★ Jae-jun the moment he met you, the first time he saw you with Moon Dong-eun on the court, he quickly felt that he could convince you (or you) with his charm, but he didn't even come close, you and Dong-eun just cutting off the chat and leaving happy that their plan had begun.

★ Jae-jun, after several times seeing you in situations involving Dong-eun and his revenge, he felt tempted to flirt with you, but unfortunately for him, he always got dumped, getting angry and determined to make you surrender to his beauty.

★ When Jae-jun realized that he wanted you more than any other woman he could have, he felt indifferent, laughing in his own face, because he had simply never felt that way with Yeon-jin, much less with Hye-jeong. So he spent long moments thinking about why he wanted to stay close and wanted to impress just you.

★ Jae-jun when he touched himself is in love with you, he cursed himself internally, cursing himself every moment he found himself thinking about you, what it would be like to wake up next to you, how your lips could be soft and sweet, how your food would be hot, etc. And he quickly shook his head furiously while you were almost finishing him off in the revenge plan, he must hate you.

"Oh-" his cheeks lit up pink, it caught her off guard at this. "I know, Mister Ha. And well, of course I can babysit Ye-sol, I love this little girl more than anything and I understand that you would do anything to see her happy." You smiled shyly and he smiled brightly.

★ When Do-yeong got home after weeks of you accepting the proposal, he felt his heart catch fire seeing you and Ye-sol preparing a cake, the kitchen full of wheat and mixtures that spilled while lively music played in the background, and Their laughter filled the place with joy. When you saw him standing there, his cheeks turned red with embarrassment while Ye-sol was more radiant than anything.

"Appa, you're here!" The little girl ran to him, despite his protest that she would dirty him. "Y/N and I are making a cake for us all to snack on." Ye-sol whispered as if it was a secret.

"A cake? It must be delicious!" He smiled approaching the dirty kitchen. "Apparently, there were some unforeseen events." He laughed at how he was doing.

"I'm sorry Mr. Ha, I promise I'll clean everything up!" You assured.

"No problem, if the cake is good, you will be forgiven!" He tickled Ye-sol who laughed loudly.

Some time after everything was tidy and clean, you were sitting on the grass in the backyard, having a picnic in the moonlight, seeing the full moon in the sky while listening to Ye-sol's stories. Suddenly, Do-yeong reached out to his face, which made it red again.

"There's still cake mix on your face." He chuckled, wiping at his chin. His gaze and hand remained for a good few minutes, you were very beautiful, how did he not notice that before?

"My God!" You almost exploded with embarrassment. "I'll have to spend long minutes in the shower to clean up all this mess." You laughed shyly as his eyes lit up, quickly taking his hand away from you.

★ After that day, he found himself feeling different about you, you seemed more beautiful and more attractive than any other woman he had ever seen, and who had flirted with him. He refused to accept his own feelings, because you were younger than him, he felt hesitant about it.

★ After much thought, he invited you to go with him and Ye-sol to the beach, you accepted thinking it was just to take care of Ye-sol during it, but certainly not. You were tempted to look at his almost defined body, the masculine features that highlighted his beauty, heavens, you were feeling completely attracted to his boss…

★ And this was even deeper when you saw a woman talking to him, feeling strange, calling Ye-sol to come with you, to call him.

"Jagiya?" "Appa!" You called them, right behind him. Making the woman look at you and as he turned around in surprise at the call.

"What?" He asked in surprise.

"Jagiya, Ye-sol wants to eat ice cream… How about you join us?" You teased, making a different tone appear on Do-yeong's cheeks. When the woman said goodbye to him, it was his victory, without saying anything, he took them to the ice cream shop.

That night, minutes after you put Ye-sol to sleep, he was on the balcony looking at the stars drinking wine he found in the hotel room.

"Jagiya. Was this all to drive away the woman I was with?" You almost spat the wine out of his mouth when Do-yeong appeared in the doorway.

"I… No…" He chuckled at her nervous state. "Were you jealous?" He asked, knowing the answer. "She was a lookalike from the company, who saw me and came to greet me, don't worry." He teased making your cheeks catch fire.

"Mister Ha…" You saw him get closer to you.

"Maybe I should show you who my heart belongs to…" He said almost in a whisper, your heart pounding against your chest, your eyes dilating, on impulse, you set the glass aside, holding onto Do-yeong's long shoulders and pulling him into a kiss, soft and sweet.

"Maybe, you already have your answer…" his eyes sparkled next to his.

That night, a new passion set fire to Do-yeong's heart, a true and pure love, without lies, without deceit, without cheating. Where even his daughter felt welcomed and loved.

23. Did you do any collaborative works this year?

Yesss, I love collabs!!

I wrote I'm just gonna swim (until you love) me for the Stranger Things Reverse Big Bang, based on this beautiful art by @hereforanepilogue.

Also for the Stranger Things Reverse Big Bang, I wrote Sol Invictus, inspired by this artwork by @waldosakimbo.

Then, I particupated in the Steddie Big Bang, and the amazing @cuips-not-cute drew me not one but two pieces for my fic Updraft.

And then I did a little mini collab with @firefly-party, who drew me something for their own ficlet request as part of my 1k follower celebration.

Plus, I've been working on The King's Gift together with @house-of-the-moving-image for the entirety of this year. We developed the plot for this one together, and are now working on bringing the story to life through our respective mediums.

Working with every single one of these people has been incredible. I love getting glimpses of other people's creative processes and working with them. Can't wait to do it again next year! 🥰

The door opens once again.

Nobody should be in your room this late. Not any of the brothers, at any rate.

“Hey, MC.” Solomon sighs, kneeling at your bedside.

Your heart thunders in your chest at the tender look on his face, eyebrows furrowed and lips twisted into a wry smile. If you didn’t know him any better, you’d say he found this amusing. That’s probably what he likes to think.

“It’s been a while. Three days too long.” he says, reaching out to you, “You’ll come back soon though, right? You wouldn’t want to leave me all lonely.”

He cups your face, brushing his thumb over the skin. He mumbles something about how you’re still warm and that’s good, but it breaks your heart because that means his mind is telling him you might be dead. You wish you could move, you wish you could pull him into bed next to you and thank him for everything he’s done for you. He’s put himself in the most dangerous of situations, even braving time itself to come back and save you. He made sure you weren’t alone and stayed with you when you needed someone the most, and yet he still feels as though he’ll never be enough for you.

At this rate, he’ll destroy himself for you.

But Solomon just laughs. He sucks in air through his teeth as if he’s in pain, and for a second you can see a grimace on his face.

“I’ll have some of your favorite snacks for you when you come back to me.” he whispers, leaning over your body like a safety blanket, “I’ll make them myself. I’ll make them just for you.”

He kisses your forehead, and you feel a cold drop of something hit your skin.

Tears.

Your heart shatters in your chest as Solomon leaves.

Angel is a lot of things, but a lousy lover is not one of them. He is very passionate and doting. Sure, he has his faults and drives you mad, but you can’t help but love him. Even when you fight, he can’t help but call you ‘mi vida’ or ‘mi sol’ because you are his life and the light of his life. He doesn’t know where he would be if he lost you. He knows he was wrong for cheating on his ex-wife, but that doesn’t make losing her and his daughter any easier. You have been such a blessing in his life, and he shows it to you in every way he can. He frequently surprises you with gifts and flowers at work, just little things to remind you that he loves you and that you’re always on his mind.

He sits with you while you watch your favorite TV dramas despite thinking they’re a bit trashy; he won’t admit that the more he watches, the more invested he becomes. He cares deeply about you and values every moment that you, too, spend together, so if all it takes is watching trashy but enjoyable TV to have you cuddled up in his arms on the couch, he’ll gladly do it.

Things aren’t always peachy and sweet; you and Angel fight semi-frequently. Never anything relationship ending, you both are very passionate and have different ideas and feelings regarding many things. You both just get easily worked up, so it turns into an argument faster than it should, but you two never fight for long, as most arguments end with an intense make-out session with passionate make-up sex shortly after. This eases the tension and makes it a lot easier to resolve your conflicts, so many arguments have been settled with a brief conversation after sex. You honestly find it a bit amusing, but once Angel realizes it, he may or may not have started a few arguments just to get you both in the mood. Even when you’re both yelling and fighting, he still finds you incredibly attractive, if not even more so. Something about that angry pout, your exaggerated expression, and exasperated sighs drive him wild. Every time you walk away frustrated, he comes behind you, pulling you back into him, kissing your neck sweetly as his hands wrap snuggly around your waist, which is usually where the angry make-outs begin. Sometimes, you’ll be the one to initiate them as Angel, very matter-of-factly, argues his point, the way he uses his hands to emphasize his point, and his eyes narrow in on your face as he holds a serious expression. You always pull him in by the collar of his shirt and kiss him roughly, which he quickly responds to as any kiss from you is like magic. It doesn’t take long for hands to wander, clothes to slip off, and bodies to merge.

You two are a firey match with a burning passion and great compatibility; you’re constantly moving to the next thing, excited by the flow of the wind, and you always keep Angel on his toes. He never knows what to expect from you, and it drives him crazy in a good way; he’s always quick to join you on whatever crazy side quest you have for the day. Grocery shopping in the next town over because the fruits taste sweeter, helping your cousin build a treehouse for her kids, sneaking into movie theaters like you’re teenagers again, or staying in and working on a 1,000-piece puzzle because you got it for cheap at a garage sale. You always kept him on his toes and brought new and fresh energy to his life, which was exactly what he needed. With how monotonous and heavy his work could be, your vibrancy was uplifting and made it a bit easier to bear; he wanted to grow old with you and even start a family with you. Even if it had only been eight months since you two had been together, you were his life, light, joy, and the fire in his soul.

When he finally proposed to you, it would be a grand gesture; he would call you out of work for the day and treat you like the royalty you are. Breakfast in bed, with a bit of dessert too, a trip to the spa where you’d get royalty treatment, and dinner at your favorite restaurant. Then, at home, he’d have rose petals leading to the bedroom where they would spell out Will you marry me? But of course, you had to spice things up, and you would drag him to the beach with you before you go home. You’d walk barefoot in the sand as you carry your shoes in your hand, letting the cold waves crash against your feet. He’d walk a few paces behind you with a smile on his face as you enjoyed the sight of the moon and stars reflecting off the water; when you finally stopped walking along the shore and looked out at the ocean, he’d start telling you all the things he loved about you.

“I love the beautiful color of your eyes and the sparkle they get whenever you talk about the things you love and how you flutter your lashes at me when you want something because you know I can never resist them. I love how full of life you are, there is never a dull moment when you are around. I love how compassionate and kind you are; you’re so selflessly kind to everyone, and it continues to amaze and warm my heart. There are so many things about you that make me fall more and more hopelessly in love with you.” By this point, you’ve turned around and found Angel on one knee, a small black velvet box in his hand with a ring you absolutely adore; you tear up and accept the ring gleefully. You practically tackled him into the sand, getting it all over you; once the waterworks were over, you both lay in the sand.

You talk and talk, pouring your hearts out to one enough, all whilst you can’t keep your eyes or hands off the ring. You trace your fingers over the intricately designed ring and the gems embedded into it. It was perfect, and you don’t think you could’ve picked or designed something more perfect yourself; you also had no idea how, but he managed to get it precisely in your size. It fits snuggly around your finger as it was obviously made to do so, and you absolutely loved it. You couldn’t have asked for a better ring or partner, and you eagerly looked forward to the wedding. As did Angel and all the others in the station, you had grown to know a few of his coworkers in the homicide department, and they welcomed you into their found family of sorts. So of course they were all invited to the wedding, some as guests and some as members of the wedding party.

Counting only from this blog then I published my first one last 1st of April 2021

If we’re including my previous attempts from AFF then I think it’s 2010? I am not sure lol but I did abandon writing after a year or so and only got back this April haha!

For now, I have this writing Tumblr.

5. what is your favorite genre to write?

I wouldn’t necessarily say favorite but I mostly write romance with..a hint of fluff, I guess?

It depends! If you’re asking for the oneshots, then I am a pantser haha! But for the ATEEZ AU then it’s a combination lol I have “prompts” for each post that I’ll do in the future but they’re also not hard-mapped that I need to post this one first before the other.

But I might be a planner, should I venture into a chapter-ed fic.

7. one shot or multi-chapter?

Originally, I wrote multi-chapter fics haha! Back when I was still a hardcore K-pop fan. But I am leaning towards one shots or those fics that can stand-alone but could also work as a multi-chapter lol

8. what is the perfect chapter length in your opinion?

Depends on the topic/genre. I like drabbles because they don’t drag the topic but I also enjoy a good 5k+ word count every now and then. For my ATEEZ AU, I usually strive and cut off the posts as soon as they reach 3k words and 7k respectively. For my other published ones, I have them averaging around 300 words I think lol

9. what is your longest published story? is it complete?

Are we counting the ATEEZ AU? If yes, then definitely that one. lol Just one “episode” of Kingdom takes a lot of words (though repetitive at most) haha!

If just the oneshots then, Welcome Back published at around 1k words lol

10. which story did you enjoy working on the most?

I am enjoying my ATEEZ AU journey with Minyoung!

As for the oneshots, I loved writing Leeteuk’s Welcome Back

I have yet to receive a request for a stand-alone story (not that I can actually write another one as I’m preoccupied with Minyoung lol) But as for request, there was one for a Hello82 episode for Minyoung! The One Chip Challenge and it’s such a ride to write lol

un-proof read work? yeah haha! I have to go back and edit everything. I also notice some words disappearing from when I paste it from my notes, save the draft, and actually post it.

Witty, sarcastic, and a realist? Shinsou is absolutely smitten with you!

He loves how much shorter you are than him because he feels like it makes it easier to protect you. He’s also totally in love with your hair and loves to run his fingers through it and play with it after a long day. It really helps him de-stress from his prohero work. That said he also loves your curves, putting his hands on your hips or the small of you waist and just hugging you from behind? Definitely his idea of heaven.

He also appreciates that you don’t sugarcoat anything and you tell it how it is. You’re not afraid to give him the honest truth and he likes that you can be forthcoming with your feelings.

Your generally sweet manner is always nice to come home too, but he also knows that when you’re upset he needs to tread carefully. He is very good at determining the source of your irritation and does his best to eliminate so he can see you happy again.

Watching you dance is probably his favorite thing to do. You’re just so graceful and beautiful, it just blows him away how utterly soft you look when you do ballet. Your skill is beyond compare in his opinion and sometimes he sneaks in to watch you practice at the studio when he’s supposed to be doing other things. He just can’t help it! You just totally captivate him.

Perfect date would be the two of you laying out on a blanket, cuddled together for warmth as you watch a meteor shower. The beautiful and calm scenery is just the perfect way for the both of you to relax and revel in how amazing the sky looks. He’ll definitely pack your favorite foods so if you get hungry you two can eat under the stars.

Benimaru Shinmon!!

Benimaru’s sense of human is also pretty dry so he finds you absolutely hilarious.

Benimaru’s kryptonite is a woman with curves. Not to say he doesn’t love all body types, but he just enjoys how enormous his hands look when they’re on your small waist. You being five inches shorter than him is also a huge plus because when he holds you, you’re at the perfect height for him to rest his chin on top of your head.

He appreciates your patience. Especially when the rookies from the 8th come for training. They can be a bit of a handful, so much that they often get on his last nerve. It’s a good balance because we all know that his patience often runs very thin.

He also insisted that you teach him ballet, mostly because he saw how beneficial it could be as both a workout and it’s usage in the battle against Infernals and the Holy Sol Temple. He’s a fairly good student and picks up on things rather quickly. It doesn’t take long for him to become quite adept at dancing, especially with you as his partner.

Witty banter is also a fun pastime for him. He enjoys how quick witted you are and your comebacks keep him on his toes. To others it might seem like you’re having a disagreement when really it’s just all in good fun.

Storm chasing is definitely something he’d love to do with you. His idea of a date is to track the local weather and when the signs of a tornado begin to appear, you both pack your gear and go to investigate. It’s thrilling and fun, and if things get too bad he knows he can use his pyrokinesis to get out fast.
