only motivation to write when its late at night and i need to go to bed so i can wake up tomorrow and do JOB
#so apparently this company is majorly and i mean MAJORLY overhiring#so everyone hates newbies (me) and theres no consistent work when as recently as a month ago this was not the problem#in fact the opposite was true! they were asking people to justify if they couldnt commit to 40hr weeks#when the min is 10hrs and the max is 29. people struggling to get in the teens 🫶#i cannot say specifics for teehee nda reasons but ohhhh my god capitalism sure is innovative [puking]#i wanted the full 29hrs because <- POOR but going into friday i have. 14.4 . zoinks#all of that to say Glad i started pointy objects chapter slightly early 🫶
