結他維修日誌 #356:

這一支Ovation Guitar症狀是比較少見的太低弦高，加上Saddle受到結他弦長期的壓力而出現缺口 (其中第三線最為嚴重！)，Fret亦有不Level嘅情況！

.

而家問題已經迎刃而解啦！我哋首先填補Saddle嘅缺口，再打磨至合適孤度，最後解決埋Fret條高低不平的問題，Setup就完成啦

KT Tape Strapping

YO!  My left peroneal tendon is KT taped up, and my right knee is KT taped up.  I did take 4 ibuprofen pills at once this arvo, so that could have alleviated the pain in my knee.  Walking up and down stairs hurt my knee.  *super sad face*

And then I also had 3 drinks at the pub next door after work.  It's only the first day of work in the week, and already I was convinced to have alcoholic beverage.  Sheeeeeeeeesh.  I wish more people would convince me to drink with them. *wink* *snicker* *sneezevomit*

Training-wise: today = no training day, see how the joints feel, prepare for the rest of the week.  Blargh, ideally some hip strengthening exercises would be in order...but....nothing happens when alcohol is involved and sleepiness happens and PARTY MUSIC BLASTS!  (don't know if 'blasts' is the right term to use for my measly laptop speakers)

FYI, It's raining all week MOFOS! Looks like outdoor swimming tomorrow will be a no-no.  I COULD do indoor swimming, but that involves being near stinky splashy kids, and only 25m length, rather than 50m length before 6pm.  I guess it could be worse.  IT COULD BE SNOWING!  BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
