Sorry I keep forgetting to reply to this you sent it when I was on a trip so I didn't have the chance at the time.

Anyway @solarflareanon Most of my stories that I end up with from work are me talking shit about someone's dirty jewelry or really poor craft work. (Reminder to wash your jewelry everyone)

But going through my photos there's one I was telling everyone about and it was this baby.

iiiif I remember right this was a ring I had to size (it has been a while) and I noted pretty quick how uuuuh flexible the top half was and after the stones started falling out the reason for that was obvious.

So this band has stones going along both sides and the top. Not always a problem in a design. But if you look at these pictures you can see just how little metal makes up the band on this section.

The most horrifying thing about this is the MASSIVE SIZE OF THE HEAD like literally if you smack this against the counter there is no doubt in my mind this shank is going to snap.

Regardless I sized it and put the stones back in like okay good luck customer have fun with this I guess hope you didn't pay a lot for it laksjdfasdf

Otherwise most of my wild encounters involve things that end up being hollow when they really shouldn't be. The worst solder jobs known to man. Jewelry that is dirtier than you can imagine (shout out to that one hollow ring FULL OF SHORT HAIRS WHY) or customers who are like "teehee we bought this ring online (red flags) and it came in just a bit small" and then the ring is actually like five sizes too small like how did you fuck it up that bad sir whatever

For the character ask thing, how about Mob or Reigen?

AH! But why not…both?

Why I like them

Mob is just like…so pure? Like he really just wants to be a good person and even though he is the most powerful person on the planet he has such down to earth goals and sure he’s naive and trusting but thats part of his charm! Not to mention how deadpan he is omg he’s so confident like certain things don’t even occur to him like why would he do something he didn’t want to do? Its polite? That sounds fake. God I love characters like that you have no idea. 

Reigen however, is like ticking all of my boxes. He is a disaster, hs a good person but bad at showing it, he cares about his kid like you would never believe, he smokes and has other bad habits but would never let his charge pick them up. That shit. Right up my alley ok. Reigen is the best. 

Why I don’t: 

There is not a single thing I dislike about Mob.

Reigen did almost get me to drop him when he said all of that shit to Mob in the manga but he made up for it. Besides, nuance in character writing is important. 

Favorite episode (scene if movie): 

For Mob, EPISODE 3 OH MY GOD??? His first explosion in the anime and its SPECTACULAR!! The dub also really sells it like his voice is fuckigng SCARY its AWESOME. 

Episode three also features my favorite Reigen face when he makes fun of Mob for having girl problems, its epic. For a fave tho? His make up scene with Mob in the manga. Shit made me cry. 

Favorite season/movie: 

For Mob, Im always a slut for the Mogami Arc in the manga not gonna lie that kind of needless angst is my SHIT. 

For Reigen, his ‘coming to terms with who he is and how much he cares about Mob’ arc is my favorite. So many good moments.

Favorite line: 

(MANGA SPOILERS)

For Mob, my fave is: “I already knew all that. I knew it all along. My master’s true identity is that…he is a good person.” 

And for Reigen I love this whole long as speech: 

I do lie. Even to clients…and even to you. When you first came to my office…I lied to you. I advised you as if I knew what you were going through, and you believed me easily. I tricked you into working for me. Ever since, right up until today. The whole time…the whole time I continued to use you.

The truth is…I don’t know anything about psychic power. This is my true identity. Sorry for acting like your master up until now. But this is the end, so let me talk just a little more.

It’s not like you alone are special. Anyone can have two sides to them. That’s what I really think, even now. Everyone is the same as you, including me. so don’t worry about it so much. Well…no, maybe worrying is fine too. Its only natural. 

Just between you and me, I really hate my hidden true self too. But apart from that, I didn’t hate daily life at the agency. Because I had lies I was able to get to know you.

And Mob, because you had that power, you are who you are right now.

So uhh…the point is…Mob, you’re fine the way you are. Even without me, you’ll be ok. It’s ok. When the time is right, accept it! Accept yourself! If it’s you…if it’s you, Mob, you can do it! I know you can!!

Favorite outfit: 

Mob’s fucking blue gingham shirt from the last episode of the anime!! That shit!!! Cute as hell!!!!!

And Reigen’s suit has me like…shaken. I love suits ok. I got a weakness for ‘em. It’s not fair. 

OTP:

Mob and Teruki were made for eachother ok that boy would treat Mob right.

And while I personally headcanon Reigen as aro/ace, I’ll admit that he and Serizawa would make a cute couple. 

Brotp:

Mob and Reigen. I’m always down for that found family shit ok. Reigen might not be Mob’s dad but like….he totally is Mob’s dad ok. 

Other than that…Shou and Ritsu seem like they are good bros and I am here for it. Also Mob and Tome. BFFs. 

I also do adore how deep and nuanced Mob and Ritsu’s relationship is. Some good shit there. 

Headcanon:

For Mob, I think that he has nightmares a LOT, and when he was younger he would sneak into Ritsu’s bed when he had one. As they got older, and Ritsu found his powers, he would start to feel when Mob was having a nightmare, and would go wake him up, help him put his room back together and then they would watch movies together until they both passed out. 

For Reigen, I love the HC that he actually has a big ass scar across his back from the katana. It’s not exactly plausible, but I still love it. 

Unpopular Opinion:

I mean the majority of the fandom seems to love Reigen and Serizawa together so I guess HC him as aro/ace can be seen as unpopular? Idk tho that’s it probably. I don’t think I have one for Mob either.

Listen the Manga already pulled enough of those ‘oh god please no’ moments for a lifetime you have no idea how torn up I was over some of those. The last one? That triggers his final explosion?? WITH THE CAR????? I legit said ‘ok you know what fuck this manga’ when I read it.
