International Tmnt AU's are so much fun!

I feel like they set a really great contrast to the original canon, especially if the american!Turtles meet Turtles from another country. So if you feel like making polish turtles, then for the love of god please do it, because it's so interesting.

One reason why I made my Au Kids german (so yes you remembered that right!), is because of the national differences I can introduce. How each set of turtles spends the holidays, how they need to get past the language barriers and how they can exchange snacks/foods typical for their respective countries.

International Tmnt AU's are a great way of fans to get introduced to the culture of different countries and making it fun to learn about it. And if you yourself are from the respective country, you know everything first hand and can make it accurate!

Now, since it's still fiction, you also tweak some things to your liking. It doesn't have to be too realistic and you should do things the way to want them to. I also changed a few things in the Germany of the au world, that basically don't exist here at all and just tweaking it a little. It's also to make the plot more convinient or to just change things.

After all, talking anthro-animals exist there, so why not? There's no limits.👀
