was absolutely so confused in fallout 76 bc the name "uselessknight" with a bunch of numbers was always on the top of my social tab, ive never interacted with anyone in game beyond like, wandering into their house or shooting stuff together for three seconds, so i was like. is it someone from my steam friends list. is it someone who is in the same world as me. why are they Always there, do you just get assigned to a world that you're always logging back in to. why is only this person being highlighted on here always

then i realized when i got a vending machine my camp listed "uselessknight" as a vendor. and i was like why are they the owner of my thing. is it the person who's hosting the world. why dont other peoples stores show up like that. i didnt see any option to host or like, specific ones to join, it just kinda put me in somewhere. ok, weird, whatever.

then i claimed a workshop and it said workshop claimed by uselessknight. and i was like ok what is going on

eventually. i figured out. that it was me all along. i was uselessknight. this is not a username i have ever or would ever use and i Never do usernames with a bunch of random numbers bc i dont like them and will never remember them. i got fallout 76 very recently so its not like, some mysterious thing i did 10 years ago and forgot about. i apparently hadn't ever fully completed my bethesda registration so i never got to the stage of making a username but technically had an email so it was letting me access the game anyway. i finished it and now i have a reasonable username but like. where the hell did uselessknight come from. why are you calling me that,
