2nd year(ik you meant sem 3) has been soooooooooo busy and hectic... have my midsems in a few days.... itna saara syllabus cover karna hai 😭😭😭 its been pretty manageable ab tak toh(except for dsa, uski lab is killing me 😭), but i want to change my situation from 'barely surviving' to 'happy and thriving' (tbh idek if this makes any sense lol)

Ishan was scrolling through Instagram Reels while Shubman was out for an event. Every ShubSara reel in Ishan's feed kept gnawing him. Increasing his insecurity bit by bit. Ishan despite being the epitome of human sunshine had always been more of a moon known to only those who are the dearest to him. It's not that he doesn't trust Shubman but rather his insecurities about himself.

'Shubman is a young, beautiful man who should rather build a strong future associating with the infamous Sara Tendulkar than hide behind closed doors with him' thought Ishan. Uncertainties and insecurities invaded Ishan's trail of thought until they were interrupted by a knock.

Shubman: Ishan?

Ishan (in a sleepy voice): Hmm?

Shubman: You're still awake? Put that phone down right now.

Ishan: Tera wait kar raha tha.

Shubman: Chal ab aagaya hoon na main...chal so jaa ab.

Ishan: I can't sleep without you.

I do not know what the “ooooAAAUGHH” is in response to but I feel like I agree 🤔 lol.

TBF Oka was quite literally born into the hands of one of the MOST manipulative man (Potimis) EVER. So I don’t think anyone who knows the full circumstances could really blame her but I know she’ll probably never stop blaming herself.

I like to think at some point Kyouya apologizes to Oka for what he said when they first met because he felt it was hypocritical and unfair. Which I think Kyouya is the type to not apologize for all the things he’s had to do for war, not because he doesn’t feel awful about it, but sort of because he’s resolved himself and apologizing would feel insincere and unfair (let me make this about Kyouya lmaooo my bias is so strong can you tell). But I feel like he would apologize to miss Oka for what he said to her and I also think Katia would jump in with her own form of not quite apologizing for her actions (because she was right to doubt Oka but not because of Oka herself but because of Potimis lying to her), but apologizing that she had to be put in such a position. Also Katia also is a bit of the tough love and would probably try to reason with Oka that she shouldn’t have to feel responsible for all her students just because they have a connection from their lives (as a way to sort of to try and lessen Oka’s guilt over everything). But yeah I think a lot of the reincarnations would apologize to her and try to do right by her own once they learn her full circumstances.

I would honestly be really interested on what Oka’s thought on Shiro are though? Like? To Shiro Oka is quite her savior who she owes a life debt but idk if Oka even remotely remember her at all. Like afterwards do you think she’s just like “the classroom Spider? What.” 😭 I think she would want to speak to Shiro about it which would,,, go as well as anyone (aside from Ariel) who tries to hold a conversation with her. I think once Oka knows who Shiro is she would try to include her with the other reincarnations (which has the vibe of a mother trying to get her child to socialize… sorry I love found family parent child structure sooooo much with KumoDesu lol I should make my Headcanon family tree…) it has… mixed results.

Also ngl I still find it SO FUNNY that no one taught Mera suffixs so he thinks the San (which is translated to Miss in English) is part of her name.

I genuinely call Potimis Elf H*tler cause… ngl the similarities are there. Thought they were the “superior race”, blond hair blue eyed (which obviously this one isn’t an evil trait and I feel I should specify that it’s just funny to me), actually really unhealthy themselves… y’know it’s there.

I also think Potimis sort of captures KumoDesu’s pacing when you think about it. Like the pacing of KumoDesu is REALLY GOOD, Kumoko struggles enough to make things feel intense so then when she gets overpowered it just feels so deserved. And I think seeing how fast Potimis goes from big deal to nothing that difficult to deal with is really interesting because it doesn’t feel rushed at all despite how fast that change happens? Like it’s interesting to think about that at a certain point Kumoko is sooo OP nothing is a problem of strength but more of tactics you make sure things play out the way she wants.

Also for Potimis I really think Ariel’s words to him sum it up (paraphrasing here) “was a life running from death really worth it?” Because yeah he spent so much time afraid of the inevitable did he ever really live? It’s kinda a good statement on how worrying does not prepare you for tomorrow only takes away from today.

At this point you might be able to tell the difference based on format but even if I don’t already have stuff Written down (most of what I have Pre-Written is Ship Based) I come up with stuff pretty quick! I have many thoughts! Way more than I remember to actually Write lol!

I really love living in a world where "Lovesick Girls" exists--this was a great era to experience, and the song itself is pure reckless euphoria, which I think I'll always have space for on my playlists. (And it's great to see a song that matches the energy of the members, rather than them having to carry kinda meh arrangements with their ridiculously awesome voices!)

2. Whistle (Acoustic Ver.)

Yeah, I don't care much for the original "Whistle". But THIS? Whole different story. I love the melancholy of this version, the way it sounds like sunset.

3. As If It's Your Last

Obligatory. This has been on my Spotify Wrapped Top 100 three years in a row, but I don't think my obsession with it is unusual at all--and this song deserves all the hype it gets!

4. Lalisa -- Lisa

I was not expecting this to end up as my favorite Blackpink solo, but the energy that I found too messy at first has made it a favorite over time, while the others got kind of dull for me—but there's never a boring moment here, and Lisa holds it all together very well!

Yeah, it's corporate. But like... it's really nicely produced? And the Blackpink ladies sound great. If the formula comes out THIS pretty, I'm not going to be mad if it shows up every once in a while.

Dedue is not obsessed with Mera. Not in so many harsh letters, at the very least. But he feels drawn to her and her story like no other save His Royal Highness. And to say that he has put time and thought into their first meeting is no small understatement. 

He’s poured hours into gazing at her---the richness of her skin and shiny hair, so similar to the people he’s known and loved and that they’ve both lost. He wonders if she thinks him brash and rude for it---the same as the bigots that look down on them both; and yet, he can not be torn away. The familiarity of a stranger in a strange place, a familiarity no one else here could ever know, as they have had it all their lives and taken it all for granted.

He misses Duscur too much to look away, sometimes. To make up for it, he makes her this: The basket in his hands, as he stands in her dorm doorway, the sunset overlooking his shoulder, warm as the late summer day he’s standing in. Inside are Duscur sweets, fried doughs, spongy balls, sweet ground carrot and coconut, all mixed with syrup, sugar, and the saffron their country is famous for. He’s even made Soan Padbi the way his Mother taught him---it took hours, and he had to broker several favors with the Monastery cooks for so much time in the kitchen----but it came out splendidly, melting in his mouth easily and giving him the sugar rush the dish is known for.

The basket is handmade---Dedue’s favorite hobby is arts and crafts, after all, but it looks professionally woven, with Duscur’s famous lotus flowers painted on the sides, and musk rose braided across the handle. By the time Dedue realized that the gesture of giving her flowers may be seen as romantic---it was too late. He was already attached to the way the basket looked, and there was no turning back. With the wealth of goodies he had baked for her, he had to give it to her as soon as possible, to make sure the baked good stayed fresh until she had the time to eat them.

His fingers fumble over the basket as he attempts to place his hands on it in the most professional fashion as he knocks on her door. He looks slightly silly---not befitting of one who is addressing a noble woman and who is a retainer of the Crown Prince himself. He wonders, anxiety pilfers through his thoughts, if this is silly and too much for a mere greeting, or if, perhaps, he should have done more for her---but he wants to be kind to her, as he knows no one else around here will be kind.

Without even knowing her, he feels he understands her, trapped between worlds, just like he is, and often suffering for it. If he doesn’t reach out---who will? And a part of him is afraid that she, of all people, never will, the final straw in him being disliked for his own people for being a ‘traitor’ to his own people. He couldn’t take that. The thought alone makes his chest clench.

MWAH!! there’s a mechanical concept art nami shaped hole in my heart that mechanical ace would fill. also having many thoughts on who would fix him. does the whitebeard pirates have a mechanic of some sorts? do they meet up with franky somehow either at sabaody after marineford or someone knows of vegapunk’s old lab at karakuri island and they somehow bump into him?? another third party?? i kinda love the idea of franky making him into a cyborg and then teaching marco and deuce how to fix him up if something happens because as doctors they insist of being able to treat any crewmates even if it is outside of their regular field.

I love the idea of the whitebeard pirates sailing aimlessly after marineford, coloured by grief, Marco staying beside Ace day and night as his living life support until they port at Karakuri island and maybe it is Franky who helps them, gives Ace a new life

But physically Ace died and he no longer has fire powers, so maybe this could tie in neatly with Dressrosa where Luffy says he wants Franky to have the mera mera fruit, as repayment for saving Ace’s life

Ace still has fire power just not logia related, Franky installed flamethrowers inside him 😂
