Thanks so much on that answer for the prince of Light! I had one question though, what did you mean by destroying the Light of their narrative? :0 that got me interested!
Princes are an extremely interesting class, my anonymous friend! I’m not surprised you’re interested!
So let’s break it down a bit, shall we?
Light
In Homestuck, we’ve got 12 aspects and classes, excluding the master classes. Of the 12 aspects, Light deals with literal light, and narrative light. If one has a lot of narrative light, they’re seen in the media a lot. Vriska is a prime example of this, as she is seen, as a thief of light, stealing the narrative light(luck) from others, trying to make herself the hero of her story- whether that worked or not is up for debate, all things considered. Another prime example is Rose, as a Seer of Light, she could See the possible outcomes on things roughly based on how much impact they had on the narrative- how much of it was Seen by the Light of the narrative, as strange and convoluted as that is. Personally, I quantify the “narrative light” as: how much screen time one has from the action, big of an impact it has upon the narrative, and potentially, how much screen time it gives the person or people in question.
Prince
A destructive class, as shown by Dirk and Eridan. Princes destroy their aspect for themselves. Eridan destroyed hope in himself, but it isn’t really fully touched on in depth. Dirk on the other hand, well. That’s the focus of HS^2, isn’t it? The following has talk of Homestuck^2 and a faint bit of the epilogues, nothing beyond the use and existence of the nonsense prompted by your local Prince of Heart for examples of the prince class. As a Prince of Light, one has the ability to destroy narrative light, as mentioned prior. To destroy narrative light, you could shroud yourself from the story, and do things without prying eyes, or effectively remove yourself from the story entirely. A shown, destroying your aspect for yourself doesn’t strictly have to influence you directly, but has to benefit you in some way. For example, Dirk destroys(prince) the connection(heart) between Kanaya and Rose for self gain. A prince of light would be able to remove people from the story, by destroying their narrative light- destroying anything they would have to add to the story. This could mean Underlings, or even other players. That is why I personally think the Prince of Light is a terrifying and powerful combination. Removing someone’s relation to the narrative could also be temporary, depending on what classpects are present in your game! A prince could remove someone from the narrative to draw focus to themself, and away from that person to allow them time to heal and recover, and another person could bring that light back to them, or perhaps a breath player could free them- there’s plenty that can be done and played off of here, and I hope you enjoy the ramble I got onto here, I’m going to go make my own prince of light now to mess around in the background because wow, this has handed me a lot of ideas.
I’m also very much enjoying this more than how I did the other single classpect analysis thing so I might just do this from now on for single classpect analysis

Any thoughts for a Prince of Light?
while I can't tell you what happened to the quality of the sprite I can tell you that a Prince of Light is a very fun classpect to work with. Princes destroy their aspect for themselves, and light refers to both literal light and narrative light. They could use light to blind others, literally fighting with it in a 'light sword' type beat. They could destroy the narrative light surrounding them, to hide themselves from the story for one reason or another. This person could go rogue with terrifying ease, but could also be one hell of a powerhouse in the session. Best hope they stay loyal and don't turn on the group!

Hey! Welcome to the blog!
Please keep in mind that I am not the be all end all authority on classpect analysis!
Classpect assignment
I will not analyze you and hand you a classpect. Being handed information about a stranger in such in depth detail is something I am not comfortable with. If you hand me something to hand you personally a classpect with, I won’t do it. Sorry, I’m not taking a potential trauma dump to hand you a classpect.
Classpect analysis
Send in a class+aspect you want me to look into and I will!
I will also try to hand classpects to characters! I’d rather original ones, as it lets you infodump, and lets me not go digging through miles of fandoms to find who you’re asking for, if i don’t know them
Session analysis
Curious about how a session with x y and s classpects will go? Shoot an ask my way and I’ll try my best to explain how I think it’d go! Void/null/otherwise dead sessions are welcomed and encouraged! I will analyze sessions over 12, and sessions with doubles of classes, aspects or both
Icons?
Icons are doable, but PLEASE do not expect them to be a high priority, they’re a thing I typically make to calm down from panic attacks
Where are the sprites from?
Here!
Just a small heads up that the “secret” button is kinda broken! Please be careful as it’s very eyestraining!
Enjoy the blog! Please note that if you drop anything nsfw into the inbox it will be swiftly deleted!
on a bit more personal note:
Welcome and all that fun stuff, yadda yadda
This blog is run by a Dave Strider fictive(that’s me), so there’s going to be some personal bias on shit for some classpects(knight of time being the strongest, let’s be fucking real here)
I’ve run the blog since about day one, and ive just gotten real fucking tired of pretending to be snowie, so here we are
said I wouldnt fuck with the url, but I guess I lied, whoops
