Ok, I tried my best. Mostly fluff with some angst. It is my first fic for this fandom and my first piece of fictional writing in about 6 years. I hope it's to your liking :)

Fandom: Shera Princesses of Power
Fighting in a war was HARD. Scorpia didn't think it would end, or that she would catch a break. It was even more work she had to get through when Catra took over Shadow Weavers place. Now, don't get her wrong, she loves and forgives Catra for what happened, and understands why she treated her the way she did. But it still was… difficult to work for her. To be truthful, scorpia didn't really want to be in the horde from the beginning. She trusted her grandfather in his decisions to join with the horde, but lord hordak didn’t seem to have her kingdom's best interest in mind at any time. 
    The war is over now. It's kind of hard to believe. Scorpia thought she would fight in the war and then die like her moms and the rest of the people behind her have. But, she made it. She has her whole life infront of her, just waiting for her to take it by the hand and live the way she's dreamed since she was a child.
    Going through a war taught Scorpia to never take things for granted and to never miss out on opportunities. So, to start her new life, she's going on a picnic. Not just any picnic, a picnic with the most beautiful and radiant girl in all of Etheria. Perfuma.
    Just thinking about her gives her unbridled hope for a future. A future with Perfuma in it. Perfuma was one of the first people to show her actual kindness. Even though she didn't really like the kindness she gave, those vegetables still make her cringe, it was kindness nonetheless. Scorpia thought she almost lost Perfuma when she was chipped, she thought she had lost herself too. But it was Perfuma that helped bring her back. The thought of even hurting Perfuma made her upset in many ways and, luckily, kept her horde prime controlled mind from actually committing the act of hurting her.
    Shaking her head as if to shake out those thoughts, scorpia goes through a list of picnic items she needs. Blanket: check. Basket: check. Food other than ration bars: check. Now all she needed was the fruit juice that some people in plumeria. She thought she put it in the cabinet with the other gifts from her friends' kingdoms but she couldn’t find it. Remembering that she put it in the cooler to keep it from spoiling. Grabbing the bottle of juice and putting it in the basket she checked the time and decided to be a little early to pick Perfuma up.
    Walking into Plumeria was like a dream. Giant trees of all kinds covering some places like canopies. Gardens and fields of flowers were everywhere you looked. The houses even looked to be growing from the ground up, made from sturdy wood and covered in moss and ivy vines. All around her were people communing and children running around playing with frogs, bugs and plenty of other animals they seemed to befriend. Some were gardening, some played music and plenty of them were eating. The fruit they grew she could understand eating, but the vegetables? No, just, no.
    Scorpia loved coming to Plumeria, for plenty of reasons. Yes, this is the home of Perfuma, her girlfriend, but the people there… liked her. Even though she was with the horde, even though she was a Scorpioni Princess and didn’t look like them. They liked her. It was weird to be liked, when Perfuma said that she wanted to be with her, Scorpia was kind of confused. Because, yes of course she liked and wanted to be with Perfuma, Perfuma is amazing, but why would she want to be with Scorpia? It was hard in the beginning to accept the love Perfuma gave to her, but she's getting the hang of it.
    “Scorpia! You’re early.” Perfuma said with a smile as she hugged Scorpia around the waist. 
    Letting go of her, Scorpia sat the basket down on a branch beside her, “I had everything ready so I thought I would just go ahead and see if you were done with your duties today.” Scorpia grinned at her girlfriend as she listened to what she had done that day and the problems she faced. 
            Scorpia watched Perfuma animatedly talk about the still remaining issues in her kingdom. She's thinking about having a spiritual and mental healing class for the people who fought in the war. Scorpia thought wouldn't be such a bad idea to go herself. She also talked about the good outcomes. About how families are growing and more babies are being born. Scorpia lingered on the thought of a baby, she found she wasn't opposed to it.
           When Perfuma was done with small tasks she had to finish before she could leave and was done talking about her day, she grabbed Scorpias claw, "Are we ready?" She grinned up at Scorpia with gleam in her eyes. Scorpia thought for a sec, tilting her head bland touching her chin with her other claw in mock contemplation. 
          She smiled back at Perfuma, a real, genuine smile, full of love and adoration, "Yes, we are."
         They decided to walk to their destination, it wasn't far, a small hill in Plumaria. They walk in silence for the most part hand in claw. Perfuma will occasionally hum a song, or sing the words when she remembers them. Scorpia doesn't really know any of the songs she sings l, but she thinks they are beautiful. Especially since Perfuma is singing them. 
        When they reach their destination Perfuma lays down the blanket while Scorpia gets the food and drinks out. When everything is set Scorpia gives Perfuma a smirk with a mischievous glint in her eyes, Perfuma gives her an identical look. Perfuma runs to her girlfriend and jumps, Scorpia catches her in her arms and spins her around twine before falling onto their picnic set up.
         Both giggling and clutching to each other they spill the juice. They both freeze and look at the wasted juice. 
         "Dang, I was looking forward to that." Perfuma giggles at Scorpia remark.
         "I'm sure we can get you some more," she lays down on Scorpias chest and she hugs her waist with a claw. "Later though." Even though Scorpia can't see her face the smile is audible in her words.
         They sit there for a few moments enjoying each other's company and the comfort from the other. After a while thought has a thought that won't leave her. She contemplates not saying anything, but Perfuma has told her that if something bothers her or if she's upset about something to tell her.
         "Um, Perfuma?" She's hesitant, maybe hoping she didn't hear her or maybe afraid of getting ignored or shut down.
         "Yeah?" She doesn't seem to notice her hesitance to speak, or if she does she doesn't mention it.
         "You said that if something upsets me to tell you, right?" She holds her closer to let her know it's not about her.
         "I did say that. Is something upsetting you?" She snuggles closer to Scorpia loosening the nerves in her stomach.
         "Well, I uh, have been having these dreams." The memory of the night before fades into her head and she takes a deep breath.
         "Scorpia? What is it?" Perfuma asked, concerned about where this is going.
         "I keep having dreams of when I was with Horde Prime. When I was, you know… bad." Scorpia grimaces at the thought. Perfuma just looks at her with expectance and patience.
         Scorpia avoids eye contact with the smaller women as she prepares to tell her.
          "I uh, I can remember when I was chipped. When I tried to hurt you…" Scorpia takes another deep breath while closing her eyes. Trying not to go back to that.
          "I know I didn't actually hurt you, but in the dreams… I do. Hurt you that is." She looks back at her girlfriend and the look she gets makes her swallow around the sudden emotion in her throat.
         "I wake up in the middle of the night from these bad dreams." She shifts closer to her face and is practically laying on top of Scorpia. Wrapping claws around her she tried to finish telling her how she felt but instead of words, a small squeak came out of her mouth.
          She takes another deep breath and try's again. "I'm really big and strong, and I have these pincers! I'm afraid that.. that I'll hurt you some day." She sighs as she closes her eyes, waiting for some kind reprimand or insult. Knowing it wont come from Perfuma.
          "Scorpia, look at me." She touches her cheek to meet her eyes.
          "You are the most gentle person I know. You are loving and caring, and I know you would never hurt me. Pr anyone for that matter." She looks at scorpia with so much sincerity it almost hurts. "I trust you scorpia." 
          Scorpias face turns surprized, then she smiles at her lovingly. Perfuma leans up to her to place a lingering kiss on her lips. Perfuma lays back down on her chest. Both of them smiling, food forgotten,
          After a while when Scorpia thinks Perfuma is asleep, she dares to whisper, "Thank you. I love you." She closes her eyes not expecting a response. Finally feeling better and at peace.
 
         "I love you too."

Recently I decided I was gonna take a break from reading reversal. The energy would really stress me out while I was reading them!! But today Im feeling called back to reading them, idk why. I'm just gonna go w it!
Energy of the Day: The Star!! This card is really important to me, especially today, because personally Ive been feeling like I want to give up? I went on Facebook for the first time in a long time and saw people I went to school w doing so well. Theyre going to these amazing colleges and getting these degrees and having BABIES!! Like making humans and getting married and buying houses! And it really got to me because I was feeling like I havent accomplished any of those things so I was feeling like a failure. Iont even have a job right now lol. I digress. Anyways, I talked to a friend today and she gave me the pick-me-up I needed. She reminded me that its okay to feel low and out of it, that these take time. That we have to take these things one day at a time. Her words were like a beacon of hope to me. Back to the cards lol. Let the Star come to you as a light in darkness. Let this card come to you as hope. This card comes after the Tower, a huge uprooting of some kind. Its a reminder that you can wish upon a star and have dreams come true. You just have to have that faith, you just have to have that hope that something good will come up, despite what you may have gone through. This card wants you to find something you believe in, even if its just yourself. A belief in yourself can take you far and bring you gifts you never thought you would have. This card shows the water bearer, a symbol of Aquarius!! It brings on a dreamer and bigger picture type of energy. An air sign, Aquarius reminds us of the power of our minds. In this situation, youre being asked to remember your own power! Your mind is a beautiful thing and although it may not always feel like it, it can bring you so many amazing gifts. Overall, this card is reminder to have faith that brighter times are coming, to set your sights on them, and to hold tight. Anything is possible.
Energy to focus on: Three of cups rx. This card shows 3 people dancing and celebrating. I like to think, what w the fruits and vegetables around them, theyre celebrating a bountiful harvest. W this card being in reverse, it pulls me to feel that now would be a good time to go inward and celebrate your victories on your own. Especially w us being in quarantine, we cant see our loved ones the way we want. Now would be a good time to spend time w yourself and go over what youve accomplished this far. Theres nothing wrong w keeping your successes to yourself right now. Another message here is to find things to celebrate. You got up this morning? You had water? Something to eat? Its important to find little successes in your day to keep you going. No matter how small they might seem, they add up and can help you to feel better. So yeah maybe your friend may not know you had brushed your teeth today, but you know and that knowledge builds up! Today, focus on your victories both big and small. And treat yourself because of them!
Avoid: the High Priestess rx. Not listening to your intuition! Your intuition and inner self are speaking to you daily, but are you listening? Have you created a space of silence to listen? Right now theres a message trying to get across to you, but for whatever reason your listening or are unable to listen. Try to find five minutes to sit w yourself and listen in on what its trying to say. A reminder tho. Your intuition will come in clearly, and w/out scare tactics. It wont come in with a wave of negative emotions or w a harsh tone. It wont try to control you w fear, itll be a clear voice or feeling on what to do next. Remember, you already have all the know how and guidance w/in you. You just have to get to a place where you can trust it. Spending time in meditation can help. And like I know meditation can be hard sometimes like I cant really sit still in the silence w my mind all the time. But you can find other ways to meditate! Like exercising, creating art, listening to music and allowing it to over take you, taking a nap can even help. Did you know you can also just ask for intuitive guidance outloud or in silence and it'll come to you? It can come in many ways too! It can come from a show, a song, a book, a word from a friend, etc. When Spirit want to bring you a message, it works in miraculous ways to bring it to you. But you have to listen for it. All that to say, your intuition wants to bring you a message but you have to be willing to listen. Look into that today.

bts scenario: you’re a single parent. (F) - Maknae Line

Your sister worked at the BigHit building, and unfortunatley needed you to come and pick her up because her car had broken down and was in repairs. You obviously agreed to get her but did not have time to arrange a babysitter, so had to bring your 3 year old child along with you.
You arrived fairly quickly, but accidently left your phone behind, so you had to actually enter the building to retrieve your sister. After answering a few questions as to what you were doing at the building, you managed to park and get inside rapidly to avoid the rain. Not realising you had dropped your car keys on the way. That was, until, a stranger called after you, with your car keys in his hands.
‘Excuse me, I think you may have dropped these.’
You turned your head to see where the voice came from, only to have your breath taken away at the sight of the most beautiful man you had ever seen.
‘Mummy/Daddy, your starting at the nice man, do you want him to be my daddy?’
Your child spoke as quietly as they could, causing a pink tint to appear on both yours and Jimins cheeks as you laughed to try and hide how embarrased you actually were.
‘Oh, um, th-thankyou. You’re a real life saver...’
‘Jimin.’
‘Well Jimin, thankyou very much. I would’ve had a melt down if I had lost these.’
Just as this conversation began, you were informed by an employee that your sister was running late by 30 minutes, and that to save time, you should just hang around in the near by coffee shop. You thanked the employee for telling you before turning to Jimin to say goodbye, but before you had the chance he spoke,
‘It seems like we all have some free time, may I join you both for coffee? If this little trouble maker wont point us out for staring at eachother that is?’
Jimin chuckled whilst poking your childs nose, as all three of you left for the coffee shop, already deciding that you would love to spend more time together.

You were at a farmers market with your child, mindlessly walking along together as you both picked out an arraye of different fruits, cheeses and vegetables together. It was something you both loved to do together, but what you didnt expect was for your daughter to straight up hand an apple over to a stranger, asking him whether he thought it was shiney enough to eat.
‘Do you think this apple is too shiney? or just shiney enough? I don’t want my tummy to start shining because that wouldn’t be a good look.’
You (as quickly as possible) grabbed back onto your daughters hand, before apologising to the gorgeous man, explaining to him that your daughter is far to curious for her own good, and that she meant no harm.
‘I’m Taehyung, don’t worry about it, and if you ask me, that apple is just the right amount of shiney.’
The man spoke, bringing a bright smile to both you and your daughters faces. Your daughter thanked the man before munching away on her newly beloved apple, as you and Taehyung casually converesed between eachother. Which somehow led to the three of you spending the rest of the morning together, walking through the market and eating plenty of foods together.
Eventually as the morning ended, you bid your fairwells, it wasn’t untill you reached your home, that you daughter decided to speak up.
‘Mummy/Daddy, Tae-tae told me to give you this safely.’
Your daughter handed you over a very, very shiney apple, with a paper attached to it, with his phone number a smiley face. And you obviously messaged him right away, silently hoping he would want to see you again. Which, gladly he did, and you both couldn’t have been any happier about it.

Jungkook:
You had taken your 5 year old son to the arcade, considering it was his favourite place to be, and you had they weekend off of work. It had all started out great, untill you went to get more counters for the games, turned around and saw your son attempting - what seemed to be - bribing a man into getting him to win a game of the claw machine, because your son really wanted a Eevee teddy.
You watched this with wide eyes, as you paced over to the pair of them, silently hoping this wouldn’t be all that embarrasing. But also slightly shook at the fact your son had walked off without your awareness.
‘Y/c/n! You should never walk off like that, I was so worried about you for a second, never leave mummy/daddy like that okay?’
‘I’m sorry Mummy/Daddy, I just wanted this man to win me an Eevee teddy, You’re no good at these games!’
Your son spoke with an innocent face, even though his words were spoken like a savage, little angel. You tried to hide your ammusement behind a scowel, but failed miserabley. Accidently letting out a slight laugh. So you decided to apoligize to the man your son had bothered instead.
‘Okay, I’m going to pretend I’m not offended, I’m so sorry about him, he can’t seem to help himself. Have a nice day though!’
You rushed the sentances before walking away, mostly in shame. The man seemed so kind and handsome that you couldn’t bare any awkward conversations - and just hoped that he wasn’t silently judging you. Around 20 minutes later, you seemed to have forgotten the whole claw-machine ordeal, mainly because you were having a wonderful time with your son. But you were quickly brought back to the incident, when the man called Jungkook, gentley tapped on your shoulder.
‘I won your son this, I hope he likes it, I’m Jungkook by the way, and don’t worry, I’m sre your not all that bad at the claw machine.’
Jungkook flashed a cheeky smile, whilst holding up the Eevee toy, watching as your son gasped in delight, quickly snatching the toy whilst giving Jungkook many thankyou’s and praises. Which only made Jungkook’s smile grow.
You and Jungkook watched your son over the next hour, as he played with his new teddy and sipped on a slushy drink that Jungkook offered to buy. After many conversations, Jungkook confidently asked you on a date, and was very glad to see you accept. So that when you both parted ways, before taking your son home. You both had massive grins on your faces, already planning your next date.

Grandson's Love
"Lolita look I have something for you!"
My little boy hurriedly ran towards my direction and hugged me tightly.
"Oh, little boy. What is it?" I asked him. a little boy brought out a paper and give it to me.
"Here my teacher asked me to make a poem and  I dedicate it to you, Lolita" He said sweetly, I didn't know what to feel. I was really lucky to have my one and only grandchild.
I was about to read the poem silently when my grandchild interrupted me.
"Lolita can you read it loud for me.?" He requested.
As I read the poem, my little boy kept staring at me until we had reached the end.
"Sorry If wasn't able to finish it lolita, our teacher asked the class to submit it already whether we are finish or not ." He explained and I tapped his head
"Oh, boy"
I used calling him by that name even though his name Jake, is far from little boy but his really cute that I compare to little boy. " I understand and truly appreciate it even your only a kid, I already admire you." I help his little hand and guided him to dining table.
"But lolita I promise to finish it for you Lets it"
This what I love the most he has attitude of being contented on what he has. He understood that I couldn't give him same way of living like the other kids are used to.

He excites me already just by calling me in energetic way. Like what he used to do after his school,he would ran and hugg me tightly.
"Little boy how's school?"
I know that he was second grade already but I couldn't avoid asking him that same question every now and then. And I love the way he finds it sweet.
"I know you'll asked me that. You know what lolita I slept while the class for the first time" he told me while he was laughing. I couldn't help but to laugh too.
"Really? thats amazing boy. Are you tired for you to sleep at school? How are you feeling?" I put the  back of my palm on his forehead, just checking if he was ill.
"Naaaaaah I'm fine lolita, I just read a lot and Got sleepy at the same time." Then he kissed me on my cheek. "Don't worry I'm not sick... I think we should start packing our products now to bring them to market, early tomorrow.
We got little space at market where we sell our vegetables and fruits that planted at our backyard. He always helped me when he was free usually before he goes to school. For a fourth year student. I admire him because he could manage his time to school and at our house.
He would be in college this year, so I need to double my effort and time to save money so he could be able to continue his studies in college. Everyone expected that his going to a valediction and he was. If ever he would be granted of full scholarship for his chosen course and when I asked him what his chosen course,  he answered me...
"I want to be a doctor, so when you get ill I'm the one who will take charge of your health"
Sixty nine  was old enough. But believe me when I say I haven't experience yet any serious illness, its because of my dedication I know I'm weak but I need to be strong for my grandson. Especially when this day came...
It was midnight when I entered my grandson room. I went to wake him up to take his vitamins. I missed my boy so much his beside me but I could feel that he wasn't.
Summer season, after his graduation, after his long speech which he dedicate to me, after our little celebration. He became ill I hate seeing him like that, His nosebleed and also his gums. He cant eat or even drink . I would rather want to see myself experiencing like that than seeing him suffering.
It was already one month after his graduation when we found out he has this disease. When I asked him why he didn't tell me. He only one said "I dont know what my illness lolita but I can feel that their is something wrong inside me, but I ignored it lolita. I'm so sorry lolita"
He had a incurable leukemia. A cancer in blood. The doctor said that there is no cures discovered for this kind of illness.
Jake parents died in car accident seventeen
years ago. Jake was still a baby that time, And when they die, I promised to them that I'll take care of jake.
"Lolita?Can I ask favor to you?" We were at hospital that time, the doctor demanded that the patient needed to bea hospital. I held his hand and smile at him.

I do not have the strengh to work and earn money to bring him in private school. I only plants some vegetables and fruits at our backyard and sell them to earn a little for him. I am not perfect grandmother who can give whatever his grandchild wants. But I'm  the grandmother who's willing to protect and sacrifices everything for his grandson.
I'm willing to sacrifices myself so he can live but it was impossible. I live for more than sixty years now and his the only seventeen years old. I have already experience so many in my life but he wasn't yet. He has dream but now he wasn't able to reach it. I must be the one who was lying on the white bed, with those wires connected to machine just prolong the life of the patient.
She reached for a piece of paper and give it to me. "Lolita can you read it to me?" I remember the same words that he said that he made a poem for me. I started crying.
When I realized that this is the continuation of the poem he made for me.
"Please don't cry lolita. I wont leave you just because I already tired .... But I will leave you because I have to. Please guide take care of yourself, I will guide and guard you. I love you lolita!" Then he kissed me on the cheek. "While I'm giving my last testament to God. Please start reading the poem lolita."
I started reading the poem he made while he silently crying and slowly closing his eyes.
After reading his poem, I turned to my boy and gave his last hug. I hugged him like what I used to do when his running to me after school. I hugged him tightly but this time, not to welcome him but to say goodbye.
Jake has passed away. My boy....
I have nothing but I have the greatest value of a thing in this world, I have my little boy's love...... My grandson' Love

I have learned not to cut up food that itsn’t typically “cut up.” (example pizza) I take small bites though and drink and talk to distract from eating.  15. I don’t like being watched when I eat so I wont put anything in my mouth while someone is making eye contact with me. I get a little frustrated too because I wish I could “just eat” and be fine with it.   16. How do you respond if someone asks you why you aren't eating? I usually come up with an excuse “my stomach hurts, I ate a big meal earlier, i’m not very hungry” etc.  17. How do you feel after you've been with others and ate? What do you do afterwards? I usually feel sad and angry. Sad that I ate and angry that I feel sad about it and also angry that I ate. Eating out is usually a lot of calories. I’ll restrict the rest of the day, exercise, drink lots of  water etc.  18. Do you exercise and how many times a week/day? I try to exercise everyday. Not usually in the middle of a fast because it makes me sick. 19. What is your go to exercise? Crunches, jumping jacks, leg lifts, sit ups, push-ups.  20. Do you fast and how many hours do you aim for? Longest I’ve gone recently is 48. In the past I would fast for 72 hours at a time.  21. How do you feel while you fast? What do you think about or do while fasting? I usually feel tired, weak, cool, but good. I like that i’m accomplishing something.  22. What do you eat after you have fasted? I stick with water based vegetables or fruit as to not freak my system out. Nothing too heavy.  23. How do you move forward with eating patterns after a fast? Is it hard or easy to return to eating? I typically create a weekly calorie limit and break it down per day and then per meal. example: 4,550 calories for the week 650 calories per day, roughly 215 calories per meal or broken up how I see fit.  24. what do you think about while you are eating alone? How my food tastes and the texture. I also remind myself how many calories it is to keep me from binging. 25. how do do you typically feel about food? Positive, I know it’s energy for my body. I love cooking for my husband and son. I’m told I’m a very good cook and my family and friends ask me to cook them things. I only feel negative towards food when I have to eat it. especially if it’s something I dont have allowance for.  26. what is your long standing relationship with food? Positive, food brings people together, it creates memories in the kitchen with grandma’s that wont be around forever. However it’s also scary. I don’t know if something will taste so good i’ll lose control or if I’m put in a situation i feel forced to eat. I’ve always been afraid of food you could say.  27. Do you binge? If you do what do you Binge on? How often do you find yourself binging? Sometimes I binge. I might binge once every other week sometimes more frequently or less. Depends on a lot of situations. 28. How do you feel while binging? I feel awful, once i’ve given up though it feels good.  29. How do you feel after you have binged? I feel grossly violent towards my body. I want to cut it, punch it, pinch it, anything to inflict physical pain on myself is what I imagine. I refuse to because that took a long time to recover from. But yeah just over all hatred and anger towards myself.  30. What do you do the next hours/day to "recover" from a binge? I exercise, cry, sleep, restrict anything to “make up” for my out of control behavior. 31. What is the craziest thing you've done (or excuse said) to avoid eating? I’ve had a friend call me in the middle of a dinner acting like they had an emergency situation and I had to leave to be with them.  32. What is the worst feeling in the world to you? Feeling like I can’t move in the direction I want to. Stagnant, feeling like im not accomplishing or making progress on anything.  33. What is the best feeling in the world to you? smashing goals, reaching new achievements either physically or work or whatever not failing at something.   34. How does your disorder change your perspective of life? I look at things in calories and numbers. Calories are the allowance that I grant myself and once I've run out i’m broke. Everything is a challenge or a goal, how far can I run, how fast can I walk, how many crunches can I do before bed? If I go to the mall how many miles will I walk? etc.  35. How does your disorder help you on a day to day basis? It helps me focus on my weight and my diet. Helps me to lose weight, look and feel better about myself. More confident.  36. Does your disorder have a voice? If yes, is it male or female? Yes, female 37. If your disorder has a voice is it negative or positive? Usually negative  38. Do you decide when to silence your disorders voice? Or does it decide? I decide when to silence it. It’s dangerous though bc thats when i lose control. 39. What do you hope to accomplish or gain from your eating disorder? I hope to get to the weight that I was after I had my son. I was small and fit and loved how I looked in everything. I was confident in myself and in my weight.  40. What has your eating disorder helped you with? Helped me to focus on my weight loss, help me avoid negative thoughts about things happening in my life that I don’t like.  41. Have you ever recovered from your disorder or tried to? Yes 42. have you ever relapsed from recovery?  Yes a few times now 43. How did you feel when you recovered, relapsed or both? Recovery is nice, i felt like I had a chance at being normal again and having fun in life instead of avoiding my friends and family. It also made me develop a stronger hate for myself though. I have worse body dismorphia from recovering. When I relapsed it felt bad and good. I felt/feel guilty but I feel like im at my wits end, my breaking point. I relapsed when I looked in the mirror and wanted to die bc of how fat I had gotten. I would rather die than be as fat as I was so It was like my last hope, my last shot at not being depressed. Lose weight and be happy or stay where you're at and just have suicidal thoughts all day every day. I’m not in that place anymore, i’m happier now that i’m losing weight but I feel angry at myself when I eat so it’s a trade off.  44. Do you have someone close to you that you can talk to about your disorder? I don’t 45. Does it help having someone to talk to about your disorder?  It does help having someone to talk to. My support and life line is this website and my blog.  46. Would you ever confide in anyone close to you about your disorder if you haven't already? (possibly family or someone not online etc.) I would confide in my husband or my little brother. They are both of my best friends. 47. What do you think would happen if you confided in someone or what has happened in the past? In the past the person I confided in ratted me out and I went to treatment. I’ve confided before in a close friend and she helped me the best she could. She didn’t understand but she was there for me and didn’t force me to do anything I didn’t want to. I think if I confided in my husband he’d be really sad and angry that he couldn’t stop it. I think my brother would cry and be sad and angry at me for doing this *again* 48. If you have confided in someone in the past what was thier reaction? How did it make you feel? My friend was really concerned and loving towards me. She helped me recover in my own way and walked me through my pregnancy when I was alone. When my family found out the first time about my eating disorder they cried. They wanted to understand and help. They wanted to feel responsible. They wanted to help me. It made me feel really bad because it was never my intention to hurt them. I never wanted to tell anyone for them to feel sorry for me or to feel responsible for what I was doing.  49. If you could recover with a snap of your fingers and be able to eat normal and not have intrusive thoughts right now would you? I would  50. Do you think you will recover from your disorder? I think I will, I think I will find a place of peace and happiness. I think i will find a way to cope with my issues or get medicated and then maybe recovery will come along the path to mental wellness. I don’t think I can recover without learning how to get to that place, that mental place of “being okay.”

The first thing you should do is become knowledgeable on the foods you eat and understand what good foods are and bad foods. Bad foods are foods that are high in saturated fats and sugars, and will do your body not much good at all.  Foods that fall into this category are deep fried foods, candy, full fat ice cream, donuts, fast food burgers and fries, full sugar soda drinks, chocolate bars, you get the idea ok.  Start to read the labels for the amount of fat in foods, you should aim at lower fat foods when you shop.
Weight loss and diet & exercise is a topic that I could sit here all week and discuss but instead I will be adding new articles when I have the time so you can come back and read the different weight loss and exercise articles when you have the time as well, theres only so many hours in the day and its hard to get everything done.
The good foods that you should be eating are fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, low fat dairy and whole grain carbohydrates.
That means fish, lean meats,  wholegrain rice, pasta and breads.  Low fat cheese, yogurt, & milk.  Fresh fruit each and every day.
Organic foods are always better for you than standard foods, it means there are no nasty chemicals in the foods and if you can afford it I really encourage you to buy organic products, have a look next time you go to the supermarket.
Eat plenty of fruit each day, say 3 to 6 pieces of fruit each day.  I know its a pain, but your body, your digestive system and your bowels will thank you for it.  Have an apple, orange, a cup of tinned fruit salad (in natural juice), a banana, you get the idea.
Have snacks during the day.  Its been proven that this increases your metabolism to burn calories faster.  Have a morning snack of say an apple and some low fat crackers, a cup of low fat yogurt.  In the afternoon have some low fat dip with some low fat wholegrain biscuits.
Fat Loss
Try to really cut down on your fat intake.  Try only having a very small amount of butter on bread/toast, try  some lower fat butter spreads.   Use olive oil in your cooking and minimise this as well.  Get a low fat grill like a George foreman one or whatever, this helps you cook low fat without even trying!  Non stick cooking pans are great as you can put your food on there with some spray oil and it wont burn, try a lower heat with these pans though as they don't like high heat it damages the surface.
I know desserts are wonderful but try to limit these and try to choose low fat alternatives, check out the supermarket and look for low fat desserts, they are everywhere.
Exercise is a crucial part of your life changing weight loss plan.   Start today and go for a brisk walk, it doesn't matter how far it is, just do it, get the walking shoes out and do it, its important to get the ball rolling ok.
Then walk each day, or at least 3 days a week.  Make it fast enough so you get a bit out of puff, very slow walking is not beneficial to weight loss.  45 minutes is your goal to aim for at least 3 times a week, then increase if you really want to see results.

The best time to exercise is first thing in the morning, this is when you burn the most calories.  This is excellent as you can get it out of the way at the same time and not have to worry about doing it for the rest of the day.  The gyms are busy that time of the day though so maybe the morning walk is better option for you.
Take it easy at the start
One of the most important  things to remember at the beginning of your weight loss journey is not to go into it too hard core.  You will burn yourself out really fast and not want to do it ever again.  Start regular walking, regular exercises.  Change the way you eat, and what you eat.   Start to eliminate fries and bad foods from your diet.  If its too drastic at the start, then start reducing these foods each week and you will still notice weight loss as long as you are exercising and reducing your food intake.  Keep a journal and write down when you start your weight loss regime, write down what you eat, what exercise you do and put down everything you eat, this is very important.
