It's about him being empty in this gorgeous vibrant place of the fade, wanting to live in a place where he can no longer be a full person, but just a dull memory of what once was. It's the way the more he's with Rook, the more he connects to the world as it is now, being in the world proper and truly existing in it. The way he lets himself become more whole, lets himself feel.

It's about the way he opens the door to a world previously unknown to her, being a rogue with no magic, through the dagger, how it gives her glimpses into the fade, that she walks in it in the lighthouse. It's the way they both bring color and vibrance to previously unknown ares of their lives.

this might come as a surprise, but I actually don't mind if people tag my Solanna art (Solas x OC) incorrectly. I know people make honest mistakes (I've done this plenty) or sometimes "Solavellan" is just their Solas romance tag on their blog and they don't bother to differentiate

I think the only time I would get upset is if they actually said "disregarding this is a human and tagging as Solavellan instead" (which no one has ever done lol)

however I still want to be mindful of other people's ship tags because it can be very personal and aggravating to see it wrongly tagged (and not everyone is a multishipper like me who is happy to see anything and everything, so they may want to filter out certain ships)

anyway, that's my thoughts on the matter!

She was thankful, for once, that her aiming was off. Her mind had been so lost, frowning when the lose of weapon throwing let the thoughts of Daniel slither their way back to her mind, making her swallow. To say things had been bad, was an understatement.

Maroon is an agent of the Albastawza Guild in Solanna. She is an expert potion-maker and a Necromagic school sorcerer, maintaining one of the Albastawza shops on the shoreline. Before he joined the Guild, Maroon was an agent of a different organization, the Gallery. Under it, he made quite a number of foes, one of which managed to poison him. While, obviously, Maroon survived, his health suffered quite a lot.  Working for the Albastawza means going up against literal monsters and dangerous magical anomalies, yet Maroon’s safer near sea serpents and soulstorms than she is anywhere near her previous workplace.
