Good news: I can now confirm beyond a reasonable doubt that the knife I was given on Christmas is, indeed, surprisingly sharp, and successfully cuts things with even the smallest smidgeon of pressure.
Bad news: my fingers are bleeding
#to clarify#no I did not open the knife and proceed to run it against my fingers like an idiot#I have some standards#I was doing the dishes and one of the knives was like#weirdly shaped?#so I had to get with the sponge in between two blades#so I pressed the sponge against one blade#and then slid it in#so far so good#and then I just#touched one of the blades with my finger#just touched#didn’t scrape it nor nothing#and wow that’s a lot of blood#thank you Soltan for the quality blades and thank you farma medic for your surprisingly absorbing bandaids
