I think about that drow in the Society of Brilliance a lot.

The girl in a ragged shawl across the trees has mesmerized me as she were a shining ruby,

Her red head was as blood floating in the air as the wind blows,

The trees contrasting her look made me shook as Her gray orbes met mine and it looked like she captured the storm above the northern sea,

Her lips matching her hair made me look mere,

For the reason I shall not judge but she didn't looked like a royalty made me feel guilty For the REASON I am obverse her,

It felt like she took my heart with no intentions of giving it back,

It felt like another forbidden love so I went back.

It's funny how the Society of Brilliance exposes both how racism is intellectualized and objectively disproven. Every member we meet relates to this idea in some way. On one hand, we have an old white woman who wants to buy and experiment on a child stolen from the "wretched hive" that is a Githyanki creche to prove the inherent savagery of the Githyanki people, and on the other hand we have a scholarly and helpful hobgoblin who wants to reform the image of the Underdark, and his friend the peaceful outcast Mindflayer.
