Jiraiya and I took the Huskies snowshoeing and they were ecstatic to be in their element! It was awesome to have them pull me up the mountain, but going down was downright scary! I should have put on my spikes bc it was pure ice under all that new snow and I went down hard! It's probably the first time I felt fear for my age. It didn't really knock the wind out of me, but it took me several minutes to decide if I was hurt or not.
