seeing my weight on my dr after visit notes just made me a lil anxious, but then i thought of some absolutely beautiful people in my life who are "midsized" and fat then felt better
#especially as a dancer it gets to me sometimes#it is such a huge internalized bias issue#but i have a lot of friends in the scene who are midsize and fat and are gorgeous dancers and just people#so like once again beauty standards remain the problem#and my dr was like yeah you are totally healthy i have absolutely no concerns about you#so anyways being skinny does not equate to good health or higher moral standards#rae speaks
