what's aki's relationship with totoko like? :0
They're... On terms
Aki: We get alo-
Totoko: WE'RE RIVALS.
Aki: ...Eh?
Cue Aki unsheating her katana while Totoko comes at her with a swordfish. (Dw, they're play fighting)
How does Totoko deal her crush on this woman? She doesn't.
But in all seriousness, they are on civil terms with eachother. Aki is not shy about the fact that she is Ichi's girlfriend and Totoko has a problem with that, like, wdym you're not letting her exploit him?! Aki is very much not an enabler so she more often than not makes blunt statements, and doesn't kiss ass which Totoko LOATHES.
Totoko tries not to feel threatened by her, but- Aki has hands! Seeing Aki break a boulder in half with her bare fists was both terrifying and insanely hot.
Aki... Tolerates Totoko and tries to think of her good sides, but sadly in her mind Totoko is a shiny 5 yen coin covered in rust that she'd need to scrub hard to bring the best out of. So she doesn't really try to make Totoko a better person per say, she only really attempts to correct her behaviour so she's less... Shitty.
Totoko does hold admiration for Aki as someone older than her, and Aki does give Totoko the benefit of the doubt because... Well...
There both girls.
Yep...
Because they're girls...
Nothing more to it!
