Florrie! she's cheerful and welcoming, and she's made Lyn laugh hard in the short time they've known each other.

privately, Lyn is suspicious of Atticus, Rowan, and Avery. they just happened to be around when the body was found? sus. but admitting as much to Avery felt like a rather stupid idea (what if they were right and they ended up dead next?), so they said Syd instead. Lyn doesn't have any particularly strong feelings about Syd one way or the other, but they are curious about whatever happened between them and Avery, and figured that saying their name would be a way to solve a few mysteries at once. we'll get back to you on how that works out for them.

If you’re in the tumblr rp community, you should already know there’s a pretty universal definition that community uses for taboo - follow that. Otherwise, look at the subjects you’re writing and how you’re treating them. If you’re not getting  off to serious and extremely heavy trauma-related topics in your writing and are approaching them with research and care, odds are you’re fine! The disclaimer is a boundary in hopes of avoiding content that will trigger a trauma response for me (or when people get toxic about it - letting me know who to block to curate my online experience).

@softceleste in Specifically Hermitcraft News a whole bunch of mcyters from the hermitcraft server got together today and did a huge charity stream!!!

it was really fun because we got to see a lot of them interacting in person when some of them never have before! but it means a lot of videos and gifsets and screenshots of them all just being Really silly which ive been reblogging all day to my minecraft blog

the charity is "The Gamers Outreach Foundation" which is a very big deal to one of the hermits in particular (GoodTimesWithScar) and today they managed to raise $444.4k out of their $500k goal, Not Including the ~$60k that'll be donated from the auctions they've had going on for the past week or so

they also have some stuff planned for tomorrow too! about 11est iirc, not quite as much as they had planned today, but hopefully theyll be able to hit that last $60k!

you guys should be glad i have a separate minecraft blog bc i want off the wall reblogging white boys (and girls) today
