As Vettonso merchant, what's your thought of the scenario if Fer and Seb was teammates in their prime (early 2010s) on the top team like Ferarri or RBR, knowing both men are equally fast, entitled, and on-track menace.

Will whatever happened with McLaren 2007 happen again, or another 2010-2013 RBR, or you might have other thoughts?

Hmmmmm, yeah I think it would definitely be similar to McLaren 2007! They are two incredibly competitive, win-at-all-cost, ruthless, driven drivers. So I really really dont think one of them could ever be forced into that secondary role. Obviously Fernando as the older driver and proven WDC would probably take priority and command in the team, but even then, I can't see Seb taking that easily at all??? It'd definitely explode 😭

But yeah, I think it would propel their rivarly to being even more intense, because they're actually in close proximity, rather than having the option to be distant like they were irl. On one hand, man I wish they were teammates so badly, on the other, would that have corrupted their relationship even further? Could they come back from that? It's really difficult to balance between so much rivarly that it damages the relationship from ever evolving, however does the intimate knowledge you gain as teammates automatically mean they have more familiarity with each other and thus have more of a chance of softening??? I don't know. Its just such a weird relationship, because as I said in my previous post explaining them, Seb noted that it was so tense between them that it prevented them from getting close. So I really don't know if being on the same team would further that or not.

Also. Here's the thing. I love Mark, and I think he's a great driver and pretty determined, HOWEVER. There's just something...subservient about him I guess????? I just mean, I think he would only be top dog on a team where the other person isn't as motivated, as someone like say Fernando or Seb. On a team with someone as bloodthirsty as them, I think Mark was always destined to play second fiddle. So I really can't ever *ever* imagine either Seb or Fernando being okay with taking that role. Though, then again. Did Seb feel comfortable being as ruthless as he was because both him and Mark were unproven? Still though, he really is not the type to just take it, especially at that age, he would probably start committing war crimes against Fernando on track at an even greater pace than he did against Mark.

Maybe ill have to draw it sometime! All I can say definitively is. Lots of hatefucking.

i uhhhhhhhhhh kinda hate this post. if you havent seen/read it its basically guessing that david’s “friend pills” in cult camp are pills to treat restless leg syndrome or dyskinesia or a similar disorder and its like “MAKES SENSE CUZ DAVIDS BOUNCY” which i. first of all that just irks me to be like “HES BOUNCY LMAO MUST HAVE RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME” especially cuz uhhh i dont know i personally see david as really autistic coded and i think a lot of his bounciness is just? stimming?? he could also possibly have adhd but i dont know as much about that but okay anyway the post mentions the headcanon that david’s friend pills are antidepressants, as well and

the whole antidepressants headcanon, for me at least, is based around the fact that the pill are CLEARLY RELABELED. like??? davids probably ashamed to need antidepressants. david, who acts 100% happy all of the time would feel. soooooooooo bad about needing antidepressants like to the point of being in straight up denial hence the relabeling like “oh, what??? those arent antidepressants, haha, thats so silly why would i need antidepressants!!! theyre just FRIEND pills that help me be the best friend i can possibly be for all you campers!!!” yknow??? even though logically it makes perfect sense for david to need something like that given his life

like he acts happy but the only kid who ever really didnt... avoid him at camp as a kid was jasper who DIED. given how much david idolizes cameron and sees him as a dad figure, it can probably be guessed that he has a HORRIBLE dad if he sees cameron of all people as a better dad than his own. but of course, david being david, he wouldnt see it that way. he would feel bad that he needs antidepressants while other people out there are suffering way worse than he is- while he’s still more optimistic than a lot of people who ARENT on antidepressants

and like. why would he feel the need to relabel medication for  restless leg syndrome or dyskinesia i dont think hed be as ashamed of/as in denial about something like that

that whole post is like “WOW THE PX!!!!!! THE PX MEANS THAT ITS PILLS FOR THIS ONE THING” im pretty sure the “px” is just a parody of this (℞)

which is literally just the symbol for prescription medication lmao. also they kinda reference that the px MUST BE ON THE PILLS THEMSELVES TOO and if the px is actually ON the pills themselves, yeah they might be for dyskinesia, sure, but all we know is that the px is on the bottle????

and im just saying, i know only the “FRIEND” is clearly relabeled but the whole label looks fake and remade

and i know this is just a cartoon so it might be over simplified but real pill labels have SOOOOOOOO much more information than that on them. for example,

something like this. my antidepressant labels have the following information

my name

id number for renewing my medication

my pharmacy name

pharmacy number

my address

pharmacy address

instructions on how to take my medication

the name of the doctor that prescribed them

warnings (that whole “may cause” section and “dont take with-”)

a barcode

PLUS MORE 

so immmm just saying, that whole label is prooobably something david made himself especially since theres no evidence of anything being where the word “friend” was before? no scribbles or whiteout residue yknow

anyway. thats my 2 cents on it. the headcanon of davids friend pills being antidepressants is really important to me, especially as someone who is on antidepressants and constantly feels bad for being on antidepressants
