDTL cannot age. At this point however, I haven't worked out the kinks yet, but they're able to start aging again. For reasons.
Abby has a tumultuous relationship with Henrietta in middle and high school that ends with a very messy break up. While I'm grad school, Abby and Hoagie become each others biggest support and hang out all the time, which is how their romantic relationship develops. They get married and have two kids, Naomi and Hogarth (Garth) the Third.
I HAVE MORE TO SAY BUT Y'KNOW WHAT...this is getting out of hand so I'm going to stop. If anyone has more specific questions about Abby feel free to ask!

character asks bc other anon was a coward: blade
HAJFTOVNWHYFAGDYSDNTJ
General opinion/How much I care about them: Ren Blade Yingxing my beloved beloathed depressed miserable angsty bastard aaaaaaa-
This man, oh my god. This edgy mess is somehow the second fastest blorbo to be coined as such in my blorbo-having history, and I think that alone says a lot. But even if not, he has his special little spot for being: 1) my first HSR fave, 2) my current main (the gameplay is ridiculously fun holy shit), and 3) the reason I downloaded the game at all (shoutout to Bronya, of course, but it was mainly Ren).
Also I really like the fact that he's genuinely batshit insane. An unapologetic menace to the galaxies. He can be so unhinged and evil sometimes, and that's a new flavor of fave in my collection. Did I mention the story doesn't try to redeem him at all? Because it's true! Extremely uncommon win on the hyv writers' part there; doubly so because they manage to balance this aspect with the subtle gap moe they love to give to all their stoic characters.
Yes. Ren is simultaneously edginess incarnate and a tired grandpa that sucks with words and doesn't know shit about technology. Oh and he keeps getting roped into Situations by his colleagues- and goes along with them all the time! The dude was literally asked to pose for a movie cover and he just. did that. No questions asked. Nothing.
I care about him a very normal amount. He's so neat and- oh my god I forgot to mention the aesthetic. Black/blue/red/gold is such a banger color scheme. He also has a spider lily motif and that looks very cool! And the pretty ribbon on the back of his coat is a 10/10 design choice. His only problem is that the game keeps forgetting to edit his silly beta design sneakers out of splash art, and that the washed out jeans clash hard with the coat. But otherwise? Perfection. I could (and did) stare at him for hours on end.
A ship I love: Kafblade is one of those pairs that you can read as romantic or platonic with equal efficacy and I love that for it. They're partners in crime! There's a great sense of trust and faith between them! They're each other's guardian and tether and the one who understands them best and they're such an awesome dynamic, good lord.
Honorable mention goes to jingren for the old man yaoi potential to take the relationship in a very (bitter)sweet or very sad way. There's something to be explored here and I wish canon could give it consideration someday.
A non-romantic relationship that I love: Stellaron Hunter agenda!!! They're so awesome individually and as a group, and the comedy is just lovely. You have Ren wrangling two terribly reckless women because in some way, by some miracle, he happens to be the braincell holder among the three. You have him trailing after Kafka on one of her shopping sprees with a whole bunch of bags and coats, you have him going to an arcade with Silver Wolf because she wanted to show him this brand new game she's been talking about nonstop for four days, and you have him in an impromptu shooting session with them both because they wanted to make silly movie covers and needed an extra actor.
They're one small hilarious family and I adore them so so much, you have no idea. Can't wait until Sam and Elio make an appearance in the story so I get more fuel for shenanigans.
The NOTP: None here sir, as long as the ship is normal it's fine by me.
My biggest headcanon about them: Ren is autistic and you will pry this hc from my cold, dead hands. He's stuck in his own head 80% of the time. He doesn't do conversation at all. Back when he was still Yingxing, he used to spend so much time at the forge when inspiration struck him, to the point of tuning out everything until his friends physically dragged him out to touch grass. He's an autistic nerd through and through, and even several thousand deaths can't take that from him.
An idea for a fanfiction I would like to write/read about them: One idea I've been curious about lately is what would happen in a roleswap scenario, where the Astral Express crew find Ren before the Stellaron Hunters do. He may not make for a great archivist, his state of mind may be less-than-stellar, but it's interesting to imagine the dynamics between him and the crew- and hey, who doesn't love taking sad guys out of situations for a change?
I'm filing this concept for later, just in case. Who knows? The writing ghost visits when I least expect it.
Something that makes me think of them: Everything these days The flute, the sound of wind blowing, red spider lilies, and -to the immense detriment of my composure in public- mentions of the word blade in any context ever. Why gee, thanks for permanently altering my brain chemistry.
#damn thanks yuuto this was a blast to answer. if you wish to hear more just say the word :D#honkai star rail#hsr#hsr blade#blade hsr#hsr yingxing#friend's asks

My ideal scooby doo gang dynamic and their respective guiding personality traits:
Fred: AUTISTIC HIMBO WITH PARENTAL ISSUES & A SPECIAL INTEREST IN TRAPS! Pretty obvious, I basically think the mystery inc version of Fred is the most perfect one, minus the obsessive behavior he had towards Daphne in early season 2 I don’t think enough people talk about that side of MI Fred? It was honestly pretty uncomfortable, I think we could write it differently while still keeping the “I have abandonment/attachment issues w my girlfriend and it’s impacting us both” message. Either way, Fred is the himbo leader who owns the mystery machine, loves his friends, is reliable, and serves as comedic relief as well. He’s interested in mysteries because they’re the best way to make use of his traps & test out new ones.
Daphne: Daphne needs to be the one with social skills. That’s the one thing she has that the others don’t: she can network, has connections, and can use her parents’ infinite pool of money to just make any accommodations happen? Despite that she’s still very sweet, considerate, and one of the main 3 clue finders (them being Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby). I don’t really mind her being in love with Fred or Velma (sorry Shaphne shippers), but I don’t think love interests should be necessary for any of the characters. In one of Daphne’s character profiles released in 1999, it stated that her life ambition is to become a mystery novel author. AND I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THAT I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! That is such an easy yet clever way to not only give her more depth as a character but curiosity & motivation for these dangerous situations as well, I think it’s such a shame that no scooby doo media that I’ve seen has utilized that for her :(. Daphne is a people person, is resourceful, athletic, and the resident fashion expert. She’s interested in mysteries because they help & inspire her with her writing.
Velma: Velma is the dork nerd with a tumblr blog on mysteries/unsolved cases and is an absolute academic weapon. You KNOW she took AP chemistry in freshman year and got at least a 4 on the exam. She’s super smart, confident, her only hobbies are studying and solving mysteries, and I think she has the least social skills out of everyone which makes it a really fun dynamic with Daphne! She’s very observant, serious, and despite how hard it is for her to show affection, she really loves her friends, they’re her found family after all. I don’t really like iterations of Velma where she thinks everyone around her is an idiot and it feels like she actually hates the gang. If we can portray her as a teen with trouble showing affection instead of a teen who actually doesn’t feel it, I think the anger issues she had in MI could work really well. Velma is a nerd with sass, biggest believer in ghosts/monsters, walking encyclopedia, and dependent on her friends to get through when she can’t find a solution. She’s interested in mysteries because she is a naturally curious person who’s hungry for knowledge and for a chance to study the supernatural.
Shaggy (and scooby): Shaggy is the anxiety ridden, emotion driven anchor of the group. Yet despite his overwhelming feelings he’s the one who keeps everyone grounded. Everyone else gets so carried away with investigations, clues, and their ambition that they forget where the line is sometimes. But Shaggy is unaffected by that, at the end of the day he seeks security and safety, and he can remind everyone to stop and consider new perspectives. That makes him great at finding clues, him and scooby are always looking where the others aren’t, especially using scoob’s sense of smell and shaggy’s sense of taste. In the 2020 scoob movie they described them as the heart of the group, and in one scene daphne said “with shaggy and scooby gone there was no one to remind us to eat lunch…” AND THAT’S EXACTLY IT. THEY’RE COMEDIC RELIEF, THEY BRING EVERYONE TOGETHER, AND THEYRE GOOD AT FINDING CLUES. I also love iterations of Shaggy where he’s a chef. It’s not his lifelong passion, but he loves food so he loves making it, both for himself and everyone else. He believes food tastes better when shared with others. Shaggy is interested in mysteries because despite the dangerous situations, he feels emotionally safe around his friends, and he also likes traveling if it means he gets to add more food profiles to his palette! Solving mysteries allows him to grow not only as a person, but grow out of his very sheltered life which left him rather naive about the world, but he doesn’t know that yet :) thats where the character development comes in.
Short Scooby part: Along with Shaggy Scooby is a big part of the heart. He’s basically everyone’s emotional support dog, especially shaggy’s, and as a dog he can’t help but go where his weird nose takes him. He brings everyone together, is loyal to his empathy, and he’s interested in mysteries because he’s just happy to be around his friends. I think MI gave him a much bigger and more important role than scooby has ever had before, and frankly I think that’s an excellent use of his character, he makes for a great plot device, I need writers to utilize that.
#i think scooby doo is a special interest of mine-#i know the scooby doo revival has passed since velma hbo is no longer relevant#but i am literally always thinking about scooby doo#scooby doo mystery incorporated#scooby doo#mystery incorporated#fred jones#daphne blake#velma#shaggy#scooby

"TIM!"
Tim was lying on his bed when he heard his big brother call him from the kitchen. He knew why his brother called him and a big smile formed.
He hurriedly went downstairs, and there he was, his bodybuilder big bro, wearing a tight white wifebeater that showed all his muscular features. As he was about to have dinner, a steak was sitting on the table in front of him.
"Come on, bro. I need my daily protein shot." The muscular man said as he banged the dining table with his hands.
It started as a joke a few weeks before. Tim told his jock brother that cum contains a high amount of protein and is good for muscle building. His brother immediately trusted him as Tim was a nerd and the smart one in the family.
Now every day before dinner, he would ask Tim for his daily dose of 'protein shot.' He would jerk his little brother's dick with his strong bodybuilder's hand and collect the cum in a shot glass before enjoying it like an appetizer. Being gay, Tim didn't complain. It's pretty much his dream come true.
Tim had another idea this time, though.
"Hey, bro. You know that sometimes when I cum I would miss the shot glass and spill it all over the floor and table?" Tim asked as he rubbed his big bro's bulging bicep. Being proud of his body, he didn't mind, of course.
"Yeah. Such a waste." The big bro said, licking his lips after.
"I know a way to make sure it won't happen again. "
"How?"
"Well, what about instead of using the shot glass, you put my dick in your mouth when I'm about to cum so I can shoot directly into your mouth? That way, nothing is spilled." Tim knew his big bro was an idiot who only cared about his physique. He would 100% agree to this.
"That's an amazing idea, bro! Fuck yeah! You are a genius!" He said as he flexed his biceps. "What about pre-cum? Does it have high protein too, bro? "
"I think so" This is definitely not true, but what the hell, Tim thought.
"You leak pre-cum a lot bro, so what if I jerk you off with my mouth instead? That way, We don't waste the pre-cum as well."
Tim was taken aback at what his big bro said. It was even better than he planned.
"O-of course! That is an excellent idea!"
Tim's big bro immediately kneeled in from of him and slid down Tim's shorts. Tim's rock-hard cock twitched as he felt his big bro's breath on his dick. Pre-cum was already flowing from his cock.
"Shit, bro, you're already leaking." Tim's big bro said as he licked the dripping pre-cum, from the shaft all the way to the cock head. Tim shuddered uncontrollably as he felt his bodybuilder brother's tongue on his cock.
Then, he slid Tim's cock in his mouth. A loud moan escaped as he felt the warmth and softness surrounding his cock.
"Ahhhh... You're doing so good, brother. It feels amazing!" It was actually the first time Tim got his cock sucked. Nobody really wanted a skinny nerd like him. But there he was, getting his dick sucked by non-other than his 250lbs straight bodybuilder brother. "Make me feel good, bro! The better you make me feel, the more cum I shoot!"
Hearing that made the bodybuilder go crazy. His tongue was twirling all over Tim's cock. He knew he was doing a good job when Tim's moan grew louder.
"Aaahhh... F-flex your biceps bro! S-show me the progress you've made!" Tim asked, and his bro happily obliged, flexing his massive bicep for him to see.
Seeing his brother doing a double bicep pose as he sucked the life out of him made Tim go nuts. He grabbed his big brother's hair like a cheap whore and pumped his cock deeper into his bro's mouth.
"Here you go, bro! Your protein shot!" Tim said as he pumped his cock faster. "FUCK!!! HERE... IT... COMES!!!!!!!"
Tim's entire body was trembling as he shot his nerd juice into the bodybuilder's mouth. It was the biggest orgasm he's ever had. Tim's cock was pulsing non-stop as he shot more and more of his warm thick protein juice.
After he was done, his big bro pulled away. He could feel a drop of his cum dripping from the side of his big bro's mouth, but he quickly brushed it with his thumb before sucking it up.
"Wow, bro! That was a lot of protein! This way definitely better!"
Tim said nothing and collapsed into the dining chair beside him.
He can't wait for tomorrow night already.

post discusses selfharm a lot, though no details beyond it being selfharm and having scars. also mentions suicide attempts (no details)
guy with anxiety experiences anxiety, what a shocker!
did. big anxieties today. wishing two people would adopt me (host of nerd club (be my dad please) + dm for my d&d group at the nerd club (be my big brother please))
earlier today i decided to go to the pharmacy on my own for the first time ever. which is very scary. i cannot go shopping on my own but pharmacy is like a middle step since less options and you can get the clerk to help you super easy. still really scary, biggest shopping ive done alone before that was mcdonalds ;-;
but i bought gauze-ish stuff and disinfectant wipes. had to ask about it and i feel like the clerk was guessing it was selfharm related but she didnt ask. she was sorta tense and cautious with her answers but she was still nice and wasnt invasive or anything, so still good experience and i got the stuff
and then. so i go to the nerd club once a week, been there four times now, and i am a very warm person and it is fairly warm there so i get Hot. so i would like to wear shortsleeves to be less hot. but i am visibly Quite Scarred, which, well. i have no experience with people who arent familiar with selfharm, so going somewhere like that with my scars visible is scary
so i messaged the host a few days ago on messenger, no answer so i asked about how to contact him personally outside nerd club and he gave me his phone number (privilege!he wants to keep his work and personal life separate so not many get access to it), so i messaged him again when i got home 4ish hours ago
and. he just replied. and im too anxious to open it but he has guessed it is selfharm. i dont really know why i didnt outright say it, it's just. difficult i guess
since i was 12, pretty much all my interaction with other people irl has been within mental health contexts
i moved into my first grouphome then. the people there were familiar with selfharm since everyone there is mentally unwell, and one of the other residents had visible selfharm scars and sometimes wounds
my second group home was for kids with more severe issues, so theyre definitely also experienced with it, and they knew i was moved to that group home because of two suicide attempts
and then outside that i'm only really ever at appointments at the psych facility or the government - all people who have read about me before meeting me, who knows lots about me and my issues and whatnot
oh and with my family, all of us are mentally ill so theyre familiar with mental issues, and my mom used to selfharm a lot and has had several suicide attempts, so theyre familiar with it through her too
but now. ive joined three clubs, two of which are in person. these clubs have nothing to do with mental health and such, the nerd club is actually just a regular school club thats been opened up to people outside the school. so...it's different here. i don't know how to...be, i guess. i don't know what is or isn't okay. it's hard
i struggle socially there - they're really kind and welcoming and understanding, but...i don't know, maybe it's just anxiety, but i feel like i mess up more than they do, even though they don't get upset with me. i'm almost constantly anxious about missing social rules and what is and isn't okay to do
bleh. so yeah. big anxiety today. but it's...a good kind, in a way, i guess. it's because i'm doing difficult things that i previously couldn't. it's...progress, development.
dont know where i was going with this. just to vent out my anxiety i guess . . . i'm glad it's getting better

loetta and/or cricket (i rly like the first name and the second one sounds like a non-binary Choice and i wanna know if i'm right)
I’m gonna do BOTH!! Thanks for sending the asks!
(Please other people do this too, it’s been so fun for me)
(Ask game is to talk about my OC’s. OC’s that haven’t been asked about are Lottie, Fern, Cammy, Kacy, Linna-Zin, Xena, and Bree)
Let’s start with Loetta (my dnd character)
1) Full Name: Loetta Doeson (but technically it’s Aubrey Roe, Loetta is a fake name)
2) Best Friend: Omes (the cleric in our party)
3) Sexuality: Bisexual
4) Favorite Color: Maroon
5) Relationship Status: So so very single (couldn’t let anyone in if she tried)
6) Ideal Mate: she isn’t thinking about that much right now, but probably someone with an investigators spirit, curious and smart, and someone who would would join the sword dance (join in a revenge mission if needed)
7) Turn Ons: Muscles, and a strong will
8) Favorite food: trail mix
9) Crushes: none at the moment (okay lowkey this buff orc that wants to kill the party but that isn’t gonna happen)
10) Favorite Music: Shanty’s
11) Biggest Fear: Dying without ever finding a cure for her disease (she’s slowly being consumed by a carnivorous plant). Sometimes she’s not afraid of death though, sometimes she feels ready. So that or never truly having any close relationships ever again.
12) Biggest Fantasy: Being cured
13) Bad Habits: Secrecy, not trusting friends
14) Biggest Regret: The way Loetta got sick in the first place was by trying a drug in order to get a little extra money she desperately needed. Being a guinea pig. Even though she needed the money, knowing now what it did to her, it’s her biggest regret
15) Best Kept Secrets: Her real name, and the fact that she has a secret underground lab where she grows plants and tries to find a cure for herself.
16) Last Thought: the last thought she had was something along the lines of “wow, I love talking to this tree, it’s really peaceful”
17) Worst Romantic Experience: it’s not like a funny one but probably choosing to have sex with her clothes on because she was afraid the person she was with would see the plants growing in her skin
18) Biggest Insecurity: can I again say the plants growing inside of her? Lol. Probably that, but otherwise, I think sometimes she feels like a selfish person, and that bothers her, but she doesn’t know another way to be.
19) Weapon of Choice: her willingness to die at a moments notice (she’ll do some crazy things in battle, like get willingly stabbed with a harpoon just to pull the chain closer, and thus the person wielding it). Her greatest weapon is her willingness to hurt in order to obtain her goal. Also wolves teeth (she’s a druid)
20) Her parents were here role model, but they’re dead. Now, it’s Archibald. He said worked with her on a ship once, before she got sick, and now they are working together again. He’s like a father figure.
Okay now I will do Cricket! She’s from my book.
1) Full Name: Cricket Hanlon/ Cricket Allan (name changes)
And because you asked, I wanna tell you WHY her name is Cricket. She’s not actually non-binary, her parents named her Cricket. Everyone in the family is named after a different type of animal, and her siblings Lottie and Cammy have full animal names too ;)
2) Best Friend: Her sister Lottie has always been her best friend, but after her disappearance, and some time, her best friend became Martell
3) Sexuality: Bisexual (I don’t think I have any straight characters)
4) Favorite Color: A muted teal/turquoise blue
5) Relationship status: Married! To Martell Allan :))
6) Ideal Mate: An all around partner. An open communicator, a good parent, a total sci-fi nerd, someone she can cry to, someone good in bed, someone supportive of her small business. Martell is perfect.
7) Turn ons: An encyclopedic knowledge of old and long running sci-fi classics, and long hair.
8) Favorite food: does whip cream count?
9) Crushes: Crushin pretty hard on her husband, Martell
10) Favorite Music: Indie-pop
11) Biggest Fear: her daughter suddenly disappearing, like her sister and parent
12) Biggest fantasy: A world where her sister never died. Where they could open their antique store/bakery, like they planned. A world where her best friend didn’t die. A world where she didn’t have to move back home at 19, back to the room they used to share. A world where she could have saved her.
13) Bad Habits: I see cricket as a nail biter
14) Biggest Regret: Lottie dying. She could have prevented it. She’s thought of a million ways she could have prevented it.
15) Best Kept Secrets: Well she’s an alien living on earth and only one person knows so probably that
16) Last Thought: The last moment I’ve written of her is her crying to one of her moms as she realizes Lottie is gone
17) Worst Romance Experience: Probably that girl who didn’t know what Doctor Who was and thought it was a medical show
18) Biggest insecurity: that she’s not helpful enough
19) Weapon of choice: her hope
20) Role Model: I think her role model is probably a fictional character from an old Sci-fi movie that I haven’t figured out yet
Thank you so much for this!!! Feel free to send me more, anyone!!

3, 5, 6, 7, 13, 17, 25, 26, 28, 30!!!!!!!!!! or as many as you want i just realized this is a lot of numbers!!!!!!!
3 Biggest self-insert OC?
definitely wes, it's not even a competition. sometimes self insert next gen au ocs for your favorite media can be something soo important to a teenager coping with untreated mental illness. but i also think i project at least a little onto every oc i make. i just think embuing the little guys that live in my head with a bit of my soul makes them more fun, sue me
5 What are some of your OCs biggest fears?
this is a hard question!! i think my ocs are consistently coping with the fear of being unlovable and alone. but also my ocs are very often super afraid of heights, which is definitely projection. wes is afraid of sharks and the ocean in general! that kid grew up near gotham harbor and you wouldn't trust large bodies of water if you'd grown up near that shit either!
6 Do you have any OCs without stories? Will you ever create one for them?
yeah! i have shelves full of ocs that i made in a blind haze and now they sit and collect dust in the broom closet of my mind. and honestly? who knows, but probably not. a bitch can barely write fanfic, not to mention a competent original story
7 What are your favourite relationships between your OCs? (romantic or platonic!)
my favorite relationships are always familial!!! i fucking,,,, LOVE exploring family dynamics in fiction i'm so normal about it. it's why peisistratus has basically the same amount of interaction with his brothers as he does with telemachus in bbyhr (and i think i should get to count AT LEAST echephron as an oc because i showed that man more love that homer ever dreamed of). but!! i had a superhero oc named jaime and their relationship with their dad (xander) was really fun to mess around with! the aforementioned wes has relationships with a lot of canon characters and their relationship with dick is sooo fun to think about (good relationship dynamic to squirm to, even).
i also really like really close friendships! like the kind where two characters just exist as their entire messy selves around each other because they're so close that it doesn't matter. wes was good friends with the xander i mentioned earlier and their dynamic was Ride Or Die, but then when they fought they were absolutely brutal to each other. very sibling-like ig lol
13 Which story has the most lore?
LISTEN i also don't do lore because i'm not a nerd. but if i did lore, it'd be the story that wes comes from. it was technically a dc related universe? i think it could generously be called an au, but it got so out of hand we ended up calling it the councilverse. it had enough of its own lore to justify being a whole ass other world. there were gods and sirens that had insane and deep lore completely unrelated to dc comics. not to mention!!! all the backstory for all the characters (i could not come close to giving an exhaustive list of all the characters. by the end of it there were roughly three or four generations, and three alternate universes within this one overarching concept of the councilverse. she was,,,, messy)
17 What are some tropes and character dynamics found in your wips?
most common character dynamic has to be Messy Family Dynamics. from parental issues to weird estranged siblings vibes, i simply cannot be stopped. swallows in the windless field is playing up the menoetius and patroclus drama, and braved by your hearts resolve is just a love letter to daddy issues lmao. i think i'm a big fan of slowburn tropes like yearning and obliviousness. and the power of friendship? is a trope you'll have to pry from my cold dead hands
25 What’s your favourite genre to write? Is it also your favourite genre to read?
lately i've been REALLY into writing historical fiction. i've enjoyed all the research i've gotten to do for bbyhr. but i also enjoy writing fantasy stuff maybe more! fantasy is by far my favorite thing to read, but i can be picky about historical fiction stuff. i also really like reading superhero stuff, but writing it makes me nervous (i do it for myself but idk that i'd ever publish it for fear of it not being that good and also for fear of dc comics fans [source: i am one and they are scary])
26 What are your favourite books?
i mean,,, i OBVIOUSLY have an unhealthy fixation on the odyssey and the iliad. so, ya know. we are the ants is a book that had a huge impact on me when it came out, it's kinda sci-fi ish but very fun! and i do, i think technically, have to give credit to the song of achilles and circe for being as formative as they were.
i've also been reading A LOT of comics lately because i realized you can get that shit for free on the internet (pls pls pls don't ask why it took 20+ years for me to figure this out i'm just an incredibly lil guy with not a very big brain). so i've recently revisited the red hood and arsenal run that rewrote my brain chemistry as a teenager. but also favorite comics could be a whole other conversation so maybe i should stop there lmao
28 Favourite songs at the moment?
ahh!! i have so many. i've been listening to a LOT of phoebe bridgers and boygenius. so smoke signals and icu are probably two songs that i spend the most time listening to rn.
but also! against the kitchen floor by will wood (i can finally listen to songs OTHER than this one now, though, which is great)
nightstand by dev lemons!! is really good
body to flame by lucy dacus
and!! the kingdom is within you by gang of youths (fun fact: listening to the gang of youths album angel in realtime. and day dreaming about fridging batman for the sake of drama between the robins is a very good pastime)
30 How are you doing? <3
i'm doing good! my birthday was yesterday :3 so that's neat. i am in desperate need of motivation to write (and a cure for the temptation to write jayroy fanfic)
#i did this all on my phone at work ough#ty for the ask!!#my beloved mutual#mines also sooo long so now we're even ig lmao#this is probably mostly nonsense rambling but if you chose to follow me then that's a you problem <3

Just a quick aside: Cultural appropriation is absolutely an issue, not because we oppose cultural diffusion, which naturally occurs, but because of the power imbalance. I'm Chinese American, and my people have been shamed out of wearing our cultural clothes, eating our own food, and face the bamboo ceiling where we cannot access certain industries or jobs or get promoted without working three times as hard. You might be used to seeing Asian faces in Hollywood now, but this is such a big deal because 10 years ago, we would have been allowed maybe one side character who acted as a femme fatale or nerd or whatever stereotype people apply to us. That's a lot of actors being kept from getting paid, and a lot of young children being discouraged by a lack of visibility, just because of their faces and names. Appropriation means you took our own autonomy to be. And then you took it for literal financial compensation for yourself. I'm not coming for the above poster, because they didn't explicitly say "cultural appropriation is fake," merely made the case for cultural diffusion being natural and not an inherently shameful thing. The above poster is solid and correct in everything they have said, and I'm glad someone finally out and said it, considering how much I hear from people from China or different parts of Europe about how my country "has no culture." I am proof of that culture's existence. However, the "cultural diffusion is natural" argument is often used to dismiss the very real struggles we minorities face in the United States, and we get gaslit enough. Practicing our culture can literally be dangerous. My friends and I have been talking about wearing our traditional clothing because we like it so much, but one of the biggest worries we and our families have are 1) that we'll get harassed like FUCK. Racial harassment already happens to us regularly, why add to the fire? And 2) anti-Asian hate crimes spiked during the 2020 because, surprise surprise, anyone with a vaguely "Asian-looking" face was attacked because we're obviously all carrying the virus (sarcasm). Why would we make it easier for people to target us? Meanwhile, a white person wears a qipao (sometimes to a Japanese event, I've seen this shit so much I just expect it at this point lol) and no one bats an eye.
The issue isn't that you wear the clothes or eat our food, the issue is when you decide you're suddenly an expert who's qualified to explain it to someone who's lived it, suffered for it, and now guards it. If I wear a sari on the street, I'm gonna be humble about it. If I'm wearing cornrows and Black Americans say something, I'm gonna gently explain why (for sports purposes, this is literally a purely pragmatic norm in the sport I do lol), and not immediately get defensive and up-in-arms about it, which is how people usually respond when people ask them, "Hey, that was kinda racist, can you not do or say that?" Don't let me even get started on the people who decide to profit off of it, like opening a shitty "pan-Asian" restaurant where you're charging 20 bucks for like six dumplings served in a Chinese takeout box or the people who tried to "reinvent" mahjong. It's not cute, it's disrespectful and the result of a much bigger issue.
We can't get integrated into the "white" identity like the Irish, Italians, Germans, or Scandinavians did because our appearances and names won't allow it, but they'll actively harm us for it until our own culture doesn't feel safe, and then take our autonomy to do something as simple as practice our own culture for profit.
So while we're here, this just bears repeating and emphasizing.
'White Americans don't have any culture, they're just [normal/boring/generic/empty]. 'Culture' is when you're quaint and exotic and have interesting ethnic foods and holidays." is such a grating bit of nonsense to have somehow become progressive commonsense in a lot of places.
#this is my biggest gripe when people from china and europe tell me my country has no culture#having multiple is still culture#it just doesn't carry the fake prestige of a romantic night in paris or 5k years of existence#or whatever whatever#tears falling like peridots

andrrwwww for character game :)
Oh let’s goooooo a response!!!!!
How I feel about this character:
AKWOSOHOO HI OSKSIWOJEUEIWBW
I don’t even know where to begin. Andrew Joseph Minyard might be my most favorite character ever written. On a personal level, I relate a lot to him, and have never connected with a character like I have with him. On a more nonpersonal level, I am SUCH a psychology nerd (trying to go to school for it), especially trauma and developmental psychology, and his character is so incredibly fascinating to analyze and break down. The complexity is so wonderfully written Nora went OFF with this one.
I could honestly yap about my feelings for him forever but I’ll move on lol
All the people I ship romantically with this character:
I genuinely cannot picture him with anyone but Neil. I once briefly pondered him and Renee, but honestly I can only see him and Neil. They’re fucking PERFECT for each other.
My non-romantic OTP for this character:
Outside of the obvious choices of Renee and Kevin (which I love), I would say Aaron, Matt, or Robin.
Idk if Aaron counts for this, but I love the twinyards and I think they’d eventually have a good relationship, at least as good as they can.
I love a good Andrew and Matt friendism, I think they could actually get along quite well. I enjoy the few interactions they’ve had in the books.
Robin is one of my favorite bits from the EC, and I love how she gets close with Neil and Andrew. Would love to see more of her.
My unpopular opinion about this character:
This is a hard one to answer because Andrew is simultaneously given a lot of attention by the fandom while also being frequently mischaracterized.
One thing I will say is that he cares alot more than he is given credit for, and that the meds seriously messed him up a bit. In the series we watch the medicine make him both feel too much and not feel anything at all, the mania being the only thing he can hold onto, after a lifetime of learning that to feel and want and care was dangerous. After he gets off the meds, he has to process his old trauma, and his new trauma while also having to confront what the mania took from him, his fear and desires and love for his family.
Andrew loves his family so much, everything he does is because of that. Sometimes his choices are really not great, but it’s all out of a desire to protect the people he’s chosen as his family.
I don’t know if any of that made sense but I need to cut myself off before this gets even longer.
One thing I wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon:
Oh man I’m such a sucker for angst, I would have loved to see more of his backstory/childhood.
Or, honestly, just SOMETHING from his pov. I just want some more insight into how he thinks! (Nora I’m begging)
And tbh one of the biggest things I want to see is Aaron’s trial. I’m soooo curious as to how it goes down I want to see trial content so bad, but I don’t think that’ll happen in tsc2 or 3.
Thank you for the ask!!! This was fun!!!
#Andrew Joseph Minyard character of all time#they don’t know you like I know you#I could never hate this man#character asks

College vs. Real College
by Jake Hurwitz
Like many of you, I grew up watching Saved by the Bell, Boy Meets World, and (don't tell anyone) Dawson's Creek. Those shows taught me all I knew about relationships, family problems, and, as years passed without network cancellation, college life. Well, you can imagine my disappointment when I moved into my dorm freshman year only to discover that the college life portrayed on television during my youth was not even remotely similar to real college life. Allow me to explain:
Saved by the Bell: First of all, the fact that Zack got into UCLA without ever doing any homework (aside from that project he did with the Native American that one time) just because he got a good SAT score is ridiculous, but I won't even get into that. Zack moves in to his dorm with A.C. Slater and Samuel "Screech" Powers. Talk about a stroke of luck! Who saw that one coming?! As freshmen, Zack and the guys had a sweet common room, complete with a kitchen, which connected them to one Miss Kelly Kapowski and her two hot roommates, Leslie and Alex. My freshman year I lived in a 12 by 10 cinderblock cell with a strange Indian kid who had a nasty Hot-Pocket addiction and rampant body odor. There was no common room connecting our room to the room of three gorgeous women. Instead, we had a hallway with a puke-stained carpet connecting our room to the R.A.'s room - who, by the way, was not an awesome ex-football player named Mike but a tiny computer nerd named Barry. Yeah, my first day on campus was a let-down, and it only went downhill from there.
Boy Meets World: Just like Cory, Eric, Topanga, Sean and Angela, I applied to Pennbrook University. Sadly, I didn't get in, but not because of my low G.P.A. or because of a lack of extra curricular activities. No, I'd say the biggest determining factor in my not being admitted was that Pennbrook doesn't exist. That's probably the reason my spell check has it underlined in red right now. Anyway, as if that wasn't bad enough, I was totally thrown off when I went to my first class and didn't see my favorite teacher from high school standing at the front, ready to throw some sweet life lessons my way. What the hell, Mr. Deck? Mr. Feeny followed his students from school to school. I know change is difficult, and you might be missing that PhD, but, dude, get with the program. I mean, what am I supposed to do if Topanga gets mad at me? Or what if Angela wants to move to Europe for a year with her Dad? I can't solve problems like this on my own!
Dawson's Creek: That's when I started thinking, why should I even go to college? Pacey didn't go and he did fine. He was an investment banker, and later in the very same season, a chef. Those things sound like stuff I can do without ever getting any sort of actual training, right? So I put on a suit and went out there and gave it a shot. Amazingly, no brokerage houses or five-star restaurants hired me after my interviews. I did everything Pacey did; grew the goatee, drove a cool vintage car, even tried to use unnecessarily big words in my sentences"; unfortunately my math knowledge is at or below third grade level, and I don't know how to use a calculator. The chef thing didn't go too well when they discovered my culinary skills were limited to making Easy-Mac, and even that comes out a little watery sometimes".
What I'm trying to say is that college is not like TV. You're not going to bang Joey Potter, Topanga or in Zack's case - whoever the hell you want. Your teachers aren't gonna be Mr. Feeny or Professor Lasky (Thanks IMDB!). And you're gonna have to work hard to excel in life, my friend. But there is one upside that TV didn't tell you about. There's tons of alcohol to drink and crazy drugs to do in college, way more than any TV shows let on. So have a ball! Cut loose! Get fucked up! Hey, maybe Topanga will pass out and you can feel her boobs.
