the current event being at the same time as akumura's release in magia record is very interesting to me thematically in a way I can't exactly word
#[ ;text ]#magia record event spoilers in the tags#i'm going off of the google translate app too but uhhh#something something there was definitely a mix of selfish and selfless there with iroha#like she is doing the madoka thing of despite her own happiness and loneliess. wanting to go back to so she can continue supporting the --#--current doppel system stuff / purification stuff so magical girls don't have be have such a horrible ending#and like. also don't have to Die#but how sure and stubborn she was about wanting to make everyone forget about her because /she/ believed it would be best#even when everyone is crying out no they don't WANT to forget this isn't what they want#definitely feels selfish? not considering their feelings but only considering her own on her own experiences#note this isn't me being like negative about iroha. i say selfish and i fear that'd be taken as like. complete condemnation or something#it's just. interesting to see.
