with a distance, as part of her bigger, triumphant "i finally have music back in my life" celebration. there’s nothing personal about this version of nick, he’s filling out the role of an extra in her daydream. it would work without him and there would be no difference to the meaning and the importance of it all.

whereas "perfect harmony" is solely for luke and julie. it's about them wholly. there’s no distance, nothing unpersonal.
