Can you imagine saying this with your full chest and not realizing that this is blatant ageism?
#speculation nation#so many people on here genuinely dont think of older people as capable and experienced people.#as if you experience some sort of extreme mental decline around age 40 and after then you can be disgregarded completely.#yes the elderly will eventually experience mental decline. but not for a good long while.#and you Know the definition of 'old' for these types is 40 or even 30#it genuinely pisses me off. there are plenty of brilliant older people and plenty of extreme dumbasses who are young.#so like YES i also believe that we shouldnt be Obligated to treat our elders like they are Better than us in Every Way#but the way to resist that isnt to start saying that all old people are dumb. youre just looking like an ass right now.#negative/#sorry for the vague posting but that post just Pissed me the fuck off.#this wasnt the only person who pissed me off there but it was the most blatant. dear fuckin god.
