Oo 🍵 🐸. Why doesn't anyone approve of Oceans boyfriend? I remember Susan was annoying but, not so much a bad person.

Griffin is a nightmare because he's like if TMZ, Jake Ryan from Hannah Montana & Perez Hilton mutated into a single being. Like he's not a bad guy personality-wise, he's nice & cares about Ocean but he does have a priority to give real gossip & news to his job so when he gets dirt on vigilante stuff or Queen family drama he'll report on it.

Nadia doesn't like his work attitude and the fact that he's quick to climb up to her level in attitude to get what he wants. Anyone willing to meet Nadia eye to eye is looking for a fight in her opinion. the Queen, Harper & Merlyn kids hate him because of how much he's in their business. They disapprove of Ocean dating him because that gives him an auto invite to family events via +1 and he's already made it clear to Ocean that he can only keep so much of what he learns to himself and he has to come out with something or he'll lose credibility.

Ocean cares about what her family thinks but cares about Griffin too so they just keep things secret for as long as possible. Their only relationship drama while things are in secret is them making a common ground for what he can & cannot pass on as information for his work.
