Fairy animals!!! info below

Fairy animals aren’t naturally born, they’re formed when a natural animal is exposed to large quantities of wild magic. While animals change individually, a lot of them evolve in similar and categorical ways (ex: large fluffy dogs will look similar to amarok, horse/deer types will have similar characteristics to Elas, etc). Fairy animals are characterized by bio-luminescence, a longer life span, low level magic abilities and human-esq consciousness. both fairies and witches can form bonds with them, though witches rarely use them as transformation sources. Bonded fairy animals have access to their person’s magical abilities and vice-versa. During Head mistress Mavilla’s time at Alfea fairy animals were used as a stepping stone for fairies who had earned their enchantix, earning Faunix(my name for butterflix) right after enchantix as part of the curriculum. One of Faragonda’s first act as head mistress was to establish the Alfea natural park and start collecting fairy animals from their home planets as their wild magic mutations could cause harmful imbalances to themselves, other animals, and their environment. 

Flitter: Techuirrel’s are caused by zenith squirriels/chip monks etc. interacting with zeniths core. Zenith’s early stage as a planet was very unstable, the core regularly had to discharge extra magical energy, which is why the techuirrels were so important. Flitter can’t actually fly, but can generate small lifts of hot air to glide on and electrical “jumps” from metal to metal. He can also repair small objects using electricity and his claws as a soldering tool. Flitter is female in my version (the english dub has a dude voice and he/him pronouns but the Italian version is a lady squirrel apparently) 

Shiny: Shinygreeds are a common result of large birds(not birds of prey, peacock, turkey, and chicken types) with wildmagic. The neck and tail feathers are frequently elongated after exposure, with a bright color coming in around the neck. Shinygreeds are attracted to shiny objects and often eat metal and jewels, they produce light or flame and have some healing magic. My version of Shiny is male, because in bird species the male is usually brighter and more colorful than the female so it seemed to fit.  

Critty: Quillcats natural animal source are small wildcats (the socttish wildcat, caracals, and bobcat types), their markings and fur length can vary but quills or barbs are common. The quills are actually poisonous and result in localized numbness in large creatures and paralysis in smaller animals. Petting a Quillcat is semi dangerous, but as long as you go in the right direction and don’t piss the cat off you should be fine. probably. Critty is female, and doesn’t let any one besides Musa touch her. Once Riven returns she likes to mess with him though. 

Squonk: Cry-crys originate from frogs and salamander type animals. toads result in a similar looking animal but with no water affiliation. They are almost always cool colors, but their tail length and fin shape can vary. Cry-crys are naturally shy and sensitive, they have a natural camouflage technique where they can dissolve their body into tears(not actually, its more like a slime and its very durable), but they can also store water in their fins and shoot it out. Squonk is male, he’s easily startled by the other fairy animals, but does get along with aisha’s pixie piff. 

Elas: base animals are deer and horse type animals. Elas actually a Qilin, but qilin and unicorns are kind of on a spectrum, and elas is like in the middle of it. if the fairy animal is more horse like, has one smooth horn, deals with poison magic, and is highly aggressive with any one they don’t know, its on the unicorn side. If the fairy animal is more deer like, has scales, has two branched horns, deals with fire magic, and is docile its on the qilin side. 

Amarok: Magiwolves are one of the few fairy animal species that don’t have to be relocated to alfea natural park as they fit perfectly into the Lynphean ecosystem. They can hunt alone, but tend to form small packs of 3 to 5 wolves. magiwolves are typically non-violent towards humans, and will even protect lost children or injured people in the forest. They stem from large dog types animals (wolves, coyotes, dingos etc) and gain a mane and flowy tail, usually with an extra color from their environment. Magiwolves have low levels of magic for a fairy animal, but have magically enhanced stamina, strength, and senses.

Binge Worthy Netflix Shows to Watch During Quarantine

Netflix has become a top place to watch tv shows and movies lately during the COVID-19. Since people can’t leave their houses people have been turning to Netflix or other tv providers for shows to watch. Netflix is a great way to catch up on all those tv series or movies you have been wanting to see.

Here are a few Netflix recommendations to watch:

1. Extraction—Rated “R”

Played by Chris Hemsworth and directed by Sam Hargrave. A mercenary’s mission becomes a soul-searching race to survive when he’s sent into Bangladesh to rescue a drug lords kidnapped son. It is top number 1 on Netflix’s top 10.

2. Outer Banks—Rated TV-MA

Created by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke. It is a Netflix series with only season 1. On an island, teen John B enlists his three best friends on a hunt for a legendary treasure linked to his fathers disappearance. It is on top number 3 on Netflix’s top 10.

3. Ozark—Rated TV-MA

Created by Bill Dubuque, and Mark Williams. A financial advisor drags his family from Chicago to the Missouri Ozarks, where he must launder money to appease a drug boss with $500 million of five years. It is top number 7 on Netflix’s top 10.

4. Tiger King—Rated TV-Ma

Directed by Eric Goode, and Rebecca Chaiklin. A documentary about Joe Exotic, and his big cat park in Oklahoma. A true story from the underground of big cat breeding. It was top 10.

5. Lucifer—Rated TV-MA

Created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Keith, and Mike Dringenberg. A series followed by Lucifer an original fallen angle who has become the devil. After abandoning his life in hell he decides to retire in Los Angels where he becomes a night club owner. Until, a murder takes place near his night club where he then meets a detective named Chole.

6. The Order—Rated TV-MA

Created by Dennis Heaton. A college student out to avenge his mother’s death pledges a secret order and lands into a war between werewolves and practitioners of dark magic. It has only season 1 but season 2 will be coming sometime in 2020.

7. Riverdale—Rated TV-MA

Created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. A tv series based off of “Archie Comics” about a group of high school kids who solve Mysteries and uncover secrets about their town in Riverdale.

8. Outlander—Rated TV-MA

Created by Ronald D. Moore. A tv show about Claire Randall who was enjoying her second honeymoon with her husband Frank Randal in Scotland. But, suddenly things take a turn and Claire is transported to 1743 where her life and her freedom are threatened. To survive in a new world she marries Jaime Fraser a Socttish warrior with a complicated past.

biography

Once upon a time, a woman named Nadia had fallen in love with a man named Kirk. The two of them were a worthless pair of Magus, who were not known about for centuries. Their families were not as well-known as those within the Clock Tower. As time passed, Nadia had given birth to a baby girl. With the harsh coldness of the world as it was, the two decided to put their daughter within a so-called “endless dream” until the day she would be needed. But the dream would fall apart when she was 18 years of age.

Iris was born into their line of Magi and, since the beginning of the false world, had never thought highly of herself. Her so-called “family” never allowed her the knowledge of what they were and forced to be a dancer from the ages of 6 to 18 years of age, catering to many people over the years and dancing for multiple events. She would always do whatever she could to make things right, but the so-called “perfect and happy life” was naught more than a lie.

She was taught from a young age that she wasn't allowed to question the life she was to live, and that she would always do as her parents wished. If she were to practice her steps wrong or perform badly in a show, she would be punished for “falling out of line” and “being a bad child”. This caused Iris to become resentful of the children who seemed to have such a “normal” life. As she grew older and became more balanced in her dancing, she started to HATE the fact that she needed to dance morning, noon and night just to please her parents.

As time wore on, Iris started to notice things that were starting to go “wrong”. The sky seemed like it was starting to crumble, the air was becoming thicker and heavier and made her feel as if someone was trying to suffocate her with how hard it was to breathe. It was around this time that she started to wake up, and the sky truly started crumbling as the “perfect, happy life” started to reveal itself as a lie.

The true reason behind this false life was that Magi and Magic were known as “witches” within the region that she lived in, and her family, were it known, would be burned at the stake if it was found out by the community. A fate that was inevitable for all so-called “witches” in the region.

Now knowing that the life she lived was nothing more than a lie, she felt angry at being betrayed like that by her own parents. This, however, was not what would make her snap. She'd finally met her real family and, though it was nice, it made her feel disgust and envious about how they left her in a lie and lived a real life without her.

Though it'd been just a few months since Iris had awoken and was able to live with her family for real, it still didn't feel right. She was still angry at them and still very envious of their life before she woke up, but she knew that someday her luck was going to change. And it did.

One day, a letter arrived addressed directly to her. She was happy for this, and opened it to see that she was being recruited for a mission to fix world history and get the Holy Grails. Iris talked to her parents about going, and they refused to let her. This, however, would not stop Iris from responding to the letter in her own way.

When the clock struck midnight, Iris snuck out of her house to start the search for a Holy Grail. But, due to not knowing the truth about her own parents, forgot to check to see if they were truly asleep. As she approached the shining Grail in the distance, she felt eyes on her and around her. Turning around, she saw something that scared her. Shadow Servants and Homunculi. Because she was only human, she had one choice to make.

RUN

A homunculus attacked her as she attempted to flee from the area, and she faced death itself before her attacker was cut down. Not by Iris herself, but by them.

Her mother and father arrived at the scene, both staring disapprovingly at their only daughter. They ordered their Servants to take down the Shadow Servants and Homunculi as they berated Iris for being good-for-nothing and never listening to their wishes, the same she heard from the false dream world's version of her parents.

Iris' anger rose as they continued to verbally abuse their only daughter. It rose, as did her hatred for her parents, until it manifested in a strange form.

A Servant answered her unheard call. Both Nadia and Kirk called their Servants to attack the new Servant. She was classified as an Avenger, and took down both Servants with ease before turning on Iris' parents. Iris couldn't control the Avenger, no matter what she tried to do, and watched as Avenger murdered both Nadia and Kirk in cold blood.

”We'll be together for-ev-er, Master. Isn't that right? ♡ ”

And it was. Taking Avenger's hand, Iris set herself on a new path. She would finish the Holy Grail War, and make her wish upon it. A wish that would make everyone fall to their knees.

She would wish to destroy EVERYTHING.

Please note that the last part with the Avenger has to do with Their Avenger verse for Ritsuka

Things I Noticed in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

So as stated in my previous post, these are my findings from my second viewing. Some of these things are actually from the movie and others are just thoughts I had while watching the movie. Either way, there are spoilers ahead!

Now that you have been thoroughly warned, let’s begin!\

Starting with something kind of trivial in the movie but something that occurred to me as the movie started was, what did the uniforms look like at Ilvermorney, let alone Hogwarts at this time period? The roaring twenties saw a complete evolution in fashion from more modest traditional clothing to flapper styles. So were the uniforms kept more towards tradition and some people rebelled, or did they adapt to the shifting fashions?

At the very beginning of the movie we see and hear about, what we later find out is, the obscurial. Now, we know from other scenes in the movie that those who host obscurials are more often younger than Credence and generally die after they lose control of their powers. At the beginning, however, we see an invisible obscurial moving through New York and Credence is able to use his obscurial more than once throughout the movie. So could Credence control his magical outbursts or is it possible that his obscurial and the one in the start of the movie belong to two different people? I don’t have an answer just throwing it out there!

This is more an observation but when Tina flashes her badge at Newt there’s like five or sick different badges flashing at once! What all was she showing him and what all is required for people to carry?

In a blink and you’ll miss it comment when the President of the MACUSA is chatting with her associates when Tina interrupts them, she mentions that the Magic Confederation is talking about sending a team. Upon further research, this is a political body of witch and wizards that operate similarly to the U.N. in our world. It’s the first time I remember hearing of it though!

I’m going to pull together two different observations for this but, Mary Lou Barebone has a lot of children, like a LOT of children. In a couple shots it looks like over twenty but later when Graves is talking to Credence in the alleyway about a child close to his mother, Credence mentions that it could be “one of hundreds”, meaning that it is totally possible that there are hundreds of orphans in the Second Salemers, what will they do now that Mary Lou is gone?

On the subject of Mary Lou, her last name is kind of odd, isn’t it? You know who has odd surnames like Barebone? Witches! Is it possible that she might have had some witch blood from her family’s past as Scourers? 

Going back to that “one in hundreds” scene with Graves, Graves talks about his vision he had. Did Graves really have a vision or did someone view the prophecies in the Ministry? 

Why was Shaw so important? Sure it gave purpose in giving Credence a target, a dead body for the MACUSA to deal with, and the grudge of the father who snapped up a bunch of pictures. Other than that though, will the Shaw family be more important later on down the road? And why wasn’t there any black cloud of obscurial when Credence attacked Shaw?

In the scene where Tina takes Newt’s case in front of the President of the MACUSA, two things really stood out to me. The obvious one being the conversation about Newt and his brother (Theseus), the war hero. Who is Newt’s brother and was a he a twin? Twins would explain why it was easy to mistake Newt for his brother and it might be twins run in the family, looking at you Lysander and Lorcan! The Harry Potter Wikia says that Theseus is older but there is always that twin that claims to be the older one of the two. The second thing that caught my attention was a woman in the council, specifically this woman: 

The shot focused on her several times in this scene and for her not to be important to the story somehow would be weird. Why focus on her if she didn’t matter?

Are any of Mary Lou’s children her own or are they all adopted because the older daughter that is seen helping her, could pass as her biological daughter.

When Graves/Grindelwald is interviewing Newt, he specifically brings up Newt’s relationship to Dumbledore and why he defended him. This was interesting to me because in the past, J.K. Rowling revealed that Dumbledore had romantic feelings for him and the Grindelwald knew his feelings. Could they have been reciprocated, though it would kill him on the inside for going against his beliefs?

What were the spells used in the execution scene? It seemed like they took Tina’s happy memories and tried to convince her to accept death as opposed to forcefully executing her with the killing curse. Do they have to accept their death in order to be a legal execution?

Tina was talking to Newt about Credence and mentions that Mary Lou hated him the most. We later get the hint that she knew Credence’s mother was a witch but if she hated witches, why would she adopted Credence knowing witch blood was in his veins?

Whose wand was under the little girl’s bed because Credence seemed genuinely shocked that it was there. It couldn’t have been his because if he was repressing and hiding his magic, he’d most likely have never gone to purchase a wand, so whose was it?

When Graves was ranting at the end a bit of a Socttish accent slipped out. Was this  Grindlewald or just Colin slipping up?

The ship Newt leaves on is one of the Royal Star Steam company. Fun fact, there was a real boat called the Royal Star and it was a cargo ship that sank in 1944. Will this tie in somewhere? Maybe Newt is on his way home and the ship sinks and he gets washed up somewhere.
