I think its kinda lame how artists think theyre more opressed than other workers and that they sometimes dont even see themselves as workers
#text#im a hobbyist artist with no aspirations to go pro#and like nobody wants to pay artists#but nobody wants to pay people for their labor time in general#like i have to do two half year long internships in science to graduate#and let ke tell you the world of science dont want to pay people for their labor too#some of these labs and research station fully rely on the unpaid labor of interns#half of the people working at my current internship are unpaid interns
