I've only been waiting *checks Discord messages* about 3 and a half years for this to happen, after it was teased in Holy Night with You (the Ichiro/Hifumi/Doppo ARB event) and Dawn of Divisions...

Having gone through Club Matenrou (<- the full event title is "Official Trip! Club Matenrou ~ Shibuya Halloween Night ~") as soon as I could, I have some things to add:

Not to be a nitpicker, but there are differences between the overlapping characters' host outfits (as of this reply, who knows if there are future host events?):

Ichiro's is only superficially similar between media (Discord comparison from when the RA+ ep. came out):

Jakurai's is a closer match, but if you look close enough, there are still differences (Discord comparison done for this post):

At the end of Scramble Recital, Dice mentioned there was a drunk doctor causing a disturbance.

...Sure enough, this is Jakurai. One of the drunk guys (A) from Scramble Recital forced Jakurai to have some alcohol after Jakurai tried to bust up A having a potential brawl with another drunk guy (B) by trying to talk things out with A.

This is after Hifumi and Doppo try their best to stop Jakurai from having alcohol at the Shibuya host club, including Doppo pretending to like whisky bonbons so much, he eats them as a reflex.

We don't get to bear witness to the lyrics, but drunk Jakurai also performs a rap singing the praises of alcohol and knocks A and B out. He then talks to them, thinking they're just sleeping even though it's early evening. (All this while Jakurai's hiccuping.)

Hifumi and Doppo do think of intervening, but they stop each other at first. Only when it seems like the drunk guys might attack back at the end of the storyline do they properly jump into action.
