Thinking back to the time when I finally traveled to Italy for the first time on a nearly 4-week vacation that started as a group tour and ended as a solo exploration! (09/16/01 - 09/21/01) It's Thursday Throwback Travel Time! Thinking back to the time when I travelled solo to absolute Heaven on Earth - French Polynesia specifically the Tahitian Islands, days after the horrific events of "9/11" (I was actually supposed to fly out on 09/12/01 but understandably delayed)!
