now that im not in a website delirium i can say let it be known i will go to stupid lengths to simply save a little dollar
#it was time for me to renew my webhosting#and i was waiting for the black friday deal they do every year#but this year they changed it so that you could be locked in for the black friday price for the lifetime of the account#sadly boo boo the fool forgot she set up the original account under basedt.net and not m0r1bund.com.#and they wouldnt let me take the discount and push it somewhere else (from one webhosting account to another)#so i just moved all of basedt.net and m0r1bund.com to a different server on the same host.#to be fair it was to the tune of 60$ / every 2 years instead of like 168$#this does kind of preclude me from switching to a greener host like i was planning to#but i think im going to worry about that when i have money 🤪#anyway a lot of effort for no front-facing change. incredible
